Boots and I are exploring
in the forest.

in the nest.

I'm going to look
for a cocoon.

Do you see a cocoon?

[ rattling]

That's a cocoon?

Yeah, Boots.

A caterpillar
spins a cocoon,

then goes
to sleep.

When it wakes up,

it turns into
a butterfly.

Cool! I want to see
the butterfly.

It may not happen
for a while, Boots.

[ sighs]

Is the cocoon hatching?

BOOTS AND DORA:
Ooh, a butterfly!

Let's keep exploring.

BOTH:

ALL ANIMALS:

It sounds like he needs help.

but I can't
reach it.

Do we have anything

to scratch the Big
Red Chicken's itch?

Swiper the fox.

That sneaky fox is always
trying to swipe our stuff.

He'll try to swipe
the magic stick.

If you see Swiper the fox,
yell "Swiper."

You see Swiper?

You're too late.

[ laughs]

You'll never
find it now.

If we don't find
the magic stick,

we'll never see
its trick.

Don't worry.

DORA:
We know the magic stick is long,

so let's sort the sticks
into two piles.

Señor Tucan can help us
sort the sticks.

Señor Tucan speaks Spanish,

so if the stick is long,
we tell him "largo."

we tell him "corto."

You have to tell Señor Tucan

Look, there are
three long sticks.

BOOTS:
The magic stick!

DORA:

to fix the ladder.

DORA AND BOOTS:

Look, it's a slide.

Hug your knees

We made it up the hill.

Now the magic stick

Girl and monkey,

our hill back to life.
