Team, we've been hired
by Chef Poyung Panda,
who lives in China.

She's famous for cooking
delicious dim sum.

Um, what's dim sum?

Dim sum is a traditional
Chinese meal
where diners share small dishes

like dumplings, custard buns
and sticky rice.

The food carts
are pushed around

and the diners pick
what they want.

The chef Poyung needs us
to build her a restaurant?

Not just
any restaurant, Tweety.

A restaurant on a bus.

That way, the diners can enjoy
seeing sights around town
while they eat.

Ooh, that's very cool.

Let's imagine a dim sum bus
for Chef Poyung.

It'll need a cooking station
where she can

[stuttering]
make all her yummy food.

We'll build a big round table
with a sink, heating area
and chef's seat.

The bus will also need
a dining room

where the customers
can eat their meals.

Hmm... That's a lot
for one bus.

Unless, we make it two levels.

Like a dim sum cart.

Now that's a good-looking,
ready-for-cooking

Welcome to my restaurant,

It's an honor to meet you,
Chef Poyung.

We can't wait to get started
building your dim sum bus.

In the meantime, I'll keep
working on my lunch menu

so we can take this
restaurant on the road.

We won't let you down, Chef.

We've never built
a mobile restaurant before,

and it's for my favorite chef.

First, we'll need
to build the bus.

Luckily, Petunia's taught me
a thing or two about vehicles.

Tweety, bring in the bus frame.

Daffy, roll in the tires.

Whoo-hoo!

Now we just need
to add the engine.

[grunting]

Phew. Ah.

Let's see if it works.

[engine starts]

Next up is the cooking station
and chef's seat.

[drill whirrs]

Hmm...

Question, how will
Chef Poyung get the food
upstairs to the diners?

Eh, that is a problem.

Hmm...

This duck has an idea.

We could build
a conveyor belt to carry
the food upstairs. [gulps]

Great idea, Daffy.

[drill whirring]

[Porky humming and vocalizing]

It's working.

All that's left
is the dining room.

Then let's hop to it,
'cause it's almost time
for the grand opening.

This dim sum bus is ready.

Here's hoping Chef Poyung

This is your chef's seat
and cooking station.

[Lola on radio] We've got
flying dumplings up here!

That's not good.

[sighs] This dim sum bus
is a total bust.

You know what they say,

you dim sum, you lose some.

I'm sorry, Chef Poyung.

You can't have
a restaurant where food
flies through the air.

You're my favorite chef.

And I wanted us to do
a great job, but we failed.

No, you didn't.

There's a Chinese saying
that I love.

Chi yi qian, zhang yi zhi.

"A fall in a pit,
a gain in your wit."

Eh, what does that mean?

That sometimes our failures
lead to great successes,

like when I'm cooking.

All of my best dishes
come from trying things
that didn't work out at first.

Sometimes it takes
many tries to make
a new recipe taste good.

[gasps] Hmm.

That's it.

I'll add plum blossoms
to my dumpling.

Mmm. Tai haole.

Perfect.

Once you learn
from your mistakes,
you can make things just right.

[munching] Mmm.

So even though
we made a mistake,

we can learn from it
and make the bus even better?

So, we're keeping
the flying food?

No, Daffy. Let's fix
this dim sum bus.

[Bugs] Okay, g*ng.

What did we learn
from the test drive?

That we need to keep
the baskets of food
from flying everywhere.

They don't call it
sticky rice for nothing.

[gasps]

That's it.

We need a way
to make the baskets stick.

One rush order of sticky caps,
coming right up.

[Daffy] Yay!

[Bugs] All right, everyone.

Let's buckle up
and try this again.

is sticking in place.

[all] Mmm.
