and that 2018 lava flow

that took out
this whole community.

to kinda get over it,

but friends, family helped me
to deal with my problems.

in a good way it helped me
deal with the loss.

Hearing everything
about this and being up here

Seeing kainoa and his family
overcome all odds,

rebuild their lives
after they lost everything,

it gives me hope
that I can do the same.
