I was diagnosed
with Tourette syndrome,
which is a neurological
involuntary motor and vocal --

with Tourette's on social media
because I was done hiding
from myself.

a little bit confused,

Tourette syndrome is never
isolated by itself.
It's often accompanied
by other conditions
or comorbidities,
like OCD, ADHD,
depression, anxiety.
And I have a lot of those.

To be completely honest,
three out of the six kids,
maybe four out of the six have
anxiety and OCD.
It's just how it's elicited
differently
and how they cope differently.

that there is
a way to hide your OCD,
and Sammi does
a really good job of hiding it.
She does a really good job
with keeping things private
that she wants to keep private.

For me, everything

'cause it doesn't feel right.

Or I need to do it again
and throw it in the right angle

That was a big struggle
growing up, watching Baylen
deal with all of her own issues
and then also dealing

like we both failed my parents.
How are we raised
by two absolutely selfless,
caring, supportive parents,

But also, in a way, like,
I found comfort and safety
within Baylen, because we did
both struggle with, kind of,
sort of, the same things,
even if they were a little bit
different on each side
of the spectrum.

who had Tourette syndrome.

and stick them on sticks
and put them in there.
I never made something
so extravagant before.
He may get a 2-3
for his birthday,
for all I know.
Me and Baylen have done cooking
and baking in the past.

very, very well.

she had OCD so aggressively.

to be more independent,
and she's able to do
more by herself now.
