That's the safe where I keepreally rare and special stuff.

Well, I like showing it to you, butI was hoping for a gwazillion visitors,

like in a real museum.

Do you think you needa "gwazillion" visitors

to be excited about your museum?

I don't know. I just like my rocks,and I like showing them to people.

That turquoise rock is beautiful.May I hold it?

I got it when I went on summer vacation.

This one store had buckets full of them.

[chuckles]

Sharing your fine collectionis a special gift to us,

and the stories that come with themare special too.

I like stories, especially your stories.

It's about someone elsewho shares their gift with the world.

Are they rocks like mine?

Not rocks, but just as beautiful.

[Stillwater] Annalisa loved to play music.

She was a very talented violinist,one of the best.

She traveled all over the world,playing to enormous audiences.

The concert halls always ran out of seats.

[audience] [cheering]

[Karl] All the clapping must havemade her feel good.

[Stillwater] Yes, it did,

but Annalisa didn't just play her musicfor the applause.

Even when she didn't have a big,crowded concert hall to perform in,

Annalisa played outsideon the street corner.

Some people stopped to listen.

Most didn't.

Sometimes, people who cheered for herthe night before

would walk by and not even notice her.

[Karl] What if nobody stopped to listen?

[Stillwater]What do you think she'd have done?

[Karl] She loved to play, so she probablywouldn't have worried about it.

[Stillwater] I think you're right.

That's the study of rocks,gems and minerals.

Well, you know what most sea glass is?

And this is sea glass,but this piece tells a different story.

These swirly streaks here mean thatthis came from a volcano.

So it's lava?

It used to be a glob of lavathat was blown high into the air.

It cooled back down so fast,it turned into glass.

Whoa!

Gems from the same beach,but with two different stories.

How fascinating.

[Stillwater] But the birds didn't listen,

so he decided to take mattersinto his own paws.

His plan was to find the noisy birdsand relocate their nest

to somewhere far, far away.

However, once he got to the nest…

Oh, hi.

I-I am so sorryfor all the noise, Mr. Bear.

[stammers] You see, Papa Bird has goneto find our little ones some food,

and [stammers] he hasn't come back yet.

They're just so very hungry.

Huh. Hungry, huh?Well, I know how that feels.

[Addy]Maybe now that he knows how they feel, [Addy]Maybe now that he knows how they feel,

he can understand why they're squawking.

[Stillwater] Good thinking, Addy.

And now he wanted to help.

So he dug up some wormsto help keep their little tummies full

until their papa returned.

Oh, Papa, I'm so glad you're back.

Our hungry babies woke this poor bear upfrom his long winter's nap.

It's okay. I understand nowthat they were just hungry.

[yawns]

Now I'm off to bed again.

[Stillwater]Soon, Mr. Bear was back in his cave,

at peace and ready once againfor a long winter's nap.

[snores]

I get it.

Once the bear discoveredwhy the birds were squawking,

it didn't make him so upset anymore.

So, maybe I need to find outwhy Karl wouldn't leave us alone.

I wonder how you could do that.

Maybe I can just ask him.
