We're going to sing, dance, and go on a present hunt. We have to get presents for everybody.

We got to get out the milk. Open the refrigerator, get out the milk, get out the glass, pour the milk.

Now we gotta put the milk back. Okay, now we need the cookies. Grab the cookies, grab a plate, put the cookies on the plate, put the cookies back.

Now we gotta get back upstairs. Okay, let's get into our bed. We did it!

We found all the presents and we brought them home in time for Christmas. Thank you so much for your help.

Let's say, “123, pretend.” 123 pretend! Let's pretend we already made the dough.

The next thing we need to do is roll the dough. Roll it with me. Say, “roll.”

Roll, roll. We did it. We rolled the cookies with the rolling pin. Great job!

Next, let's get our magic cookie cutter and put the cookies on the cookie sheet. Wow look!

This one is a heart. The shape is a heart. A heart cookie.

Put it on the cookie sheet.

This one's shape is a star. Good job. Put the star on the cookie sheet.

Now let's put the pretend cookies in this pretend oven. Remember, never touch a real oven. Real ovens are only for grown ups.

Open it up and put the cookies in.

Let's pretend they're cooking. [ding] They're done!

Now we take the cookies out of the pretend oven and let them cool down for pretend.

Now let's put the cookies on the plate for Santa. Say, “On.”

On! We're putting the cookies on the plate for Santa.

He's going to be so happy to have these wonderful cookies we made. Great job.

Now we leave Santa a glass of milk, the cookies on a nice red plate,

and a little note. Dear Santa. What would you say to Santa?

One of my favorite things about the holidays is getting to give gifts to other people.

and the look in their eyes when they open up a gift from me. So I wrote a song about it.
