- ♪ We live here ♪

♪ We do fun things ♪

[laughter]

- Ooh, I'm having fun!

- Hey, everyfishy.

Have I got a surprise for you.

- Wow!

A suitcase!

That is surprising.

- The surprise is what's inside.

Check it out.

It's a super-rare box of mega-delicious chum-yums!

[all gasp] - Chum-yums!

- How divine!

- [sniffs] Mmm, they smell so exclusive.

- They are!

And they come in different flavors,

like ice cream sundae, kelparoni pizza.

[gasps] There's even a mystery flavor that's so secret,

not even the chum-yum makers know what it is.

all: Ooh!

- And there's enough for all of us.

Dig in, fishies!

[all munching] - Oh, scrumptious!

- Mmm! - Yummy!

- Mine tastes like Grandma's smile.

- Come on, Shadow.

Let us have a turn.

- [sniffing] Hey, something smells good.

Mmm!

- [sniffs] Mmm.

Whatever that smell is, it's gonna be mine.

Yoink!

- Hey! Give that back, Aggie.

- Sorry, but this chum-yum looks too big for you,

Gilly Wonka.

Ha! Baited!

- Whoa. Even I think that's mean.

Respect.

- Thanks.

I work hard to perfect my craft.

- Oh, come on, Aggie.

That's William's chum-yum.

- What gives?

I stole that fair and square.

- Thanks, Baby.

Hmph.

- Shadow, Aggie, if you really want William

to share his treat with you,

you should try being nice to him.

- So if we want that chum-yum, we have to be nice to William?

- But how exactly do we do "nice"?

[chuckles awkwardly]

- I have no idea.

But I think I know a fishy who can teach us.

[chomping]

[whimsical music]

- ♪ La-la-la, la-la-lum ♪

♪ I pick flowers while I hum ♪

- Shoo! Scram!

- Huh?

Shadow, Aggie, how can I--

- Ah, no time for chitchat, Miss Nicefins.

- Yeah, we need you to teach us how to be nice, like you.

- You two want to learn to be nice?

How nice!

I'd be happy to teach you what my niceness mentor,

Max Goodfish, taught me.

- Wait a minute.

You want to help us just like that?

What's in it for you?

- [laughs] Oh, Aggie.

Being nice is its own reward.

Now, let's begin.

both: Uh...

[chomping]

[light music]

- Lesson one: sharing.

Here, try sharing this kite.

First, Shadow, you take a turn.

Then, Aggie, you can--

- I want a turn now.

Give it to me.

[both grunting]

- It's my turn!

- Let go!

- [yells] - Give me that!

Let go!

both: Aw!

- [grumbles] Well played, wind.

You win this round!

- [sighs]

[chomping]

Lesson number two: saying thank you.

It's very important.

- If it's so important, why haven't I ever heard it before?

- It shows other fishies that you're thankful,

and it makes them feel appreciated.

Give it a try.

- Here you go.

- Say thank you.

- Th-th--

- Tha-tha-tha--

- Why is this so hard?

- It hurts my mouth.

- Um, are they OK?

- [sighs] I honestly don't know.

[chomping]

[wheels squeaking]

- [sighs] Why are we helping you

lug this birthday cake?

If this is some kind of scam, I want my cut.

- It's time for our third and final lesson:

thinking of others.

[knocking]

- Whoa.

Look at that cake.

- Happy birthday, Ernie!

- Huh! Thank you! Thank you!

- This is so jawesome.

Whoo-hoo-hoo!

- Wow, that really did make them happy.

- Exactly.

That's why being nice is its own reward.

- The only thing it made me feel was hungry.

We should have eaten the cake ourselves.

- Well, I've taught you all that I can.

Now go forth and use your niceness

to make other fishies happy.

- Finally.

It's time to see who can be nicest to William

to get that chum-yum.

- It's time for a nice-off.

[upbeat music]

- Hmm.

- Here, William.

Allow me to help you with those heavy tickets.

- Um, OK.

- I'm happy to-- [grunting]

Whoa!

♪ ♪

- Don't worry, William.

I'll help you.

[grunts]

- Oh.

Thanks, Shadow.

- [grumbles]

[chomping]

[light music]

- William, would you like to use my new club?

- Wow, a Drop-The-Ball ?

[laughs] Thanks, Shadow.

[grunts]

[suspenseful music]

♪ ♪

- You think that's nice?

How about this?

[grunts, sighs]

[ball clattering]

- I did it!

[laughs] A hole in one!

Thanks, Aggie.

- You're so welcome.

- [grumbles]

[chomping]

♪ ♪

- I'll show William I'm the nicest fishy in the sea.

- Nice try.

I'll show him I'm twice as nice.

♪ ♪

- [grunts]

- Hey, that's not nice, Aggie.

- Oh, no, Guppy.

You dropped this.

- Wow, that was so nice, Aggie.

- Bait, Switch, I know I never say it,

but I really appreciate you fishies.

Thank you.

both: Aww!

- Oh, boss.

- We always knew you cared.

Aww. - [chuckles]

Of course, fishies.

♪ ♪

Saying thank you to Bait and Switch made them so happy.

Why do I feel...good?

- I can keep this niceness going all day, Shadow.

- Oh, yeah? Well, I can--

- [clears throat]

[dramatic music]

♪ ♪

Aggie, Shadow, I've seen how nice you two have been.

I've decided to give you my extra-mega-delicious chum-yum.

Here.

- Wow.

I can't believe that worked.

But there's only one chum-yum and two of us.

So who gets it?

- You know what would be really nice?

If we shared it like Miss Nicefins taught us.

That way, we can both have some.

- Oh, Shadow, what a great idea.

Psyche! - Huh?

- [laughs] Oh.

I can't believe you thought I'd ever be nice.

[laughs]

- What?

- You know, Shadow, I was just delivering cupkelps,

and I saw what you did.

Offering to share with Aggie was very nice.

- Yeah, a lot of good that did me.

I didn't get the chum-yum.

- But doing nice things is its own reward, remember?

- Well, I guess it did feel good to be nice

to Ernie and Squinton

and Bait and Switch

and Aggie--

before she tricked me.

- Exactly.

Say, do you want to help me pass these out?

- Actually, I do.

- Cupkelps?

[munching]

- What is this strange feeling happening to me?

[groans]

Do I actually like being nice?

[upbeat music]

♪ What if I like being kind ♪

♪ 'Cause that feels so wrong ♪

♪ But at the same time ♪

♪ It feels right but still strange ♪

♪ Could I swimply have changed ♪

♪ Maybe it's all in my mind ♪

♪ Oh, my gills, is it true ♪

♪ It's just all so new ♪

♪ Been trying a slice of nice ♪

♪ And it feels really good

♪ Not turtle-y sure what to do ♪

♪ But I guess this fishy's got no-fin to lose ♪

♪ 'Cause it feels really good - ♪ Really good ♪

- ♪ Helping other fishies round the neighborhood ♪

That's so nice of you.

- Ha! Well, while you're wasting time being nice,

I get to enjoy the mystery-flavored chum-yum.

[chomping] Mmm.

The mystery flavor is--

mm!

[laughs nervously] Extra-spicy volcano peppers!

[panting]

Water! I need water!

I need water!

[panting]

- Here, Aggie.

- [gulping]

[sighs]

Huh?

I-I don't get it.

Why did you help me, Shadow?

- Because...

[squeaking] [blows sharply]

I'm nice.

[rock music]

Yeah!

[upbeat music]

- And all done!

- Shiny.

Thanks for squeezing me into your schedule, Daddy.

- Oh, of course, Baby.

Day or night, it's always a good time

for a dental cleaning

because plaque never sleeps. [wind whooshing]

- [laughs]

[device beeping and buzzing]

Huh? What's that?

[dramatic music]

- My emergency dental pager.

- Whoa.

What's a pager?

- Uh, it's like a shell phone

but bigger and less useful.

There's only one fishy who still uses these.

both: The toothfish fairy!

- That's my name.

Don't wear it out...or do.

[chuckles]

- [laughs]

Uh, Your--Your Excellency.

- Oh, uh, Your Excellency.

- Aw, you fishies don't need to bow.

In fact, I need your help.

Look.

- Oh, no, your fin.

- [gasps] What happened?

- I faced off against the Loch Ness Lobster...

[both gasp]

In a sea pickleball tournament.

[both sigh]

I won, but I threw out my elbow.

Now I need you to fill in for me

as my substitute toothfish fairy.

- [gasps] Substitute toothfish fairy?

But, I mean, why me?

- Because your Kelp Reviews are off the charts.

- Well, I've never been a mythical fishy before,

but I'm happy to help however I can.

- Great.

Here's your crown and your very own wand.

Just tooth poof into each fishy's room,

grab their tooth,

and replace it with a sand dollar.

Easy, right?

- Uh, yeah, I mean, but what if, you know, I--

- Don't worry. You're gonna do great.

Bye-bye, now.

- Uh, but I still have so many questions!

- Aw, don't worry, Daddy.

I'll help you.

You got this.

- Do I?

Can I really be the substitute toothfish fairy?

My first tooth.

- Let's flow.

- OK, I guess I just need to wave my wand and--

[echoing] Whoa!

[mysterious music]

[gasps] Did I do that right?

Are we in the right house?

- Uh, I think so.

[light switch clicks]

- Grr!

- Sea monster!

- I'm not a sea monster.

It's me, Barb.

What are you sharks doing in my house?

- Ah! - Oh!

Uh, hey, Barb.

Um, I'm filling in for the toothfish fairy.

- Uh-huh.

- You didn't happen to lose a tooth, did you?

- [laughs] I think you're looking

for the Urchin kid next door.

- Oh, I tooth poofed into the wrong house?

Gah!

I'm so sorry for intruding

and for thinking you were a sea monster.

- It happens.

- Well, uh, we'll just be on our way, then.

- [sighs] It's always,

"I tooth poofed into the wrong house."

Never, "Hey, Barb.

How's it going?"

[light switch clicks]

[chomping]

- [snoring] Honk-shoo.

Honk-shoo.

- Aw, he's sleeping.

- OK, we just need to find his tooth

and replace it with a sand dollar.

- Mm-hmm.

[suspenseful music]

♪ ♪

- I did it!

[wand beeping]

[gasps] Another tooth already?

♪ ♪

- Mm.

Honk-shoo. Honk-shoo.

Honk-shoo.

- [snoring]

- [gasps] It's Mariana.

- Her tooth must be under her giant pillow.

[sighs] I guess I'll have to be sneaky.

[suspenseful music]

♪ ♪

[grunting]

Ow! - Daddy!

- Huh? What is the meaning of this?

- [grunting] Uh, I, uh--

I'm the substitute toothfish fairy.

I, uh, came to give you a sand dollar.

- Substitute toothfish fairy?

[sighs] Did you not see my tooth pickup zone?

[mysterious music]

- Oh. [chuckles]

I guess that is pretty obvious.

[laughs nervously]

- [growls]

- Uh, well, I'll just grab that tooth, then.

♪ ♪

OK, and, uh, here's your sand dollar.

[grunting]

- About time! Hmph!

Now I can finally get back to sleep.

Hmph!

[snoring]

- Oh! Yay, we did it!

- Oh, it's no time to shellebrate, Baby.

I totally goofed.

- Aw, how were you supposed to know

Mariana had a special place for her tooth?

- A good toothfish fairy would know.

[wand beeping]

- [gasps] Another tooth.

I'm sure this one will go better.

- We'll see.

[chomping]

♪ ♪

- Whoa, Bentley's mansion?

[gasps] Look!

- ♪ Ah ♪

- [laughs] Good eye, Baby.

Now, Bentley must have put his tooth aside like Mariana

so I wouldn't wake him up.

- Oh, no! - We're trapped!

- [laughs] That's right.

It took me years, but I finally caught the legendary--

wait.

You're not the toothfish fairy.

- Sorry!

I'm the substitute toothfish fairy.

And don't worry, I'm leaving.

♪ ♪

Huh? Why can't I poof us out of here?

- This cage is tooth poof-proofed.

[laughs] It cost me a fortune.

- [grunting] Why are you doing this, Bentley?

- Because one of my precious teeth

is worth far more than one measly sand dollar.

I want a better deal.

- Bentley. - Ah!

The real toothfish fairy.

Finally.

Ah! My remote!

Give that back!

- Ha, not a chance.

- No! I've been flossed!

[dramatic music]

- Come on, you two.

Let's poof out of this rusty, dusty mansion.

- This isn't over, I tell you.

[chomping]

♪ ♪

- Oh, I'm so sorry.

I don't deserve this crown or this wand.

I'm a terrible toothfish fairy.

- Aw, Daddy.

- I wanted to be perfect, but I just couldn't cut it.

- [chuckles]

- Huh?

Why are you laughing?

Aren't you mad at me?

- Not at all.

You've been doing a great job.

- But I made so many mistakes.

- Of course you have.

This was your first night on the job.

It's OK to make mistakes.

- [gasps] It is?

- Oh, yeah.

On my first night,

I accidentally tickled Mariana's nose,

and she sneezed me all the way to Inkington.

- [laughs] That's silly.

- [chuckles] Isn't it?

But it's OK.

Every mistake is an opportunity to learn.

- Wow.

I guess I have learned a lot tonight.

- Then think of how much better you'll do next time.

You know, I'm still gonna need a substitute toothfish fairy

for one more night.

You want to give it another try?

- Let's do-do-do, do-do-do-do this.

- Oh, yeah! - Whoo-hoo!

[chomping]

[upbeat music]

- [snoring]

- [gasps] Ah!

I poofed into the right house.

- [sighs]

[gasps] The toothfish fairy came!

- Ah! I didn't wake them up.

[giggles]

I recognize that tooth.

Nice try, Bentley!

- Curses!

I almost had you.

♪ ♪

- Wow!

That was jawesome, Daddy!

Ah, I'm so proud of you.

- Well, thanks, squiddo.

I'm proud of me too.

And if I hadn't already made mistakes,

I wouldn't have known what to do.

[wand beeping]

- [yawns]

How does she do this every night?

[yawns]

[gasps] Huh?

- Wow, look at that!

[laughter]
