He literally treats me like a princess,

and sometimes it just feels too good to be true.

I don't know if it's just because my last relationship

literally put me through hell and back,

but I honestly think that Peter's perfect.

Everyone else in the house is still sleeping,

so me and Anna are planning to go to brunch.

We both want to spend a little bit of alone time together.

I'm hungry, and I become a b*tch.

I can go somewhere else myself. Why do you always have

Anna gets boiled up in a matter of a second.

I didn't know me putting my freaking hair extensions in

would make it such a big deal when she was changing

outfits.

It sounds stupid but, like,

we'll argue over these things,

and then it'll blow up more.

And then that's what will make us go months without talking.

- . Isn't that one called your, like,

golden birthday or some [bleep]?

- We enter the old fart zone. - The old fart zone.

- Yeah. Peter's birthday is right around the corner,

and I want to throw a huge costume

surprise party to show him how much I appreciate him.

- And you should have Robbie take him just for a drink.

- We were thinking that maybe you--like,

after dinner tomorrow you should say,

"Let's go for a drink."

- So she can get all ready in her costume.

- I'm gonna take him to the strip club.

- [sarcastic laugh]

- I don't know, man.

I'm just taking it a day at a time, you know?

I feel like you're a really good person.

- I try to keep the positive energy,

but I don't get too optimistic,

because I thought me and Theo was gonna be good.

And that [bleep] didn't work out at all.

- Things don't happen the way that you expect it to.

- Lana is really sweet.

She's the closest female friend to me in the house.

She's the only person I can have a real, like,

intellectual heart-to-heart with

that kind of understands my point of view.

Trust me. I know. I didn't expect to be here.

At all. And everything took a turn.

Not always for the better, but they take turns,

so I'm just hoping that it straighten out sooner or later.

I don't know what I'm gonna do about the Kassius situation.

Honestly I want to tell him that I like him.

- Our first thing is, like, when we get into an argument

we'll separate ourselves from each other.

- Maybe you guys are fighting, and bickering, and stuff,

but there's, like, a deeper issue.

- There is. Like, she's my older sister.

I looked up to her, but then, like, there would be times

where just, like, she was just such a mean older sister.

And some of the situations Anna put me

in she doesn't see that she was wrong, you know?

- Mm-hmm. - I was left at an airport for,

like, hours. I was, like, years old.

She drove me from Gainesville to Orlando airport,

and I didn't think she was actually gonna

physically leave me there. Physically left me there.

My plane didn't take off for hours.

Didn't have my cell phone. Didn't have anything.

It was, like, in the middle of the night.

- So why'd she do that though?

- Because we got into an argument over something.

It sucks, 'cause she's so [bleep] mean at times.

- Yeah, and that's just probably her defense mechanism too.

Being mean is easier than being weak as well.

Like, you know, some people cope differently.

The bigger picture is you guys are blood.

You love each other a lot, so talk it out,

instead of just, like, blocking it out.

It's not healthy. Are you gonna keep

building up all this animosity and hate?

And that's what's really gonna tear you guys apart then,

you know?

You have to talk about it. - Yeah.

I feel like this could be our last chance.

And I used to yell--

- Do you think you're controlling sometimes?

to someone who's doing stuff like this?

- Why the [bleep] are we having this conversation?

- I'm just getting to knowyou guys

and have a new perspectiveon life.

Like, I only have a few more weeks left. I'm just...

- Yeah, right. - Tired of not knowing anything

but you guys' first name, so--

- Well, I have a question for you.

Why does it seem like you don't trust people?

- 'Cause that's how I was raised.

My mom told me not to trust anyone.

- Do you feel like that impacts, like, your social life?

- Yeah, that's probably why I don't have any friends.

- So how was your experience in high school?

- Oh, it sucked, 'cause I was bullied,

and I think that's why I hold a grudge

against Kim so much, 'cause she was one of the people

who bullied me in high school.

One thing in particular when she started a rumor

that I got my a*s done.

- That's so weird. - She went around saying

I got surgery which wasn't true,

so everyone started, like, teasing me about that.

Kim, when she first got to the house,

I know my initial reaction

was to just slap the [bleep] out of her,

but I'm trying to grow from this experience.

And so I think the mature me in my head is saying,

"Just go to lunch with her

and finally confront her about it."

At the time I was such a vulnerable,

no-backbone-having-a*s person.

Like, now I feel like I'm always on the defensive mode,

because of how I was when I was younger.

- Yeah. You are. - I feel like I make it harder

for people to come to me and befriend me,

but at the same time it's like--

- I mean I'm gonna be honest with you.

Like, I really didn't think that you were that approachable

when I first met you. - Yeah.

- And I'm happy we're having this conversation,

'cause I'm definitely understanding a lot more.

- Yeah, people can understand more why I do things I do.

- This is so interesting.

I did learn something new about you.

She's so attached to him, even though

he hasn't said that he feels the same way.

You try to act like you're the good person

put it out there how mean you are to me.

in the middle of the highway multiple occasions.

You've literally tortured me growing up.

And I feel like if we keep on doing that, like--

so you can't really sit there and put yourself in my position.

to say all these awful things to me to make it my fault,

and then you just don't see any of my side.

I think she thinks it's a one-way street, you know?

In the past that, like, I've only hurt Katrina.

She doesn't even take into consideration

that she ever hurt me.

We hurt each other in different ways apparently, and--

- No. I mean I don't know how to approach things.

Like, so many other siblings

don't know how to talk about their problems, you know?

- I mean there's been a million different times

where I wanted to sit down.

A lot of the time I [bleep] shut myself down

and do not speak, because it's easier.

But I totally would see, like, a therapist or somebody.

Like, while we're here would you be interested in that?

- I think it'd be really helpful.

- I'm very open to Tya talking to me over lunch

regarding what it was that I really did

to her in high school that has stuck with her for this long.

This is a good restaurant though, right?

All I want to do at this lunch

is to just get everything that I have to say to her out.

I don't know how she's gonna take it,

but this is my time to finally express

how I feel, so just do it.

We never actually sat down and had a talk to talk,

so we don't know each other. You know what I mean?

And, like, I know some things that you don't know.

But, like, I was bullied bad in high school. Bad.

And then it was you, and then it was, like,

a bunch of other people and just stupid [bleep].

Like, I had my own [bleep] going on.

Like, you never know the type of [bleep]

people are going through.

- At home and stuff. Yeah. - That one comment you made,

it spread into this big a*s rumor.

- And I'm just like, "How?"

- And everyone around school kept saying I had my a*s done.

Like, that [bleep] hurt. [bleep] my a*s done.

- Yeah, like, a comment that I made, like, to you actually,

like, to your face would get out of that classroom.

- I mean, 'cause other people were around,

so I guess, like, kids are immature,

but, like, that [bleep] spread.

Like, in high school I looked up to you and...

- You know, that [bleep]'s even worse.

- 'Cause you're older than me, and I really looked up to you.

Like, I didn't have any friends in high school, like,

so it made me feel like [bleep].

- People hold onto stuff for a long time, and, like,

I never want anybody to feel like I bullied them.

And I don't want you to think I was

intentionally trying to put you down.

I was dealing with my own insecurity,

so maybe it was, like, an outlet for me at the time.

I want you to know that I'm sorry

for what my -year-old self said to you.

- I appreciate that. - And for what it did

to your -year-old self,

because those are crucial, like, growing stages for women.

So as a woman, I should have never put you down.

I would rather just you actually to know me

and me get to know you.

- I have, like, an open mind, an open soul,

and an open heart to be able to get to know each other.

Confronting Kim, it does feel freeing.

It feels--it feels weird.

I'm just glad that we were able to hash [bleep] out.

- I just feel really bad that it did hold such a,

like, heavy weight on you.

It would just be really cool to hear from each of you

kind of just what would be your hope moving forward?

What would you like to get from today?

- I think our biggest downfall was communication.

And it usually takes I think about three hours

we'll be together, and then something will happen.

Something so stupid,

but it gets blown up way more than it should be.

- Yeah, and so I'm curious. Can one of you tell me kind of

what's life been like growing up, the two of you?

- We both have completely different perceptions

of our childhood.

My father spoke illy of my mother all the time.

...when I was around nine. She was eight.

It was definitely long. Dragged out. It's crazy.

I was, like, actually thinking of ways that our parents would,

like, help us solve our problems and stuff.

And when we'd get in fights, like,

mom and dad would never talk about anything.

Nothing would be solved. - Uh-huh.

- They literally would be like, "Just hug it out."

- It sounds like there was conflict,

but nobody was talking about it.

Like, you were hugging it out.

- They don't talk about any problems.

- She gets flustered really easily.

- Okay. - And she'll just be like,

"Oh, you're a stupid b*tch. Da-da-da,"

and it makes me feel like I'm, like, garbage.

- That is ridiculous. Maybe, like, that one time

that I have a breaking point in, like, that hotel room.

- What world are you living in, Anna?

See. She won't own up to it, because she's embarrassed,

and so she has to point a finger.

Hello? Like I just said.

- I know I literally--if I was an attacker--do

you want me to say I attack you?

I attack you. Nothing is ever good enough.

- That's the same way I feel about you, Anna.

- I just want her to tell me

that she loves me and not be so closed off.

- There's something worth fighting for

in this relationship.

- I'm here to make my relationship

better with my sister,

but I don't know if we'll grow from this.

I mean I can't predict it.

I can say that I want us to grow, but I don't know,

because we've been trying our whole life.

- There are ways that the two of you need

to learn how to communicate and hear one another,

but that there's also

this really solid sister relationship there

that I think is really, really valuable.
