welcome to the town of tigger's cold new

mexico

our historical preservation society is

proud to present the annual gold digger

days festival

and to open the festivities our resident

storyteller tall tale tim will tell you

all about our town's most famous citizen

old digger diaz himself oh and what a

story it is folks oh digger diaz put our

town on the map oh yes he did

way back before any of us were born old

digger struck gold somewhere in one of

these caves years ago and he never told

anyone where his gold mine was right

mickey right but we're gonna find it

become rich and famous

[Music]

i didn't know the cave would have so

many tunnels don't worry mickey knows

what he's doing

i think

[Music]

danger alert oh thanks a lot full butt

but it looks like my snack attack is

gonna have to wait

rangers i've picked up a level four

exploration safety alert kids have

ignored warning signs and entered a

dangerous cave time is of the essence

guys this is my kind of mission search

and rescue

i'll stay and handle base operations

with fallback travel coordinates loaded

invention a motion activated sonar

echolocator fancy name for a little

machine if you ask me it's little but

powerful oh kinda like me or me you see

it sends out a sound wave that bounces

off moving objects and then the echo

returns echolocating it's how bats

navigate and it says there's movement

down that tunnel

can see that smooth move use wandering

into a cave and all so you like it here

flashlights were not and there were bats

all over and it was so dark you're safe

friends you just do what we say and

everyone will get out safely

when you go down caves exploring where

it's dark and cold and deep

are there sights that you're ignoring

better look before you leap

are you sure we should be doing this i

don't know it looks pretty dark down

there but yeah i guess do you know

what's down inside there a careless step

is all it takes to slip and fall or have

to crawl through rats and bats and bugs

and snakes

those signs that sing

beware steep drop danger stop when you

go down caves exploring through all that

earth and rocking stone you could stray

and lose your way and now you're stuck

there all alone

maybe this was a bad idea yeah i think

you're right let's go back yeah okay

caves can fool you when you're down

there you might find out that it's

awfully deep you try to climb the walls

have slime and you're slipping and

sliding because it's way too steep so

don't

go in

stay out

and you win

because a cave can cave in

and shield the route you can't climb out

when you go down caves exploring to a

world that's strange unknown stop and

glance you're taking a chance when

you're walking on the top of loose rock

do you see those timbers rotting rocks

are loose above your head

note those telltale signs you're

spawning and turn about

and just back right out

i didn't know so many places that look

like fun could be filled with all those

hidden dangers yep that's why you should

always obey warning signs and uh it'll

keep squeaky from going full-on berserko

you know there's other places around

town that could use signs like that why

don't you show us

you're not gonna give up the gold hunt

now are you you heard what the danger

ranger said every word we just gotta

have the right equipment so it's not

dangerous in those caves uh that's not

what they meant

sure it is we'll go back in the cave

look for diggers gold and be safe

not and besides you're not gonna keep

all that gold for yourself

so digger built himself a mansion

overlooking the town and today there it

sits

empty and abandoned

but that's all going to change next

month when the preservation society

moves in and restores the old place um

yeah

but

other things digger built with his gold

like

the library hospital and parks are still

used by all of us however the one thing

digger never gave this town was the

location of his secret gold mine

it remains a mystery to this very day

yeah

gotta go

let's hear it for tall tale tiff isn't

he something everybody green if we want

clues to finding that gold mine we gotta

talk to the one person who knows the

most about old digger tall tale tim

oh giles giles you didn't think i'd tell

those yokels i know exactly where

digger's gold is did you i still can't

believe how you found digger's secret

map in that old book i mean shucks the

secret mine's right under his house for

pete's sake and the preservation

society's gonna move it to fix up the

old place next month we've got to keep

digging but we've already got four sacks

of gold ore oh you're thinking small

again giles there's a whole lot more

gold down there come on we're gonna need

that new drill hammer i bought to get at

it did you hear that green there's gold

under the house come on we used to play

here but now i can see that wasn't such

a good idea danger alert danger alert

there is a child in danger very close by

rangers keep alert savos leading us to

that old refrigerator

bobby stop what we're just playing hide

and seek look i found this cool place to

hide not cool at all bobby

if this door closes you would not be

able to get out of there bushy tail no

handle on the inside see and no air to

wow i hope they check the whole time fix

every single unsafe thing don't you

giles think there's a fence around

digger's old mansion to keep people out

and we cut a hole in it didn't we

oh yeah

and the rangers might fix the fence

safety first but don't worry i can cut

another hole no giles if they find that

hole they'll know someone's been going

inside the old run-down mansion we got

to move fast

one refrigerator door off its hinges and

it's a good idea to have an adult tip

old fridges face down

that way they can't fall over and trap

you or fill with water and create a

drowning hazard okay can anyone find

other places around here that are unsafe

to play or explore if you do you could

earn the danger ranger safety seal of

approval yeah

how about cars you should never play in

abandoned cars right i mean somebody

could get trapped inside this trunk

stand back while i do a little abandoned

car repair

this doesn't look so dangerous oh yeah

well take a closer look poisonous bugs

like scorpions and black widow spiders

can live in dark places like that old

rug and if one bites you we could get

really sick that's why real playgrounds

are the safest places for use to play

and that's a danger-proof plan

why the rest stop i need to test this

new laser-sided drill hammer before we

go back into the mine this will drill

and then pulverize the rock debris with

a state-of-the-art mini laser light

oh yeah this baby will get our gold and

we'll be out of that mine before

anyone's wise to our scheme

boy if a kid fell in there

alert the fire department is responding

to an emergency call about a flood in

the arroyo a boy is being swept down

shaft dangers abound underground

that's not a mine shaft that's old

digger's house that means a secret mine

shaft has been under the house all along

good job childs really you think i did a

we've got to get out of here before we

run out of air

we're trapped giles

this must be where the kids got inside

not exactly a safe place for kids not

exactly a safe place for anyone

never go anywhere without my portable

stairs

it's the kids they're trapped we gotta

get digging sabo do a stress scan and

find all the weak spots in this shaft

right we pull out the wrong piece of

timber and this whole place could

collapse

the flashing lights indicate weak spots

rangers proceed with caution looks like

there's only one place along this wall

that's stable

i'll try and lift up the timbers to make

a hole so the kids can crawl through

squeaky when verbal lifts the timbers

see if you can spot the kids they're as

good as a rescue

i see them they're near the bottom of a

shaft oh a lot of hashes between them

and us i'm going in i can fly above the

hazards toss my sabot down to him we'll

direct him out by remote control

ranger safety show today we're gonna

review dangerous places kids should

never never not ever play danger ranger

full bot is going to demonstrate what

could happen if a child climbs inside an

old refrigerator full but if you please

why would i would do that ranger squeaky

i mean why climb inside if there's no

food right robot kids often climb inside

old abandoned refrigerators to play hide

and seek oh yeah i guess yeah you mean

like this yeah you see kids if full bot

closes the door

i said if fullback closes the door

oh right that's my cue gotta close the

door show everyone how dangerous it

could be

now try to get out

yeah you see four bot got stuck in there

because there's no handle inside to let

him out

plenty of unsafe places you shouldn't

play like this subway tunnel very spooky

smelly and noisy why would anyone want

to play down here because it's spooky

smelly and noisy now show the folks at

home why they should never ever play

down in a subway tunnel

these tracks are electric you could get

the shock of your life and that could

hurt you very very bad

okay fallbot get off the tracks

but i'm not a kid i'm a robot i could

take an electric shock and keep on

ticking

construction sites may look fun and

exciting but full bot will now

demonstrate why it's really lame-o to go

inside our working construction site you

can get hit by falling things like rebar

metal debris a rather have the objects i

kind of like to look did they go with my

outfit

better than a brick suit

silos capisce this might seem like a

really great place to explore but if

someone decides to fill the silo with

grain say by pulling the release rope

pretty scary

that used kids are not indestructible

like him you could get really really

hurt in these kinds of places

you never want to play in the street

playing hide-and-go-seek there are

places that you don't want to hide

like in the dryer we mean or in the

washing machine

household chemicals

lot of chemical leftovers and i'll bet

the guys who made them with dumping

those leftovers illegally the game is a
