take this beat down wreck of an ice cream delivery truck
and turn it into a monster racer equipped
to dominate a frozen solid course of ice.
The rules?
The vehicle must appear to be stone cold stock
and the team can spend no more than 5,000 bucks on parts.
Jesse and his fellow mechanics have seven days and nights.
On the first day they design.
For the next five they build,
and on the seventh day, he slides.
If successful,
the team walks away with a $4,000 set of Mac's hottest tools
and they'll each get a 28 volt lithium ion combo kit
from Milwaukee Electric Tools.
And the clock starts now. [glass shatters]

Terry and Richard team up to tackle the math.
- We have to notch this frame,

We're gonna have to work on this one.
- Okay. - We'll try.

- Oh, we're just gonna use the spindles, the hubs.
We'll build control arms.
