when he drops them off here.

but I can't have your kitties

come to my grooming parlor anymore.

They just cause too much mischief

and disturb the other pets.

Oh, but if I can't leave them here,

I won't be able to do my important mayor stuff,

like getting a new top hat or my mustache moussed.

How about if I bring my supplies to Foggy Bottom later today,

and I'll groom the kitties at your place?

Deal. And I'll make sure they're on their best behavior.

(Door grinding)

COMPUTER: The lair defense system has been activated.

No one is allowed in or out.

Oh, no. I'd better call Ryder.

Sweet balloons, dudes.

Yeah. Those balloons are almost worth having a bath for.

- (Phone ringing) - Huh? Hey.

Katie, where are you?

At Mayor Humdinger's.

I was going to groom his kitties,

but an alarm went off and now, we can't get out.

COMPUTER: The lair defense system

is now cutting off all communications.

Katie, if you can hear me, we're on our way.

No lair is too secure. No pup is too small.

PAW Patrol, to the Lookout.

PUPS: Ryder needs us!

Whoa!

Whoa!

I feel so pop-pop-popular.

(Everyone laughing)

(Elevator bell dinging)

PAW Patrol ready for action, Ryder, sir.

Thanks for hurrying, pups.

We need to free Katie and the kitties

- from Mayor Humdinger's lair. - (Screaming)

They've been trapped by his new security system.

So, for this mission, I'll need Rocky.

You'll use your tools to turn off the laser beams

protecting the lair.

Green means go!

If can get close enough to turn them off.

That's why I'll also need Skye.

You'll use your hook to airlift Rocky

so he can get around the lasers.

(Barking) Let's take to the skies.

All right. PAW Patrol is on a roll.

(Barking, howling)

will go into extreme safe-room mode

in T-minus minutes.

(Whining)

Extreme safe-room mode?

What's that?

COMPUTER: In T-minus minutes,

extreme safe-room mode

will lower the lair deep underground

so it is extremely safe.

Have a nice day.

Oh, no. We'll have to work fast.

Communications with the lair

are still blocked.

Skye, airlift Rocky so he can turn off those lasers.

(Barking) Hook.

(Helicopter blades whirring)

I bet I can short out the system

if I can reflect a laser beam back on itself.

(Barking) Mirror.

Close enough, Skye. Here goes.

You did it! Way to go, pups.

Now to open that metal door.

How's that door coming, Rocky?

Sorry, Ryder. I can't get it to budge.

COMPUTER: The door can only be raised

by using facial recognition.

This requires the camera inside the lair

to recognize Mayor Humdinger's face.

Then, the door will open.

But Mayor Humdinger's not here.

And there's no way to reach Katie.

We're running out of time.

Rubble, we need you at Mayor Humdinger's lair, fast.

Rubble on the double.

Perfect, Rubble.

Now use your drill to make a hole in the roof

so we can get Katie and the kitties out.

(Drill buzzing)

This roof rock is tough, but my drill is tougher.

I'm almost in.

COMPUTER: Vibrations indicate an attempted break-in.

If vibrations continue,

the countdown to extreme safe-room mode

will go faster.

Rubble, stop!

Katie, can you hear me?

Ryder, you made it!

Almost, but we can't make this hole big enough

for you to get out.

So, we'll have to fool the security camera

to open the front door.

No problem. How do we do that?

You'll have to make yourself look like Mayor Humdinger.

I'll try. First, I'll need a top hat.

- Kitties? - (Meowing)

(Hat rack clattering)

Ryder, I think I know a way

to at least get the little kitties out.

Okay, but hurry.

COMPUTER: T-minus six minutes.

Kitties, get ready to start climbing a hat ladder.

Ah. The perfect end

to my mayor me-time.

(Chuckling) A takeout spaghetti lunch.

That's the last of the kitties, Ryder.

That was a great idea, Katie.

Now, we've got to get you and Cali out.

- (Meowing) - Cali won't leave without me.

This is Mayor Humdinger. Open the door, please.

(Scanner beeping)

COMPUTER: Facial recognition indicates

you do not look like Mayor Humdinger.

Resuming countdown.

T-minus three minutes.

Ryder, I need to make a fake mustache,

but there's nothing here to make it out of.

We'll find a way, Katie.

I've never made a fake mustache before.

Hey! What's the PAW Patrol doing in Foggy Bottom?

Trying to save Katie before your lair sinks deep underground.

COMPUTER: Safe-room mode begins in T-minus one minute.

What? You mean my lair defense system actually worked?

Afraid so, but we can't turn it off

without getting you inside.

The hole we made in the roof is too small.

Aah! There's a hole in my roof?

Oh, this was such a nice day.

Oh, at least I have my spaghetti.

That's it! We should make a mustache out of spaghetti.

(Barking) Fork.

Mayor Humdinger, can I borrow some of your spaghetti?

Skye, airlift this fake mustache to Katie.

- On it. - (Helicopter blades whirring)

This is Mayor Humdinger. Please open the door.

COMPUTER: Facial recognition indicates

I don't have much time left. It must be the mustache.

This is going to take all my grooming skills.

(Blow dryer whirring)

(Scanner beeping)

COMPUTER: Greetings, Mayor Humdinger.

Opening security door.

Extreme safe-room mode is underway.

(Shouting)

Where'd my lair go?

Ryder, PAW Patrol, thanks for saving us

from that too-safe place.

You're welcome, Katie.

Whenever you get stuck by a super security system,

just yelp for help.

Well, I may have lost my lair for a while,

but at least I have my kitties.

(Meowing)

Oh, and my spaghetti lunch.

(Shouting)

- (Slurping) - (Crying)

(Seagulls crying)

ALEX: Henry, Henry, look!

Rubble's bulldozer and Chase's police car.

The PAW Patrol is so cool!

Pup-packs work by bark commands.

Watch. (Barking) Water cannon.

Oops.

(Giggling)

Ooh, look at all this stuff.

What a great chance to swipe,

I mean, learn,

all of Ryder's best tech tricks,

then use them on my own inventions.

Kitties, take notes.

(Giggling, meowing)

Over here is my original ATV,

and this is the very first aircraft I ever built.

So cool.

I gave it lots of gadgets because I was still figuring out

what tools work best for each pup.

It had one special feature

that made it very, very powerful.

A very, very special powerful feature?

That must be the key to Ryder's success.

I must know what it is. Kitties?

(Meowing)

Create a diversion while I swipe,

I mean, examine, that aircraft.

Hey, dudes. Now, I'll show you my-- Whoa!

(Giggling)

Huh?

Oh, cool.

Ah. Now, to get this started.

Chase, we need to stop that launcher.

Chase is on the case. Whoa!

Aw. Why won't you fly?

(Chase barking)

Net launcher, retract.

- (Whirring) - (Meowing)

That's it! Bark commands. Woof-woof. Fly.

Whoa! Ha-ha! I did it.

Soon, the secret of that very, very special

powerful feature will be mine. (Cackling)

(Screaming)

Back. Whoa. Help!

Ryder, look. Mayor Humdinger took our old copter,

and I don't think he knows how to fly it.

Thanks, Rubble. We'll get it and him back.

No mayor is too high up. No pup is too small.

PAW Patrol, to the Lookout.

PUPS: Ryder needs us!

Whoa.

Whoa. Ugh!

You know me. I just jump to it.

(Everyone laughing)

in one of my first aircrafts.

How can he even fit on that?

That's why we have to get him back down safely.

So, for this mission, I'll need Rubble.

I'll need you to use your rig to build a landing pad.

Rubble on the double.

And Skye. You'll use your copter to guide the mayor down.

(Barking) Let's take to the skies.

(Barking, howling)

Besides, I'm the best pilot ever.

A following drone.

It helps pull lost cars and boats to safety

by following the aircraft.

(Clanging)

(Screaming)

Whoa.

But if the aircraft is out of control in the air...

...the drone will be out of control on the ground.

Rocky, Zuma, we need backup.

(Screaming)

Dumpster bump!

(Clanging)

(Barking) Extenders.

We got it, Ryder.

Good job, pups.

Help!

Now, let's go save the mayor.

(Engines revving)

- (Meowing, yelping) - (Mayor Humdinger screaming)

(Gasping) Henry, Julia, Julius, look!

Kitties, help! Help.

(Meowing)

(Whimpering) Whoa!

Ryder, Mayor Humdinger is headed toward Farmer Yumi's.

Thanks, Chase.

There has to be a way to steer this thing.

Ruff-ruff. Get me down!

(Lowing)

(Siren wailing)

Chase, flying cow alert.

We need you to clear the road.

(Engine revving)

(Barking) Cones.

Yap-yap. Woof-woof. Ruff-ruff.

Woof-woof!

(Siren wailing)

(Mayor Humdinger howling)

Oh, would you land already?

(Shouting)

(Siren wailing)

(Brakes squealing)

That field trip was so fun.

I bet we won't see anything else as neat all day.

(Bettina lowing)

(Giggling) I spoke "moo" soon.

(Siren wailing)

Ryder, Bettina's okay,

but Mayor Humdinger is headed into the woods.

Does anybody have eyes on Mayor Humdinger?

SKYE: I've got him, Ryder.

He's headed for Twistabout Canyon.

RYDER: If we lose him in that maze,

we might never find him.

I'll stay right on his tail.

Whoa!

Ryder, I have to get him out of here

and turn him back toward you.

Yelp-yelp. Help! Yelp-yelp. Help!

Yelp-yelp. He-el-elp!

Oh, no. He's launched search-and-rescue drones.

RYDER: Be careful, Skye.

Oh, I'm never going to be able to turn him around

if he keeps launching things in my path.

RYDER: You'll need to get in front of him.

(Helicopter blades whirring)

There's a side passage that could work as a shortcut.

It's kind of narrow, though.

RYDER: Skye, are you okay?

It's pretty tight,

but I should be able to get in front of him.

Yikes!

Whew.

Mayor Humdinger, follow me.

I'll help you bring the copter out of this canyon

and safely set it down.

Whoa!

Mayor Humdinger, wait.

Ryder, Mayor Humdinger is out of the canyon

and headed back towards Yumi's farm.

Excellent work, Skye.

But we still need to bring him down.

I'm on it.

We'll be ready here. Rubble, Rocky, Zuma?

Get the emergency landing zone ready.

- On it. - Totally.

We've got this.

(Helicopter blades whirring)

(Screaming)

(Siren wailing)

There's the landing zone. Okay.

Setting the autopilot to land.

(Barking) Wings.

Mayor Humdinger, take your hands off the controls.

If I let go of the controls, I won't be in control.

(Shouting)

(Barking) Prototype up.

(Barking) Slow and turn.

(Barking) Hover and descend.

(Barking)

Engines off.

- Woo-hoo! - Way to go, Skye.

Wow, Skye. Not many pilots can make three landings

all at the same time.

Well, I can't believe you left this dangerous contraption

laying about, where anyone could just...

...swipe it?

Swipe it? No.

I was simply-- Uh, I mean-- Oh.

So, what was this secret,

very, very special powerful feature

the machine was supposed to have?

It's no secret. The very, very special feature was

Skye.

Skye?

Of course.

Skye and her amazing piloting skills.

(Barking)

(Shouting) No!

Don't launch any more gizmos.

Just remember, Mayor Humdinger, if you ever find yourself

on an out-of-control helicopter ride, just yelp...

- ...or yip... - ...or woof...

...or bark...

...for help.

Not a chance. From now on, I'm staying on the ground

and walking everywhere I go.

(Shouting, grunting)
