A rockslide has blocked

one of the tunnels on the Mountain Road,

and cars can't get through!

That sounds like a rocky situation.

As Mayor, I vowed

to keep the streets clear and safe.

But with the tunnel blocked,

there will be traffic, and delays,

and honking, and total mayhem!

Ah, but we just got tuned up.

We're out of commission for 24 hours.
