doctors learn


is how to keep their emotions in check.

We call this skill "doctor face."

So, during your son's surgery,
we found a tumor.

- I'm so sorry.

[J.D.] I wouldn't say the newbies
were nailing it yet.


It's about being professional.

[elevator bell dings]

My doctor face had gotten
better and better over the years.

But it's our tradition.

J.D., we did it for 16 years.

but it wasn't going to be easy.
