- Come on, Rae! The elevator's here!

- Woo!

- Whoa!

- Did you see that Dev?!

From my door, to the elevator, best time ever.

Nice!

Just getting warmed up to play Skillsville!

I've been working on my gaming moves, too.

[playful grunting]

'Course they don't even come close to the skills Cora has!

- Her mom does make video games,

so she gets a lot of practice.

[elevator dings]

- Yeah! Game time!

[laughs]

[knocking on door]

[gasps] They're here!

Mom, Dev and Rae are here!

Huh?

- Roar!

[laughs]

- You get me every time, Dev.

- Yes!

- Hey Rae. - Hi Cora.

- Hi kids! - Hello, Mrs. Walker.

- Now that everyone's here, let's play!

- Hang on, would anyone like a snack first?

I just made some fritters.

- Oh, yes please!

- Okay, first corn fritters, then we play.

- Actually, we're all out of corn,

so I made these with zucchini instead.

- Zucchini? But I like them with corn.

- I know, but it's good to think differently sometimes.

Try it.

- It's not bad.

- Mrs. Walker, you are an amazing chef!

- Why thank you!

- If I was a chef I could make whatever I like.

Ooh!

Maybe I can be a chef in Skillsville!

- Hey, yeah! - Yes!

- That's why I made the game,

so kids can try out lots of different jobs!

- Then what are we waiting for? Let's play!

[all cheer]

- Hello! Ready to go?

What are we playing today?

- I want be a chef.

- Great idea, let's do it!

Come on, we can take the telepuddle!

[all grunting]

There's a problem at the Lunchbox Cafe!

The Beeples are hungry but there's no one to feed them.

- Looks like they need a chef

with the skills to get the job done.

- Well, I guess you're gonna need this.

Must be some sort of fancy chef bag.

- Or a fancy chef hat!

- Pfft. Totally knew that.

- Let's get started! To the kitchen!

- Yeah!

Whoa! This is the most awesome kitchen I've ever seen.

- Chef Challenge!

Make some food for the Beeples to eat.

- Yeah!

- Okay Chef Cora, what'cha gonna make?

- Hmm...

How about my favorite lunchbox food?

Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

- Aw, yeah!

- Sounds complicated! What goes in them?

- Well, there's peanut butter

and there's jelly.

[laughs]

- I did not see that coming!

- Let's go. Food's ready!

- Here we go.

Who wants a peanut butter and jelly sandwich?

[all murmuring]

We're gonna need a lot more sandwiches.

- Coming right up!

- I've got the bread.

- Some peanut butter and jelly.

- Ready.

- Here we go.

- More bread.

- Sandwich ready.

- Order up. - Already?

I got it.

- Bread. - Done.

- Whoa! - And another one.

- I can do this.

- Ready! - Coming.

- Whoa! - Pick up!

[bell dings]

Watch out. Oh no. Woah. Woah. Woah.

[all murmuring]

- Hang on. We need more peanut butter.

- But that was the last jar.

- Wait, there's no more?

- It's okay, you probably made enough sandwiches

for all the Beeples out there.

- Watch out. Oh no. Woah. Woah. Woah. Got it.

[screams]

- Oh no! There go all the sandwiches.

[all murmur]

How am I supposed to feed the Beeples now?

I don't know what to do!

I need to pause.

[all murmur]

I don't know if I have the right skills for this job.

- Sure you do!

Maybe it will help

to think about this differently.

- Okay. How do I do that?

- Let's talk it through.

- That sounds like a good strategy.

- It does.

Well, I can't make peanut butter and jelly sandwiches

without peanut butter.

- But you're a chef,

so you can make lots of things.

- Right.

So, why don't I make the peanut butter?

- Yeah, yeah, why not?

- Now I know what to do!

Unpause.

[all murmuring]

Okay, peanut butter comes from peanuts.

So I guess we just have to smash some peanuts.

- Oh yeah.

Smash? Now we're talkin'!

[upbeat music]

[startled murmurs]

Ahh!

[all laugh]

- Bouncing peanuts?

- Get smashing!

- Gotcha!

[cheers]

- Gotcha!

- It's nuts out there.

And it's nuts in here!

- Gotcha! - Whoa!

- Don't let them get away!

- Let's go!

- Got it! - Gotcha!

- I gotcha.

- Come on!

- Got it!

[laughs]

[all laugh]

- You crushed it!

[all cheer]

- Yeah we did!

- Now we've got enough peanut butter!

Let's make more sandwiches!

- I just need to wash up first.

Mmm.

[all laugh]

- Let's go! - Yeah!

- Okay, we've got our peanut butter and we've got...

Huh?

Ohh, I don't believe this.

We're out of jelly!

- You've got to be kidding me.

- Now what am I gonna do?

- We just have to think differently, again.

- Okay, we have a strategy to help us.

Let's talk this through.

- Could you make more jelly?

- That would time,

and those Beeples want to eat now.

[distant murmurs]

- Or sooner than now!

[all murmuring]

- What if you made a sandwich with peanut butter

and something else, instead of jelly?

- Something else? That sounds bananas!

- That's it!

Bananas!

I can make peanut butter and banana sandwiches!

Banana Catch!

Catch?

Whoa!

- Self-peeling bananas?

- Catch them!

- I got it.

Oh, no I don't!

Hey!

- Alley oops!

- So slippery!

- What is going on in here?

- These bananas are too slippery!

- We need something to catch them with, like a net!

- Or...

A fancy chef bag!

- I knew that's what it was!

There's one right there.

Nice! - Oh yeah!

You got it!

Way to go!

- Great catch!

Last one!

[cheering]

- Good job, Cora!

- Bagged it!

- Now you have everything you need

to make peanut butter and banana sandwiches!

- Except... the bread.

- Aww!

- Okay, let's talk it through.

- Well, we can't make sandwiches without bread.

- What if we don't make sandwiches at all?

What if we take the peanut butter

and the bananas and make...

Smoothies?

[all cheer]

- That's thinking really differently!

- Alright, let's do this!

Peanut butter. Bananas.

And some ice.

- Wow. That looks delicious.

- Got it.

- Smoothies are ready. - Here we go.

- We got a smoothie for you,

one for you, and one for you.

They are cold, don't drink them too fast or you'll get-

Brain freeze.

- Did we make enough smoothies?

- Yes, that's it!

All the Beeples are fed!

[all cheer]

- Chef challenge achieved!

You found the recipe for success.

- Yes! - Woo!

You did it, Cora!

- We did it.

Good game, everyone!

- See ya next time, Scout!

- Later, gamers!

[laughs]

Oh no! Brain freeze.

[sighs]

[all laugh]

[all cheer]

- Did you have fun? - It was awesome!

- Truly epic, Mom!

- Cora has some serious chef skills!

- We could make some food for you right now, Mom.

- How about a peanut butter and banana smoothie?

- Um, we don't have any peanut butter

or bananas.

- Then we just have to think differently.

Let's talk this through,

what can go in a smoothie?

- Strawberries?

- Mangos!

- What about zucchini fritters?

- In a smoothie?

- That is definitely thinking differently.

[all laugh]

- Woo hoo! Vroom!

Swoosh!

Look out, T-Rex!

[knocking]

- Dev, the neighbors.

- Oh, right. Sorry Mr. Malone!

[knocking]

Maybe I should wear pillows on my feet

to be quieter.

- Or, maybe we should all wear pillows on our ears.

[laughs]

[distant chime]

Oh, my friends are ready to play!

- Have fun.

[chiming and vibrating]

- Hey Rae. Hey Cora.

- What's goin' on, Dev?

- My mom sent me a plane!

It's a model of the one she flies in the Air Force.

So cool, am I right?

- Whoa! - Very cool.

- I just finished building it.

Oops.

- So, what are we playing in Skillsville today?

[groans]

- Come on, stick already.

- Uh... Dev?

- Sorry. I got a little distracted.

Let's be plane builders!

Ooh, or plane pilots!

Or... I can't decide.

- Let's see what Scout can dig up.

- Good idea. Launch Skillsville.

Devosaurus!

- Roar!

- ParCora!

[happy grunts]

- Racer Rae!

[cheers]

Welcome to Skillsville!

- Woof hoo!

You're here!

What are we playing today?

- Something with airplanes.

- Great idea. Let's do it!

The airport's up there.

We'll take a telepuddle!

Come on!

Welcome to the Paper Plane Airport.

Those Beeples want to go on vacation.

But they need an air traffic controller

to give instructions to the pilots to get them there.

- An air traffic controller? What do they do?

- Air traffic controller challenge,

talk to the pilots and tell them

when it's their turn to fly.

- So, who's got the skills to get the job done?

- Me!

Talking to the pilots will be like talking to my mom!

And my grandmother always says I'm a great talker.

- Well then, you're gonna need this.

- It looks kinda like a gaming headset.

- All right! Let's get to work.

You fly the plane and I'll help you take off.

- On it! - Race ya!

[murmurs]

- Epic!

It's just like my flight simulator game,

Turbo Takeoff!

- Whoa-h*-h*!

I bet we can make this plane take off turbo fast!

- Welcome aboard Polka Dot Air.

Please fasten your seatbelts

and get ready for vacation!

Va-ca-tion! Va-ca-tion! Everybody!

[murmuring]

- Calling all planes.

This is Dev, your air traffic controller.

Can you hear me?

- Loud and clear, Dev.

[murmuring]

- I'm going to help you take off.

Orange plane, you go first.

Woohoo!

Aw yeah!

All right, next up, purple plane.

Follow the...

...beach ba*ls?

[murmurs]

[murmurs]

- Did he say, follow the beach ba*ls?

That's what the purple plane's doing!

- Wow. They really bounce.

[laughs]

- The plane is heading right for us!

- Dev! Are you there? What do we do?

- Oh no! I forgot about the planes!

Purple plane! Turn! Turn!

Turn right! No, left!

Whoa!

The plane's moving. ba*ls are bouncing.

What a mess.

- Dev. Why didn't you answer us?

- I think I know why.

- There's too much going on.

I can't focus! I need to pause.

Phew.

Sorry, I got distracted by all those beach ba*ls.

How am I gonna help the planes take off

if I can't stay focused?

- Well, gaming is all about strategy.

So maybe there's a strategy that can help you focus.

- What if you just get rid of the distraction?

- Yeah.

I could get rid of the beach ba*ls.

That should help with my focus skills.

And I know just how to do it.

Unpause!

[shouting]

Dino swipe!

- Come on!

[impact grunts]

[impact grunts]

- Gotcha!

[impact grunts]

- Good one!

[impact grunts]

Roar!

Distractions gone!

Now I can focus on helping the planes take off.

- Great! Back to our plane!

- This is Air Traffic Control.

Purple plane, you're cleared for takeoff.

[murmurs]

- Attention passengers,

now get ready to take off

for vacation!

Va-ca-tion! Va-ca-tion!

- Polka dot plane, your turn!

- OK, Dev!

- And away they go.

Yeah! I did it!

I helped all the pilots take off!

- You aced it!

[Rae]: Cora, fly up and grab that Moolah.

[Cora]: Oh yeah. And there's more down there.

This is fun!

So...

Where are we taking these Beeples anyway?

- To sunny, Pool Floaty Island!

- I see it.

But where do we land?

- Land?

We don't need to land!

This is a skydiving trip!

Thank you for flying Polka Dot Air.

Please grab your parachutes and follow me!

[all murmuring]

Woof hoo!

[all cheer]

[howls]

- Vroom! Woosh!

[laughs]

[Cora]: Dev, we're heading back!

- Air traffic controller challenge, level two.

- Ready! What do I--

- Help Polka dot plane land back at the airport.

- Got it. This should be easy,

there's no planes on the runway.

Polka dot plane, you are cleared for landing.

- Got it.

[screams]

Uh-oh.

- What is that?

It looks like a giant...

- Confetti storm!

[party music plays]

- Huh?

Uh-oh! I can't see the airport!

[Rae]: Look out!

Whoa!

Nice move.

- We've got to land this plane.

Air Traffic Control, we need your help!

Dev?

There's too much noise and confetti.

It's so distracting, I can't focus!

- If only we could get rid of this storm!

[heavy breathing]

- Scout. You're a genius!

- Actually, I'm a Pupperfly!

- We can't get rid of the storm.

But we can get rid of the distractions.

What this airport needs is an upgrade.

Air traffic control tower. Perfect.

Ah, that's better.

Phew. Now I can focus on helping the pilot land the plane.

There they are.

Polka dot plane, this is Air Traffic Control.

- Dev! What do we do?

We can't see anything up here.

- Don't worry, I can see you on my screen.

Just follow my directions.

Turn right. - Got it.

- Now straighten your wings.

- Straightening.

- Good. The runway is just ahead of you.

Bring the plane lower...

Lower...

Lower.

Good.

- I see it!

[Dev]: Polka dot plane is coming in for a landing.

- Yes!

Best. Landing. Ever!

- You did it, Dev!

- Yeah! That was amazing!

- Great job, Dev! - Wahoo!

- Yes! That was fun!

- First Class!

Air Traffic Controller Mission complete!

[all cheer]

- High tail!

- Thanks for your help, Scout.

- Later, gamers.

- Bye! - See ya next time!

- Good game, everyone.

[knock on door]

- Dev, your mom's on the phone.

- She is? Gotta go!

- No problem. - See ya, Dev!

[gasps]

- Sorry, T-Rex.

I can't have any distractions.

Mom's calls are extra important when she's away.

Shoo. Shoo. Out you go.

Okay, now I can focus.

- Come with me, T-Rex.

- Hi Mom! I'm good...

Yeah, I got the plane! I love it!

[knocking on the floor]

But I'm not sure our neighbor does.

Ooh! Wait till I tell you what I did today!

I was an air traffic controller!

Yeah, in Skillsville...
