The story about when Kelp
was born in the clamshell again?

Nope. This is the story
about when we brought Kelp home

from the clamshell.

At first, we didn't know what to feed you.

We couldn't teach you how to swim.

And we had no clue how to take care
of that beautiful tail of yours.

But then, we knew just how
to take care of your tail.

And we found other ways to help you swim.

And your dad became such a great cook

because he was always
experimenting in the kitchen,

finding things you liked.

So you see, we were cut out to be parents.

We just had to find a different way,
our way, to parent you.

And just because you can't break
the ice the way we did

doesn't make you any less narwhal.

-It doesn't?
-Not at all.

I bet a thousand of my finest sea grapes
you can find a different way to break it.
