Dance your cares away

Worry's for another day

Let the music play

Down at Fraggle Rock

Work your cares away

Dancing's for another day

Let the Fraggles play

-We're Gobo.
-Mokey.

-Wembley.
-Boober.

Red.

Junior!

Hello!

My radish.

Dance your cares away

Worry's for another day

Let the music play

Down at Fraggle Rock
Down at Fraggle Rock

Down at Fraggle Rock.

Good morning, Fraggle Rock.

All right. Lots to do.
Lots of problems to solve.

Doozer buildings everywhere,
waterfall's dry, Merggles need help!

But I'll be in a much better place
to help after some exercise, so...

Let's kick the day off with a dive.

Goggles? Check. Towel? Round my neck.

Me, out the door? Just one sec.

There's nothing better than
a morning dive.

Nothing beats a morning dive.

The best part of my day, right...

Sorry, Red. Don't dive.

Look!

The water's all gooed up!

The gross Doozer sticks melted down.
You can't swim in that. See?

By the way, someone gave me a whistle!

Exactly as I suspected.

The goo from those new Doozer sticks
has polluted the water,

causing the Merggles to hiccup.

Didn't we already know that?

Well, we did. But maybe I just wanted
to wear my doctor clothes today.

Thank you for that honesty, Boober.

At least we're not
in that gnar gnar goo water.

Yeah.

Thanks for letting us chill
in your washtubs, Boober.

You're welcome.

They're just my favorite things
in the world.

Please be good to them?

Okay. What if we were
to scare the Merggles, huh?

We could startle the hiccups
right out of 'em.

Genius! My best friend is a genius!

-No, you're a genius.
-No, you're a genius.

-No, you're a genius!
-You are.

-You are. You are.
-You are. You are.

Okay, okay, okay!
You're both geniuses, okay?

-Okay.
-Now, Wembley.

What do you say you and I go
and brainstorm some scare ideas, huh?

I love it!

First thought, what's a brainstorm?

There isn't lightning, is there?

Oh, wow.

Hey, Red! How are you?

Honestly, not great.

There are so many problems
in Fraggle Rock.

All I wanna do is help.

And I'm a better helper after I dive.

But I can't dive right now
because of the water.

And the water is one of the problems
I want to help solve.

I can't help until I dive.

And it becomes
this whole loop kind of thing.

Red, I know how much you love to help.

And not being able to help
is a real hiccup.

And that's another problem
I want to help solve.

Red, Red, Red, Red.
Red, you are a kaleidoscope of emotions.

We do have a lot to do,

but maybe the universe is telling you
to take a moment and relax.

Relax...

Relax.

Nah. Doesn't sound like me.

Maybe diving is not
the only way to feel your best.

You could try something new.
Know who's always trying something new?

-Please don't say Uncle Matt.
-Uncle Travelling Matt. How'd you know?

Listen to this postcard.
It just might help.

"Dear Nephew Gobo..."

Just the other day,
I was analyzing the wilds of Outer Space.

It was serious business.

And there they were.

The most beautiful thing
nature had to offer: puffy piffles.

They looked so relaxed.

I want to float with you. I do, I do.

And, young Gobo,
luck was on my side that day.

I found a way to meet the puffy piffles
in their domain.

I mean, really, Gobo,
can you imagine anything more relaxing?

Help me!

With no help whatsoever,
I soared alongside the piffles.

I hate this!

And I loved it, Gobo, really loved it.

And I wished it went on forever.

Make it stop. Make it stop now!

It was a triumphant day
for your Uncle Matt.

And if there's one thing I hope
to impart to you, it's this:

Never be afraid to try something new.

"Love, your Uncle Travelling Matt."

Hey, your Uncle Matt is right.

-What?
-What?

I can't believe I'm saying it either,
but he's right.

Diving can't be the only way
to clear my head.

I need a new extreme activity.

I'm going to zip-line
through the Great Hall!

No, Red. That doesn't sound very safe.

I'm telling you, Red,
the universe is asking you to slow down.

-Yeah.
-I am not slowing down. I'm Red!

I move, I jump, sometimes I lunge,
but I do not sit still.

I can't sit still anymore.

Ever since the Fraggles stopped
eating our buildings

and we haven't been able to work,
I feel like I'm losing it, Dr. Level.

Well, okay. Thank you for sharing.

And it's talking about it
that's gonna get us through this together.

Is it?

Is it?

There, there.

Hopefully, this hydro-strainer gets
the goo out of the water

so we can start building again.

I wish we'd never broken that vine and
discovered this goo in the first place.

Cotterpin!

We're in a great pause,
but you're not pausing.

Come join group.
Dr. Level is really helping me out.

I slept for almost five minutes
last night.

I can't rest
until I get the goo out of the water.

I just need to focus.

Okay. I hear you, I see you,
and I respect your needs.

Dr. Level taught me that.

He's, like, really great!

Sky bucket!
Mysterious sky bucket coming in!

Yeah!

Junior Junior, this is the last bucket
of water I need for Ma and Pa's bath.

I think I did a pretty good j...

Oh, boy.

What is this goo?

I hope none of it gets into Ma and Pa's...

Junior!

What is this slimy gunk in my bath?

Yeah, it's ooky gooky!

What goo? I... I didn't see any...

Why, we just love it.

My chin fur's never been softer.

Great job, sweet muffin!

I'm off to get some more goo water.

Yeah.

Goo water, goo wa...

Again?

Okay, okay, Sprock!

I can't believe you have fleas.

I don't have time for this
on top of everything else.

No, no, no. Sprock, don't scratch!
We have medicine for that.

If it makes you feel better,
you look like a cute lamp.

All right. Well, the vet says
this medicine should help.

But make it quick 'cause I've got
some plastic-eating bacteria to grow.

Say, "Ah!"

All right, that's done. Back to my lab.

Did you just spit that out?

Poor Merggles.
That Doozer stick goo really got to them.

If we can't scare them
out of their hiccups,

-they may never catch their breath.
-And I may never get my tubs back.

Which is obviously a secondary issue.

But it's not not an issue.

Anyway, don't worry.

Wembley and I brainstormed
and came up with something pretty scary.

Yep!

-Ready, Wembley? Go get 'em.
-Oh, yeah.

So, you guys were gone quite a while.

That's what you came up with?

Well, Wembley spent a lot of time dancing.

Yeah, I got the dancing bug.

Maybe I should help out on the next one.

Okay. Though I don't know
how you're gonna top it.

Yeah.

My friends are worried for nothing.

Dangerous, schmangerous. I'll be fine.

Yeah!

I'm not fine.

Please tell me that wasn't my baloobius.

That was your baloobius!

Hi, Red!

Yummy peanut butter.

Cheese!

Come on! That was my best cheddar.

Tickle, tickle, tickle!

Come on! Open up!
You got to take your medicine!

Come on. Come on!

There we go. Yeah!

Oh, great. A sprained baloobius!

Now I really can't help anyone.

I feel so lost.

Once I knew just what to do

Once I knew my name

Far and near

The road was clear

Living was a game

But now I seem to walk in dreams

And nothing stays the way it seems

How I long for then

Easy once again

Once upon a time

I knew my name

I know that no one's made of steel

I sometimes think that nothing's real

And then I wake at night

I can't tell wrong from right

Once upon a time

I knew my name

Red? Red!

Are you okay?

I'm fine.

It's just, how do you help
when you feel helpless?

Oh, Red.

Okay. Yeah. You... You let it all out.

Hey, Red, Red, Red, Red!

I know something
that's gonna make you feel better!

Is it diving?

Follow me, and all will be revealed.

What is this place?

This, dear Red, is the Mood Ring.

It's where
you are going to learn to meditate.

Okay. Remember, guys,
we have to scare the Merggles.

Okay. Be really, really quiet.

They have no idea
how scared they're gonna be.

And, now!

You okay?

I'm okay.

Meditating?

And I told you sitting still
is not my thing.

It can be anyone's thing.
It's easy. Let me show you.

Lighting change. Okay.

Look out! There's blobs flying around you.

They're thought bulbs,
each of a different sort:

worry, stress, happiness, fear.

The key is to acknowledge them
and let them pass.

Yes, I am afraid that I don't always
live up to others' expectations.

All I can do is my best. Thanks, bulb.

I feel great. Now it's your turn.

You know, I gotta go count my pigtails.

You think it'd be easy.
One, two. But then you gotta recount.

-It's a whole thing.
-Red. Just sit still and be calm.

I'm already bored.

Just breathe.

I don't know about this.

And take all that worry
and transform it into breath.

Am I breathing?

Okay, just acknowledge the thoughts
and softly let them go.

Let them pass.
Don't hit them. Permit them.

-I'm trying.
-Well, try not to try.

That doesn't make any sense.

Just relax!

There's nothing relaxing about this!

Okay. Good first attempt.
Let's take a moment and try again.

-Just, you know, doing better this time.
-Nope. Red is done.

But, Red...

Baloobius.

I know, bulb. I'm worried about her too.

-Cotterpin.
-Yeah?

You've been working on this all day.
You need a break.

How am I supposed to take a break
when this problem isn't solved?

Sometimes you got to put your tools down
and come back later with fresh screws.

Wow, Wrench. You're right.

Maybe I do need to step away
to get a fresh perspective.

Come to group. We have cookies.

Ma and Pa love me.

I did something good,
all thanks to that goo.

And I'll get some goo for you,
Junior Junior.

J-J-Junior Junior? What's wrong?

The goo's hurting you?
Hold on, little buddy.

I'll get some fresh water for you
from our Gorg water fountain.

Well, maybe what's good for us Gorgs
isn't good for everyone.

I'll take care of you.

You'll be just fine.

-You guys. This is gonna be so good.
-Yeah.

-Hi, Mokey. Guess what?
-Hi.

We have a foolproof plan
to scare the Merggles to their core.

Well, hopefully something works today.

Yeah, okay. So let's review.

Okay. I approach with a pie and say,

"Hello, Merggles.
Who would like some delicious pie?

I promise you, it's not gnar gnar."

That is good. You are using
their language, and everybody loves pie.

-Yeah.
-There's a pie for everyone.

Don't like fruit? Chocolate-cream pie.
Don't like chunks? Key lime pie.

Pie that pairs well with cheese?
Upside-down radish pie.

-I have blue pie!
-Perfect!

-Yes!
-Okay, Wembley. You go.

And then I'll throw down some foggy fruit...

-Yeah.
-...to create a scary atmosphere.

I have goose bumps. I have chills.

Then Boober disappears into the fog.
I hoist Wembley up on this rake

so he's a big, tall, scary monster.

And then the Merggles are like,
"Where'd that pie guy go?"

And then a big, tall, scary Wembley
appears out of the fog and says...

I ate him!

Bam! Hiccups gone, foolproof plan.
Okay, let's do this.

Come on. Yeah.

Oh, no. I dropped the foggies.

Wait. Those aren't foggy fruit.

-Wembley, what's going on?
-They're greaseberries!

Oh, no.

Oh, great. We were so bad at scaring them
that we made them laugh.

Okay, Mokey. We know we messed up.
You don't have to laugh at us too.

-Yeah.
-No, no. Guys, listen.

Their hiccups are gone.

You mean...

-We did it!
-All right.

We're totally cured, bros.

You tried to force your plan,
and it didn't work.

I've been doing the same thing with Red.

But now look.

You got where you wanted to go
in a totally unexpected way.

Yes, thought bulb. That is a good idea.

When I go left, you might go right

But we'll get there in our own time

And everyone should celebrate

The things we learned along the way

'Cause there's an infinite amount
Of paths to take

And you could get there
In a million kinds of ways

-Do-do-do-do
-It doesn't matter how you get there

If you're going the same place

-No two paths
-No two paths

-Are the same
-Are the same

No two paths

Do-do-do-do-do

You might think that you know best

That everyone should follow
Step-by-step

But remember what works for you

Might not be right
In someone else's shoes

'Cause there's an infinite amount
Of paths to take

And you could get there
In a million kinds of ways

-Do-do-do-do
-It doesn't matter how you get there

If you're going the same place

-No two paths
-No two paths

-Are the same
-Are the same

No two paths

No two paths are the same

I gotta go find Red.

Don't worry. That was just a oner.

Today has been a day.

The solar panels keep shorting.

Jar six was a bust.
Nothing's eating plastic.

I don't know how I'm gonna do
more than I'm already doing.

Can you please make one thing easy
and take your medicine?

You know I don't have time
for whatever this is.

Okay, fine.

What now?

I guess you're kinda cute.

It feels good to slow down, huh?

What, really? Now you're gonna take it?

You just wanted a cuddle.

Open up.

That's my dog.

I still can't believe
I wasted a block of cheese on you.

You owe me some cheddar.

Red, how are you doing?

Bad. I'm doing very bad.

Red, I'm sorry.

I really wanted you to try meditation
because it works so well for me, and...

and I think it could work for you.

But it has to be your way, not mine.

So if you ever want help finding that,
I'm here.

I appreciate that, Mokey.

But I don't think meditation is for me.

I'm an action Fraggle.
That's how I clear my head.

I like to dive headfirst, yell "whoopee,"

and then hit that water
and let everything disappear.

That sounds peaceful.

It is.

I love the water weaving through
my pigtails as I swirl in the currents.

Yes.

It feels like a warm hug.

Huge hug fan over here.

There's nothing better than this.

Mind if I join you?

I was hoping you would.

Mokey, this is amazing.

I totally feel like myself again.

Red, I am so proud of you...

I'm still in the zone.

Sorry. Sorry.
