'we'll take you high in the Himalaya mountains'

[roaring]
'...and perhaps terrifying conclusion'
'of today's events.'
'Now, it's back to Spain'
'to meet our terrific teams.'
'The Yogi Yahooeys'
'the Really Rottens'
'and those super Scooby Doobies.'
'Yes, they'll be giving their all'
'to win the epitome of sports honors'
'the Laff-A-Lympics gold medal.'
'Now, let's get on with our first event'
the brave bull contest..
[audience cheering]
'...where Mildew and Snagglepuss'
'our on-the-scenes reporters will take over.'
Facing 12,000 pounds of ill-tempered beef
might make this our last event.

[snorts]
[Mildew] Then let's hide our hides.
[sniggering]
[crowd booing]
[Mildew] 'That's a Rotten for you.'

But now it's his turn.
[bull snorts]

[mumbling]
[male announcer] 'There's the bull, folks.'
'Now, let's meet our toreador teams.'
'Of course, we've already met Mumbly of the Rottens.'
'For the Scoobies, it will be the daring Dynomutt.'
'What poise! What cape work!'

[male announcer] 'What a mess!'
'Next, for the Yogis'
'it's the dainty Miss Cindy Bear.'
[giggling]
A sweet southern belle
battling a bellowing bull?
That's dangerous!
Sure, Snaggy-pie.
That boy cow will be safe enough.
I'm only gonna use my Southern charms to win.
[male announcer] 'Bull-fighting Laff-A-Lympics style'
'really isn't fighting, folks.'
'It's more like picking roses.'
'You see, the object of this event'
'is to pick the rose from the bull'
'and still stay in one piece.'
[snorts]
'Our toreadors will be judged'
'on time, style, and bravery'
'with the winner earning 25 points'
'fifteen for the second and ten for last place.'
'That's the signal to begin.'
'And there's our first toreador'
'El Mumbly.'
[audience cheering]
'Now, here comes the mighty bull.'
'But El Rotten stands his ground.'
'A portrait of confidence.'
Oh, sure. Confident of his cheat.
Whatever it is.
[snickers]
[Mildew] 'A "sleepy gas" ball.'
'So that's it.'
The bull takes a nap and he picks the rose.
That is rotten!

[male announcer] 'Dynomutt will use his bionic extending extensor legs'
'for a surprise overhead try'
'for the rose.'

'So, with an hasta la vista to Madrid'
'we take you to the Spanish countryside'
'for the gala Gypsy Wagon Race.'
'The first wagon to travel the course'
'and cross the finish line wins.'
'Now, down to our reporters.'
I'm here with the Rottens' racer, Dread Baron.
And that's enough to make gypsy violins cry.

There's 1500 horses under the hood of my wagon.

[male announcer] 'The next entry is Hokey Wolf for the Yogis.'

The very latest in gypsy racing wagons.

[male announcer] 'And for the Scoobies, it will be Tinker'
'in his speed buggy powered gypsy wagon.'

[male announcer] 'There's the get-ready overture'

'With the Rottens taking the lead'
'as they head into Mount Terrible pass.'
'If they try to pass me in the pass'
'they'll be in for a terrible surprise.'
Alright-y, Speedy. Shift into passing gear.
[Speedy sputters] Okay, okay.
Here they come. So here come the Rottens' cleanest cheat yet.
[gurgling]

[male announcer] 'The Rottens have cleared the pass'
'but the Scoobies are covered'
'with hanging wall-to-wall bubbles.'

Quick, Speedy, reverse your radiator fan.
[fan whirring]
[Speedy sputters] Okay.

[male announcer] 'It sure did. Now, they're clear.'

Our only hope is air power, Speedy.

'Now, Hokey stops at the rickety old suspension bridge'
'spanning El Diablo canyon'
'the last obstacle to the finish line.'

Shucks! If he can do it, so can we.
But just watch where I'm driving, Speedy.
Ah-ha! The bouncy bridge!
This is my chance to steal the lead.
And then bounce upwards to victory.
[male announcer] 'A fantastic aerial maneuver by Dread Baron'
'which bounces the Scoobies and Yogis up'
'and on their way to victory.'
[engine rumbling]
'Thanks to Dread Baron who is stuck in last place.'
Drat! Drat! Drat!
[male announcer] 'Nearing the finish line, the Scoobies' Speed Buggy'
'has a slight lead, though still traveling in reverse.'
'This is where each racer makes a final effort'
'to get their wheels over the line.'
Hey, g*ng, I decided that will be me
in the home stretch.
Oh, yeah?
Let's give it the home-stretch stretch, Speedy.
Here goes, here goes..
[sputtering]
[male announcer] 'It's the Yogis and Scoobies.'
'It's a first place tie.'
[cheering]
'Now, here comes the Rottens'
'being towed across in last place.'
[booing]
'Now, at the half the Scoobies and Yogis tie'
'for 25 points each still keeps the Yogi Yahooeys'
'leading with 50 points.'
'The Scooby Doobies second with 40.'
'And the Rottens still in the basement at 20.'
[cheering]

[Snagglepuss] 'And the Blue Falcon will represent the Scooby Doobies.'

[male announcer] 'Scoring for this event will be 25 points to the winner

'Plus, a 50-point bonus if anyone does happen to win.'
'Remember the rules, athletes.'
'You must hang your bell on the creature.'

[male announcer] 'Blue Falcon dashes ahead'
'while Daisy is moving up into the clouds?'
'Amazing!'
[Creepley] 'And clever, too.'
All it takes is invisible wire
and a cloud camouflaged pedal chopper.

I've got an event to win.
[male announcer] 'Meanwhile, in his Falcon Snowmobile'
'Blue Falcon has picked up the snowman's tracks.'
Hm, the tracks have doubled back.
Which can mean only one thing.
[growls]
I've found it, or vice-versa.
Quick, Dynomutt, throw the Magno Monster Net to me.

Sure-shot Dyno never misses.

[Blue Falcon] 'Perfect. Except for your prepositions, Dog Blunder.'

[laughing]
[male announcer] 'Simultaneously, some distance away'
'the Yogi's biggest star is cold on the trail.'
[Abominable Snowman growls]

[male announcer] 'Impossible!'
'What on Earth could terrify'
'a 40-foot super simian'
'into turning tail?'
'Could the snowman be that abominable?'
[laughing]

[male announcer] 'So that's it.'
'It's not an abominable snowman.'
'It's a twitterpated snow-woman.'
'So, as true love runs its course'
'let's check our other contestants.'
'Ah, there's the snowman and that familiar cloud.'
'Only, this time, Daisy is floating down.'

[male announcer] 'The Blue Falcon has hung on his bell.'
'However, our second camera shows that'
'Daisy hung hers simultaneously.'
'So, it's another tie.'
'This time, between The Scoobies and The Rottens.'
[cheering]
'As for Grape Ape, our instant replay camera'
'recorded his second place win.'
'The love-struck snow-woman caught Grape.'
'He hung his bell on her pinky as a friendship token'
'and earned the Yogis a 15-point second place win.'
'Now, to the scoring.'
'Because of their tie the Scoobies and Rottens'
'each earn 25 points.'
'But who gets the 50-point bonus?'
'Our reporters have the answer.'
Our electric eye recorded the Rottens bell rang
one millisecond before The Scoobies.
Therefore...but unfortunately the bonus goes to the Rottens.
[cheering]
[male announcer] 'Our official score shows'
'the Rottens 50-point bonus puts them in first at 95.'
Flash! A last-minute ruling by the judges.
[male narrator] 'Our attention is called to a freeze frame replay.'
'Because of Daisy's un-sportsperson-like behavior'
'of hanging her bell while Blue Falcon was saving her life'
'the 50 bonus points for The Rottens'
'has been withdrawn.'
'Now, our final, final results are..'
'...the Scoobies and Yogis are tied in first place at 65.'
'With The Rottens back at the bottom with 45.'
[Rabbit] 'Brack!'
[male announcer] 'Our final event will be a relay race climb to the top'
'of Mountain Everest.'

The first teams will carry their banners

Here, at the two-thirds mark, ready to relay to the top

'their team's banner on the top wins.'

'But what's this? It looks like Dirty's being held up.'

[male announcer] 'Now, The Rottens have pulled into the lead'
'and The Yogis just pulled past the Scoobies.'

[male announcer] 'Wally Gator has grabbed The Yogis banner'
'which puts his team in first place.'

[male announcer] 'Dirty Dalton sails up to land in second place.'
'Finally, but still third, it's the Teen Angels.'

[Captain Caveman gibbering]
[pterodactyl screeches]
[gibberish]
[screeching]
[male announcer] 'Wow, Taffy has flown past Wally Gator'
'and winged past Dastardly, into first place'
'to reach the last stop before the top.'
All the way, Taffy.
[male narrator] 'Here's The Scooby's banner transfer.'
'So, it looks like they're a cinch to win.'
[grunts]
[whistles]
[male announcer] 'Now what? Oh, I see.'
[gibbering] Hurry, come back.

[male announcer] 'Talk about a well-trained pterodactyl.'
[pterodactyl screeches]
[crashing]

'by his special mountain-climbing'

'like he was standing still.'

'This is no time to fish.'

It's not a fish I'm gonna reel in.

'That's the game, folks.'
'The Scooby-Doo team wins the first place, 25 points.'
'Fifteen points for second place, the Yogi Yahooeys.'
'While the last place Really Rottens earn ten.'
'And now, the final official scores of the day show'
'that the Scooby Doobies are the big winners'
'with 90 points.'
[cheering]
'Now, for the awards.'
'Let's have a hand for our gold, silver'
'and bronze medalists, folks.'

I'm too whacked-out to wheel out.
