One time we had a call and it was a female.
She had just taken an unknown substance,
but she called our non-emergency line,

So we had no idea where she was.
She wouldn't tell us where she was.
So we had to build that trust with her.
JAMIE FOXX: Wow. KARLI: But thankfully,
we built her trust.
We were able to get her location
and she ended up being just fine. JAMIE FOXX: Right.
KARLI: So... [CONTESTANTS CLAPPING]
And got the help she needed.

APRILL: I receive a call on 911. JAMIE FOXX: Yeah.
APRILL: The guy says, "You need to get the cops out here quick.

when they're having heart attacks.

JOHN: I got a really good story to say.
So, on the flight here, there was medical emergencies
and they asked.

and it was a bonafide heart attack.

basically to see how was he doing, how were his symptoms?

got a pulse oxi, you know, all those medical things
and we just kept intervening and doing everything we could.
We rushed him off to the OR, to surgery, and he survived.

JACLYN: It just happened on the way here.
