01x15 - The Snowman

the

Snowman winter was over

and as spring Drew near the last patches

of snow in the middle were starting to

melt all the animals were very happy

because with the spring had arrived the

warm weather that meant they could play

outside without getting

[Music]

cold so on that beautiful morning while

her mommy and daddy were eating the

fresh grass in the meadow Connie went

out to look for some new adventures

[Music]

after walking for a very long time

Connie came across some animals she'd

never met before hello who are you I

don't think I've seen you around here

before we're Penguins we come from a

long way away now we're making our way

to the South Pole but where's the South

Pole why do you want to go there the

penguin told Connie they were looking

for some cold weather and it was always

cold at the South Pole because there was

so much snow it's a long journey we

decided to stop here to have a little

rest oh I see we'll have a nice rest in

a safe

Voyage Connie was glad she wasn't a

penguin because she didn't like the cold

at

all hey Somebody's Crying who can it

be to Connie's great surprise she saw

that it was a

Snowman

whatever's the matter why are you crying

everybody else is happy because it's

getting hot but hot weather doesn't

agree with me at all Connie realized

what was happening as it got hotter the

Snowman was starting to melt don't worry

I'll help you find a cold place where

you'll be very

[Music]

happy

[Music]

Connie took the Snowman down to the

river you'll be happy here Mr Snowman

the water's much too cold for me so it

should be ideal for you it is cold but

I'm afraid it isn't cold enough in

Winter the river was frozen but now it's

melted just like I

[Music]

will

[Music]

well I think it's

[Music]

freezing Connie took the Snowman up to a

cave in the

[Applause]

mountains I think this cave will be the

perfect place for you to live it's

freezing cold in there

[Music]

Connie was right the cave was ever so

cold but the Snowman still wasn't happy

this place is no good I like to have

lots of friends around me I don't like

to be all on my own and there's no

company up here at all I don't like it

one bit Connie saw that the Snowman was

right although the Sun was shining

brightly there was still little snow in

the tops of the

trees Connie thought she could use the

snow to help her

friend stand under this tree I'll tip

the snow on top of

[Music]

you thank you Connie you're a real pal I

feel much better

[Music]

now as the day wore on the sun Shone

even brighter and it got hotter and

hotter Connie carried on looking for

somewhere cold where the Snowman would

be safe from

[Music]

melting cheer up Mr snowman you'll be

okay we're bound to find a nice cold

place sooner or

later Connie looked around but she

couldn't see any snow

it's no good Connie I think I'm going to

melt before we find somewhere cold

around here oh

dear poor Mr snowman thought Connie then

all of a sudden she remembered the

Penguins hey I know exactly where you

should go Mr Snowman the Penguins had

had their rest and were ready to

continue on their Journey when Connie

and the snowman appeared YooHoo one more

for the South Pole don't set up without

me I want to come with

you

[Music]

I'm glad you're still here my friend

would like to come with you if there's

room the penguin said yes because they

thought traveling with a snowman would

be a lot of

fun you take care of yourself Mr Snowman

the Penguins watched as two very good

friends said goodbye goodbye take

care bye have a good

voyage as Connie was saying goodbye she

felt happy because she knew that the

Snowman would always have the friendly

little penguins to keep him

compy that night Connie decided that one

day she would go to the South Pole to

visit her friend but first she would

borrow the Hedgehog sock to keep her

nice and
