Book Narrator: "Who goes there?" a voice called.

"It is I... the Purple Knight!

Rosie: Huzzah!

Book Narrator: The castle doors opened...

and there appeared...

the Wobbly Hat Wizard!

Javi: [giggles] That's me!

Book Narrator: [wizard voice] I'm the Wobbly Hat Wizard!

And I challenge you, Purple Knight,

to a race to the top of the castle!

But first, you must get past the...

dreadful duckies!

Rosie: Dreadful duckies?!

Javi: Uh oh!

Book Narrator: Will the Purple Knight get past the duckies

and win the race?

Javi: I don't know!

Narrator: Or will the dreadful duckies get to her first?

But it's not Purple Knight.

It is a language that people speak in the real world!

Rosie/Javi: [excited gasp] Rosie: What language is it?

Abuela: [off screen] I'm not sure.

There are many, many languages around the world.

Javi: How many? Eight? Nine?

Abuela: About ,!

Javi: [gasps]

Rosie/Javi: Well, that's new information!

Abuela: I love learning new languages.

Today, I learned a word

in the Nahuatl, from Mexico.

Repeat after me: "Ni-mitz-tla-zoh-tla".

It means, "I love you".

Rosie/Javi: Nimitztlazohtla.

Abuela: ¡Muy bien!

Well, I'd better get going.

Rosie/Javi: ¡Ciao bacalao!

Rosie: Okay primo, we need to find someone who speaks

the real, wowmazing language in this book.

Javi: I completely agree!

Miss Maya: [to kids] How do you say castle in Spanish?

Rosie: Castillo.

Miss Maya: Castillo. [chuckles] See?

I can learn new words in a language from you too!

Miss Maya: [off screen] The rubber duckies bounced

towards the Purple Knight!

But the Purple Knight zooooooomed over the duckies

to the tippy top of the castle!

The Purple Knight won the race!

Rosie: [gasps] Woohoo! Javi: Yay, Purple Knight!

Rosie: I knew she could do it!

Javi: Meeeee too.

Rosie/Javi: Huzzzzzaaaa! [giggle]

Rosie: Rosie's New Club!

Gatita: Meow meow!

Rosie: [narrator voice] It was a regular ol' day

in the deep blue sea,

when suddenly...

[walrus barks][flipper clap]

Rosie: [gasps] That sneaky octopus

is trying to trap the fishy!

and do something they all like.
