Uhh.

Say, there wasn't a
wall here a minute ago.

- Yike!
- That's because I'm not a wall, Matey.

I'm a whale. A beached
whale to be exact.

And if I do not return to
the ocean depths promptly,

I'll surely not survive.

Not survive? Ooh,
that could be bad.

I'd better get my pal, Timon.

His brain's so full of brains,
he'll know exactly what to do.

- Don't move.
- I fear there's no time, Matey.

With that noon sun up there,

I'd be but a fish stick
by the time you returned.

Well, then, uh...

I'll just have to help
you all by myself.

Aah.

Hmm.

Uhh.

Yay!

Wow!

Thank you much, Pumbaa.

How do you know my name?

I am no ordinary whale, Matey.

An enchanted three-wish,
wishing whale am I.

And in exchange
for your kind act,

I will Grant you three wishes.

Wow. Cool.

So... what does you wish for?

Gee, uh, well...

I don't really want any wishes.

Hmm... that's a first.

Well, very well then.

But if you change your mind,

return to this place
and call out my name.

Great. What's your name?

Lester.

Wow! Wait till I tell Timon.

Whoa, whoa,
whoa... wait a minute.

Let me get this
straight here, Pumbaa.

You met Lester, an enchanted
three-wish, wishing whale?

- Yep.
- And you didn't even wish for anything?

But I'm perfectly
happy with what I have,

which is pretty much nothing.

Besides, wishes
can be dangerous,

remember?

Crud.

Pumbaa, that was a magic lamp.

This is a magic whale.

They're two completely
different magic things.

Now, I want you to
march right back out there

and wish for something
big and expensive.

Lester, Lester, the magic fish.

Hear my call and Grant my wish.

Have you thought of one yet?

Uh, not exactly. But my
bestest, best pal, Timon,

said I should wish for
something big and expensive.

It is done.

Timon.

Up here.

This is definitely
big and expensive.

Yeah. And completely useless.

But we've learned a
valuable lesson here.

That they should've put
an elevator in this thing?

No.

We've learned we need to be
more specific with our wishes.

So, what should we wish for now?

What we should wish for and
we're being very specific, mind you,

is that I were a king.

K-i-n-g, king.

Now go back and
ask Lester for that.

Yes, Pumbaa.

Me and my bestest, best pal,
Timon, have thought of another wish.

And what might
that second wish be?

We wish that Timon
were a king. K-i-n-g, king.

It is d-o-n-e, done.

Timon.

Up here.

Well, I'm a king, Pumbaa.

King Kong.

Gee, Timon,

I guess we weren't
perfectly clear enough

on exactly, specifically
what we wanted.

Therefore, we're going to be extra
carefully specific on our third wish.

Now listen carefully because
we have to get it just right.

I'm listening and ready
to hear our third wish.

What we wish for is

that I were a king of
the regular-sized variety

and this means specifically
that I live in a large, stony castle,

like from the middle ages, with
an impenetrable security system

and a ferocious fire-breathing monster
with claws and wings that I can defeat.

Now can you remember all that?

Uh, I think so.

Good.

Now go ask Lester
for it. Chop-chop.

What do you wish
for now, Pumbaa?

Timon and I wish that he were
a king of the regular-sized variety

and that means specifically that
he lives in a large, stony castle,

like from the middle ages,

with an impenetrable
security system

and a ferocious
fire-breathing monster

with claws and wings

that he can't defeat.

That's it?

Yep, that's it.

It is done.

Cool.

And that, Pumbaa, my friend,

is your third and final wish.

And thanks to you, the
curse on me is now lifted.

Thank you, Pumbaa.

Goodbye, Lester!

Timon!

Up here!

It's perfect! We did it!

Come in, Pumbaa.

Come in.

Isn't this a great castle?
Just like we always wanted.

And check this out!

And all you have to
do to turn it off is this.

What's happening?

We got the castle,
just like you wished for

and we got the
impenetrable security system,

just like you wished for...

That must be the ferocious,

fire-breathing monster
with claws and wings!

Buk, buk!

Just like you wished for.

But it's a chicken!

I meant a dragon-like
monster, Pumbaa.

Now, I want you to
go right back out there

and tell Lester that I
want a dragon to defeat,

not a chicken!

Uh, but Lester's gone!

After I asked
for the third wish,

he turned into a
Princess and ran off.

Typical.

Buk, buk!

Well! It may not be
a dragon, Pumbaa,

but it'll have to do!

Now! Step back and
observe as I defeat

a fire-breathing chicken!

Alright, chicken!

Do you want it in
the wing or the leg?

Buk!

Buk!

Buk!

Aah!

- Yeooww!
- Yeooww!

I just don't get it, Pumbaa.

I mean, no matter what I do, I
just can't defeat that chicken.

Just like you wished for!

Huh?

You specifically wished

for a fire-breathing
monster you can't defeat!

Can't defeat?

No! I said can defeat!

Can defeat! Not can't defeat!

Why in the world would
I wish for a fire-breathing

anything that I can't defeat?

I'm sorry, Timon!

It was just so much for my
brain to specifically remember.

Buk buk buk!

Timon!

That was a bad thing!

It's not working!

The windows aren't opening and
the big door thing's not going up.

That means we're
stuck in here...

Stuck in here with an
impenetrable security system

and a fire-breathing
chicken we can't defeat!

I specifically told you,
wishes could be dangerous,

but you didn't listen!

Yikes!

Buk buk!

Buk!

Buk!

Buk!

Buk!

I don't think those were very
good places to hide, Timon.

I just wish the
chicken would go away!

Wish! Pumbaa, that's it.

Now, if we make it to the stairs,
then we can make it to the roof.

And...

What are we gonna do
once we make it to the roof?

Trust me!

I've got a specific plan.

Buk! Buk!

Phew! Phew!

Now what do we do, Timon?

What was your specific plan?

Hello, hello, Mr. Magic fish!

Hear my call and Grant my wish.

I wish, specifically, that the
fire-breathing chicken would disappear.

Another dud.

Timon and hurry!

I don't know how
much longer it'll hold.

Don't worry, Pumbaa!

There's gotta be
another one out there!

I mean, Lester can't be the
only wishing fish in the sea.

Gah ha ha!

That's a good joke there, Timon.

Ah ha! I got a million of 'em!

Hey, how's this? There's a mom,
a gazelle and a farmer's daughter...

And they're all in a
lifeboat on lake erie.

Timon, what are you doing?

Why I'm just helping
out my new insect pal.

The name's Woody
woodeater the third.

Nice to meet you, Woody.

Timon does "insect" mean
the same thing as "bug?"

Yes...

I'm confused.

Ahem! Excuse me for a moment.

I need to de-confuse
my other friend.

Alright, Pumbaa!

Before I tell you what
I'm going to tell you,

I want you to swear your
very best secret-keeping oath.

Oh, boy! A secret!

I, Pumbaa, Timon's friend,
do right here officially vow

that what's about
to be told to my ears

won't ever be said
by my mouth. The end.

Good. Now, here's the secret...

Mr. Woodeater is the king termite of
his termite mound and he's very lost.

I.e. He can't find his way home!

So I told him...

I told him I'd help
him find his way back

to his thousands of
loyal termite subjects!

That seems like a nice
thing to do, not a secret.

Well, get ready for
the secret, Pumbaa...

We're gonna eat all the
termites when we get there!

I'm a genius!

And so our rascally duo

set out to help the lost
termite find his way home.

Together they
braved the elements...

Freezing snow...

Pouring rain...

And scorching desert heat.

Some weather we're having.

Timon, Pumbaa,
I just want to say

I really, really appreciate
everything you do for me

and when we find
my termite mound,

I'm gonna declare this
"Timon and Pumbaa day"

and award both of y'all
with a medal of honor.

Yeah, great, thanks, whatever

and gettin' you home
should be a breeze now.

We've already overcome
snow, rain, heat, wind...

Wind! But, Timon, we
didn't overcome any wind!

Whoa... help me, fellas!

Aaahhhh...

Thank you!

Yaaahhhh!

I've never seen seen
a meerkatfish before.

Very funny.

You like that?

All joking aside,

I'd just like to
thank you fellas

for sticking your necks
out like that for me.

That was a brave thing to do.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Bravery means
a lot to my people!

Why there's only one thing
more important than that.

What's that?

Honesty!

Well, come on, then!

We can't be too far from
that giant termite feast.

I think we're gettin' close!

Just keep an eye out for
a big ol' termite mound!

Don't waste your leg power, your
highness. I'll scout the area for you.

Psst... hey, Pumbaa!

Can you keep a secret?

Well... yes.

Well, I think the onlyest reason

your friend, Timon,
wants to help me

is 'cause he wants to
eat my fellow termites!

But I feel guilty suspecting
him, so don't say anything, okay?

Ohhh-kaaayyy!

It's straight ahead... The
towering pile of caked mud,

chock full of termites. It
looks absolutely delicious!

Uh... delightful.

Your highness!

It's his highness!

He has returned!

Long live the king!

You're home!

Well, you can thank
Timon and Pumbaa.

These brave fellas
risked life and limb

to get me home safe and sound.

Thank you, Timon.

Yeah, well, you're
welcome already.

Thank you, Pumbaa.

I... can't take it anymore!

I'm not brave!

I'm a coward!

A big, not brave coward!

And I can't even keep a secret!

Ohh... and the guilt! The guilt!

It's eating me up inside!

I've gotta come clean!

Now, what secret would
Pumbaa be referring to...

Timon?

A secret?

Tell them the truth and walk
away with a clean conscience.

Walk away from the
smorgasbord of your life? No way.

Think of Pumbaa...

What's going to happen
when he wakes up to find

you've eaten all of
his termite friends?

Who cares what Pumbaa thinks?

Timon cares what Pumbaa thinks.

No, he doesn't.

Yes, he does.

No, he doesn't!

Yes, he does!

What are you doing here?

You should be on Pumbaa's
shoulder, you mook!

He's out like a light.
He won't notice!

Yes, he will!

No, he won't!

- Oh, yeah?
- Yeah...

Can't we be
civilized about this?

Your halo's on crooked!

Who smells?

Get him!

I can't take it anymore!

I confess, I confess.

We are bug eaters!

The only reason we
helped you get home

was so we could eat you and
all of your plump, juicy subjects.

There, I said it! I'm purged!

Stop the insanity!

Yeaaahhhhh!

Well, it takes a right honorable
meerkat to fess up like that, Timon.

In fact, since you two did have
your hearts set on eating your fill

and you did come
clean in the end...

I'll tell you what I'm gonna do.

I'm gonna rustle you up a home-cooked,
all-you-can-eat, mouth-watering feast!
