There's something hidden under all this snow.

[mystical music]

It looks like some sort of icy road.

- Come on!

Let's use my visor to see where it goes.

The road goes all the way through the snowy forest

and ends at the top of a mountain--

at a treasure chest!

- Wow! - Whoa!

- It's an ice treasure.

- I wish we could see what's inside that ice treasure.

- Yeah, me too.

- Hey, I've got an idea.

Why don't we follow this icy road and find out?

- Yeah! Let's do it!

- Whoo-hoo! - I love treasure hunts.

[exciting music]

- Monster Machines...

all: To the ice treasure!

It's Blaze, AJ, Watts, and Gabby!

- Hm. I wonder where they're going.

- Gee, if I were to guess,

I'd say they're on a big adventure

to get that ice treasure over there.

- An ice treasure?

[groans] I want that ice treasure.

- Well, then why don't you ask Blaze and Watts

if you can come along?

- Hmm.

I could do that.

Or I could stop 'em... [grunts]

And get the ice treasure... [grunts]

- [gasps] Look out!

- Hey, let us out of here!

I've got an ice treasure to get to.

[snickers]

- [grunts] Hubcaps.

- How are we going to get out of this snow pile?

- Hey, look.

I see a tool we can use to break out of here.

A wedge!

- Yeah!

A wedge is the perfect tool.

Check it out.

When you push on the flat side of a wedge,

it increases the force on the pointy end

and makes it easier to split things apart.

- Come on, let's give it a try.

- Help us break apart this snow with our wedge.

Who knew a snowy forest could be so cold?

So to warm you up,

I brought you a nice hot bowl of soup.

Mmm, chicken noodle.

My favorite! [slurps]

- Well, if you like chicken noodle soup,

then you're going to love pickle noodle soup.

then this ought to do the trick.

- Yeah, it's probably just those falling giant icicles.

Falling giant icicles?

That icicle is blocking the road.

- If we're going to get to the ice treasure,

we need some way to break through this giant icicle.

- Hey, we know a tool

that's great for breaking things apart.

A wedge.

- Let's give it a try.

- To help us split the ice with our wedge,

- Careful. Another giant icicle

straight ahead.

- To break through this icicle with our wedge,

- Get ready. We've got to break through

one more giant icicle to make it out of the cave.

that'll stop them from getting to the ice treasure.

[trumpet plays]

[snickers] Sorry, Blaze.

Hope this isn't too un-"bear"-able.

[laughs]

[bears laughing mischievously]

[exciting music]

- Hey, Blaze, did you just say something?

- It wasn't me.

- Huh. Then it was probably those polar bears.

all: Polar bears?

both: Whoa!

- Look out!

One of the polar bears is right behind us!

- [laughs mockingly]

- Hey, I've got an idea.

To make the polar bear stop chasing us,

let's feed him a snack.

- Yeah. And I see a snack

the polar bears will love.

Ice pops!

- [laughing mischievously]

- This polar bear is wearing a green scarf,

so I bet he likes green ice pops.

- Come on. Let's see how many

green ice pops are in that tree.

Now come on! We'd better get going

if we're going to get to that treasure before Crusher.

give us some speed.

all: To the ice treasure!

- [giggles]

The ice treasure's going to be all mine!

- And what better way to warm you up on your journey

than with a mug of hot chocolate?

- Hot chocolate?

[laughs] I love hot chocolate!

Wait a second.

This isn't some kind of pickle hot chocolate, is it?

- [laughs] Silly Crusher.

There's no such thing as pickle hot chocolate.

- Okay, good. [chuckles]

[slurps]

- It's the marshmallows that have pickles in them.

- What?

Ah!

- [slurps] Mmm!

Pickle-mallows!

- Ick!

[musical car horn honking]

Oh, no. It can't be.

[all cheering] Blaze and Watts?

Oh, I can't let them get ahead of me now,

not when I'm so close to the ice treasure.

Huh. Wait a second.

I think I might have just found the perfect way to stop 'em.

There's "snow" way you're beating me to the treasure now!

- Look out! - Snowballs!

- Ah! - Whoa!

[menacing music]

- We can't let Crusher get away with this.

- Yeah. We've got to find some way

to smash these giant snowballs.

- Hey, I've got an idea.

What if we build a special vehicle

that's engineered to smash through the snow?

- Yeah! We can build

a wedge plow train!

Check it out.

A wedge plow train has a giant wedge on the front.

So when snow blocks the tracks,

the wedge splits it apart, pushing the snow away.

- Oh, yeah!

- Come on, Watts. Let's get building!

[exciting music]

First, let's build the steam engine

to power the train.

To make the steam engine,

- All right!

Now let's make the smokestack

to puff out smoke from the engine.

To make the smokestack,

- Now we just need the piece that bashes through the snow,

the wedge plow.

Six giant snowballs heading this way.

- Hey, Watts, since we've got two wedge plows,

what do you say we smash those snowballs two at a time?

- Yeah, let's do it!

Now there are eight giant snowballs headed this way.
