pieces of tinfoil,

and you're going to put one at a time on your head

and you're going to try to make it

fit around your head.

GIRL: And now he's going to help us make the hats

on a Styrofoam head

so we can build it without it being on our real head.

WILLIAM: Ooh, I like that shape!

GIRL: William brought recycled bottles for us to use

with our hats.

With a bottle,

you can bend it into different shapes

that people don't expect.

These little pieces of paper are from a paint store

and we're recycling them.

WILLIAM: We can just cut them in different shapes.

I cut these ones in circles.

BOY: I think the purpose of this whole thing

is to celebrate color.

And our hats look different and unique,

and they all look colorful, and the paintings look colorful.

And when you look at them together,

it's like a whole big blob of rainbow and color.
