♪ To play the Baby Looney Tunes way ♪

Oh, you were right, Melissa.

Petals look charming
around my new pie tins.

Now what would really complete these tins
is something to put in them.

Hmm. Pies. Apple pies.

A wonderful idea.

The apple-picking season has just started.

You're just right about everything today,
aren't you, Melissa?

Floyd, dear,
I'm making brand new pie tins.

But they'd be worthless
without some tasty pies to put in them.

You're sending me on an errand
with all the kids right now?

Oh, not an errand. A grand day out.

Melissa and the others will have such fun
picking apples out at the apple orchard.

I'd love to, Granny, but I gotta study
for my child psyche class.

Why don't you take them?

-I've got the RV keys right--
-[Granny] Oh, nonsense.

Helping little ones play
is the best child class there is.

And you know how fruit-picking
annoys my welding arm.

[groans]

I'll give you plenty of time
to study when get back.

-Apple picking!
-Apple, apple, apple!

Stay in sight, guys.

[grunts, then shouts]

That, little lady,
is the wrong way to pick an apple.

But it's a right note to give up on.

You don't wanna snap back your branch.

Knocking them off bruises the apples.

A little twist, a little tug,

and then into the bag ever so gently.

That's the right way, darling.

[groaning]

Petunia, hold it.

Oh, you're doing it all wrong.

-You're bruising the apples.
-Huh?

A little twist, a little tug,
then into the bag ever so gently.

Hey.

That works a whole bunch better.

You're right, Melissa. Thanks.

I better make sure the other kids
are picking their apples right.

Ooh. That apple looks good.

Look at that one.
No, not that one. That one.

Tweety and Sylvester, stop it.

-[shouts]
-Oh, you're doing it all wrong.

You'll never get enough apples that way.

But some of them have worms.

Yeah. We don't wanna touch worms.

Worms are yucky gross.

The worms are more scared of you,

so please bag them right.

A little twist, a little tug,

then into the bag ever so gently.

[grumbles indistinctly]

Too mealy.

Mm-hm.

Juicy.

Hmm. Could go either way.

So are you gonna be a tasty fresh
Granny-baked pie, or worm food?

Big choice for such a puny apple.

Hey!

Oh, so you're a foul ball, huh?

[Melissa] Daffy? What are you doing?

Quality control.

[burping]

Well, you're doing it all wrong.

Do it like this.

A little twist, a little tug,

then into the bag ever so gently.

Even the bad apples
are good for applesauce.

Even the big one blocking my sunshine?

Fine. Then go home
with just a big old tummy ache.

And very well rested.

Apple daddies.

Fifty-four, 23,16. Hike!

[upbeat music playing]

Lola and Bugs?

Just what do you two think you're doing?

Ehh. Apple-picking?

Well, you're doing it all wrong.

You'll never pick enough apples
for all of Granny's desserts that way.

We're getting enough apples, Melissa.

Well, obviously not the right way,

because the only way
we're gonna help Granny,

is if you stop goofing around
and fill this bag up right.

Now watch me.

A little twist, a little tug,

then into the bag ever so gently.

See?

Listen, Mel.

Can I call you Mel?

Look, I went through the exact same thing
way back when I was your age.

I used to make all the other kids
do things like me.

Until I realized I was just being...

You know, bossy.

And was she ever bossy.

Bug off, Bugs.

-Huh?
-But then I grew out of it.

And so will you. Right?

Wrong.

Oh, I am not being bossy, Lola!

I'm just making sure everybody
gets apples for Granny.

It's not my fault nobody's doing it right.

Now don't make me come back here
and show you guys again.

Tell me I wasn't as bad as that.

Ehh, uh, let's just prove
Melissa's wrong, huh?

Right. Let's do it.

I don't get it.

Everybody's bagging apples wrong,

and then they get mad at me
when I show them how to do it right.

Oh, all I'm trying to do is help.

It's not my fault I do everything right.

[all] Melissa!

We challenge you
to an apple bagging contest.

Ehh, whoever fills the bags first, wins.

Win, win, win!

And we'll do it
whatever wrong way we want.

And whoever's way wins,
will be the right way.

For everybody from now on.

Bugs.

Lola! Yippy-ki-yi-yay!

-[Lola laughing]

Hey! All you guys
