Post by bunniefuu »

It's the last round!

Once the whistle blows,

the next round will begin.

-Let's go!
-Let's go!

-Let's go!
-Let's go!

-Their legs haven't given out yet.
-Let's go!

Their stamina is insane.

How are they still going?

They're crazy.

They're really something else.

They still have energy to spare.

I was just going at it.
I told myself to keep running.

Stay calm.

Nice!

-You got this, Ji-hyun!
-You got this!

Look at him.

-Wow, Amotti.
-Amotti!

-Wow, Amotti.
-Amotti!

Go, Ji-hyun!

-Amotti is insane.
-He's crazy.

-Amotti is crazy.
-He's a madman.

-He's crazy.
-Seriously.

-It's the last round!
-Just crawl!

-Crawl!
-Get down on all fours!

Let's go!

Don't give up! It's not over yet!

-Crawl!
-Crawl!

I was so exhausted
from the previous rounds.

But Amotti seemed completely fine.

I still wanted to give it my all though.

Go, Jung Ji-hyun!

Let's go!

You got this. Don't give up.

-You can catch up to him.
-Keep at it.

-It's not over yet. Don't give up.
-It's not over yet!

It's a walk in the park for Amotti.

Nice!

Amotti still has energy left.

-How is that possible?
-All the way!

You got this!

Don't give up. It's okay. You got this!

In my head, I wanted to go faster.

But I had already pushed my body
to its limits at that point,

so I no longer had the energy
to keep going.

My mind is still in my prime days,
but my body couldn't keep up.

I felt I didn't give enough.

I realized my limits once again.

-No way.
-He's insane.

The match is over.

Okay!

It's finally over.

I won.

I was obviously glad to have won,

but I felt really bad.

I just felt really bad.

You got this!

You can do it!

-Go, Jung Ji-hyun!
-He did great.

-Way to go! Finish the race!
-You were the best!

-Nice.
-Good work.

-Good work.
-Congrats.

-Thank you, Ji-hyun.
-Good work.

You have to win.

Thank you.

-You should thank Ji-hyun.
-Thank you, Ji-hyun!

-Win the prize money.
-You better win!

Thank you.

-That was beautiful.
-That was amazing.

Mad respect.

Nice!

-Way to go!
-It was a tough match.

The final survivor
of Team Jung Ji-hyun is...

Amotti.

Let's go, Amotti!

It was hard making it this far.

I had the best team members.

So I'll make sure to do my best

and come out on top on behalf of them.

This was the most competitive team.

You did great.

It's over.

-You did great.
-Good work.

-He's probably bummed.
-Of course.

I kept thinking about how things
would've turned out if I had done better.

I was so happy
to be able to feel the emotions

that I felt during my career
as an athlete.

But now that everything is over,
it is pretty disappointing.

I prepared for this show

like it was my fourth Olympic Games.

I gave it my all, so I have no regrets.

I even enjoyed
the time I spent preparing for this.

I'll return to my profession

and continue to challenge myself.

What a shame.

It was an honor being on this journey
with such a great team and leader.

I'll come back stronger.

I really don't want to break it.

I was so happy and honored
to be a part of this team.

Thanos.

It's so sad to see him smash it.

Snap your fingers.

It's such a waste to break it.

It really is.

It was great being on a team
with these amazing people.

Since he beat everyone on our team,

I hope Amotti can win
to make our losses worth it.

I had so much fun. Thank you.

You all did great!

Great work, Ji-hyun.

You all did great.

-Amotti, you have to win. Got it?
-You have to.

-You have to win.
-Win for the rest of us.

-If it weren't for you,
-You're our last hope.

I would've been eliminated.

-Great work, guys.
-Thank you.

Good work, everyone.

HONG BEOM-SEOK,
JUSTIN HARVEY, ANDRE JIN, AMOTTI

PHYSICAL: 100
UNDERGROUND

It's almost over.

Are you confident?

The games are so different
compared to Season 1.

Very different.

So it's unpredictable.

-I have no idea what awaits us.
-They make it unpredictable.

Which quest did you find most difficult?

Amotti?

For me, it was the first team match.

-Oh, the maze conquest?
-Yes.

-When you faced Dong-hyun's team?
-Right, you guys lost.

-Yes, because we lost.
-Right.

And after that, the consolation match...

The consolation match was terrifying.

I knew I wouldn't be able to
survive for long.

-I had no hope.
-Only one person could survive.

Exactly. Just one.

Those were the toughest quests for me.

That consolation match...
The three of us were just watching.

-That was the cruelest game.
-It was the most intense.

You guys had it easy.

What?

We did.

I was watching from above,

and I knew I wouldn't be able to survive
if I were there.

I bet that was the hardest match.

What was the hardest for you, Justin?

The last quest.

-The roller.
-Oh, the roller.

Not so much
because it was physically hard,

but because I had to compete
against my team members.

In my opinion, my team's chemistry
and teamwork were the best.

It was sad to see
all of them get eliminated.

It wasn't easy having to defeat them.

At the beginning,
I asked you what sports you do,

-and you said you do them all.
-Right.

So I remember thinking, "What's his deal?"

But I think I've really tried everything.

I've played various sports
ever since I was young.

I do almost all sports.

And I really got into CrossFit recently.

I like it because it incorporates
all the things that I like

into a single sport.

Amotti, did you play sports
as a teenager too?

No, I started doing CrossFit
after I was discharged from the military.

-You started after your military service?
-Yes.

My goal was to become
a famous CrossFit athlete.

But then I got into a car accident.

So that's how you injured your ankle.

Yes, I broke my ankle.

So I thought I wouldn't be able to
work out anymore.

I can't use my ankle like I used to,

but I'm just thankful
that I can still work out.

I feel like I'm a rugby ambassador
because I talk about it so much.

Although the Korean national rugby team
was able to participate in the Olympics,

I've had multiple surgeries on my knee,

so I had no choice
but to retire at an early age.

But I don't regret anything
because I took part in writing history

as a representative of Korea.

A part of you always feels uneasy
after you undergo surgery.

-You're right.
-I also had surgery done on my shoulder,

so I'm always anxious
that I might injure it again.

Shoulder, ankle, and knee. What about you?

-My wrist. I can't bend it backward.
-Your wrist?

If we have to fight each other,

-I'm going for your knee and your wrist.
-My knee, his wrist, and his ankle.

And I'll kick your ankle.

Oh, jeez.

What are you all the most confident in?

-It's running for Beom-seok.
-It's running for me.

-Running for sure.
-Right.

I just don't want it to be a combat game.

I only want it to be a combat game.

Me too. It's because we both played rugby.

-You both want it to be a combat game.
-Yes.

All three of you

are athletic and have great stamina.

Regardless of the results,
I don't think I'll have any regrets,

because I'll know I did my best.

It's an honor. It really is.

-I think we all feel the same.
-Right.

I won't have any regrets either.

Not me.

-I absolutely hate losing.
-Right.

-So I'm here to win.
-But...

they didn't say they would lose.

-That's right.
-But it sounded like...

I didn't say I was giving up.

It sounded like you were prepared to lose.

-No, we're going to try our best.
-That's not what you meant?

-But even if we lose, we'll be okay.
-I see.

That's just how it sounded to me.

-Of course we want to win.
-Here's the thing.

"Want to win"
and "will win" are different.

-It's the mindset.
-Exactly.

Let's give it our all until the very end.

-Okay.
-Let's do it.

-All right!
-We got this.

The search for the most perfect physique,

regardless of gender, age, or race.

Physical: 100.

This is it.

-The finals.
-Who's going to win?

Why am I nervous?

I can't believe I'm sitting here.

They must be so nervous.

-Seriously.
-Yeah.

Following the grueling matches
between 100 contestants,

the current remaining survivors are

Amotti...

He literally survived from hell.

-He's crazy.
-Hong Beom-seok...

Andre Jin...

and Justin Harvey.

-He's so cool.
-He looks so cool.

The one to survive until the end,

the final physique standing,

will win 300 million won.

-That's insane.
-That's crazy.

One of them is winning it.

This is as intense as the Olympics.

Now, only the final quest remains

to determine the final physique standing.

In the previous quest,
there were 20 people remaining.

But now, there are only four left.

I have a 25% chance of winning.

Since I already made it this far,

I want to be the final winner
and protect my torso.

I feel nervous.

I'm wanting it more and more
now that I've made it this far.

So I have to win no matter what.

I had to defeat my team members
to make it this far.

That's all the more reason for me

to do my best and come out on top.

The final quest in which you will compete...

will consist of

three rounds.

-...will consist of three rounds.
-Three rounds?

It must get harder after each round.

They must be so nervous

because they don't know what awaits them.

The first round of the final quest

that will leave
one final physique standing...

will now be revealed.

What will it be?

I wonder what they'll do.

-I feel sick.
-I'm so excited.

Do we have to hang from these?

What is this?

-Something fell.
-Is it a rope?

Damn, is it a rope?

-What is it?
-What is it?

Do they have to climb the rope?

-A rope?
-I guess they have to climb it.

-But there are handles.
-What?

The first round of the final quest.

Contestants must hold onto the rope
connected to their torsos

and hold out to the end.

-Hold out?
-They have to hold onto it.

That's crazy.

The contestant who fails
to hold on to their torso

will be eliminated immediately.

The weight of the torso you must hold up

is 40% of your body weight.

One contestant will be eliminated
in the first round.

The game will end
as soon as a contestant is eliminated.

And the remaining three contestants
will advance to the next round.

I have good forearm endurance.

So when I watched
the consolation match in Season 1,

I thought I'd be able to survive
if I were there.

And it was the same game,

so I thought I'd be able to make it
past this round.

This is my game. I was confident.

I'm going to protect my torso
no matter what.

I'm going to hold out until the end.

I was pleased with the game.

I have excellent grip strength.

So I think I'll either
come in first or second.

We're here to protect our torsos.

And for the first time, we can actually
protect our torsos with our own hands.

My weight is just something
I'll have to deal with.

I'm going to protect
my precious torso at all costs.

The first round
of
Physical: 100's final quest

will now begin.

Aren't the four of them
pretty similar though?

-No one's particularly bulky.
-Right.

-They're all lean.
-Muscles built for performance.

-Beom-seok and Amotti have good endurance.
-Right.

-They're top-class.
-Totally.

I'm rooting for Justin and Andre

-I see.
-because they're like underdogs.

-We have to root for Amotti.
-Right.

He needs to win so that we know
we lost to the best contestant.

-Right.
-You're right.

-I hope Beom-seok wins.
-Me too.

-Right?
-Yeah.

-They're starting.
-They're starting.

-That's so cool.
-They hung the torsos.

-What the heck?
-They really hung the torsos.

-Look at that.
-Those are the remains.

Are those from our torsos?

That's a lot.

-Our remains.
-Exactly.

The torsos of the losers.

The final quest of Physical: 100.

The first round will now begin.

Here we go.

Go, Andre!

-Let's go!
-Go!

-Let's go, Justin.
-Let's go.

They must be so nervous.

The first round of the final quest
is something I'm confident in,

so I think I'm off to a great start.

I've done all sorts of things
getting to this point.

If I can't even protect my own torso,
I should go home.

I was in the special forces

and I was a firefighter,

so I take pride in my willpower.

And I believe
I have the upper hand in that aspect

compared to the other contestants.

I believe in myself.

I knew I'd be able to hold out
until the end, so I had no worries.

All I had to do was believe in myself.

I was very confident.

The game will now begin.

-I'm nervous.
-This is nerve-racking.

Let's go!

Let's go!

Let's go!

Justin is leaning back all the way.

JUSTIN HARVEY

I used my body weight,
rather than my pulling strength

to pull on the rope.

My tactic was to lean back
as far as possible.

ANDRE JIN

ANDRE JIN

I thought it'd be better to use one arm
predominantly over the other

to allow the other arm to rest,

then switch back and forth as needed.

AMOTTI

AMOTTI

My strategy was to use a hook grip.

In CrossFit,

you grab onto the barbell like this.

Using a hook grip
takes the stress off of the forearms.

So my strategy
was to retain forearm strength

as much as I could.

HONG BEOM-SEOK

HONG BEOM-SEOK

Since I had to hold out
for as long as possible,

I tried not to use my forearms too much.

So I straightened my arms

and used my body weight to assist me.

They have to use their body weights
because it's a game of endurance.

Then our team leader...

-It could be advantageous for Beom-seok.
-You're right.

He said his forearms never tire.

Amotti looks so stable.

I just stayed still.

I wasn't going to let it fall.

Justin has his eyes closed. He's focused.

He's so cool.

My hands are sweating.

-Me too.
-Seriously.

-Holy crap.
-They're so sweaty.

I wonder how hard it is.

I'm curious too.

They have to feel each other out.

Right, and I'm sure they'll catch on
when someone starts tiring.

I want to feel how heavy it is.

I'm curious.

I'd be so bummed out
if I got eliminated here.

This is a battle against themselves.

His hands are getting sweaty.

I had to use a lot more strength
than I thought.

So it started to get tiring.

Is that Andre?

He looks a bit tired.

-He looks tired.
-He does.

We had no way of knowing
how much time had passed.

My muscles started to feel strained.

Oh, no.

He's starting to feel it.

As time went by,
I started feeling it in my arms,

and my grip was weakening.

I didn't know I'd tire out this quickly.

It doesn't look easy.

-Amotti looks so relaxed.
-He's doing great.

Oh, no. Justin is struggling.

-No!
-Please, Justin. Don't let go.

No, Justin.

-He's tired.
-Justin!

You got this!

Considering how hard it was for me,
I expected it to be harder for the others.

So I looked at their faces
and saw that Justin was struggling.

-You got this!
-You can do it, Justin!

All of a sudden,
I heard people cheering for Justin.

When I heard that,
I was more determined to win

and told myself
that I just had to beat Justin.

Only one person had to get eliminated
for the round to end.

That meant I'd survive
if I held out for longer than Justin.

You can do it, Justin!

You can do it, Justin!

-It's coming down.
-No.

-No.
-Hang in there!

-Justin!
-Justin!

-No, hang in there.
-Don't give up!

-No, Justin!
-Please.

I really don't want to
get eliminated like this.

I kept telling myself
that I had to beat Justin.

What the heck?

Are you serious?

I need to survive no matter what.

No!

-No, Justin.
-No.

-Hang in there a little longer!
-No!

-Justin!
-No!

-No!
-Justin!

-No! Please!
-Hang in there!

Hang on!

The game is over.

-Hang on!
-No!

-No, Justin!
-He did his best.

It's over.

I feel so bad for him.

I was disappointed in myself.

I wanted to do better.

Why did this have to be the first game?

Justin.

He must be so upset.

Justin Harvey has been eliminated

in the first round of the final quest.

I was glad that I survived.

But I couldn't fully savor
that I was advancing to the next round

knowing that yet another person
got eliminated.

I knew how Justin was feeling,

so I couldn't make it obvious
that I was happy.

But I was glad I made it to the top three.

-Well done.
-Well done.

He did well.

-Good job.
-Well done.

What a pity.

As I kept advancing,

I started to believe
that I could actually win.

Getting eliminated
after making it this far

is honestly more agonizing.

To the remaining contestants...

I wish you good luck.

You made it to the top three,

which shows how great you all are.

You did great.

-Way to go!
-Way to go!

The eliminated contestant
may now leave the arena.

Justin, you were amazing.

You did great.

-He did great.
-He must be so upset.

It's such a shame.

-Good luck.
-Thank you.

This show is no joke.

It's so hard and demanding.

But that made it all the more fun.

I'm not satisfied
with being in fourth place,

but I'm still very thankful
for the experience.

But both 4th place
and 100th place are losers.

So I'm a bit disappointed.

But since I made it this far,

I could say it wasn't bad overall.

The survivors of the first round
of the final quest are...

Amotti, Hong Beom-seok, and Andre Jin.

Good job, Amotti!

Let's go, Amotti!

-Beom-seok is doing great.
-Nice!

It's competitive.

Andre survived.

-He did great.
-He survived.

But the thing is,

luck has to be on your side too.

-You're right.
-It really depends on the game.

The second round of the final quest
will now begin.

-Right away?
-Right away?

Right away?

What do you think the next game will be?

What could it be?
They measured their sitting height.

-They measured their height?
-Yeah.

Both their standing and sitting heights.

-Oh, I see.
-What could it be?

I don't even want to try guessing anymore.

I'm always wrong, so there's no point.

-I hope they do something mind-blowing.
-Seriously.

-Something insane.
-Something no one expected.

Physical: 100.

Contestants, please enter the arena.

What is this?

As soon as I saw the arena,
I thought, "This is insane."

"They're really pushing the limits."

-What?
-What?

-What is that?
-What is that?

-It's huge.
-It's massive.

Maybe they have to pull it.

-Or do they have to hold it up?
-Are they doing squats?

-What the heck?
-That's crazy.

I wasn't sure what we had to do.

Do we have to lift it?

There were three cart-like structures.

And there was a conveyor belt.

I wondered why it was there.

I couldn't even imagine
what was awaiting us.

The second round
of
Physical: 100's final quest.

The game is...

infinite squats.

...infinite squats.

-That's crazy.
-That's insane!

That's insane.

-Infinite squats?
-No way.

It's going to be so hard.

Just hearing that scares me.

Squats? That's crazy.

The name itself was so ruthless.

"Infinite squats."

I felt slightly overwhelmed
the second I heard the word "infinite."

Words like that scare me.

-That's why they measured their heights.
-Yeah, that's why.

-That's fair.
-That's fair.

-To match their height.
-It must match their height then.

The contestants will start squatting

at the sound of the whistle.

The weight will gradually increase.

There's something on top.

-It's like a container.
-Yeah.

The contestant who fails
to keep pace with the whistle,

or fails to withstand the weight
will be eliminated immediately.

The infinite squats will continue
until one contestant is eliminated.

That's hell.

How did they think of something like this?

This is crazy.

Are any of them confident in this?

This is also my game.

This is what I always do.

I like doing high-rep squats.

As soon as I heard "infinite,"
I knew it was my game.

It's impossible for me
to come in last place.

I knew I'd do great before even starting.

I think Amotti will do well.

It'll be advantageous for him.
They do lots of reps in CrossFit.

It's definitely favorable to Amotti.

If it were lifting heavy weights,
it would've been favorable to Andre.

But Andre played rugby,
so he has a strong lower body.

The other contestants
may do more squats on a regular basis,

but I'm still stronger than them.

I'm bigger and I weigh more,

so I think I'd have a chance
if the weight increased at a fast rate.

Team Leader Hong looks confident.

-I mean, he has the stamina.
-He has good stamina.

The inevitable has arrived.

I actually don't do weighted squats.

So I was hoping it wouldn't
come out as a game,

but it did.

I was worried.

I was in trouble.

Before the match,
each contestant will say a word,

starting with Amotti.

I live and breathe squats,

so I'm confident.

I'll spare no effort
and advance to the next round.

Nice!

-Go, Amotti!
-Go, Amotti!

You got this!

This is his game.

Just like I've been doing until now,

I'll do everything I can
to advance to the next round

so that I won't have any regrets.

-All right.
-You got this!

-Go, Beom-seok!
-Go, Beom-seok!

You got this.

It's not going to be easy.

It's going to be extremely painful.

But I feed off of pain,
so I'll make it through.

-Let's go, Andre!
-You got this!

Only two contestants will survive

in the second round of the final quest.

-Are they getting ready?
-It's starting.

Let's go.

The infinite squats will now begin.

It's starting. Okay! Let's go!

-Let's go!
-Good luck!

The weight will be added.

Right away?

-What is that?
-What is that?

-What is that?
-What is that?

Something's coming down.

-Are they rocks?
-Looks like it.

-Rocks?
-Looks like coal.

-Coal?
-I think it's coal.

You're kidding me.

It's actual coal.

I didn't expect actual coal to be used.

I couldn't believe what I was seeing.

It was like a scene from a movie.

The production crew are madmen.

They really went all out.

-No way.
-That's impressive.

Are you kidding me?

I got chills.

I just got goosebumps.

That's impressive.

-That's a lot.
-It's not stopping.

It's going to be so heavy.

Is it ever going to stop?

The coal just kept coming.

It was never-ending.

I kept begging for it to stop,

but they just kept coming.

I wondered how much it would weigh.

It was hard to guess.

I have no idea who'll get eliminated.

It's hard to predict who'll win.

I'll just do as I always have.

It'll be a piece of cake.

I'm just unsure of myself
because I don't do a lot of squats.

So even I don't know how many
I might actually be able to do.

That being the case,
I won't give up even if my legs give out.

I'll overcome the pressure,
send another person home,

and make it to the final round.

Please lift the weight
and get ready in standing position.

The whistle will go off
to signal the timing to squat.

-Good luck!
-Good luck!

-Good luck!
-Let's go!

Here they go.

It's going fast.
There's not much of a pause.

The weight seems doable so far.

It must be doable.

I had a good feeling
when the squats started.

I was quite worried, but when we started,

it felt like I could do a lot of reps.

I thought I might have a shot
if I gave it my best.

But since it was easy for me,

I thought it'd be easier for the others.

It was too easy.

It was like my usual warm-up set.

I started the first set
like it was a warm-up.

So far, it's a close game.

They all look relaxed.

Ten.

More than ten per set?

Is it 20 reps?

That's so many.

I wondered how many we'd have to do.

As the number of squats
we had to do wasn't specified,

I started to get slightly anxious.

I kept thinking about
how many we'd have to do.

-Nineteen.
-Nineteen.

-Twenty.
-Twenty.

-Twenty.
-Won't they increase the weight now?

-Are they going to keep going?
-Breathe.

-They're doing more.
-For real?

-They're doing more.
-For real?

-They're not stopping.
-How many do they have to do?

It really is infinite.

They're all really good.

Andre is falling behind.

He is.

-Is it because he's tall?
-Yes.

His range of motion is greater.

In all honesty, they're both tiny.

They're both short,
so they're at an advantage.

If you're shorter,
you have a smaller range of motion.

So it's easier to get back up quickly.

I was worried as to whether
I'd be able to keep up with the tempo.

But the first set was still doable.

-Thirty.
-Thirty.

-The weight will be increased.
-It's 30.

-Increased after 30.
-Please move to the waiting area.

-So they step away.
-They get to rest.

That makes sense. Okay!

-They already did 30?
-Okay.

-Nice.
-Their thighs must be burning.

It's hard for me to do
even 20 bodyweight squats.

You're right, that's not easy.

It's hard enough
just doing bodyweight squats.

I have to admit, this is well thought out.

-The sound is insane.
-Listen to that.

It sounds so brutal.

The sound of them dropping is insane.

More coal kept showering down,
so I got nervous.

The amount dropping
was similar to that of the first set.

I was curious about how much it'd weigh

and if I'd be able to lift it again.

I figured it'd be really hard this time.

It's probably more than 100 kg now.

I think so too.

Yes, it'll probably be
a little over 100 kg.

It's going to be tough now.

The increased weight might change things.

-You're right.
-It will.

Things will play out differently
if it's a lot heavier.

Please lift the weight
and get ready in standing position.

They don't have that much time to rest.

-They're getting right to it.
-They're starting so soon.

They've already done 30 squats,
so it'll be even harder.

They're probably already tired.

We'll be able to tell how heavy it is
by their expressions when they stand up.

It looks so heavy.

-It must be pretty heavy.
-They didn't stand up as easily.

It wasn't too challenging yet,

so I thought doing 30 would be a breeze.

It was okay.

I felt like I'd be able to make it
past the second set.

So far, so good.

I'm used to doing 100 kg squats.

So it seemed doable
to get past the second set.

The whistle will go off
to signal the timing to squat.

-You got this!
-Good luck!

-Let's go!
-Let's go!

-One.
-Nice pace.

It's still doable.

They're good.

I'm getting tired just watching them.

-He's so fast.
-Look at Beom-seok.

He's k*lling it.

Beom-seok drops so fast.

-I know, right?
-It's better to do that.

I examined the structure

and found that I could use a trick
to make it easier.

The rule was to squat down enough
to touch the posts.

So I realized I didn't have to
strain myself when going down.

I loosened up when going down
and only used force when going up.

That was my strategy.

You shouldn't resist the weight.
It's better to drop down.

My strategy seemed to work pretty well,

so I gained confidence as I was doing it.

He's amazing.

Amotti doesn't look like
he's struggling at all.

He's doing great.

He's so stable.

I didn't want to show how I was feeling

for as long as I could.

My strategy was to maintain a poker face
to make the others want to give up.

Even his form is perfect.

Andre seems to be struggling.

-He's struggling. He looks tired.
-No, Andre.

I started to feel pain in my lower back,

so I didn't keep count of my squats.

I was more focused on my back.

Your back starts hurting
when you do a lot of squats.

Right, that's true.

At that point,
it was a battle against myself.

I didn't pay attention to the others.
I just wanted to beat myself.

I was competing against Andre Jin.

-They're doing so many. It must be tough.
-Seriously.

Wouldn't the number of reps decrease
since it's heavier?

-It's probably 20.
-I think they'll do 20 this time.

Hang in there, Andre.

Nineteen.

-Twenty.
-Twenty.

Twenty-one.

It's 30 again?

Another 30.

-It's really infinite.
-That's crazy.

It must be so tough.

They're incredible.

I feel bad for Andre.

You're doing great, Andre.

He's pushing through.

No matter how good
the other contestants are at squats

and how good their endurance is,

if it's hard for me,
I'm sure it's hard for them too.

It was slightly heavier than I thought.

I was starting to struggle a bit.

My muscles were burning.

My muscles were getting
more and more fatigued.

So I kept shaking my legs
after each squat.

Since I don't have
much experience doing squats,

I didn't want my legs to get stiff.

So I shook them after each squat.

It was harder than expected.

-Is it the last one?
-Just a little more.

-Twenty-nine. The last one.
-Just one more.

Last one.

-Thirty. Okay!
-Okay!

-Thirty. Okay!
-Okay!

-No way!
-That's insane!

-No way!
-That's insane!

They're doing more?

-More than 30?
-That's absurd.

Shouldn't the number of reps decrease
if it's heavier?

-This is insane.
-That was completely unexpected.

This has got to be a joke.

I counted 30,

but the whistle kept blowing.

So at first, I thought I miscounted.

But ten more reps were added
for the second set.

I gave up counting in my head
after I realized it was more than 30.

-They're probably out of breath.
-Right.

This is so cruel.

I told myself I was doing great
and that it would be over soon.

I was starting to feel it in my legs.

I don't think I doubted
whether I could do it.

I just knew I had to keep going
no matter what.

The weight will be increased.

They did 40.

That's insane.

They already did 70 weighted squats.

As soon as I lowered the weight,

I thought, "What's going on with my legs?"

My back hurt during the squats,

and my legs started hurting
once I was done.

They're crazy.

How is that possible?

I'm getting goosebumps.

All three of them are beasts.

They really are.

-Here it comes.
-It's dropping again.

It must be terrifying to hear that.

-It's actually a lot.
-It really is.

-It's never-ending.
-It's so much.

I wished for less coal to drop into mine.

That's what was on my mind.

Stop.

Please stop.

I was worried
because I was reaching my limit,

but the weight was only going to increase.

I think someone's going to get eliminated
during this set.

Please lift the weight

and get ready in standing position.

This is so ruthless.

-It's all about willpower now.
-I'm so nervous that my mouth is dry.

All right.

-You got this!
-Let's go!

-You got this!
-You got this!

-Two, three.
-Let's go!

Go, Amotti!

Let's go, Amotti!

-You got this, Beom-seok!
-Let's go, Beom-seok!

Let's go, Andre!

The whistle will go off
to signal the timing to squat.

-Here they go again.
-What?

They're crazy.

It looks like it's pretty heavy.

Oh, no. It must be heavy.

This is not good.

I had already exceeded my limits.
It was a battle against myself.

The Andre Challenge.
I took on a new challenge.

So I had to do it no matter what.

I just wanted to make it past this set.

It must be heavy now.

Amotti's expression is changing.

My legs started to feel strained.

It was a matter of willpower
at that point.

I kept telling myself that I could do it.

It was so much heavier than I thought.

My legs felt more tired than they did
during the second set,

so I was slightly anxious.

It looks so tough.

-Andre is slowing down.
-Oh, no.

Andre, hang in there!

You got this!

Come on, Andre.

-Let's go!
-He can't do it anymore.

It's tough.

During the third set, I thought,

"My body may give up,
but my mind never will."

It looks so tough.

It's hurting me.

Are those two even human?

-Hong Beom-seok and Amotti are insane.
-Amotti looks so relaxed.

It gradually kept getting harder.

It was definitely harder
than the first set.

It was heavy, but I had a feeling
Andre Jin would get eliminated.

So I gave it my all.

Andre had slowed down,

but he didn't stop.

The longer he holds out,

the harder it'll be on my legs.

That's what I thought.

Athletes, especially rugby players,

don't stop in the middle of a game.

I kept reminding myself about that.

Although it was hard,

I wanted to at least make it
through the set.

There was no giving up.

Come on, Andre. He's falling behind.

You can do it!

You can do it!

It'll end within the next three reps.

-Let's go, Andre!
-Keep it up.

I feel like I'm out of breath.

Just a little more.

Get up, Andre!

Andre!

Andre!

Just a little more!

Hang in there.

-A little more. Okay.
-He's not giving up.

That's pure willpower.

-It's all in the head.
-Seriously.

Andre is amazing.

Look at Amotti's eyes.

Look at his eyes.

He's insanely strong.

Those two are out of this world.

Losing is not in their book.

-Push, Andre!
-Push.

He pushed past his limits.

Man, they're all k*lling it.

They're all tired now.

I have to give it my all.

I can't give up.
Giving up is not an option.

The weight will be increased.

-They did it.
-Okay.

-They held out.
-They're crazy.

He didn't give up.

Andre is really pushing through.

I did well. I gave it my all.

He's drenched in sweat.

I did my very best.

He's struggling to get up.

He's amazing.

They're all incredible.

-I thought it'd be over by now.
-I know.

They're completely running on spite now.

The look in Amotti's eyes changed.

Of course. He's on fire right now.

I kept trying to convince myself
that it wasn't hard,

but it was.

It was hard.

I pulled through
thinking this would be the last set.

We got this.

I had to rely on my willpower
to hold out now.

More coal?

That's enough!

-The weight keeps increasing.
-This is the real hurdle.

It's the defining moment.

It'll probably feel like 300 kg.

Right, because they've been squatting
for a while now.

It'll feel close to that.

His legs are strained.

Taking a break
will probably make it worse.

-That'll tire them out.
-You're right.

They're brimming with fatigue now.

I'm nervous for them.

I can't imagine how hard it would be.

Look at their bodies.

They're out of this world.

Their bodies are beautiful.

Mad respect.

Please lift the weight
and get ready in standing position.

Here they go again.

I don't think they'll be able to stand up.

They're doing it again.

This is ridiculous.

It felt nice.
I thought today must be my day.

I was feeling great.

It was fun.

When I lifted the weight,

I had a feeling
I'd be able to complete this set.

I was relieved.

It must be so heavy.

Get up, Andre!

He can't lift it up.

Get up, Andre!

Get up, Andre!

-Andre!
-You got this!

-He can't get up.
-Oh, no.

The other two stood up, but I couldn't.

You have to get up!

-You can do it!
-You got this!

-Push, Andre!
-Push!

I wanted to do at least one squat.

I couldn't give up.

Come on, Andre.

Let's go.

My legs are dead.

I don't think he can do it.

You can lower the weight.

It's over.

Congrats.

My legs can't do anymore.

The game is over.

My thighs can't take it anymore.

Good game.

It was over.

Everything shut down.

It was over, and I was disappointed
and embarrassed.

Adrenaline is fascinating.

When you have an adrenaline rush,
you don't feel anything.

But as soon as
I put the weight down and rested,

I started to feel the pain.

That was it for me.

Beom-seok and Amotti
have earned my respect.

They're both madmen.

The fitness fanatics.

I encountered people
who were stronger than me.

It was a fair situation, game, mission,

whatever you want to call it, and I lost.

If I have to lose to someone,
it should be them.

-It's over.
-It's over.

They did great.

They're the final two.

-Amotti and Hong Beom-seok.
-Nice.

They did well.

They're insane.

-They're weapons.
-Human weapons.

The second round
of the final quest is over.

Andre Jin has been eliminated

in the second round of the final quest.

-Good job, Andre.
-Well done.

He did a great job.

I pushed myself to my limits,

and I think this is as far as I can go.

Congratulations to both of you.

It was an honor.

It's finally time for me to go.

You did great.

My precious body.

Thank you, Andre Jin.

This is it for me, but I have no regrets.

It was a new challenge for me.

It was a test to see how far I could go

when things got rough.

It was a chance to test my limits.

I'm proud of myself
and happy with third place.

I did my best,

and I competed alongside wonderful people.

Physical: 100, awesome.

Andre Jin, please leave the arena.

Physical: 100.

The contestants who survived
the grueling matches

with their physiques alone are

Amotti...

and Hong Beom-seok.

Only two contestants remain.

The last two.

This is really it.

I just gave it my all,
and I ended up here.

Now, there is only one spot left

for the winner.

And I'll take that spot.

Since I worked hard to make it this far,

I'm not going to be one of the 99.

I'll win no matter what

and become number one.

Nice.

Physical: 100.

The final quest to determine
the last physique standing.

The final round will now begin.

-Okay!
-All right! Let's go!

-Let's go, Amotti!
-Good luck!

You got this!

-What is that?
-What?

-It's a birdcage.
-Is that steel?

What's going on?

Physical: 100.

Contestants, please enter the arena.

Okay. Let's go!

-Let's go!
-All right, it's the last round!

-It's the last round.
-Good luck.

They must be nervous.

The competition is coming to an end.

The final quest of Physical: 100.

The final round that will determine
the last physique standing.

The game is...

What is it?

...pole push.

What did he say they're pushing?

-Pole push.
-Pole push.

The two contestants will stand
at each end of a massive pole

and compete against each other.

They will push the pole at the same time,

and the contestant
who knocks over the post first

wins.

The game will be played
for the best of three rounds.

The contestant

who secures two wins first
will be the final winner.

Best of three?

Best of three?

-I can't predict who'll win.
-I wonder who'll win.

I thought that the person who weighed more
would be at an advantage.

I weigh a little more than Beom-seok,

so I thought it'd be
slightly more advantageous for me

and that I could win.

We'll see who wins.

Just because he's heavier
doesn't mean he's stronger.

As long as I don't
get pushed back in one go,

I can make it a long-lasting match.

I have good endurance,

so I believe I have a good chance.

The final two contestants
of
Physical: 100.

I've already been eliminated once,

so now is your turn to get eliminated.

That was harsh.

I'll be the final winner.

All right, Amotti.

-Let's go, Amotti!
-You got this!

Let's do this!

After participating in Season 1,

I waited a year to stand here again.

-Yes, that's our captain.
-I'm getting goosebumps.

I won't get eliminated again.

I will be the final winner.

-Respect! You're so cool.
-Nice.

He has a story.

Hey.

-I'm nervous.
-It's suffocating.

-Good luck.
-Good luck.

I don't know who'll win.

This is really it.

Let's go!

Go, Amotti!

-Let's go, Team Leader Hong!
-Let's do this, Beom-seok!

Let's go!

-Look at their bodies.
-Their bodies are crazy.

The final round
of
Physical: 100's final quest

that will determine
the last physique standing.

I think Amotti will be
at a slight advantage.

Frankly speaking,
Beom-seok is the underdog.

I seriously have no idea who'll win.

The first match will now begin.

They're starting.

This is on another level.

Okay!

Okay!

Push!

Hold out!

You got this!

Go, Hong Beom-seok!

You got this!

-Let's go, Amotti!
-Go, Amotti!

It's such a tight game.

They're neck and neck.

They both have great stamina
and cardiorespiratory endurance.

They're evenly matched.

We pushed with the same amount
of force in the beginning.

I used 100% of my strength,

but the pole wouldn't budge.

I realized it wouldn't be easy.

I pushed as hard as I could,

but it felt like I was pushing a post
driven into the ground.

Things weren't looking good.

They're seriously evenly matched.

They have the same amount of strength.

Exactly the same.

Let's go, Amotti!

Amotti!

No!

Amotti! No!

That's it!

-Just a little more, Beom-seok!
-Hold out!

-I knew it!
-Keep going!

-Look at Beom-seok.
-No way.

-He's crazy.
-He's insane.

As expected, he was strong.

He was the contestant
that I was the most afraid to face.

And as expected, he was strong.
He was not to be taken lightly.

I told myself to resist.

Even if I couldn't move forward,

I wanted to make sure
I didn't move any farther back.

I just had to hold out.

-He pushed him to eight o'clock.
-Right.

He needs to push him to six.

He just needs to push a little more.

But it won't move any farther.

It's not moving.

There are footholds on the ground

for them to push off of.

There was a foothold.

We had similar power,

but Amotti had his foot on it,

so the pole wouldn't move
no matter how hard I pushed.

If we both just had sand under our feet,

I feel like I could've kept pushing.

So I was pretty annoyed by it.

I can't imagine
how frustrated they must be.

I know, right?

You need that quick burst of strength.

It's over if one of them
lets their guard down even slightly.

It's important to look at your opponent.

That way, you can push
when you see an opening.

Amotti is watching him right now.

He's watching him
to gauge the right timing.

I knew he would
run out of strength at some point,

so I thought of pushing
when he changed his position.

I also thought of intentionally relaxing
to make him slip,

and then push.

I just waited for the right timing.

I kept watching him

to keep him in check.

-Timing is everything.
-They need to wait for the right timing.

Look at Amotti's eyes.

He's ready to push
when Beom-seok gets tired.

He's like a predator searching for prey.

-He's pushing.
-Resist!

-Beom-seok!
-No!

-No, Beom-seok!
-Go for it!

-Let's go, Amotti!
-Push, Amotti!

You have to hold out, Beom-seok!

Keep pushing.

-Push!
-Push!

Nice, Amotti!

-No.
-Don't let him push you, Beom-seok!

Lower your body!

Disrupt his balance!

Come on, Amotti!

-Nice, Amotti!
-Let's go, Amotti!

Keep going!

Come on! Keep going!

-He actually held out?
-It's not going to end.

It's going to be a long one.

How long has it been?

I feel like it's gone over ten minutes.

-Ten minutes?
-It's been over ten minutes.

-It's a battle of endurance, not strength.
-You're right.

Is Amotti even tired?

He's smiling.

They're smiling at each other.

They're enjoying this.

-They are.
-They're enjoying it.

It was so exhausting

that it just made me laugh.

It was shocking how little it moved.

I wondered how much longer
I'd have to hold out,

and it made me chuckle.

-Damn it. This isn't going to end.
-This is hard!

This is hard!

You got this!

You got this!

-Let's go!
-Nice.

Beom-seok is pushing little by little.

That's it! Push just a little more!

No!

Come on, Amotti!

Nice, Amotti!

Nice, Amotti!

-Push!
-Push!

It won't budge.

It won't budge at all.

It's such a tight game.

It was really tough.

It was the hardest out of all the games.

And I knew that both Amotti
and I weren't going to give up,

so it felt like it was never going to end.

It's been 20 minutes.

How have they been going at it
for that long?

That's ridiculous.

Best of three?

It should just be one round.

They must be wiped out.

Seriously.

I've never seen them look so tired.

Amotti isn't smiling anymore.

They're probably exhausted.

I can't imagine how hard it must be.
They're constantly pushing at full power.

It won't budge.

-What if it lasts for an hour?
-I can see that happening.

They must be so tired.

You can see
how much strength they're using.

Look at his sweat.

He's drenched in sweat.

They might just be leaning on it
because they're tired.

He needs to attack.

They're both waiting for the right timing.

-Let's go!
-Let's go!

Let's go!

-Beom-seok!
-Team Leader Hong!

Push a little more!

He took his chance.

He found the right timing.

I was just waiting for that timing.

Amotti kept pushing,

so I just relaxed and held on.

Then I started pushing
when there was an opening.

I pushed with everything I had.

-He was gathering strength.
-Exactly.

You're almost there, Beom-seok!

-Let's go!
-You're almost there!

He's so close.

He's going to wait
and then push one last time.

Push a little more, Beom-seok.

He's pushing.

-That's it. Keep going!
-Let's go!

-Keep pushing!
-Don't let him!

You're almost there.

Amotti, you have to attack!

It's not moving again.

Just one last push will do it.

Push!

-Beom-seok!
-Keep going!

-Beom-seok!
-Keep going!

-Beom-seok!
-No, he's almost there.

He pushed when he saw an opening.

I did everything in my power to resist.

But I kept getting pushed back
little by little,

so it was upsetting.

-Push, Amotti!
-Sideways! Use your shoulder!

He's pushing!

No, he can't let him push further.

-Come on.
-That's it!

-Keep going!
-Beom-seok!

-Keep going!
-Beom-seok!

Hang in there, Amotti!

-He's so close!
-He's almost there!

No!

Push, Amotti!

Hold out!

-Just a little more!
-You're almost there!

-Come on, Amotti!
-No!

You're so close!

You're so close!

Nice!

That was crazy.

Man, that's tiring.

That was so damn tough.

-I got goosebumps.
-This is hard.

Nice!

His power is out of this world.

-That was a great game.
-Hong Beom-seok is insane.

This is exhausting.

This is hard.

It was loud.

That sound...

hit me harder than I expected.

It was like the sound of my heart sinking.

It would've been nice
if I had caused that sound.

It was very upsetting.

I still wanted to try my best.

It wasn't over just yet.

I still have hope.

It felt really good when I heard it.

I was really close to it.

It was right there in front of my eyes,

but it took so much
to go that short distance.

At that moment, I really gave it my all.

I gained confidence
after knowing I could beat him

in terms of power.

The winner of the first match
is Hong Beom-seok.

Hong Beom-seok!

-You're amazing!
-Hong Beom-seok!

-That was mind-blowing.
-He's crazy.

That's got to be a morale booster.

-Hong Beom-seok is insane.
-He's crazy.

I'm getting goosebumps all over my body.

-I got chills.
-That was crazy.

What a shame.

-How are they supposed to play again?
-It's not just a matter of strength.

-Amotti is going to feel pressured now.
-Right.

-Amotti can't lose.
-It lasted over 20 minutes.

It won't be easy.

If Amotti wins the second match,
that would be another shocking outcome.

Then they'd have to play again.

That'd be insane.

If Beom-seok wins the next one,
the 300 million won is his.

-Right.
-It's his.

It's almost over.

The second match will now begin.

Contestants, please get ready.

Okay, let's go!

-You got this!
-Let's go, Hong Beom-seok!

Once the whistle blows,

the second match will begin.

I had won after a long battle,

so it was obvious who was stronger.

I just had to win one more time,
and it'd be over.

My pride won't allow me to lose again.

I'm going to win
and take it to the third match.

I'm nervous.

This is driving me crazy.

-They changed spots.
-They did.

They switched.

Will this be the last match?

-Okay. Start!
-Let's go. Okay.

-Okay. Start!
-Let's go. Okay.

-Beom-seok is pushing again.
-Wait, he's doing it again.

He's going for it.

I'm planning on
pushing hard from the start.

I can't let there be another match.

-That's not good.
-He can't let his leg go up in the air.

He's doing that again.
There you go. Dig into the ground.

Good. Dig into the ground.

I expected no less.

He was so strong.

But I knew I'd really regret it
if I had to go home

without trying everything I could,

so my goal was to hold out
for as long as possible.

He's moving little by little.

-He's moving.
-Use your shoulder.

-That's it. Nice.
-Use your shoulder.

-Nice!
-What the heck?

It's not going to end any time soon.

Beom-seok is pushing again.

Come on, Beom-seok!

Push!

He keeps using his chest to push.

Use your shoulder!

Use your shoulder!

-That's it!
-There you go!

-Use your shoulder!
-Nice, Amotti!

I heard someone shout,
"Use your shoulder!"

So I used my shoulder and pushed.

The game didn't require
much of a strategy.

It was just a battle of strength.

So I thought I had the advantage.

No.

-No.
-Keep your leg on the ground.

This is driving me crazy.

They're using more strength than they did
at the start of the first match.

-Beom-seok is winning again.
-Good. Push, Beom-seok.

-Push, Beom-seok!
-He's pushing.

Keep pushing.

Come on, Beom-seok.

Amotti is going all in right now.

It's over for him if he loses.

-He's desperate.
-It's the end.

It felt the same as the first match.

The pole wouldn't move.

But I knew there would be a time
when his strength would weaken,

so I just held out.

I have a feeling Beom-seok will win.

They both have their own ways
of going about it now.

Is it not moving?

-He's starting to push.
-He's pushing.

-He's starting to push.
-That's it!

-One step at a time!
-It's okay.

It's fifty-fifty.

Push, Amotti!

It's moments like those
when you really have to go for it.

He defended well.

-Good.
-Move little by little like that!

Amotti...

seems to be the one attacking this time.

I'm sure he's desperate.

I tried different postures,

but I wasn't sure
which one was the best one.

He was so firm.

It made me wonder if he was even tired.

How was he holding out so well?

He's so stable.

-Look at Beom-seok.
-He's one with the pole.

He is the pole.

-He's like a pillar.
-His arm is supporting his leg.

-He's like a pillar.
-He's using his shoulder and arm.

You're right.
His arm is keeping his leg steady.

He's amazing.

It was definitely tough,

but I knew it'd be hard for Amotti too.

But it wasn't enough to make me pass out.

As long as no unexpected situations arise,
I can probably win.

It must be exhausting. They're resting.

Beom-seok is no joke.

-He's a superhuman.
-He's like a rock.

Look at his eyes.

He's pushing.

I was thinking I might lose again.

If you lean your body against the pole,
you can feel when your opponent relaxes.

I decided to aim for that moment.

-It's looking favorable to Amotti.
-I think Amotti has the upper hand.

But Beom-seok has more strength left.

-Yeah, he does.
-He doesn't look too tired.

-It's slanted.
-Look at them.

That'll make it harder for Beom-seok.

He needs to lower it.

-Wait, no.
-He needs to lower it.

-Push!
-He's losing balance!

-Amotti!
-Go for it!

Let's go, Amotti!

-He's pushing.
-Shake it up and down!

Hold out!

-Hang in there, Beom-seok!
-Lower the pole!

-Lower the pole!
-Hang in there!

You have to lower it first!

Good. You can do it! Okay!

I had to push,

so the lower I was, the better.

But the pole was slanted
and I kept standing up,

so I was quite flustered.

My feet were gripping the ground.

So I just had to push at the right time

for it to move.

And the right time came.

-He's pushing.
-Amotti is going for it.

He's pushing little by little.

He's pushing!

-Push!
-That's it!

He's pushing little by little.

Push!

-Push!
-That's it!

-Let's go!
-Come on!

Let's go, Amotti!

Push!

There you go!

What?

There you go!

Unbelievable.

That's crazy.

-That's crazy.
-That's insane.

Amotti is crazy.

The final round is so intense.

Way to go, Amotti!

He turned the tables. It's anyone's game.

-It only took five minutes.
-I know.

-I got goosebumps.
-He finished it in five minutes.

-Now it's anyone's game.
-Seriously.

Beom-seok's balance
was disrupted in an instant.

The second match is over.

The winner of the second match

-is Amotti.
-This is so damn tiring!

-Good job, Amotti!
-Well done, Amotti!

-Keep it up!
-Win the 300 million won!

Let's go, Amotti!

This is k*lling me!

My willpower shined through.

Damn it.

I felt ecstatic.

I thought I'd win easily,

but I was caught off guard.

Man, this is tough.

The third match isn't going to be easy.

They must be wiped.

So they're doing
the third match after all.

This is so dramatic.

This is crazy.
Now this is what a final should be like.

He can't stop chuckling.

-It's so intense.
-They're both fighting tooth and nail.

It's anyone's game.

I think Amotti will win.

Right? The tides have turned.

The moment someone makes a mistake,
it's game over.

It's a matter of

-whether they make a mistake or not.
-It's game over.

-The third match might end in a flash.
-It's the final match.

It'd be devastating
for the person who loses now.

It'll haunt them.

They're both going all in now.

-It's starting.
-The final match.

Just one more time, Beom-seok!

Focus, Hong Beom-seok!

Let's buy a house, Amotti!

Let's buy a house!

You got this!

-The last match.
-Good luck.

-Let's finish this.
-Let's do it.

-You're so cool!
-You guys are amazing!

Way to go!

Respect!

Let's do this!

-Nice, Amotti!
-They switched sides again.

They switched sides.

I lost even before attempting anything
in the second match.

So I'm going to go all out
as soon as the whistle blows.

I won the second match in a short time.

So I think the odds are in my favor.

I need to use this to my advantage.

The final round of the final quest

that will determine
the last physique standing.

The real final match.

They probably didn't expect them
to go to the third match.

-I know, right?
-Yeah.

-They know how to put on a show.
-Seriously.

Contestants, please get ready.

It's the final match.

This is it.

-Amotti knows the ropes now.
-He does.

He knows what to do.

Once the whistle blows,

the third match

will begin.

I won myself another chance,

so I'm going to win.

It's the final match,

so my back is against the wall.

I'm going to push hard enough
to break the pole.

I'm going to give it my all.

You need to get off to a good start.

-You got this!
-Lower your body.

You need to get off to a good start.

The king will take the crown
in a few minutes.

-Okay!
-Amotti!

-Okay!
-Amotti!

-Keep pushing.
-Nice!

-Okay!
-Lower your body!

-Keep pushing.
-Nice!

-Push, Amotti!
-Amotti!

I didn't want to drag it on,

so I started pushing
as soon as the whistle blew.

Amotti started pushing really hard
right off the bat.

I had to hold out no matter what.

-You got this, Hong Beom-seok!
-You can do it!

Go, Team Leader Hong!

-Keep pushing.
-Nice!

That's it!

-Let's go!
-Push, Amotti!

Push, Amotti!

Amotti!

-Let's go!
-What?

-What? He must be insane.
-He did it!

-He did it!
-What?

I told you he got the hang of it.

The game is over.

Amotti!

I won.

I actually won.

It felt great.

I came in first place.

-Amotti is insane.
-He's crazy.

-I told you he got the hang of it.
-He's crazy.

Amotti is crazy.

-Amotti won.
-That's unbelievable. He won.

-He's crazy.
-He's insane.

He's amazing.

That was amazing. He didn't disappoint.

Beom-seok must be so bummed.

-He won the first match.
-He did great.

He did really well.

Beom-seok gave it his all.

That's what breaks my heart.

He fell at the end.

I was already losing from the start.

I couldn't lower my body,
and I lost all my strength.

So I fell down and the game ended.

I made it to the finals,

which meant I had a chance of winning,
but I missed it.

That's the disappointing part.

But I did my best, so I have no regrets.

The search for the most perfect physique,

regardless of gender, age, or race.

Physical: 100.

The quests to search for
the most perfect physique are now over.

The final winner who survived

the series of intense quests
between 100 contestants is...

Amotti.

Hong Beom-seok,

you are the last eliminated contestant
of
Physical: 100.

Please say a few words.

After getting eliminated rather early on

in Season 1...

I was contacted again for Season 2

and was honestly quite afraid.

I was conflicted,

but my wife told me

that no matter what ends up happening,

she and my two sons

would root for me

and support me
for rising to the challenge.

She told me to trust them

and find the courage
to challenge myself if I wanted to.

So...

that's what allowed me
to challenge myself once again.

Honestly, I'm a bit...

I'm quite disappointed...

but I have no regrets.

Thanks to Physical: 100,

I had a great experience
and made a lot of good memories.

I will continue

to live without fear of failure,

and I'll keep challenging myself.

Thank you for everything.

Hong Beom-seok, please smash your torso.

I really didn't want to do this again.

I was sad,

but I felt relieved, as if a weight
had been lifted off my shoulders.

It feels like I just woke up
from a happy dream.

Lastly, the final winner, Amotti,

please say a few words.

After I decided
to participate in Physical: 100,

my daily goal was to work hard

in every moment and leave no regrets.

My determination to work hard
and not give up

is what led me
to achieve this great result.

To the other 99 contestants
who joined me on this journey,

thank you very much.

I came in first out of 100 contestants.

The one who survives is the strongest.

And I survived.

One thing I've learned while working out

is that there are so many
strong people in this world.

Though my time here wasn't that long,

I made a lot of good memories.

I'm so happy.

Various physiques exist in this world.

And we gather here at Physical: 100

to find the most perfect physique.

Our search for the perfect physique...
