much m [Music] kids in Atlanta Georgia sent us the

recipe to make homemade vanilla ice cream these are ingredients that you'll need to make your ice cream 1 cup milk 1

cup of whipping cream 1/2 cup of sugar and/ teaspoon of Vanilla some salt

and a large coffee can and a small coffee can that you freeze

overnight the first thing you do is you take your

milk put it in your

cream put it [Music] in [Music]

sugar vanilla you mix it all in together like

so Stir It Like a couple of times but not a

lot just like enough to get it all mixed

together now you want to put your lid on now you place your small can into the

bigger can along with some ice that will freeze

the ice cream that you're about to make you put the ice all around

a little ice can like so and if it doesn't get all

the way around it don't worry because when you start to roll it it will go all the way

around it's cold we got to fill it up all the way to the top that's about

enough I don't like touching ice too

cold that's enough now you add your

salt what your salt does is it makes it colder freezes the ice cream much

better now you cover up your lid and you start to roll it back and

forth so can you help me roll this please yep thank

you ready nope yes

okay now when your ice starts to melt you can

get some more ice and fill your can up again and you may want to check it your

ice cream every once in a while and if it's on the side you can scrape it and put it back in the Middle with the other

ice cream and to make the ice cream it's going to take about like 10 to 15 minutes so got to keep rolling

it w there's a lot of things you can add like cookie dough chocolate

chips cookie crumbs [Music]

caramel I'm sure it's ready we've been rolling it for a long time

yeah it's water it's [Music]

melted all cold okay

me hi my name is David Cal and I'm 8 years old and I'm a

magician come on in well the way I got started magic is I

saw a couple of magic shows and that got me interested so then my my dad started

giving me like professional tricks and then I started doing

shows I really like doing birthday parties cuz like everybody likes it it's

like they're clapping they like to help out and um

it's really fun and Now ladies and gentlemen I would like to introduce our magician David Cowell

you see a trick and it's like it amazes you cuz it's like a mystery for you like

something disappearing you don't know how it's done it's just fun to watch when I'm performing like first I'm

I'm just nervous I'm afraid I'm I'm going to do something wrong so on the count three I want to throw all that

color into this cing book okay but then after I I just feel good

three everybody's like everybody likes it they say good job it's just really

fun now here's a trick that you can do at home with a pen and a penny now what

I'm going to try to do here is make the penny disappear with my Magic Pen now

watch carefully 1

2 three and the penny is still there but the pen has

disappeared but that's not magic that's an illusion but

this is Magic I know you're wondering how I did this trick and I'm going to tell you

let's roll back the tape while you were watching the coin I

sneaked a pen behind my ear and while you were watching the pen I sneaked the

penny into my pocket ET and that's how I vanished the

penny and you can do this trick at home with a pen and a

arch that someone can walk under here's a hint there should be one box at the top in the middle that holds the whole

like five boxes straight up and then four that kind of went in a little bit more so that we could put that box at

length now all you need to do is set up your pencils like this the object of the game is to take away four pencils and

leave four squares now we take away four pencils to leave four squares right okay so can we go

like this can it be like here then here then here then here as long as it's four

squares I guess okay didn't say anything in the that's one 2 3 four five we take

away that then there's one in the middle so what if we take away no look put

two now how many did we take three we need

four wait when you took away those two corners that took away one square just by taking away like two of them yeah I

know should we try like on another one see if we just took away these two all

the looking look put them all back and let's see what we okay if we take away like the corners or something yeah then

that leaves no squares so that'll take up a lot of two pencil space so that was four three four that left four

me hey go grab the sponge yeah that's your friend

you might find bugs in a lot of places but cool dark ones are best you could

look in your basement in grass under a log or a rock or anywhere else you think

you'll find bugs since bugs move pretty fast you should bring along a plastic cup or bag to scoop the bug into tues to

make better observations but remember to return it to its natural home when you're

done what kind of bugs did you find tell us the type or Draw us a picture sit was
