On mornings like this, Circle, Square
and Triangle meet near the beach

to enjoy doughnuts and hot chocolate.

I am tired of doughnuts!

a nice little island.

An excellent spot for three good friends
to gather in the mornings

and enjoy a doughnut,

which is always more delicious
when dunked in hot chocolate.

Every morning, when Square wakes up,

he knows just what to do.

He makes his bed.

He brushes his teeth.

He leaves his house
at the same exact time…

and takes the same exact path…

to the same exact place.

Square goes down
to the very bottom of a cave.

And once he is there,
he does the same exact thing.

He chooses a block
from the pile below the ground.

He pushes the block
up and out of the cave.

He brings the block to the pile
at the top of the hill.

This is his work.

And then the next morning,
he does it again.

Square does the same exact thing

day after day.

And that's exactly how he likes it.

One morning,
while Square was on his way up the hill,

Circle was on her way down.

Square, you are a genius.
