NARRATOR: Their alliance was shaken.

We're going to have to have a scheme to get rid of him.

NARRATOR: At the eviction, the Friendship

delivered another blow.

JULIE: By a vote of to , Kaysar,

you have been evicted from the "Big Brother" house.

Enemies, allies, friends, foes in this house--

they all love the guy.

[interposing voices]

NARRATOR: But at the head of household competition--

JULIE: Congratulations, Howie.

You are the new head of household.

NARRATOR: The Sovereign Five took back the power.

Silver bell, baby!

NARRATOR: And James felt safe for the first time in weeks.

Oh my God.

If everyone keeps their word, I don't have

to compete in the veto contest.

NARRATOR: But James was unaware that the house

had united against him.

Unless we, as a group, work together, he's going to win.

Sarah's and James' keys will be the two

that are not in the box.

NARRATOR: Another shocking secret

was revealed to the house.

JULIE: Next week, one of the house guests

will be coming back.

[cheering]

JULIE: That decision will be up to the viewers.

NARRATOR: Causing everyone to rethink their strategy.

We just need to make sure we get

Maggie gone for the possibility--

if Eric comes back.

NARRATOR: But at the nomination ceremony, Howie kept his word,

and James and Sarah were blindsided.

I nominated the both of you.

James, I think you're a dangerous, dangerous player.

That concerns me.

I right now, just find out that I don't have

a single friend in this house.

NARRATOR: Who will win the Power of Veto,

and will they use it to save either James or Sarah?

The last two keys that have not been pulled--

Sarah and James.

James, I think you're a dangerous, dangerous player.

That concerns me tremendously.

I mean, with you in the way, I'm not going to be

a "Big Brother " champion.

And the way, you know, you guys work together--

I mean, that's a disaster for me in this game.

There's no question about that.

For my personal safety in this game right now,

I think that's just the decision.

This meeting is adjourned.

You do find yourself building loyalties to certain people,

and when that's broken, it's hard.

It's really, really hard.

Now I feel so betrayed.

They see Sarah and I as probably the only people that stand

between them and the money.

It's unbelievable.

I'm just at a loss for words right now,

I mean, because I'm so shocked.

The Friendship would have looked

very poorly on Howie for not putting up James and Sarah.

Howie knew the entire house wanted James and Sarah out,

so to go against what the house wants

makes you an even bigger target.

and years later, looked back and said, we made a bad move.

Right now, I stand by my decision.

James has a really big problem with confrontation,

and he did place all the blame on him

being up on the block on me.

Howie, can we talk now? Nothing bad.

Hey James, do you remember last week swearing on a Bible

that you were going to put him and Rachel up?

Don't you think that was going to come out?

April, I'm talking to Howie.

I know, but I'm just saying, why don't you admit you

lie a lot.

I knew that James was very shady from the get go.

He just lied one too many times, and people

are finally figuring it out.

He is playing the game, but the guy's

dumb because he got caught.

April.

I'm just saying, why blame it on Maggie?

Everybody knows everything that everybody says.

- Exactly. - Exactly.

Exactly.

- Wow, man, that hurts. - What happened?

Get you guys a drink? Can I get you guys a drink?

- No, Howie. - That hurts a lot.

I'll start from step-- square one.

James, you and Sarah destroyed my plan in this game

tremendously.

Because we swore loyalty and allegiance to each other

to ride this thing out.

And we did.

Now I have to worry about not only the so-called enemy coming

after me, but I've got to worry about

my own team turning on me.

When you swear to me, Janelle, Rachel, and Kaysar

that you're fighting for us-- you'll do anything,

and then you go and betray us like that.

When did I betray you? That's what I'm asking.

- Throwing us to the wolves. - Hold on, Howie.

- Promise me and Rachel. - Howie, when did I betray you?

Put up Howie.

Back door Howie. - Howie.

Howie, that was not going to happen.

How many times do I got to hear

that from different people around the house

that it happened?

Do you understand they were saying the same thing

to us about you guys?

Howie, what you need to understand

is you made this decision because you believed them.

I listen to everybody, James and Sarah.

Everybody.

I never gave you and Rachel away.

I think the reason I denied it was

it just shocked me at first.

Definitely, denial was a bad decision.

Basically, our contract said that we were going to ignore

whatever we heard because we had solidified our bond with trust.

You guys are response.

FYI, if he leaves this week, you and Rachel are

the next target if they win.

If James and Sarah are right, you know,

I made a very bad decision.

to get rid of Rachel and Howie.

The hysterical thing is is whatever

they said about you guys, if James does leave this week--

And you guys did what you did, they're

not going to come after me.

They're going after you two.

What about the Bible?

You swearing to put them up?

I read the Bible in the storage room or the gym

before the veto competition, because it gives me strength.

There's no swearing on the Bible.

You really don't understand where the hell this came from.

If the people we thought were our friends

have turned against us, that's why we're here talking to you.

We're not out here cursing you out, saying we hate

you for lying or this or that.

You guys really made a mistake.

We made a horrible mistake by trusting you the first time.

They took it personal and they took it as a betrayal,

and they still want to fight down to the last second

that I'm wrong and they're not.

I told them if they help us in the veto competition,

I will go after Rachel and Howie to get through it.

Well, that's-- I told you, don't do that.

It's all right, it doesn't matter right now.

Ivette's the one who obviously told everyone I

sweared on the Bible, you know.

Of course, they kind of left out the fact that it was nullified.

I don't want to quit if he leaves this week, because I

don't want to be a quitter.

I want to show that I can be a strong person.

But I don't want to be here without him, either,

so it's the balance of the two, and it's just really hard.

I don't know what I did to deserve this.

You-- we played this game, that's all.

Sarah and I. One of us doesn't get this veto,

then I'm going home this week.

Hey, James.

I saw the back yard and I ran back to the gold room

to tell James because everybody was up in the HOH room.

It was like a little Mexican party.

There was chips and salsa and tacos and Margaritas.

So me and James kind of went outside and had a little bit

of a party all by ourselves.

Let's have a couple drinks.

Oh God, yes.

What the hell is this?

We're having a party.

Come join us.

We don't feel like telling anybody else.

James and Sarah are just, like, walking around

like this, like it's nothing.

House guests, a pinata has been set aside for each of you.

What do I want? I want a pink one!

Tonight, you must personalize your pinata

by decorating it with the art supplies

that have been left for you.

You may add hair, clothes, or anything

else that could transform the pinata into your own likeness.

What the hell?

OK.

We don't want them to know this stuff is down here.

I mean, I thought, you know, I've got to go tell them

or I'm going to look bad.

And that's why I couldn't lie to Kaysar.

I was like, I'll be honest with you.

Are they coming upstairs?

Pinata!

We saw the backyard and it was, wow!

There were a lot of giant people pinata dolls

lined up against the wall.

We've got every kind of arts and craft material available.

We're going to paint ourselves.

We're supposed to be decorating them as our own likeness,

and of course, out of all the pinatas,

there was a little black one, and I was like, that's mine!

Oh my God, we gave crayons and stuff.

I'm so excited!

I hate this.

I'm not girly.

So much fun.

I love this.

I totally ran with the Beau Beau doll theme.

Mine has its own little pool cord.

It says, love it!

Love it!

This looks like me, right?

When I was doing my pinata, I was very sad.

So, I made a little sad face with a couple tears

because that's how I felt.

Then you go to James.

He has, like, he's flipping the bird off

and he has a Golden Power of Veto around his neck.

And then he decides he wants to put, like, a little angel halo

above his head.

I'm like, OK.

You guys like mine?

Oh my God!

I'm making my pinata glamorous and sexy and beautiful.

I'm trying to make it like me.

You guys will help me with my doll or no?

- Yeah. - No?

OK.

I'm such a great looking guy with a great body in real life,

we've got to have my pinata replica,

you know, peak and ready and looking good, like I am.

And the girls are all helping me, you know, get it together.

Does this look like Howie's underwear?

- Look at that. - Oh my god!

It's perfect.

Pretty soon, you know, you're going to have two

great looking dudes in here.

You know, Howie and mini-Howie.

Be mindful.

You know, the veto is going to be in or around the neck

of one of these pinatas.

So, you want to strike the right pinata.

But if the veto's on the line, then Pinata Howie

knows what we've got to do, because you know,

there's some bad pinatas and we've got to take them out.

I don't understand.

I just want you guys to tell me, like, what I did to make you

guys turn against me so badly.

Don't get involved.

It's all-- we understand it's strategy.

I know.

We understand it's strategy, April.

No, you just lied too many times.

And then you had your girlfriend doing all your dirty work,

which made it even worse.

What dirty work did I do?

Kaysar, before he left-- he's like,

I know exactly what James has done, and he's going

to be out of here.

Don't even worry about it.

I'm not stupid.

Kaysar said that to you?

Yeah. We know.

OK, that's funny, because you should

have heard the things that Kaysar

was saying upstairs about--

I told you, do not get into this.

Everybody says--

was the week Kaysar was HOH.

I'm telling you right before he left,

he found what he was doing.

April, we understand what it's about.

It doesn't matter. It's part of the game.

He figured it out.

Did it to yourself.

That's just the bottom line.

What did you say to her? I told you--

I didn't say anything to her.

Then, what were you standing there talking to her about?

I said, April, what did I do?

Tell me what I did.

Do not give them the satisfaction

of seeing you like this.

I want to make their lives a living hell.

I don't think that you guys were after me.

Well, we weren't after Howie and Rachel,

either, but that's how it made-- everybody made it seem, too.

So this doesn't matter.

We don't have a choice.

I had to be after Maggie.

That's what I've said from the beginning, you know.

I took them each, one by one, and asked them

the same story, play by play, what happened,

and it's all the same.

I want to know what the story is.

All their stories are matching up.

That's what I'm saying.

What the hell do you think they

were doing up there for a week in the same exact bedroom?

The funny thing is that they came up

with a pretty good damned story about Michael

to make the entire house hate Michael.

And get rid of him.

He's starting to make every person in here

feel very uncomfortable.

- Are you serious? - Oh, yeah.

Why didn't anyone tell me this?

Hello.

You need to open your eyes and open your ears.

They did a great job doing that, didn't they?

I don't know who to believe at this point,

and it's just really confusing for me.

I mean, they're telling me one thing

and the other side is saying one thing,

and I have no way of finding out what is the truth.

We said upstairs, the very first night

that we got together, no matter what, we don't even

need to have these kind of meetings anymore,

because we know that we can be truthful and honest

with each other.

We need to trust each other because we're

not going to get past this week if we don't trust each other.

OK.

Don't ask us to be part of your group

if you just want to use us as your little pawn pieces.

That was not the intention, Sarah.

That's exactly how it feels, though.

Sarah, they're not [inaudible]

No, not at all.

I'm just saying.

It's just disgusting that you guys believed them over us.

I think I'm working on Janelle.

I think she's starting to understand that, you know,

maybe she's being lied to.

So, what the hell's going on now?

This game just gets harder and harder every damned day.

I know.

The thing is that I just don't trust the other side at all.

I don't.

And I don't like their ideas and I don't--

After Sarah won the Power of Veto,

that's when they started their whole story of James

being the mastermind behind everything.

I don't want to believe those stories, but I mean,

Howie and Rachel believe them.

The veto competition is coming up rather quickly, and I mean,

I don't really know who to believe at this point.

I honestly don't trust them at all.

I picked Rachel today for the competition

because she was my partner, and we had the same objective,

and that was to prevent James from winning the Power of Veto.

Sarah, you get to choose second.

Who do you choose?

I would like to choose Jennifer.

OK, Jennifer. Come up.

[applause]

I picked Jennifer because I didn't want somebody strong.

I wanted somebody I could, like, stand next to

and not just want to punch in the face.

James, you get to choose next.

Who do you choose?

Ivette.

Ivette, by picking her, I knew that if she did win the veto

and she told me she couldn't use it, I would understand.

I didn't want to give the opportunity

to someone else who would just throw it up in my face.

I choose the hostess with the mostess for today's event--

our little Janie.

Yay.

All right, you guys.

Let's go play the veto competition.

[applause]

For this game, "Big Brother" sequestered each player

into separate areas of the house, and then one at a time,

we were called out into the backyard to play the game,

not knowing what anybody else was doing.

I walked outside, and the yard was amazing.

It was so cool to see the six of our pinatas hanging

right in the middle of it.

It's time for some fiesta fun, "Big Brother"

style, in your next veto competition,

called A Lotta Pinata.

Each of you will get pieces of candy.

You must deposit your candy into at least two of the pinatas.

After all six house guests have had their turn, each of you

must break open the pinata you created last night.

The house guest whose pinata has the closest

to pieces of candy, without going over, will win.

pieces or more will take you out of the game.

Good luck.

The winner of this game is the person

whose pinata contained the most pieces of candy, up to .

Anything over and, they were eliminated.

My first instinct was to put them all in James' and then

give one to Sarah.

Then I started to second guess myself

because there were five other people playing the game,

and I didn't know what Howie, Jennifer, or Ivette would do.

And I just decided to put two in Ivette's, two in Jennifer's.

I put three in my own and three in Howie's.

Everybody who is competing for the veto

gets a bowl with pieces of candy in it.

You can put as many pieces in as many pinatas as you want.

You have to put a piece into at least two pinatas.

I knew that people were going to be trying to load up James', so

I went ahead and I put one into mine,

and the rest of my nine pieces, I put into Howie's, hoping

that he would go over the pieces of candy

and be eliminated from the game.

I don't want James and Sarah, you know, having the veto.

I don't care who wins it.

I don't care if nobody wins it.

I was thinking to myself, everyone else, you know,

puts enough candy in James and Sarah.

I think we go over with them--

we're home free.

So what I did is I stuffed five of my pieces of candy,

out of the that I was given, into James' pinata,

and five into Sarah's pinata.

I could put nine candies in James

and hope that the rest of the house

was going to think the same way, and then we

could eliminate him.

But you start second guessing yourself, and you're like,

is everyone else going to think like me?

And I finally decided when I got up there to put two candies

in mine, put three in each--

James' and Sarah's.

And I thought about it, and I thought I'd give James more,

so I gave him one more, to make a total of four.

And then I gave myself one, to make Sarah's and mine

have three candies, each.

My first reaction was to separate

the candies into Howie's, Rachel,

Jennifer, and my pinata.

But then all of a sudden, light bulbs struck, and I was like,

wait, we don't want James to get the veto,

so the only logical thing here is

put the nine candies in James' pinata

and put the one in Sarah's.

Done.

Does kind of make sense.

People are smart.

Damn it.

I thought, this is your life on the line.

You can't just walk up there.

You have to make sure that your head is clear

and you know what you're doing.

Since this house is so hell bent on removing me,

I just figured that everyone would

put half their candy in mine and half their candy in Sarah's.

My strategy was then to just load up four in Howie's, four

in Rachel's, and one in Ivette and Jen,

just because I, you know, didn't know what

else to do with the last two.

No one wanted James to win the veto.

Each of you will break open your own pinatas

and count the candy.

The one who's closest to pieces, without going over,

will win the Power of Veto.

If James wins the veto, it's open season on the house.

All right, well first up is Ivette.

Come on, Ivette.

Man, my girl is rock solid, just like me.

My pinata refused to break.

[cheering]

There you go!

Ivette has three pieces of candy.

[applause]

Good job, Ivette.

Next up is Sarah.

Wow.

[applause]

It was so good to hit something.

It was definitely a nice way to get out some aggression,

because I would have liked to take that bat and--

I won't go into those details.

Sarah has pieces of candy.

Good job, Sarah.

Sarah had , and at this moment, I started flipping out.

Oh, God.

[cheering]

Good job, Howie!

Howie has pieces, you guys.

Howie with pieces of candy.

I'm like, OK, well, not a bad idea.

That's got to win it.

I was kind of bummed out, because Howie

had put into his, and I knew that nine of those were mine.

Next is Jennifer.

Jen Jen.

[applause]

Jennifer has six pieces of candy.

[applause]

Next is James.

Oh my God.

You could cut the tension with a knife out in that back yard.

Nobody was breathing.

The only way I know I'm staying here another week

is if I get the veto myself.

No one is going to use it on me.

I was smashing every single one of those people sitting there.

That was all for them.

All for them.

Why aren't there more candies in his,

if they want-- if these people want him out,

are they frickin' Ret*rded?

I thought we were good to go.

I really thought, OK, he's got , candies there,

and James is going home.

I needed to win this veto more than anything,

just like every damned week.

You know, I need to win this thing

to stay here another week.

James winning it is the worst possible scenario.

James cannot win this veto competition,

because James is going to come back

and bite us all in the butt really hard,

and it's going to hurt.

I felt very good when Janelle was counting them off,

and the more my spirits lifted, the more the mood of the crowd

depressed.

Why am I the villain?

[applause]

Wow, nice one.

That's it.

Rachel, you have seven pieces of candy.

Power of Veto goes to James.

Ugh!

Again.

He won it again, but he didn't even win it.

We freaking gave it to him.

What the hell happened today at A Lotta Pinata?

There wasn't a lot of thinking going on, was there?

I am very happy that James won the Power of Veto,

but it pretty much does seal my fate

that I most likely will be the one

to leave the house on Thursday.

- I messed up. - Congratulations.

Good job, James.

Thank you.

There's not a person who is more feared/hated than me.

Now, I think they're going to see a side of James

that they might not be prepared for.

I wish this was the Olympics, man.

I'd be coming back a rich man.

You can't k*ll me.

I put five in Sarah's.

And then I went back into the room,

and I thought, I should have put all of mine,

because I wouldn't have gone over.

Let me tell you something really quick.

Those last nine are mine.

It was four people against two, and yet--

James winning it was the worst possible scenario.

Four minds put together couldn't come up with a surefire way

to eliminate two people getting the veto.

But nothing we can do about it now, you know.

All right, like I just said, let's

not worry about nothing yet.

Whenever he takes himself off and you have to put someone

else up, again, I'll be--

Let's agree to it now. Let's get it out of the way.

I mean, I don't really care. I'll go up.

- You're not in any harm's way. - Yeah.

- Yeah. - I'll go up there.

After the veto competition, we all gathered up in my HOH room.

We made a pact that, you know, James is probably going

to take himself off the block.

We'll vote Sarah out and worry about, you know,

James next week.

The whole house is against him and he knows it.

I don't want him in the--

whether he's on your side, my side, in the middle,

he's dangerous, period.

After the veto competition, it was

apparent that, for once, the entire house

was working together.

We all want the same thing, and that is

to remove James from the house.

If you guys have hopes of winning in this game one day,

you've got to get him out of the way.

You better get him out.

Everyone knows that, not only because he's a dirty player.

Right.

That's not the big story.

He also keeps winning.

Exactly.

Because I don't think there's anything that he

won't do in this game to win.

Right.

It's not over yet.

We can get him out of here, still.

We fumbled the football, and the other team recovered it.

Just get it back.

Now we've got to--

Baby, either way, we're going to be without each other.

Unfortunately, this week, we know one of us is going home.

If he uses it on himself, that's fine with me.

To be honest, I would hate to be here in this house without him.

Just going to try to enjoy the time together and not let them

get to us.

I'm going to miss her, but that's the way the game goes.

The minute he sees that I go up, he hates me so much,

he's going to go around and start rallying to get me out.

That's why I was thinking it would

even be safer if you went up.

So now that James had the veto,

April brought it up to me about being the pawn.

She volunteers herself, and then thinks

that I'm the better choice.

April, all you're doing with that is second guessing us.

Don't ever state that I am second guessing you,

because it's starting to piss me off.

But you know what?

It's starting to piss me off how you're

saying you should go up, because I don't care to go up there.

I volunteered myself to go up there.

All I'm saying--

I get sick of hearing his mouth, and that's

all he's going to do.

I don't care.

House guests, "Big Brother" has a surprise for us today.

[shrieking]

So let's take a look at the screen.

[cheering]

I'm so scared.

NARRATOR: It's America's choice.

You have the power to change the course of the game.

Which evicted house guest do you want back

in the "Big Brother" house?

America, first of all, thank you very much.

Regardless of what happens, I really am excited about this.

It was really great to see Michael again

because I haven't seen him in so long,

and he still looks really cute.

And I hope that you vote for me.

I really want to get back in the house.

I'm asking you for one favor.

Just go ahead and roll the dice.

Give me one last shot.

Get me back in the house, and give me

some excitement in my life because I'll guarantee you,

I'll stir up the pot.

I promise you that.

Eric did a really good job in telling America that, you know,

he comes back in this house and there's

going to be a lot of action.

I've only been out of the house for a few days now,

and it's been a bit refreshing, but I'm itching to go back.

Kaysar's was very distinguished.

I liked his.

And I'm grateful for this opportunity.

[cheering]

After we see the little, bring us back,

America commercial, then we had to go in the storage room.

[screaming]

Go, go, go go, go, go, go go!

Oh my God!

In the storage room were shirts to tie-dye and paint

and all this stuff, so we can start campaigning for the house

guest that we want back.

Like, I think you can dip into, like,

however many colors you want, and they're

all going to dye together.

Clean water.

Regular water to wash the soap off.

When I decide who I want coming back,

I'm going to put his name up on that shirt,

and hopefully America sees it.

What is this?

Making these T-shirts are very important,

because I've got to get America to know how important

it is for Cappy to come back.

Of course I did.

Vote for Kaysar.

Bring back the King and his hookah.

He's a smart guy, and I think we're going to need him.

Hey America, I'd really like to have Michael back

in this house because what's a summer in the "Big

Brother" house without romance?

America, I hope you love Eric as much as I do,

and you see all the great qualities in him.

You bring him back in this house,

and we can tear this place up.

I don't think Michael got a fair chance,

so I definitely think Michael does deserve to come back.

Ivette's just really starting to get annoying,

and I can only take Ivette in small, small doses.

I don't know what James and Ivette's relationship is,

but apparently, they still have a rapport

where they can talk to each other

and possibly trust each other.

Initially, when everyone came into the house,

Ivette and James just supposedly kind of bonded.

James was already starting to work his magic.

I know I don't have the bond that you and Eric have,

but if you need to talk.

I know

For all we know, Ivette could be giving

him all kinds of information.

How can you even be civil to James, when he is the reason

that Eric left?

If somebody, you know, wins the Power of Veto

and takes themselves or someone off the block,

my job as head of household is to nominate

another house guest to be put right back up on the block.

I'm sorry.

I'm just really pissed off at Ivette right now.

I mean, she is such a--

oh my God.

I don't trust her anymore.

I just got to thinking.

I mean, is Ivette a loose cannon?

You know, is she going to be dangerous?

I really think that James and Ivette are a more lethal

pair than James and Sarah.

This was not a strategic decision to put up Sarah

and I. This was purely stupid.

If I stay, do I expect them to put me up next week?

Yes.

And if Sarah stays, do I expect them to put her up?

Probably not.

So I mean, I'm still not sure if I'm going

to use it to veto on her or me.

Sarah and I have been nominated, and I've been given the power

to veto one of the nominations.

I'd like to give Sarah the opportunity to say why I should

use the veto to save her.

Baby, pretty much you came into my life

and taught me how to have faith and trust in people again.

Unfortunately, living in this house,

I've been taught to think twice about the people

that you trust.

But I still have complete faith and trust in you,

and I love you so much.

And I had something prepared, and I

can't think of what to say now.

I know a lot of times, people say they make

decisions based on strategy.

But this game has not been played with strategy.

This game has been played, a lot of times, through fear

and through popularity contest, and that

is why I was able to win this, because people did

not make strategic decisions.

They made dumb decisions.

I am using this to save myself.

Howie, I think you probably had to prepare for this.

So you've got to nominate someone else.

I guess whoever lost straws or volunteered.

I knew that I was going to replace James with somebody.

I was aware of that, and so I just--

I've got to put someone else up that is, you know,

a threat to me in this game.

And that's why I nominate Ivette.

Veto ceremony is adjourned.

If you guys evict me, please--

I'm warning you-- watch your back because James

will be after you.

If Sarah's evicted, I'm the prime target, regardless.

So I'm going to have to be more resourceful, more mean,

more cunning than they've seen.

I'm not as shocked that I've been put up,

because I volunteered myself.

But you know what?

For the last three days, Jennifer and April

have been acting very fishy, and so I

don't feel safe in this house until that door closes

and I'm still here.

You've got Ivette, you know, doing some cross talk

and information and hiding out, and being treacherous

and scandalous and insidious.

We just-- I don't like that in this game.

We've got to get rid of that.
