-No, I'm getting…

I'm getting out with you too, man.
I got your back.

[Scooter speaking Spanish]

Take it easy, man.

-[man] Hi, man. How can I help you guys?
-Where'd you get the Trans-Am at?

Oh man,
I just scooped it up right now, man.

What kind of business we in here?

I buy cars and I flip 'em.
Uh, I get 'em from Mexico.

I see what you guys are doin',
so I started doing it.

-How do you know us?
-Borderland Customs, brother.

Everybody in El Paso

-So you know Cisco?
-Of course, brother. Yeah.

-So how many have you done?
-About eight of 'em.

-[Scooter] Hmm.
-[man] About eight.

Yeah, you know, I saw the Trans-Am,

and I'll be honest with you,

That's a nice truck.
Where'd you guys get it?

[Rabbit] The gettin' place!

-[laughing]
-[Scooter] Somewhere.

-[Scooter] I know.

I didn't like this one bit, Rabbit.

I do not like competition. Not this kind.

[Rabbit] I got a feelin'

[Scooter] Me too.

[theme music playing]

[Rabbit] We need to keep this

[Scooter] So we don't ruin
the good news about the truck.

I'm pulling, I'm pulling. Whoo-hoo!

-[Rabbit] Nice of you to join us.
-[Scooter] Wesito, what do you think?

[Wes] Squarebody C10?
I used to own one just like this.

-[Scooter] Whoo!
-[Wes] Nice.

When it comes to American pickup trucks,

there's no denyin' that the Chevy C10
is an icon around the world.

The most popular incarnation
of all these is the squarebody generation,

running from 1973 to 1987.

Fifteen years ago,
these were nothing special,

but now they're
increasingly high in demand.

And exceptional builds
have been selling for 60 to $70,000.

-[Jaime] What year is this guy?
-1984.

Did this come out of skid row
or something? I mean…

It's lived a rough life, but it was cheap.

-It looks like it.
-[Rabbit] It's a $2,500 pickup truck.

-Nice.
-[Jaime] Oh nice. Okay.

Let's get this thing inside.

-Let's do it.
-Yeah.

[engine starts]

Listen to that engine.

[Wes] It runs and moves on its own.

[Scooter chuckling]

-Overall, it looks really solid.
-This truck's pretty straight.

It's got a couple little spots
that need to be worked, but all in all…

Yeah, the body's straight on it.
Sounds like it runs pretty good.

[Rabbit] It's running fat,
but at the end of the day,

squarebodies are red-hot.

-[Wes] They're popular now.
-Do a stop, drop, and roll on this.

Big wheels, four-six drop.
These trucks make great money.

Yeah. So are you thinkin' full Boss Hogg,
bull horns on the front?

I kinda like the horns.

Put you in a white suit, some white shoes?

-[Jaime] A white hat?
-I could rock the hell outta that.

[Wes] We need to talk Andy
into doin' another wrap,

since the last one worked out pretty well.

[Jaime] All right,
so I guess there's a plan.

We're gonna lower it.
Big wheels and tires?

-[Rabbit] Big, shiny wheels.
-[Wes] Like 22s?

-[Rabbit] Oh yeah.
-[Jaime] Spice up the interior.

-And it needs a tune-up.
-[Rabbit] And a tune-up, Mom.

[Jaime] I'm smellin' it.

[Wes] What are y'all thinking for colors?

[Scooter] The Texas flag. We're in Texas.

[Rabbit] Why not?

[Wes] We'll get Andy to put somethin'
together, see what he can come up with.

[Rabbit] The wrap'll
push it over the edge.

You gotta think about it.
In a sea of blue squarebodies…

-[Jaime] Mmm.
-[Rabbit] This thing's gonna stick out.

-[Scooter] Oh yeah.
-It'll definitely stand out.

That's what people want.

-Somethin' to catch your eye.
-You want eyeball.

-Yeah.
-Eyeball all the way around.

-Not that kind of eyeball.
-[Wes laughs]

[Jaime] Okay, so if we do all that

and put in, like, five or six grand,
what do you think we can get for it?

This truck, done right?

What? Really?

-Oh yeah.
-We should turn this around pretty quick.

[Scooter] So where's the Lambo?

-We found some damage under the wrap.
-What?

So we made the call to send it
to a specialty shop to do the teardown.

Once they get it tore down,
I'll do the work on it there.

So we're confident
workin' on exotics to a point.

But this Lambo ended up
having more serious issues

that could only be handled
by a specialty shop.

The kind of issues that,
if we dive into it ourselves,

we could accidentally cause tens
of thousands of dollars of more damage.

In the words of Dolly Parton,
one of my favorite country music singers…

-[Wes] Oh yeah.
-"Can't have a rainbow without the rain."

-That's it. But I--
-Enjoy your rainbow.

-[Scooter] Yeah!
-Let's roll, Scooter.

-After you, partner.
-[Wes] Good job, guys.

[Jaime] This interior
actually doesn't look bad.

[Wes] Yeah.

The Lambo is temporarily out of our hands,
so we're gonna dive right into this.

Our last Chevy C10, which was the Apache,
sold for a decent amount of money.

But we overspent on the rebuild,
and it ate into our profits.

This C10 will be different

because this squarebody
is far more popular.

So the parts should be
way more inexpensive

and a lot easier to source.

And that is huge for us
considering the Lambo costs.

Straight back.

Okay. [grunts]

We're gonna put a drop kit on this truck.

to give Wes access to the rear suspension.

It makes it less of a functional pickup,
but it makes it more of a show pickup.

-Let's get it outside.
-All right.

[Jaime] It also nudges
the price up a little bit.

These old trucks are more about looks
than performance these days anyway.

This thing's been just sittin' in

So this crew, they specialize in exotics.

They've got it stripped down,

so I can come in
and perform the delicate work.

It's kinda like workin' on an eggshell.
A very, very expensive eggshell.

Unfortunately, we found some damage
after we tore down the vehicle.

-There's a bit of corrosion going on.
-[Wes] Yeah.

That's something that concerned me

that we just gotta approach now
before it's too late.

-[Freddy] Yeah.

So pre-staging damage
going on right there.

[Wes] Yep, stress cracks.

[Freddy] Stress crack.
There's another crack right here.

The diffuser's gonna take
a lot of wind force,

which is part of the aerodynamics
of the vehicle.

-Right.
-It makes the vehicle perform.

-So how does the structure look like?
-[Freddy] We did find corrosion.

-[Wes] Ah.
-You see the corrosion right here?

-And there's a severe crack.
-[Wes] Oh yeah.

Yeah, it's got a lot of corrosion.
It's gonna be pretty dirty.

[Freddy] And this is how bad it is.

The structure will flop
with the whole car.

-There might be more.
-[Wes] Gotcha.

While I keep looking towards the front,
you can start fixing this.

-Hopefully, no more issues.
-I hope so.

[Wes laughs] Fingers crossed.

[Wes] You know, I was hoping
this thing was gonna be a good car.

Now that we're findin'
stress cracks like this,

broken supports,

it's really got me worried.

With a performance car like this,
you're gonna wanna drive it fast.

But that causes stress on the entire body.

So this repair has to be solid,

or it's gonna shred like paper
down the line.

Hopefully, you know, I can come in,
get everything welded back together.

They can do their body work,
and we can turn a good profit on it.

It does make me realize

that if we wanna move forward
with these high-end builds,

we'll probably need to make
a few upgrades in the shop.

That's a big part of making a leap
into this field.

We pretty much have everything
on the line with this car.

It has the potential
to get us to our 500K goal,

but it could also take a big bite
out of our profits for the winter.

We've worked way too hard
to not achieve our goal.

How grand this was.

I really think it's
what it's gonna take to sell it.

Mm-hmm.

Why don't we make it like a…

so I'm gonna cut the factory rivets out
for the bump stops,

get my C-notch plates up there,
get everything marked,

and start cuttin' it out.

Safety first.
'Cause I like to make sparks.

A lowering kit
does just what it sounds like.

It lowers the car,
gets it closer to the ground.

So I have to remove
all the brackets from the rear axle,

do my C-notch in the frame
to get the truck down on the ground.

Now I'm installing the C-notch kit,
so this will get welded in with the notch,

so when weight's on the truck,
the axle doesn't actually hit the frame.

It's gonna give it room

While I'm cuttin' on this frame,

I definitely need to watch out

She looks really good, sir.

I love this old truck.
I got a little trick I'm tryin' today.

Uh-oh. What's the trick?

I learned this from a buddy of mine
that leases apartments.

Okay.

You call 'em out there
like you're doin' a private showin'.

-Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.
-But you bring four or five out at once.

Kind of create your own bidding w*r
if they like it.

[Scooter] Ohh!

-Watch the sparks fly, right?
-With a little luck.

Right now, it's very important
to get as much as possible,

because winter's almost over,

and we're still 290K short
of our 500K goal.

So we're pulling out
all of Rabbit's sales tricks.

-[Rabbit] What's goin' on?
-[man] Hi!

-How are you?
-Hey.

-Howdy, y'all. I'm Scooter.
-How's it goin'?

-My partner, Rabbit. Nice to meet you.
-[Rabbit] What's goin' on?

-Hi.
-How you doin'? Nice to meet you.

-There's more people here than I expected.
-Wow.

-Right?
-I tell you, these things draw a crowd.

What do you think?
Walk around, check her out.

-Let me know.
-[man] Thank you.

[Scooter] Please, by all means.

[Rabbit] Boys, what we got right here
is a 1984 Chevrolet C10.

[man] Man!

[Rabbit] Lowered stance, custom interior.
It even got them longhorns on the front.

-Don't get much more Lone Star than that.
-All right.

-[laughter]
-[man] Yeah, I see that.

I like the paint job on it.

I tell you what, it turned out kinda cool.

-I love the Texas theme.
-[Rodney] I can dig it. I can dig it.

[Rabbit] Definitely not gonna
lose it in a crowd.

[Rodney, laughing]
Not with those longhorns, no.

Everybody here knows
how popular these squarebody trucks are.

Ain't here to waste nobody's time,
and that sun ain't gettin' no damn cooler.

We're asking 55,000 for this little truck
to take it home today.

I'm in.

Okay.

We got two. Fellas?

-No.
-No, I'm out. Forget it.

[Rabbit] And we lost two.

Maybe we can get you on the next one.
How about that?

-Thanks for coming by.
-[Scooter] Thanks.

All right, you boys both sittin'
at 55 grand.

I don't think you guys are gonna share it.
So we got a little predicament here.

If everything you said
about it is true, 56.

I can do 57.

-[laughing]
-[Nathan] 57.

-Okay. 57,500.
-[Scooter] 57,500!

Uh… 58.

-You're messing with me, man. [laughing]
-You're messing with me!

I didn't even know
we were gonna do a bidding w*r.

I'll do 60.

[Scooter whispers] 60!

-Nathan, you in? You out?
-[Nathan groans]

I see you drawin' up over there.

I can do 61.

-[Scooter] 61!
-[both laugh]

I'm telling you, he's almost out of money.

-I think we can hit him again.
-[chuckles] 63.

[groans]

Goin' once, goin' twice.

-I can't do it, man.
-[Scooter] Can't do it.

Sir…

You got a badass truck.

This deal we just closed
was a major win for our shop.

Not only did we get 8K over asking,
but we made over 53K in profit.

It only cost about $9,500
to buy this truck and fix it up.

You know how much profit that is?
Ay, caray! It's over 650%.

That makes this the most profitable sale
in Borderland Customs history ever.

Me and you got a date in my office
with some paperwork, buddy.

-[Scooter] Yeah!
-[Rabbit] That thing was crazy.

-You guys were vicious.
-[Rodney] Well, I got it! [laughs]

[dynamic music playing]

Wes and the crew are now finished
with the corrosion on the Lamborghini.

Now it's time to get painting.

It's the last car of the winter,
and it's our highest-end car yet.

We've gotta make
a statement with this car.

So we went with an OEM color
by Lamborghini,

and it's called Arancio Borealis.

And we're gonna accent that
with Mexican-style Huichol art

designed by yours truly.

I love what Lamborghini does.

They don't mind rollin' somethin' off
of their assembly line

that is neon green
or some odd-looking red.

It's bold, it's daring, but you gotta be
if you're a Lamborghini.

I love Scooter's idea
to bring in some Huichol art,

and orange translates very well
for kind of an Aztec,

a kind of a Mexican art type of style.

What I love about El Paso is
it's a mixed culture.

And as you drive the city,

you're gonna see
all kinds of Mexican-style artwork.

There's gonna be a mural somewhere
that's gonna have this Huichol art.

Here at Borderland Customs,
we're bridging the two cultures,

so it only makes sense we do
this style of art on the Lamborghini.

[jaunty rock music playing]

[Wes] So I notice there's still

a slow drip of oil
coming from the bottom of this thing.

I know. I think it's a drain plug
on the oil pan.

[Jaime] We got the Lamborghini back
from the specialty shop,

and it's looking really great.

But after doing
a thorough check over of everything,

we did find a small oil leak.

[Rabbit] Well, it makes
a good leaning post.

Yeah. What's up?

-We sold the C10, guys.
-That little truck brought 63 grand.

-Oh, dude!
-[Scooter] $63,000!

-Nice. Money!
-[Jaime] All right. That was quick.

It's a truck in Texas. What do you expect?

And that helps us get our numbers together
to see where we need to fall.

[Jaime] Do you know?

[Scooter] We're about $227,000 shy.

So we just gotta hit our number.

That's it. I guess all of our eggs are
in one basket right here.

-[Jaime] That should be doable, right?
-[Wes] I think this car would go for that.

[Scooter] It depends
on who shows up to our event.

-[Jaime] Yeah.
-[Wes] Gotta get the right people there.

-[Scooter] Yes, we do.
-Yeah, I agree.

We'll have to wait and see
what the sale does.

-All right, we'll have this ready.
-We'll see you.

[Jaime] Hand me a wrench.
I'll fix the leak.

[Wes] One wrench comin' up.

[suspenseful music playing]

[wind whistling]

["Libiamo, ne' lieti calici"
from La Traviata by Verdi playing]

[Wes] It's the mornin' of the art show,

and we're takin' our latest work of art
for one last spin.

When we first got our hands on this Lambo,
it had fallen from grace.

So we removed the dated wrap

and repaired the body
to be as pristine as it was

when it was factory fresh.

To restore its unearthly elegance,
we painted the Diablo

with Lamborghini's own
Arancio Borealis Orange.

And we paid tribute
to El Paso's strong Mexican influence

with Huichol artwork down the side.

-[rock song playing]
-♪ Watch out, I'm comin' for you now ♪

We converted this pink devil
back into an angel,

and we couldn't be prouder.

We've got to turn a massive profit
on this Lambo to meet our goal.

But we believe this car is blessed,
and we have faith that we can pull it off.

We're hopin' this Lamborghini Diablo

launches Borderland Customs to the heavens

and puts our name on the map
not just locally but nationally.

[music fades]

[wind whistling]

[upbeat music playing]

[Scooter] Rabbit and I hustled
to put this show together.

It is the perfect backdrop for us
to reveal this Lambo to the world.

Hoping El Paso's elite comes in

and makes this Lambo sale
memorably epic and epically memorable.

[speaking Spanish]

We need to get
to at least $227,000 on this sale.

So I'm hoping
with the Lamborghini Diablo pedigree,

the quality work we put into it,
and the type of buyers that we invited,

we can get there.

What's goin' on, guys?
I wanna welcome everybody

to the Borderland Customs Art
and Auto Exhibit.

[cheering and whistling]

I love art,
and I wanna tell you somethin'.

Art comes in many different styles,

many different canvases.

You see these gorgeous portraits
and pictures and paintings and prints.

The cars are our canvas
at Borderland Customs.

Who is ready to see
Borderland Customs' latest creation?

[cheering and applause]

[dramatic music playing]

-[Scooter] Ready?
-[Rabbit] One, two, three.

[cheering]

[funky music playing]

[Rabbit] We're open for business.

Come and tour this beautiful art
and this beautiful car.

Keep in mind, everything here is for sale.

[Scooter] You can't say people
didn't turn up. Half of El Paso's here.

But bodies don't make for offers.

Still, I'm hoping there's a body or two…
or six in the crowd

ready to ante up on this super hot Lambo.

Dave! [speaking Spanish]

Hi, mija. Nice to meet you.

It's a 1997 Lamborghini Diablo SV.

-[woman 1] Wonderful.
-[Wes] Let me open up the door for you.

Ah, that's good.

-[onlookers] Ooh!
-[woman 2] That's awesome.

[man 1] Do you fit in there well?

[Wes] It's very tight,
but it's a lot of fun to drive, for sure.

[Rabbit] Actually, it's a five-speed.
Gated five.

-[man 2] Oh yeah.
-[man 3] What's the story with this?

[Scooter] It's a Lambo,
and we painted it down at the shop.

It was inspired by
northern Mexico Indigenous painting.

[Lucky] It's been a lot of work.

-[Jaime] Asking price is 250.
-[woman 3] Oh!

[Jaime] That bad? Okay.
Thank you for coming though.

[woman 3] Yeah, you're welcome.

[Scooter] Jaime was right about
not inviting everybody under the sun.

But at the same time,

you can't host an event
and ask people to pass a credit check.

[Rabbit] The car actually came
out of Mexico. It's a supercar.

[woman 4] I do want
a picture in it, actually.

-[man 2] How you doin'?
-[Rabbit] Good.

If you're into Indigenous arts,
this is the car for you.

-It's a Lamborghini. What's not to like?
-Right?

-Exactly, son. It's fast with class.
-[Scooter] Yes!

So how much are you guys asking
for this $150,000 car?

-[laughing]
-$150,000 car?

Yeah, it's a nice car, but,
you know, I think 150 is a fair offer.

-[Rabbit] We're asking 250.
-[Gilbert] Oh wow.

So if you were serious about 150,
we're way too far apart.

Yes. I think I could probably go up
to maybe 175, I think is fair. It's--

Ooh. No.

[Rabbit] I tell you what, I appreciate it.
I really do. That's a lot of money.

Whatever number I sell this car for,
it's gonna have a two in front.

It's a beautiful car. I hope you find
a buyer for it. But I'm out at that price.

-I'm with you. Thanks.
-[Gilbert] No worries.

-[Scooter] Thank you for looking at it.
-Not a problem.

[Scooter] Not in the ballpark
we're looking for.

Not even playing the same sport.
But it's a start.

It's late in the game, and the team needs
a home run, so we gotta keep on playing.

-[Scooter] You live in El Paso?
-[woman 5] Yes.

-[Scooter] Show me some ID.
-[laughter]

[conversing in Spanish]

[Scooter] People around town
call this guy the Judge.

I don't know him know him.
I only know of him.

But based on his suit,
they should call him the Shark.

He actually scares me a little.

[conversing in Spanish]

He wants to know what we did to the car.

Everything's been gone through.
This car's turnkey, ready to go.

Where'd you get it from?

-Oh, you speak English.
-Of course I do. We're in El Paso.

-We speak Spanish and English.
-[Scooter] Spanglish.

And very well.

-[Rabbit] Very well.
-Yes.

You don't see Diablos.
They didn't make a whole lot of 'em.

These things are
going up in value every day.

You notice the orange pearl paint
on this car.

-[Scooter] Yeah.
-It accents all the custom artwork.

It ties in to this area and Mexico.

This car literally is
tailor-made for this area.

Well, this is a great cultural place, so
that combination really gets me excited.

-So how much do you want for the car?
-We're asking 250.

And I understand, that's…
that's a high number.

But you're gettin' a lot of car.

I'm at… I'm at about 200.

I know you're serious.

But we gotta go
to that next level with this.

-[Scooter] Yeah.
-[Judge inhales]

So where you at, sir?

-[Scooter] 215.
-[sighs] You're gettin' better.

[Scooter] Yep. [chuckling]

-[speaks Spanish]
-Look, it's sitting here.

Wouldn't you love this car in Juárez, man?

It's gonna be very appreciated.
The artwork, the color.

Especially coming from here, from El Paso.

Come on, 215.

-240, sir.
-[Scooter] 240.

And I don't wanna walk away from that,
but I'll walk away from it.

[Rabbit] You know, Scooter,

there's a sayin' back home.

And sometimes oatmeal's
better than no meal.

-It sure is.
-[Rabbit] Judge.

-You bought yourself a Lamborghini, sir.
-We got a deal.

[speaking Spanish]

[cheering and applause]

[Rabbit] This was
the final sale of the winter.

And it's top-shelf in every regard.

Last time we totaled out at the register,
we were sitting at $280,900.

We sold that squarebody C10
for a handsome 63,000.

The surprise Lambo repairs
did cost 67 grand.

But the final sale price of 215,000
almost buried the needle.

We closed out the winter
with a grand total of $482,400 in profit.

But I'm callin' that close enough.

Now we gotta break it to the team
and get their temperature on all of this.

-How much?
-215.

[Jaime] 215?

Where does that put us
on our 500,000 goal?

Short. But we were damn close.

It's a little bit of a bummer
that we didn't hit our $500,000 goal,

but we achieved a lot of other things
that you can't even put a price on.

We expanded our clientele.

We worked on a bunch of other
different types of cars like lowriders,

exotics.

We even rebuilt our first motorcycle.

And we managed to clear $170,000 more

than we made at the same amount
of time last summer.

It's a huge incentive for us to keep going

and for me and Carlos to start
puttin' offers on houses down here.

[Rabbit] Very close though.

-Very, very close.
-Hang on. I've gotta take this call.

-You guys keep talking.
-Like this close? This close?

We're close. We're all over it.

-I gotta--
-It's been a good run.

Not hittin' 500 grand
is a little disappointing,

but I'm not in this for the money.

All right, I'm in it for the money,
but not just the money.

I got to work on some dream machines.

I don't think I could get my hands on
half as much of a variety anywhere else,

and I'm more than down to keep this goin'.

Let me talk to the guys,
and then I'll get back to you. Bye.

We barely, barely missed that 500K.
I say it's worth comin' back. Up the ante.

-Yep.
-Let's go for 750,000.

Guys, I just got off the phone with Chema,
my friend from Juárez.

-We know Chema.
-He got an interesting proposition.

-He wants to meet with us ASAP.
-Let's go see what he's got.

[Rabbit] This better be good.

You're draggin' me away
from a well-earned cold beer.

[Scooter] Vámonos. Let's go.

[funky music playing]

[Scooter] There's our man right there.

[conversing in Spanish]

What's up?

[conversing in Spanish]

He says he sees what we're doing.
He's very impressed with what we're doing.

[speaking Spanish]

So he's making us a proposition

that he can get us any…
any car that we want in great shape.

[speaking Spanish]

…Ferrari, Lamborghinis,
Porsches, Aston Martin…

He says all the exotic cars
that you can think of,

he can get 'em for us with no hassles.

[speaking Spanish]

He'll take care of everything.
They'll just come directly to us.

[speaking Spanish]

Ay! [speaks Spanish]

-[speaking Spanish]
-[Scooter] Okay, okay.

But he wants 35% of the pie.

[Rabbit] Mmm. Um…

You've gotta admit,
that's a big piece of the pie.

I mean, work with me.
Could you do it for a little less?

[Scooter translates]

[Chema, in Spanish]
And one more thing, Scooter.

My contact was the one
who bought the Lamborghini.

And I have a huge list of clients
that I can put you in touch with.

[in English] This time around, it's been
a mixed bag when it comes to car finds.

[Scooter] Oh no.

-Are you serious?
-[Rabbit] Not what I would call turnkey.

God almighty.

Who's this guy?

[Daniel, in Spanish] He has the title.

[Scooter] Title owner.

-[in Spanish] What are you doing?
-I sold the truck.

[in English] I can hustle up good finds
around the border,

but the pickings are starting
to look slim.

From my contacts, at least.

-There's a big hole over here.
-[Jaime] What is that?

[groans]

[in Spanish] Oh no, you already sold it?

Plus, Chema hooked us up
with the Diablo buyer,

so we know that this guy
rolls with people in high places,

both in Juárez and El Paso.

We've gotta stay ahead of the competition.
Maybe Chema is the key to that.

Plus, if we turn him down,

he might just become
our biggest competitor,

and we don't want that.

Tell him we'll be in touch.
We're gonna talk with the crew.

[Scooter translates]

[Chema] Okay.

[speaking Spanish]

He says don't let
this opportunity pass us by

and keep in touch with him.

He'll be our first call.

[conversing in Spanish]

[Scooter] Ahem.

So what do you think?

-We got a lot to talk about to the guys.
-Yes, we do.

Let's go.

[Andy] We're havin' a party!

-[Wes] Yeah, y'all grab a beer.
-Party's on, man.

Oh, doin' it with a wrench. Okay.

-[Jaime] Whoa! There you go!
-Good enough, man.

-Chug! Chug! Chug!
-[Jaime laughing]

-[Andy] Cheers.
-[Lucky] Cheers, y'all.

-[Andy] Lamborghini is gone. G-O-N-E.
-[Jaime] All right. Done.

[Scooter] Conejo, what do you think?

-I don't know how I feel about it.
-[ringing tone]

[phone ringing]

-[Jaime] We're drinking beer without you.
-[Wes] Cervezas.

Well, I'm glad you fellas are havin' fun.

-[Wes] So what's goin' on?
-We met with… with Chema.

He had an interesting proposition.

-I don't know how to take it.
-We're all ears.

[Scooter] He says he can help us
find cars and find buyers.

Like, rich buyers.

Is he well-connected?

[Scooter] He is very well-connected,

and he knows the movers and shakers
when it comes to exotic cars.

-[Jaime] Okay.
-[Wes] The last two were in good shape.

They were.

[Wes] We did pretty damn good
this time around,

but I'm wonderin',
how much higher could we really go

with Chema's connections?

[Rabbit] Very true.

[Wes] Yeah, so what's the catch?

[Rabbit] Chema's promisin' to bring us in
a lot more money a lot faster,

but he wants a piece of the pie.

-We're already splittin' it six ways.
-[Rabbit] Yeah.

-You know.
-[Lucky] We got a good thing going here.

Y'all really wanna
bring somebody like that in?

[Wes] We'll have to weigh up
the goods and the bads, vote on it,

see what we're gonna do.

We'll see you back at the shop.

[country music playing]

If you're gonna do it,
you're doing it for the long haul.

[Scooter] Five years, ten years, 20.

-[Rabbit] 20?
-[Scooter] What?

You don't wanna be stuck with me
for another 20 years?

-[Rabbit] No!
-[Scooter] Tough love. Tough love!

-[Rabbit] Scooter, I love you.
-[Scooter] I know.
