I think hi boys and girls it's great to

be back for another peppy land show gosh

Doodlebug I just got here you're here

early aren't you lucky me do a bunch I

have to shrink my giant pencil first do

this properly yeah here we go

pencil shrink hmm I think I see

something already how about you boys and

girls now that's an interesting idea

hey good one Dale how about you baby

monster Wow your imagination sure is

looking over time thank you

Wow I guess it could be a cute family

monster that's probably better babies

how about you Alma well to tell you the

truth I see myself I think you can make

that dude went to an Elmer doodle I

think you've got something there Elmer

hmm let's do it I'll do it

hey wait a minute you little green I'll

cut it out fellas

face it Doodlebug Elmer had a good idea

for that doodle hey Sonny don't you know

what time it is

wow I sure do it's blue after two and I

got so caught up in doing doodle bugs

doodle and I didn't do my usual havin

responsibilities I better catch up now

what's up hey drew it have you ever

thought of starting your own fast-food

restaurant that was quite impressive

thinking about food again hi Elmer no

I'm happy just trying and coloring and

having adventures and papule Ed's

speaking adventures we have a big

adventure planned today

are you ready Julia and Mick and I see

you to Lin and Shan tika axle everybody

else out there I just can't say all your

names otherwise would be no time for the

rest of the show okay let's get started

on our big adventure hmm

don't you need your giant pencil to

start oh gee thanks lowly pencil bro huh

nothing happened the pencil is supposed

to grow that's funny

that he's going through the road

when I said I'd have a big adventure

today I had no idea how big it would be

oh my

that's one big puppy over there and I

have a special delivery letter for him

Oh Jaime Albert I'll be right with you

I better take this roof off my head and

put it back on the cabin just in case it

rains well mail Bert as you can see I

have a giant problem here rest on the

palm of my hand and we'll talk about it

yes indeed Pepe and I have this special

delivery letter for you but you're so

big I don't think you'll be able to open

it oh look there's buddy bear now why

don't you fly down there and maybe he

can read it to me good idea Pappy happy

you sure look big today tell me about it

buddy buddy I have a special delivery

letter for Pappy he wants you to open it

because his hands are too big oh I'd be

happy to open it for mail bird here you

go buddy bear thanks mail bird ah gotta

go hmm it's from the giant red pencil

manufacturing company and it looks

important read it out loud buddy

it says we regret to inform you that we

have discovered a malfunction in your

big red pencil and it must be recalled

you may experience problems in shrinking

and growing the pencil boy

that's for sure and it says here till we

turn the pencil to their factory and

they'll fix it that's a good idea buddy

why don't you take the color copier to

their factory and

get the pencil fixed and maybe I can get

back to normal size again okay papi

I'll do it yes I'm looking forward to

throwing something completely new and

different what hello all I can tell you

is drawing with happy today will be a

new experience Julian I'm afraid it's

true fellas this is a big predicament

what buddy bear is going for help why

have come to draw with me how can we do

this my marker is way too small to pick

up wait I know set yourselves up Louie

and Chucky will draw with the clouds the

clouds know perfectly fine Chucky

except for my giant size listen since I

can reach the clouds we can really use

our imagination now what's this awesome

haven't you ever looked at a cloud and

pictured with your imagination something

you can make from it yes yes I have papi

I lay on my shell look at the clouds in

the sky and pictured in my mind all

sorts of different things well today

we're going to draw some things from

these clouds let's begin Oh

so on buddy ride safely okay fellas if

you and the girls and boys are ready

with your paper and markers let's start

drawing okay I see what I can make from

this cloud see if he can guess what it

is right here

well bring that line up around and

around like that bring that around like

that there we go bring it up and over

and around and connect it there all

right let's put an iron right here and

we'll do the other side

that's like that they will do the mouth

right there and how about a Gil right

here that's got a long curved line like

that and we'll do this one right there

and one on the bottom like that

that's right it's a fish there how's

that look fellas that's magnificent

Bobby ah let's try another one I'm gonna

start right here bring that line around

right up like so loop it around the

small loops if you can guess what it is

you might even see something different

let's bring this line around like that

bring this liner

stop right there and that's right Timmy

it looks like a car doesn't it I always

bring this over ring it around

connected good you might have seen

something different but let's finish

this car we'll put on curb line right

there maybe another one right here there

we go let's draw the inside of the tire

starting right there bring it around now

let's do the same over here I'd start

right here running around like that

alrighty and let's do the inside

starting right there hanging around and

well there you have it thanks Bambi this

has really been great fun yeah huge fun

I'd say yeah I almost forgot I'm still

big I hope buddy bear is having some

luck getting my pencil fixed thank

goodness the big red pencil

manufacturing company was open and they

were able to fix Pappy's pencil now all

I've got to do is reach Pappy so he can

get back to his normal size again gee

it's great looking at everything from

this new perspective way up here happy

land let's different but it's

beautiful Wow

the brush winds look breathtaking in

pencil point what a sharp looking place

and there's woody on his pan

hi woody all this sightseeing is making

me hungry

I can't imagine how many peanut butter

and jelly sandwiches I'd have to eat now

to be full Oh Pat let me shake my

branches and maybe I can throw enough

apples up to you to satisfy your hunger

until buddy bear gets back thanks buddy

I'll just bend down and you can drop

those apples in the palm of my hand yeah

happy how about a song while we wait for

buddy bear sure sing a song you always

have a way of showing up when you're

most needed

and of course I guess okay one more time

if you hold the pencil and say pencil

shrink that you'll shrink back to your

normal self great buddy I'll take the

pencil and set you and they call it

again I'm back to normal and just the

right side listen I got to get back to

the cabin everybody it's been a trying

hi everybody it's nice to have you back

to your old self it sure is

well thank you fellas it's great to be

back hey Sonny why your head was in the

clouds did you see any rain coming no

Elmer or why because I'm sure the roof

and the cabin is going to leak after

that little trick with your head and

we'll just have to fix the roof - Elmer

okay kids

today I'm going to show you another way

to color it's called shading with your

mom or dad's permission you might want

to take the paper jackets completely off

your crayons and use them only for

shading this way you can use them

sideways to cover big areas let me show

you with one of the drawings we did

using the claws

all right I'm going to use the side of

my clan and in order to do that you have

to peel off the paper or the cover that

you see on your clan so that you can use

the site of your clans just like that

you see that

I'm starting out with yellow just

shading it in very lightly in the center

but very dark on the edge see that home

pressing down and white crayon that's

like so

have you ever noticed how different

things look depending on how high or low

you are when I was a giant everything

looks so hanging because that was so

tall and looking down that's because my

perspective that means how I see things

had changed all right I'm going to take

my blue cran and using this side of my

crayon I'm going to shade in the fishes

face like that

and just

and we'll just to show the lips you can

draw them in like that if you'd like

I'll put a blue eye right there and

we'll just shade that in like that and

just show some little scales and throw

some lines like oh good ad I might want

to add another color kind of fish have

so many beautiful colors on their scales

so feel free to use your imagination and

just add all kinds of colors okay it's

fun to mix and match colors to notice

when I put the blue over the yellow do

you see that it made it look green

because blue and yellow make green I'm

gonna use this color for the fish's lips

look ahead and maybe a little bit in his

eyes it's fun seeing things in the

clouds I'm trying to draw from the plows

sometimes I see things in water like

I'll throw a stone in a pond and I'll

see a shape and the water off though let

me just have a look out over the blue

look at that look at that green that's

nice very nice there we go I've got an

idea that you can try later on put one

of your toys on the ground and then

stand up tall and look down on it

after that get down very low and look

again you'll see that it looks different

you're number one yes I heard something

say it because your perspective changes

alright what do we see here

ha mmm perfect it does look like a car

let's use the side of the crane and just

color in the hubcaps like that

just have fun with it yeah I think I'm

going to make a a red Kyle put a line

there and that could be the seat back

this could be a bumper and maybe we'll

just show a door and a handle look at

that

maybe going maybe a headlight right

there

and we'll make the headlight you know

and we'll just call that in I think I'll

make the car a nice bright purple look

at that I like using the side of my cran

because I can cover so much area look at

the head takes less time to color when

you use the side of Ukraine and I'm

going to shade in the top just like that

I'm gonna I left a little shine there

and I think I'll just take my blue

Crandon and Shh put a shade little

shading underneath the bumper and some

more shading on the other side and we'll

just color that in and if I want it I

can put somebody right here like that

look at that there's a little fella

driving the car he's wearing a funny

hand look at Haiti yeah I'll just put a

little clones face you can have fun you

might want to put a little girl in the

car instead of a man

you might even put a cartoon of an

animal inside there you know just coming

in and a little puppy smoke there isn't

shading fun now let's see your drawings

boys and girls great job they should be

in the Hall of frames let's go there now

the hollow fringe keeps getting bigger

and bigger so we can hold all the

drawings you're sending us let's look at

a few now
