Oh hey! I was just reading some Valentine's Day cards to see if I could figure out what love is. See, I've got a problem. My friend's letting me watch his dog today

and her name is Coco and she's really cute and sweet, but...well, look at her.

She just doesn't look happy and I don't know what to do. See, I love her and I really want to make her feel special, but every time I try to give her a big hug...

[Coco whimpers]

...she just doesn't seem to like it! I don't understand. Hugs and snuggles always make me feel so warm and happy and loved. But not her. Maybe I just don't understand what love really is.

I know! Maybe my friends Pap Pap and Bearhead can help. I think they're working on something in the lab today. Let's go see!

Love is a scientific mystery, to be sure. But I know something that makes me feel special. It's building things with my friend, Bearhead! Ohhh.

Watch out! Oh, haha! So I guess what I'm saying is, love to me is spending time with the people you care about.

Hey, Mindy Mango! Whatcha doing? Oh, hey Danny Go! It's good to see you! I'm just working in my neighbor's garden over here today.

Whoa, this is your neighbor's garden? Yeah, doesn't she have some beautiful flowers? Oh yeah, so many!

This one here is called the "Ursa de Caput." [Latin translation: "The Bear's Head"] It can change colors based on the type of soil you plant it in.

It's one of the only flowers that can do that. Oh, that's incredible! Wow, your neighbor really does have some really beautiful plants here.

But I'm curious...why are you working in her garden today? Well, I heard she wasn't feeling well today, and I just wanted to do something to help her out.

Oh wow. That's really kind! You know, I've been wanting to ask you a question. What do you think love is? What makes you feel special?

Oh that's easy, Danny Go. I feel loved when people do things to help me out! Like when you and Pap Pap and Bearhead came and helped me plant that lemon tree.

That felt so incredible. Ahh. So kind of like what you're doing for your neighbor here today? Yeah, I guess so!

I do hope she feels loved and cared for. Hmm.

Oh, you were trying to catch that plane, so you could could call your mom and show her all the hard work you and Pap Pap did building it?

Wow, whatever Bearhead's mom just said must have really meant a lot to him.

Oh! Your mom told you how proud of you she was for helping make that plane?

Yeah, my nephew Simmy just got me this brand new snare drum, and I am loving it! Oh, a snare drum?! I really love the way it sounds!

Yeah, it's pretty cool. And it can be used for all kinds of things. Like...building tension! Check this out.

There you go, haha! Yeah, I love this snare drum. It's one of the best gifts I've ever been given. Yeah, I bet!

You know, I came here to ask you about what love is and what makes you feel special.

But seeing how happy this snare drum makes you, i'm kind of wondering if it has something to do with this! Yeah, you guessed it.

When my nephew Simmy got me this snare drum, it made me feel very loved. It doesn't even have to be a big gift, like this. Even small gifts mean so much to me.
