Nathan had a breakdown,

is probably a little bit more massive.

What I don't get is why we're involved.

Towan's is heritage-listed,

and the victim had an important
memorabilia collection,

some of which is now missing.

collection to be moved off site

was just pure chance.

spending some of the assets

without the other one knowing,

then that is fraud.

So, there was a CCTV camera
outside the front gate.

I've reviewed 12 hours of the footage

before and after Filton's m*rder.

Didn't take long
because only two vehicles appear

in all that time.

Ellison's Auction van arriving.

Two hours later, a Jeep arrives,

registered to Grace Filton.

The auction van leaves
half an hour after that,

so we know Grace was in situ
when the m*rder happened,

and we know she had beef with her dad.

But Grace went to Towan
to stop the auction,

and she succeeded, so what's her motive?

- We know the auctioneers leave

with an empty van,

and we know from the CCTV footage

that neither Grace nor any of the others

leave the property post-m*rder.

And according to their statements,

none of them heard or saw anything.

And none of them can corroborate

the other person's alibis
'cause they're all staying

in separate accommodations.

to have had quite a thing

for nocturnal field recordings.

Charlie Filton's postmortem results.

Time of death estimated
between 2:00 and 3:00 a.m.

Well, that fits in
with Filton's broken watch.

- Cause of death...
- severe blunt force trauma

to the left of the skull,

suggesting our k*ller was right-handed.

Bruising consistent
with the microphone base

found next to the victim's body.

The pathologist has identified
bruising on Filton's torso

that she's estimated
to be a few days old.

Injuries are consistent
with a closed-fist punch.

Says whoever inflicted the injury

witnesses saw the Frayne Brothers engage

in a physical altercation,

which explains the injuries
and extensive bruising

found at the postmortem

that were inconsistent with drowning.

That's the exact same crew

who were present
