And I used the other fabric
that I used to
Making more of this shape.
- There’s just so many things
wrong with this dress.
- It looks like she’s the
vag*na superhero.
- Mm-hmm.
- Not very elegant.
This, from the back,
Looks really spot-on
and beautiful.
From the front, it’s too short.
- It’s just very unflattering.
It kind of just reminds me of a
pop star halloween costume.
- Where do we go from here?
Like, the piece has
a lot of fit issues.
- If my material didn’t fall
apart on me,
It wasn’t going to be better
fitting,
Because i’m more about fitting,
and I tried very hard
About try to fit it.
- Okay.
We’ve heard what you had to say.
We’re gonna take a closer look
at your designs,
Have a little chat,
and then i’m gonna call you
Back onto the runway.
Thank you.

- Shall we start with d.j.?
- Okay.
- We’ll send you out,
wearing kristine.
- I can’t see another
biker jacket. Honestly.
- Listen, the jacket wasn’t bad.
- Who gets velour and then
picks this,
And then adds organza?
- She wanted to have that
unexpected textile association.
- It is unexpected.
It’s just...ugly.
- Sean, what was he thinking?
I mean, this is terrible.
- I thought it was jersey.
It’s power mesh.
- Look--no, look at this
material he used.
- It really doesn’t feel like an
inventive use,
In any way, of his suit.
- I know that we keep talking
about this imagination,
But where is it?
I have yet to see it.
- I’m very concerned.
- So let’s talk about
this material.
- Yeah. There’s a real
thing that we have to, like,
Call out the b.s. This fabric
is not falling apart.
- It looks like a costume.
- It does look like a costume.
- It really does.
- That’s the first thing I
thought of when I saw it.
- This is not a costume
you’d ever wear.
- She’s "super vag*na."
- "V"!
- Christabel, wearing kini.
- It’s great.
- And he was smart to pick this
neoprene because it just--
- He was the only person who
played with tailoring
In a shoulder.
He used stretch
in the right places.
I mean, I think this
is really spectacular.
I think this is a winning,
winning design.
- Standout.
- This is one of my favorites.
- As I get closer, I think
concept was there, it’s really
Put together, but, I think,
there’s taste here.
And a point of view.
And that’s commendable.
- Yay.
- Come on, camera magic.
- I just love it.
- That was the "wow" on
the runway today.
She understands movement.
- Yeah, there was no doubt.
- She understands texture.
- How great that
she reversed the fabric.
- Oh, this is so nice.
- She made the fringe?
- She made it.
- Yeah, it’s
bathing suit fringe.
- I love the hair with it, too.
- And to use the white
as the piping. It’s work.
There’s work here.
- It’s a lot of work.
- I’m very torn between
kini and amanda.
- But we have to choose.
One of you will
be named the winner,
And one of you will be out.
- One of you will be
named the winner,
And one of you will be out.
Designers, this was a fun
challenge, and we were very
Impressed with many of your suit
transformations,
But some of you fell short.
Alexander, from the bottom
to the top,
You turned it around today.
You’re in.
You can leave the runway.
- Thank you very much.
- Amanda...
Congratulations.
You are the
winner of this challenge.
- Oh, my god, oh, my god.
Okay, whew.
- That also means you have
immunity
And cannot be eliminated next
time.
Kini, great job.
- Thank you.
- You both are in.
You can leave the runway.
- Thank you.
- Thank you, guys.
- Yay!
[Applause]
- I couldn’t get--you guys,
like, I wasn’t expecting--
I-i thought it was his.
- Well, both of you guys
did amazing.
- Congratulations.
- Thank you.
- I thought it was yours.
- Whoo!
- Kristine, sean, hernan,
We were not happy with any
of your designs.
One of you will be out.
Kristine, you’re in.
- Thank you.
- Sean.
Hernan.
One of you will be out.
Sean...
You’re in.
You can leave the runway.
- Thank you.
- Hernan, i’m really sorry,
But that means you’re out.
Auf wiedersehen.
- Hello, b*tches.
- Oh, hernan.
- Next time, on
project runway...
For this challenge, you’re going
to design a red-carpet look
For me to wear...
- [Gasps]
- And I do not want to end up
on a worst-dressed list.
I’m wearing this,
so it’d better be good.
- The fear sets in.
- The color is sad.
It does not look elegant.
Where is the sex appeal?
It’s not good.
- Heidi is not happy at all.
- Don’t start crying about it.
Bye, everybody.
- [Sighs] where do I start?
- It hurts my eyes.
- The back is a disaster.
- This is amateur hour here.
- You’re out.
I’m sorry, you’re out as well.
- Oh, my god.
This will change everything.
