You've gone above and beyond.

Congratulations.

Thank you, Chef.

The hardest part

is putting down this dessert.

- [Jennifer] I know.

- The good news is there's more waiting.

Okay. Thank you.

All right, thank you.

[upbeat music plays]

- Hello, Maya-Camille.

- Hello.

What do you think of this one?

I mean, this is a car lover's dream.

This is perfect for him.

The kids will be out there dancing

and burning the calories,

and they need to refuel themselves.

[engine revs]

[tires squeal]

[Maya-Camille] So this

is Josh's refueling station.

We have cinnamon sugar churros

dipped in chocolate and white chocolate.

Then I have black-and-white cookies.

We also have chocolate cupcakes

that have a marshmallow filling.

Then we have wrenches

that are made of hard candy.

We have sour cream donuts.

I mean, nailed it.

Josh is the center of attention,

with his cars and his favorite treats?

Couldn't ask for anything more.

This is incredible.

So come down here,

because it looks like a tire,

but, Maya-Camille, tell us about it.

[Maya-Camille] Well,

it is a tire-shaped cake.

- With Funfetti flavors.

- Oh wow.

- Here you are.

- Thank you. It looks like a real tire.

[Christina] Mm.

Oh, it's incredible. The taste.

[Christina] Amazing.

But what I love

is the cake isn't as sweet,

but the center brings it all together

with a pop of sweet.

Oh. Maya-Camille, you got

a little surprise in every bite here.

It's crunchy.

There's a little tartness to it.

It's soft and fluffy in the middle,

it's fresh, it's moist, it's delicious.

And I got to be honest,

we haven't gotten to the wow factor yet.

We haven't gotten to the wow factor yet?

You can have all these wonderful treats,

but you still have to wash it down.

You asked for a little bit of pizzazz.

I had to add that in.

So we have a chocolate milk bar.

Give it a try.

[Jennifer] Ooh.

[Christina] It's interactive.

There's individuality.

This is like Josh's dream.

No way.

- Christophe, do you want some?

- I would love it.

[Christina] Come on over.

Do you want a little or a lot?

- Half?

- Half?

- [squealing]

- [Christophe yells]

Was that enough?

[laughter]

Jennifer, we gotta get out of here.

Someone just called the cops.

[giggling]

[upbeat music plays]

You did it.

- I cannot believe this is a cake.

- Yeah, this is the rocket launch.

This is over 130 pounds of chocolate.

The whole thing is edible

from the ground up.

Basically representing Josh's new launch.

He's becoming a man now,

so he's taking off.

- Launching into manhood.

- Exactly.

I am absolutely ready

to dig into this rocket ship.

You can't dig in yet because

There's one more surprise to this.

Because you wanted to bring

the wow factor to the party.

- [Christina] Ready?

- I'm ready.

Take off, take off, take off!

- It's like a real rocket ship taking off.

- [Gonzo] How's that for a wow factor?

- That is a wow factor.

- [Gonzo] And then these beautiful clouds.

Each one of these

are chocolate mousse cakes.

I know that Josh likes chocolate

and chocolate and chocolate.

My kind of guy.

So I have a white chocolate mousse

and then on the inside,

we have a milk chocolate ganache,

a dark chocolate ganache,

some crispy chocolate, uh, pearls,

and then I have a fudgy brownie base.

When you cut it open,

you're gonna see all these beautiful,

decadent, rich layers of chocolate.

- Oh!

- Ooh, my friends!

That is heaven.

[chuckles]

[upbeat music plays]

The consistency

of this cake is incredible.

It's cake, but it's rich,

and it's mousse, but it's light.

I mean, every single layer has a moment.

It's so flavorful and creamy.

This would be Josh's chocolate dream cake.

- Let's take these with us.

- Absolutely.

- Bye.
