[music playing]
ANNOUNCER: Previously on "Big Brother ," as nominees Lori
and Amy prepared for eviction night,
the other houseguests struggled with their upcoming decision.
It's become good versus evil.
It's become "Touched by an Angel" versus "Baywatch."
ANNOUNCER: And the once-solid Band of Six Alliance
found themselves dividing on gender lines.
When it's the six of us, what are they going to do?
They'll stick out for each other.
It's-- it's clear that the girls
are going to stick together.
Things are changing.
ANNOUNCER: While Lori worried that her stock had fallen--
This place is hell with studio lighting.
ANNOUNCER: Amy continued to be assured that she
was safe from eviction.
Everyone has promised to keep me in the house.
ANNOUNCER: In the end, it was Lori who
was first to leave the house.
JULIE: By a very close vote of five to four, Lori,
you are evicted from the Big Brother house.
Very well. Bye, everyone!
ALL: Bye.
ANNOUNCER: But the narrow five to four
margin shook the foundation of the alliance.
JULIE: Congratulations, Marcellas.
ANNOUNCER: And when former outcast Marcellas
won the Head of Household competition,
no one in the house felt safe.
This is where it gets interesting.
ANNOUNCER: Who will Marcellas choose as his nominees
for eviction?
Find out tonight on "Big Brother ."
[theme music]
JULIE: By a very close vote of five to four, Lori,
you are evicted from the Big Brother house.
Lori's departure was really hard for me.
Bye, everyone! ALL: Bye.
- Good luck. - Bye, Lori!
Bye, now!
See ya.
That sucks.
Oh my God, that's awful.
Someone has to go.
I'm just thinking, God, I'm glad it's not me.
The game had officially started.
One person's gone.
The vote definitely scared me.
I was completely confident up until Julie came
back on and said it was close.
The vote to keep Amy was really a struggle.
And then for it to come down five to four,
it's like, well, if I had gone the other way--
and there was a moment where I thought
I should go the other way.
She would still be here.
It's traumatic.
I was really sad when Lori--
Yeah.
When Lori left.
But you know why I voted Lori out?
Because Lori was great one day, and the next day she was--
you didn't know what she was thinking.
And so it's just tough to depend on someone like that.
She had to go.
She didn't really have much support.
I'm surprised the vote was so close at all.
Were you just, like, totally blown away by that?
The vote? - By the vote?
Completely blown away by the vote.
Completely.
Completely.
When it was like five, I was like--
And I hate that they tell you the amount,
but it starts you thinking.
It totally starts you thinking.
Because we thought we had it all mapped out.
She says she knows three, but she can't figure out four.
So who would that be? - I know three too.
OK, who?
Am I like totally lost in the dark?
It's got to be Gerry--
I vote to evict Amy.
Danielle--
Amy.
And Jason.
I vote for Amy.
Very scary for Amy, and I guess even for,
like, myself personally, to know that someone
already has started this whole thing
and going back on their word.
Did you vote against me, Marcellas?
You know I didn't.
Somebody did.
[inaudible].
I know, I know, I know, I know.
Um, yeah.
I know he did.
I know three.
But I don't know the fourth.
Don't worry about that.
A new day has dawned.
There's a fourth person out there.
I have no idea who it is.
That really freaks me out, knowing
that there's one person in the house who voted against me.
And no one has admitted to it.
No one will face up to it.
So you voted for Lori?
I voted Lori out.
- You voted Lori out? - Yeah.
I have it!
I have it!
I would have been the deciding vote.
If you were the deciding vote, then it makes no sense.
Because it would have been me, Eric--
Someone went against them.
Yeah.
In trying to put it together, who voted against Amy,
there's still a vote missing out there,
and nobody can find out where it came from.
I know three.
That is-- that-- yeah.
I've sat and thought about that.
I know three.
I just don't know four.
I vote to evict Amy.
I had to vote Amy out.
I mean, I swore to Lori that I wasn't voting her out.
I wasn't going to just be like, beep, vote her out.
And I never agreed to not vote out Amy.
So I know I did what I had to do.
I think we should concentrate on getting Marcellas out.
Yep.
Marcellas, I have chosen you.
Marcellas, I'm going to veto your nomination.
And now the tide has turned.
Now I am Head of Household.
JULIE: Marcellas, you are the new Head of Household.
Is this the biggest comeback and Big Brother
history or what?
Wow.
[inaudible], Marcellas.
When Lori was, like, walking out the door,
I was like, that should have been me.
From the outhouse to the big house.
Outhouse to the big house.
[laughter]
[inaudible]
Let's see what they brought you.
Let's see.
PayDays.
- Some slippers. - Slippers.
That's awesome.
Look, chocolate chunk.
I'm so proud of Marcellas.
He is completely the comeback kid.
This is hysterical.
I'm this crazy, huge, raw almond boy.
This is an amazing source of protein.
I'm really happy that he got Head of Household.
[inaudible].
Oh.
I'm glad that if anyone else had to get it,
it was Marcellas, because I love Marcellas.
I feel safe with Marcellas.
All right, Marcellas.
So who's up?
For what?
I--
Nominations.
OK.
I'm going to say this, and I want you guys to spread it.
I don't want anyone to ask me who I'm going to nominate.
All right.
I don't want anyone else working their agenda.
The only agenda I want worked, as far as the nominations
are concerned, are my own.
This decision is going to be my own.
No one will know until it hits the table, really
is what I'm thinking and why.
He's really, really pushing us all away, as far as
asking any questions.
And I have no idea how he's going to handle this.
If someone broaches that subject with me,
I may give them a warning, but it may actually
put their heads on the block.
By tomorrow, it could be, like, me.
Marcellas is definitely a wild card, where you don't exactly
know where he's coming from.
You can't read him.
I'd like to see him out of the game, because he worries me.
Everyone in the house right now should worry.
I was the first one to put him up for nomination.
Of course I'm going to have that little fear that marcellas
is going to put me up.
There's not-- I--
nothing-- until he leaves his house
and sees what really went down, there's nothing I
can possibly say to Marcellas.
Josh is about to pee in his pants.
Nothing I can say to him.
Unless I ga-- I mean, I can't--
I can't guarantee him anything.
Can you?
Can't you?
When Marcellas did win the competition,
my immediate thought was, you know, get my Big Brother bag
ready and packed full of goods.
Josh should be worried, because he
is not a nice person.
If I had to do it knowing what I know now, if I had--
if I knew that the second week, that you're Head of Household
and everyone thinks my goose is cooked, what I did on the first
night, I'd do it again.
And you made it easy for me to do what I did.
That's that.
I have no allegiance to any one person in this house,
because everyone in this house has lied to me.
Like, you and I both, we can't trust Gerry
as far as we can throw him. - Right.
You know, we just like, we'll smile and everything like that.
We play the game.
But can you trust him?
Because he plays, and he lies, and he did all that stuff.
Right.
There was lot of manipulation.
And I hope that people see that I see that.
I hope that he sees that I see that.
Right now, it's fine if he doesn't.
That's fine.
That's perfect.
I feel very comfortable with Marcellas as Head of Household.
You know, I--
I-- aside from the fact that I truly
believe I made a friend for life with Marcellas,
you know, we'll watch each other's back until the end.
Evidently, the alliance has been broken up by Gerry.
So all bets are off.
Gerry is just-- he's trying to relate to everybody in any
and every way he possibly can, but in doing
so, I think he's kind of feeding them
all these other lines of crap.
He's trying whatever he can to--
whatever he want-- what he thinks
we want to hear to be cool with us.
In the past three days, I've heard him say,
I've heard him relate to h*m*--
Because me of all people should have
known that you were a queen--
Blacks.
Black is beautiful had to happen.
Jews.
If people stand up for people like you in this,
Jews never would have been put in the ovens.
And now virgins.
Gerry was a virgin.
When he got married?
The man doesn't stop.
You know, Danielle, you give him minutes, in the 's,
he was a black woman.
I think he's going about it the wrong way
and trying extra, extra hard to get
in on everybody's good side.
Here comes Gerry trying to be nice.
Oh God.
Again?
Gerry's nominated, he's out.
I mean, he has no support.
He's getting on my nerves.
Not just am I bitter, he's getting on my nerves.
If Gerry slides by this week, he's out next week, you know,
which is good for me.
That just holds me up another week.
I really, honestly, my opinion is that I
think it's the generation gap.
And I think that if the generation gap wasn't here,
this problem wouldn't be here.
How did he try to fit in at first?
He tried to play the dad.
And I heard you kids stayed up all night long.
That little joke he had going with me and Chiara being
his kids, he tried to take on all the responsibilities
of the house.
We are ignoring him.
And we are making him feel like he doesn't exist,
because he basically threw out his word,
and he's not to be trusted.
He may do some damage, as far as,
like, getting people to think certain things,
but there is no way in hell that a guy like that
can win this game.
He's definitely on life support.
I don't think he's going to be making--
making it too much further.
I've been diagnosed with a condition called sleep apnea,
which means I literally stop breathing as many as times
a night.
What the machine does is it pushes compressed
air up through my nose down through my palate,
and I snore very loudly if I don't have the machine.
It keeps him from snoring, but it turns
him into [obnoxious noises]
That device that he has definitely does
keep him from snoring, for the most part.
There were a few instances where we
were hanging out in the living room, and he fell asleep.
Just real quick nodded off, and he
snores like [snaps] instantly.
He snores.
[snoring]
You know, it looks like he's a fighter pilot.
Yes, I've seen the Darth Vader mask, as we all call it.
Gerry's sleeping apparatus that's very loud.
The loudest my machine gets is this.
Oh, OK.
It does.
It makes some noise at night, but I am--
I am a heavy sleeper.
Cool.
They don't think that it really helps with the snoring
that much.
[snores]
It was my idea to have a bikini contest.
I am like, just bouncing off the wall.
Then Amy decided to make it a pageant.
I want y'all to come outside so y'all can
see just where y'all are going to draw contestant numbers.
Considering my pageant history, I elected myself
pageant director and Emcee.
Sorry, I just wanted to check out y'all's swimsuits.
Come on in.
See how they're coming along.
Nobody was allowed to use any type of material.
Look at these bottoms.
My mom is gonna die.
Of course, the women were getting on top of us
to get our costumes ready, and we're just like, oh, yeah.
We got it.
They said ya'll should participate.
Oh, we're participating.
We just don't need as much time as girls do to get ready.
Yeah, I guess not.
We've got it all planned out, though.
All right.
Well, if y'all need any glitter, just let me know.
I actually wasn't that interested in the whole thing,
but then cute little Jason asked me to make his swimsuit,
and then I was like, you know what?
I can come up with a swimsuit for you.
And then it goes like this. - Mhm.
We have enough leis. We could.
A lei in between a layer?
Yeah, we could.
In between each layer?
Ooh, that's nice.
Isn't it, though?
OK, we have to figure out boobs.
We made the cutest little outfits could be.
Took probably a good three to four hours.
These are so not covering my chi-chi.
And we go to put them on, and they all broke.
So we just improvised, and we used peanut butter.
We've got to cover a little more, girls.
And we took some flowers and covered certain parts.
We'll be able to prance around all day.
Yeah, baby!
Yeah!
We had a lot of fun spreading peanut butter on ourselves.
Welcome, and gentlemen!
We are pleased to have you here with us
for the first annual Big Brother Mister and Miss Pageant.
Amy was definitely in her own element.
Any woman I've ever met in my life who
was born to be a pageant director
or to be a pageant host, it was Amy.
She was just a complete, flat-out hoot.
Now without further ado, come on, ladies!
Oh my God.
Come on, ladies!
Peanut butter.
I am so hungry.
We had a good time.
We were completely covered, so what are they going to see?
the? cheeks of our butt?
Our eyes widened a bit, because there wasn't
much of them that was covered.
So we really enjoyed that.
Oh my God.
Oh my goodness.
It was a good laugh, but I squirmed a little bit.
I was pretty uncomfortable.
I would've liked to seen them wearing a little bit more
than the peanut butter, certainly.
Lisa's peanut butter started to fall off.
We had to run inside really quick
because the peanut butter was melting and dripping.
I'm going to melt.
We're going to melt.
So after that it was the guys' turn.
[laughter]
This is so not going to stay on.
I need more lettuce.
This is really ridiculous, you guys.
The event we've all been waiting for,
the Mr. Big Brother Pageant!
So give it up to our wonderful contestants!
Josh, I don't think he had anything on.
Jason wrapped himself up in a beautiful array of straw.
Contestant number one!
[laughter]
Oh, did I drop that?
Gerry wrapped himself up in paper towels.
My attempt was I was trying to do a sumo wrestler diaper.
[laughter]
Eric, I believe he was a tossed salad.
The best part was Roddy.
When he came out in a robe, we all
thought it was just the robe.
We didn't think he had anything underneath it.
[smattering of applause]
Guys.
[cheering]
[laughter]
The beauty pageant, a much needed break from--
from the strategizing, from the plotting, from the planning,
from the outfall of plotting and planning.
Kind of fun.
Hey!
[cheering]
So they all went in and got cleaned up and came back out,
and I crowned Roddy and Chiara as Mister and Miss Big Brother.
Mister and Miss.
Big Brother .
Mister and Missus Big Brother.
Get the wave right.
Get the wave right.
You like Korean food?
Mhm.
I really like Korean food.
Want to get-- want to get some delivered?
Do you want to go to the movies together once?
[laughs] - Let's go.
Are you going to cheat on me in here?
I just want to know right now.
Mhm.
With who?
Make it good.
[laughs]
Yeah, right.
Like, I wonder if my mom's like, yeah.
Good.
He's a catch.
[laughs]
He's a catch.
I've got a little crush on Chiara.
How could you not?
She's a ton of laughs, and I really like her.
She's great.
Sleeping over?
Do you think I only like you because I'm in this house?
I mean, in the real world, you couldn't see dating me?
You wouldn't?
No, I would, definitely.
That first night, I kind of liked holding you,
and you were awesome, and I didn't
know if you felt the same way.
And I was dying to get into bed with you tonight,
because I knew that I didn't like sharing your attention
with anyone else.
I don't think you realize that when you're talking,
I'm listening.
You just-- you feel good having a place to express yourself
in an environment where it's very difficult
to have some confidentiality.
It's been a really, really long time
since I've had that rapport.
I trust you.
I think that Roddy and I totally have, like, this special bond,
and you know, we're totally going
to take care of each other.
And I really think that that's going to happen.
It's so crazy.
It really changes day to day.
If you and I date, I'm going be the biggest control freak.
I love it.
When you meet my parents, let's talk about some things
we have to go over.
OK, like--
I can't wait.
Yeah.
Do not tell him you're Italian.
You have to make something up.
And you're from Denmark.
Don't ask.
My story.
So how badly do you want to kiss me?
Not at all.
Thank you.
This is going to be a very healthy relationship.
Yes, I agree.
For today's food competition, the teams
were chosen through the use of ping pong ba*ls.
Each houseguest selected ping pong ba*ls from the red bag.
Danielle and Roddy drew the red and blue ping pong
ba*ls, which made them team captains.
They then chose who would be on each team.
I know.
[laughs]
Oh yeah, this is going to be a good one.
Oh, fun.
That looks edible.
Much of what goes on in the Big Brother house
revolves around food.
Take a good look.
You will have exactly minutes to consume as much
of the brownie house as possible.
The team who has collectively gained the most weight
will be rewarded with food for the week.
The losing team will be eating peanut butter
and jelly for seven days.
When I saw the scale, I was--
really did not want to be weighed on national television.
Let's do the initial weigh-in!
I've never weighed over in my life!
.
Wow.
Ooh.
I weigh less than everybody in the house,
so that made me pretty happy.
I want everyone to take a position at the table.
As the Head of Household, I'm not going to participate.
You each have a container of milk and a container of water.
You may consume as much of either beverage as you like.
Before we begin, I'm going to make
this a little more interesting.
We knew it.
I am tying your hands behind you.
- Bring it on, brother. - Oh.
Bring it on.
Oh, my hair.
It's time to munch some sweet real estate
or suffer a PB and J fate.
Oh my.
I was a little worried knowing that there
was Eric the monster on one team,
plus that fat b*stard, Gerry.
Bon appetit!
[whistles]
All right.
Can't do that.
Mm.
Roddy told us straight out, drink as much of the fluid
as possible.
It's so much heavier.
And if we just keep pounding the water and play it off,
the for sure we'd win.
It's reduced fat milk.
Beautiful, guys.
You look awesome.
Well, my strategy was to look like we were
eating as much as possible.
So I was constantly just shoving my face in things.
Save some of that thing for me.
I'm going to have to use my straw to get it.
Eat, people! Eat!
Eat! Eat!
Eat!
Go.
Do it.
Work.
That's nice.
Yippee!
[inaudible] over here.
About at the-- the seven minute mark,
people started to look a little green, a little nauseous.
It was sneaking up on them.
[screams]
It's fair.
They're eating after us?
I tried to stick my head through one of the walls,
so we could get better bites out of it,
but I didn't realize how sturdy this house was.
[inaudible].
I did see Josh use his hands, stuffing his pants
to try to get out of the way.
There was one point where I looked at Danielle,
and she had her mouth full of brownie,
and I could tell she was getting queasy.
That's it.
I looked at Tawny.
She had dropped on her knees.
That's fine.
That's when they went in for the k*ll,
and just started moving around, drinking-- drinking
all the fluid they can.
They'd already drank theirs down,
so they were going to get ours too.
He's drinking Kiki's water.
I polished off my water, some of my milk,
and all of Kiki's water.
Two minutes, people.
[grunts]
One minute, people!
Oh my gosh.
Oh.
Oh my gosh.
Every single person looked like they were ready to just
blow chunks all over the place.
[inaudible].
And , , , , , , , , , .
Beautiful, everyone.
[whistle]
[inaudible].
Roddy gained pounds in one sitting.
Lisa gained . pounds.
Don't let that happen again.
..
[cheering]
Jason, with a massive ., taking one for the team.
Oh my God!
[laughter]
Josh, ..
Amy, .!
[cheering]
I tried, y'all.
I tried.
Total game for the Red Team, . pounds.
Yeah!
[inaudible] fat crowd.
Danielle gained . pounds.
Oh my.
Tonya!
.!
Eric gained four pounds!
Yes!
Chiara, ..
Gerry, ..
Yeah, all right.
Nice job, Ger.
Total increase for the Blue Team, . pounds.
And the winner of Architectural Digestion, the Red Team!
[cheering]
And this week's MVP, Jason!
[cheering]
I was very excited to have been the one
that gained the most weight.
Jason is the [inaudible] at the house.
Oh, thank you, Jason!
I gotta eat PB and J for a whole freaking week.
Do you know how long-- - And you don't like that.
I don't like it.
I don't like it.
I'm going to lose so much weight.
We heard Big Brother's voice about five minutes after we
thought we won, and Big Brother told us
that Josh had been disqualified, because he used his hands,
and he was putting food in his pockets.
After Josh was disqualified, and his weight was deducted,
we had still, by about a pound, sweet victory for the Red Team.
If my students watch this, I hope
this is a lesson that they learn,
that if you play the game fair, then victory is sweet.
If you cheat, you--
what profit of the man to gain the world and lose his soul?
It's always made me upset when I've seen people get
ahead because of their avarice and their greed
and their meanness.
And when I see somebody who's dishonorable like that, it just
really--
it offends me.
I just hate him.
Because I think he's just the vilest human being ever.
When are nominations?
That's all I care about now.
I'm going to lay down.
I'm exhausted.
I was in the Head of Household room with Marcellas.
We were just talking.
Roddy would have been pissed.
[inaudible].
Oh my god.
Everybody would have been.
- Hey. - Hi.
- Is this a problem? - No.
[inaudible].
Josh came in, and I've never seen him so serious.
He just begged for his life.
I spent a lot of time last night thinking about things,
whatever.
This is pretty much exactly where I stand.
I proposed two things to Marcellas.
One, I still do realize that I probably
deserve to be a nominee.
Totally understood.
And I'm not going to try to tell you who Gerry is.
Anyone in this house is smart enough
to realize exactly who he is and what his true colors are.
Knowing what an anti-Semitic, prejudiced, r*cist b*stard
he truly is, that if his conniving backstabbing would
actually somehow benefit him would really, honestly
affect me outside of his house to a point where
I don't know what I would do.
And I thought he was going to cry.
I've never seen Josh so serious.
Like, in my heart, I truly feel that both of us
should be up for nomination and let the cards fall as they may.
And I tried to really point that out
and say, look, put him against me,
and we'll see where the chips fall.
From what you just said and how you said it,
I feel your pain, and I know exactly where you are.
If it makes you feel better, I just want you
to know he's not fooling me.
So don't think that he's pulling the wool over my eyes,
because he isn't.
[inaudible] he was.
So then my second little tidbit is I-- you know,
I tried to provide the only bit of barter
I could use in the house.
If it came down to me and Gerry being nominated,
if I do survive this week, at this point,
I can give you a personal guarantee that I would never
nominate you, and I would never, ever
vote to evict you out of the house,
even if it would cost me down the line.
That's a promise that I'd make.
And I believe my word does carry a lot of weight in this house
to people.
That's the only thing-- that's the only thing I can offer.
That you have. OK.
Thank you.
You're welcome.
I may have gained respect from Marcellas.
That was brilliant.
He made his pitch, and I'm happy that he came to me.
In a way, it would be smart to keep Josh,
since everybody hates Josh.
Oh my Gosh, Marcellas!
[laughter]
One thing that's been very interesting, and I think very--
very cool to me is to see this relationship between Amy
and Marcellas develop.
I don't think there was a particular moment
that I can remember that Amy and I sort of clicked.
One day, we just started laughing.
[laughing]
That was what really sort of brought us together.
Dim all the lights, [inaudible].
Shut up, Marcellas.
Oh, sorry.
I'm going to have to beat your a*s.
[laughs]
Sometimes opposites attract.
It just works.
They're both princesses, and they both, you know,
can share beauty secrets.
Are your nails wet, or is it just your toes are wet?
No, I'm pretty wet.
But what is it?
I need a cleanser.
No!
I need the scrub.
It's pink.
Marcellas and I are great friends.
We're both kind of snooty.
I've got to iron my outfit.
I'm wearing vintage Helmut Lang, thank you very much,
ladies and gentlemen.
We're gossip queens.
There were these people in my home town,
ugliest man, ugliest woman.
But they had some pretty cute kids,
and I was always like, wonder how that happened?
The ugly canceled each one out.
We can sit and gossip about people for hours and hours.
We just laugh and laugh and laugh.
See, I don't find Eric attractive at all.
Not my type.
But Roddy, [laughs]
Amy and I would never have met if it was not for this house.
[laughs]
Are you sure you ain't black under there?
We relate on so many levels.
It's like we have an air of superiority, because we're out.
In our outside lives, we don't hang out with people like this.
- [laughs] - Because we don't hang out--
We don't.
I think Marcellas is probably my best friend in the house.
Come on, Marcellas, I've got to paint
my nails after we do this.
Yes, Miss Amy.
I'm coming right now.
I cannot imagine being in this house without her,
because there's nobody who has been
as real with me as she has.
But your stand is somewhat shocking to me.
Hey.
Hey. - I don't have two.
Is it gone?
Why is my stance shocking to you?
The type of person you would pick to align with shocks me.
Who am I allying with?
With Gerry.
How am I allying with Gerry?
- Clearly you are. - How clearly?
You know what--
Everyone was asked face to face.
You think-- you think you know, but you don't know.
Oh, I know.
I don't think you do.
I'm asking you flat out.
Josh, don't go with me.
There.
I'm-- but you denied it.
Let it go.
I did not deny anything.
You're trying to skirt around the subject.
I am skirting around the subject.
Clearly.
Because I do not want to go there with you.
Then that's a better thing to say,
because that's more your style.
- I'm not going there with you. - OK.
That's more your style.
Thank you.
The writing's on the wall.
Me and Danielle had it out.
I'm a bit shocked that Danielle has aligned with Gerry.
And for the first time, you know,
she started to skirt an issue.
She was a little afraid to confront me.
- This is what I've been told. - OK.
That you made threats.
That people that align with you, that they were going
to be the next one voted out.
Absolutely couldn't be further from the truth,
and that person will never say it in front of me to my face.
OK.
See, and this is news to me.
Because from what I've been told, this is not true, Josh.
When have I ever been in a position of power?
Did I ever have veto?
Head of Household?
Just because you--
you don't have to have a title to be in a position of power.
I would love to see that person
ever say that in front of me.
OK.
So I wanted to, you know, put seeds of doubt back
in her head, and I said not believe
everything someone says, that people are all
about spreading misinformation.
I took on a lot of responsibility
for what was said in that group that night.
And I took on the responsibility because I
did start the meeting.
I never put Marcellas' name out there.
Everyone else did.
My thing is, I think we should concentrate
on getting Marcellas out.
Yeah.
Because it appeared to me you were at the position of power.
And I clearly have never been.
I will take note and make adjustments accordingly.
OK.
I'm glad we're good.
All right?
[laughs]
I'm not stupid.
So my first thought is, why give me that information?
How is that going to benefit you?
Are you trying to manipulate me?
I said to you, and I know it's easy to, like,
forget what happened, but you [muted] miserable here.
I wasn't miserable.
And all-- and I lived in a room with you.
And I'm like, all right.
This-- the first week's easy.
Roddy is this quadruple threat.
He's good looking, he's smart, he's well liked,
nobody is going to work to get him out
because he's just playing the game so right on every level.
If someone says, if I tell you, hey, you know what?
Let's keep each other safe for two weeks,
I would care if the Lord God came down and said, hey,
you know what?
I'll give you $, a minute.
You know what I mean?
No.
The deal is, here's what I said I'd do.
To me, he's the one to watch, and he knows that I
think that he's a threat.
I have too many friends that are like Marcellas,
that I think he'll put you up and just
be like, payback's a b*tch.
Right.
And then the fun begins.
If I'm going to be up against anybody,
I'd rather be up against Josh.
You know what I mean?
Like, because he's--
I don't know.
I just think he-- he roped a lot of people on a lot.
You haven't really done that to anybody.
So Josh, Mr. Can't Hold Water.
You know, he tells it like it is.
You can't trust him.
You can trust-- you can't trust no one.
You can't trust anyone.
But for him, he said, I never had the power.
He said, it seems like everyone is giving me the power,
because I'm the easy scapegoat.
Don't let him play you.
That clique has to work itself out.
I have this to say, and you can do whatever you want.
But if they think Gerry is on our side,
then we've got a problem, unless you sacrifice Gerry now.
I don't really trust Danielle.
I know that Danielle really, really, really wants to win.
She sees this as-- she sees the money as a change for her life.
And that makes her dangerous.
If one of our clique goes, the balance of power
will shift to them, and there's nothing that we
can do to help each other.
My nominations are going to be to try to break up that clique.
As long as one of them goes.
If it be Josh, if it be Lisa, if it be Eric, if you be Chiara,
if it be Tonya, one of them has to go this week.
One of them does.
Meeting of death soon.
Yes.
I kind of can't help but feel to want
to put myself in their shoes.
To want to give them the benefit of the doubt.
To make the decision, I put each person in the house up
for nomination within my head.
And then I thought what each person, good and bad,
brought to the table.
It was terrifically difficult, and it was much more
difficult than I anticipated.
I insert the keys of the houseguests that are
safe into the nomination box.
Everyone, the moment is now.
[inaudible] in the house?
The moment's now, guys.
The moment is now.
OK.
I think I've talked to each person in this room,
and I think you know that for me, the game
is about things like integrity.
Things like kindness.
Things like honor.
Things like responsibility.
Not only for what we do in the house,
but for who we are outside of it.
I think that we can do this, and it can be beautiful.
If we just-- if we walk away, and we can at least come back
and look at each other-- in each other's faces and smile, and--
and-- and feel like we know each other, that's worth so
much more than $,.
That said, Eric, you are safe.
Amy, you are safe.
Chiara, you are safe.
Danielle, you are safe.
Roddy, you are safe.
Roddy.
Gerry, you are safe.
Jason, you are safe.
Lisa, you are safe.
Surprise, surprise, surprise!
Josh and Tonya, I nominated you
for eviction from the house.
It is no secret, Josh, that we have had problems from day one.
This has nothing to do with the original six.
This has nothing to do with an alliance.
This has nothing to do with the friends
that I have made in this circle.
I looked at Josh's behavior within the house,
and I thought that it was disruptive to the house.
And I let his actions speak louder than any words
that anybody else said about him or any words that he said.
We can choose to play the game in the manner
in which we want to play it.
The manner in which he chose to play it, I did not like,
and I thought it was destructive to the house.
Tonya, unfortunately, somebody has to be a pawn.
You have never been anything but kind to me from day one.
It's not personal, Josh, but you--
well, it is personal.
Obviously, it is.
You-- you undercut me, and you undercut several people,
and I think that at the bottom of everything, it's--
it's that.
I respect your decision.
I really do, Marcellas. I have no problems.
- Again, I'm sorry. - That's OK.
I am truly sorry.
That's cool, bro.
Jason would understand.
Josh so knew he was a marked man.
And you know what, Josh?
You played the game too freaking early.
That's your fault.
Being a nominee makes me a little bit nervous.
Pretty much all the house guests were very unreassuring.
You know, it's-- you never know.
Like, things-- things could change
within the next couple days.
Marcellas and Gerry, they do not live in reality.
Neither Gerry nor Marcellas will be anywhere
near a finalist in this game.
Neither one of them have a backbone.
They're two spineless b*tches.
I'd love to save Josh.
I'd love to keep him in the house.
I don't know how safe Tonya is.
There's no such thing as a sure thing.
ANNOUNCER: Who will win the Power of Veto?
And will it be used to say either Josh
or Tonya from eviction?
If so, who will Marcellas nominate instead?
