Previously on Big Brother , as the first head of household,
Lisa chose Lori and Marcellas as the first two nominees
for eviction.
I just can't believe that b*tch played me like that.
But Marcellas was aware that Lisa
had conspired with five of the other houseguests
to get rid of him.
And it was really Josh who was calling the shots.
I'm telling you.
I'm telling you.
I'm telling you.
If Josh isn't careful, he's going to lose me.
As the houseguests got to know each other better--
We had six people in three beds.
--Chiara discovered why Marcellas kept to himself.
I couldn't see why anyone would think you're g*y.
The rumors are true.
Then, the houseguests discovered
that there was a major, new twist to this year's game.
JULIE: This is the Big Brother veto.
This is the power to take a nominee
off of the chopping block, saving
them from possible eviction.
After a difficult competition--
There's one more.
That's a [inaudible].
All right.
Gerry won the power of veto, allowing him to remove one
of the nominees for eviction.
If Gerry decides to change my nominations,
he's screwing himself.
Will Gerry exercise his power of veto
and save either Lori or Marcellas?
Will Lisa be forced to choose a new nominee for eviction?
Find out tonight on Big Brother .
[music playing]
I want the tiara.
I want the crown.
Gerry has ended up with the power
to make the decision whether things stay the same
or to save one person.
--on crack today.
I had nothing to do with this, too.
But if I picked somebody, you'd
have to pick somebody else.
Yes, I would.
I won the power of veto.
And as far as I have concern right now, I have won the game.
I'm really excited, more so than I thought,
because when I went into the veto competition,
I didn't want it.
You're just sitting there or are you worried?
Or were you waiting for the bathroom?
Just chilling.
I saw you go in there and I figured I'd wait for you.
I'm sorry?
I'm glad and I'm relieved that Gerry won the power of veto
because that's more of a sure thing,
that he would keep my original nominations.
Do you think he's going to switch it?
No, I don't.
I don't think he's got the ba*ls to do it.
It's probably not the greatest idea,
three hours into a -day show to start making
decisions you're going to have to live with,
you know what I mean?
And if anyone were to go against that, that's fine.
It'll come back and haunt you.
I am counting on Gerry to leave things as they are,
to abstain from using the veto.
You know one way or the other?
Just saying that he's gonna ignore the power.
Oh yeah, absolutely.
I deliberately went to talk to Marcellas because I
knew it would make Josh crazy.
If this g*ng of six or five or whatever it is now
is all about, as Marcellas says, the beautiful people, then I
don't want to be part of it.
You know, I have been letting all this [muted] get me down.
I got two days to stew it over and I know they're
going [muted] nuts in there.
I want them to [muted] kiss my [muted],, you know?
- And they should. - And you know what?
And I don't--
This is the first time that they've had to.
They've been running the game and running us
around like crazy.
I guess they felt, and she was speaking the truth,
Lisa was speaking the truth about why she set you up,
she felt a negative vibe.
You know, and I kicked myself for having listened to it
and just swallowed it because me of all people
should have known that you were vamping?
You know what I mean?
I mean, you were queening out and I--
There was a lot of talk that first night about Marcellas
and his negative energy and how it wasn't about his being g*y.
But that was a smokescreen.
And I'm angry at myself for that.
It is h*m*.
Sweetheart, the minute you opened your mouth,
I knew who you were, you know?
And I wasn't about to call it because that's you, you know?
That's you to call out.
That's you to set up.
I am terrifically happy that Gerry, who I trust,
won the power to veto.
And I do hope that he saves me.
So that's where it's at.
I ain't gonna talk no more about it.
I'm going back to bed.
OK.
I can't think.
I can barely breathe.
Well, then go to sleep, honey chop.
You want the light off?
Please.
Nobody's even up yet.
I feel as though Gerry and I, in the last two days,
have become closer friends.
This is gonna sound really weird,
I want to keep both you and Marcellas.
Do you?
I think that's awesome.
Yeah.
I don't want to vote, punting someone out of here.
I know, you've gotten to know Marcellas better.
Yes.
- I know. - You know?
I know.
I had a wonderful discussion with a Lori this morning
because I have been in a funk for the last couple of days,
realizing, feeling out-played in the strategic
game of this and losing sight of who I am and what I'm about.
And, you know what?
I'm really angry at myself about that.
I should have known better.
You know, people are put off by his little queenie thing.
I have too many g*y friends.
I should have spotted it and gone,
no, no, no, no, no, no, he's not being negative, he's just--
That's who he is.
Well, that got deep inside.
That's all right.
I need a hug.
Thank you, Gerry.
I think I have a new good friend.
[laughing]
I wanted to get back to one of my big reasons
for being here in the first place
and that's just to make some new friends
and meet some interesting people.
The only way I can get saved is to get vetoed out.
If I am an option, then I'm done.
No matter who they put against me, no matter
it be Danielle or Amy or whoever, I'm done.
I'm toast.
They want me gone.
Take you-- [inaudible].
I agree.
And it's Gerry's decision whether he is going
to change anything or not.
I think right now he plans to.
He is going to save one of us.
I can't take this.
I don't know how much more I can take.
Why was it me who was the first one on the block?
I can't do this.
It's making me crazy.
It's making me crazy.
I'm so tired of being a pawn and being like jerked
around and people lying to me.
I'm just so tired of it.
This whole thing is making me crazy,
the bathrooms are making me crazy.
The food is making me crazy.
The phony camaraderie is making me sick.
I am getting sick.
It's not so nice walking on egg shells
and laying on pins and needles.
It's not so nice.
It doesn't feel good.
It's not a fun game.
It's not a fun game.
I'm gonna die.
I'm gonna die in this house.
I know it, I'm gonna die.
I'm gonna wake up one day and be dead.
It would be a quiet calm to see somebody
else shake in some shoes, shoes we've
been walking in for a week.
I believe that Gerry is going to use his power of veto.
Things are starting to get ugly in the house.
Josh is still operating under the old paradigm.
The only thing I could say to you
is no matter what happens, what goes down,
we're staying with the six.
OK?
Who is the six?
OK.
OK?
I don't think Josh has realized
that the rules have changed.
And I don't think Josh has realized
that the game has changed.
It's strength in numbers.
Just keep it in mind, OK?
When it gets down there, [muted] breaks loose after :,
all the [muted] breaks loose after :, OK?
That's all I'm saying.
I have my cards close to my vest.
The alliance has no realization that I'm
about to trump their hand and throw everything into chaos.
[inaudible]
Ow!
Uh, well, I am the a*s smacker.
Woo-hoo!
Oh, my god, that's a good one.
A lot of that comes back to my girlfriend.
My girlfriend has got an incredible little body.
And I like to smack her little tushie all the time.
Mm, that's a nice a*s.
And I said, but, baby, what I'll do
is I'll smack everyone's a*s.
Uh-oh, watch out.
We were walking by and he just-- he's like, I'm gonna slap,
and he slapped and I tensed up.
Don't hit the black people on their butt.
I guess I had that look on my face.
You don't hit--
Uh, I don't think that all the girls in the house
like the a*s smacking, but I don't care.
[SINGING] Smacking the a*s, smacking the a*s,
smacking the a*s.
Ow.
What the hell was that?
I'm not as good at it as you are.
Living room!
Living room.
Today was great.
We were so excited to have a luxury competition.
You ready?
For this luxury competition, you will have three minutes
to get into your bathing suits.
When you're finished changing, meet me in the kitchen
and then I'll take us into the backyard.
Hawaii, look at there.
Oh, no, now we gotta wear grass skirts?
I thought the leis and the skirts
and the whole get-up were cute.
I mean, I'm all about wearing some drag if I have to.
It doesn't bother me any.
All right, g*ng, here's our chance
to prove our powers of perception, big island style.
We will divide into two teams of detectives.
Lori will be the captain of the red team.
And Marcellas is the captain of the blue team.
Since Lori and Marcellas were up for nomination for eviction,
they were selected as the team captains.
And I think that's good.
We will flip a coin to see which captain picks first.
I've been the kid on the sideline that's
been the last one to be picked.
And I fell right into that thing.
Lisa.
You wanna lei me, Marcellas?
Thank you, baby.
It's my pleasure.
Let me pick one of the popular people.
Let me pick one of the jocks that's going to do, you know,
the best. - Jason.
Ah, come on!
Jason?
Don't you wanna win?
Who wants the messiah?
All of a sudden, I realized who I was.
And that's why I was like, Gerry, get over here.
Amy, get over here.
Danielle.
Eve.
Roddy.
Goodie.
Do I have to sit out or is there another spot?
You have to go the team that didn't want you.
I'm the sleeper pick.
I'm the Joe Montana pick.
You'll all pay.
And I know I look damn good in drag, too.
That's my first experience with a grass skirt
and I've always wanted to wear one.
But I would have preferred to have
had the light-colored ones with the red lei because they match.
[SINGING] We're gonna have roast rabbit.
We're gonna have roast rabbit.
The trade winds have blown in and six specific items
have mysteriously disappeared from inside the Big Brother
house.
Oh.
This is what we're going to do.
When the whistle blows, each team
will send one detective inside to try to identify
one of these missing items.
When you think you have discovered something missing,
return to the backyard and write the name of the items
on your team's marker board.
If you write the name of an item that is incorrect,
that same team member must enter the house and search
for another correct missing item and repeat
the process until successful.
The first team to correctly identify all six
of the missing items will win a complete Hawaiian luau.
All right!
The losing team will be locked down inside the house
and forced to watch through the windows
while the winners enjoy a tropical feast.
This tropical feast is going to include lobster,
other libations, fresh fruit, music, all right,
let's book 'em - style.
Oh!
What'd he say?
Music.
Music!
[whistle blowing]
I pride myself on being observant.
And I do that thing where I'm like, visualize.
What's not there?
Oh, oh.
Yes!
[buzzer sounds]
I was the second one in the house,
nervous like you could not believe.
I thought for sure I would never find anything
and the other team would go through all six of their people
and I'd still be in the house.
[interposing voices]
Give her room. Give her room.
Give her room.
I don't what it's called.
I thought I had one object but it was wrong.
Yeah, yeah.
Whew!
That's what we like to hear.
And then I walked in and the first thing in front of my face
was our huge kitchen table and the chairs.
And all of a sudden, they just looked spaced out a little easy
and my attention just went straight there.
And I was right, thank god, because then I was done.
It was very tense on the red team.
And so it just kind of like the whole emotion of the game
got to me.
And the more frustrated that I got,
the less I could even think straight.
It was a little bit difficult just because everything
looked to be in place.
When I walked in the room, the first thing I noticed
was that there were two oars.
And I had to stop and think, you know,
are you sure there was three?
Are you sure?
I'm hoping, y'all, I'm hoping I saw this right the other day.
Hand it here.
I don't know, you guys.
You know, I got lucky.
I was right.
Whew!
Ha.
Hand it here.
Obviously, I don't do so well with understanding
what's around me and what's in this house.
This is way harder than it looks.
For the life of me, I can't remember what I found.
I feel like a complete idiot.
Come out for suggestions, Jason!
Jason! - Everybody get out of the way.
Come on, Tonya. - Out of the way.
Grab the marker, right there.
Yeah, there you go.
That's the correct spelling.
Go, Tonya!
Go, Tonya!
I mean, I'm just, I'm at a loss.
You guys, I'm k*lling you.
I think I kind of had a disadvantage
because I was the last person.
The globe is not there.
I felt bad for Tonya.
She was tired.
She's carrying a little extra weight.
That was a disadvantage for us.
Screw the light, Jason.
First thing I said to Jeff.
Hey.
Get it, Tonya.
OK, Tonya, OK.
We were just trying to come up with anything.
We were trying to think of every item
that we knew of being in the house.
We knew that, you know, there was lobster on the line.
I was very nervous because I actually didn't
put my contacts in today.
Because I'm like, oh, god, if it's the most
like meticulous detail--
What I saw that was missing was the oar.
So I raced out of the house and I spelled the word wrong,
O-R-R. How do you spell oar?
Oh, yeah!
I was very happy when she found the oar because I
didn't know there was an oar.
What's missing?
Tonya, help me.
Give me an idea.
Yeah, right.
I went into the house a couple of times looking for things.
Came out, I'm absolutely clueless.
Roddy just said, the bathroom occupied sign.
Yes, finally.
As usual, Roddy was right on the ball.
Whew!
Great, we got some more credit.
- Go! - Go!
Towards the end of the competition,
both teams were tied with five items.
And we each had one more item to find.
So it was anyone's game at that point.
When we got down to the last person on each team,
it was kind of hard for them.
So Big Brother was finally nice enough to let them sit out
and let us put some fresh legs in their place.
I just couldn't find it.
My mind was just fried.
I was so glad when we got to bring somebody else in.
We came right down to the wire.
We knew it was in the bathroom.
And Marcellas, I believe, said, was there
something supposed to be on that hook on the back of the door?
I got a couple.
I really wanted the luau, let me tell you, just
the sound of lobster, music.
Yes!
[inaudible]
[cheering]
Oh my god.
Whew!
It's weirdly nice to be able to participate.
And then when you do allow yourself to participate,
it was weirdly nice to win.
Oh my god!
Oh my god!
Oh!
When we first stepped out in the backyard,
it was absolutely amazing back there.
What?
Please open the shades.
Oh!
It was honeymoon of the century.
It was like a fantasy land.
That's crazy.
I see a punch bowl.
The luau was fantastic.
Oh yeah, oh yeah.
A huge table of food, all kinds of juices,
I felt like I was in Hawaii.
It was k*lling us, absolutely k*lling us to be stuck inside.
I mean, it was like a little kid just looking
out at your friends playing.
[inaudible] that all, really good.
We love you, Big Brother.
Winning always feels really good.
And the treat far surpassed our dreams.
I'll toast to that.
Welcome to the island of Comeoniwannalaya.
The other team took it very, very well.
I'll make a toast to not having dinner
with Amy and Gerry.
Cheers, guys.
Cheers.
Cheers!
I'm incredibly pissed off for not winning this competition.
I love lobster.
I love libation.
And I love winning.
And I'm getting none of it.
I've decided to cook all the really good stuff in the house
and screw the other team.
You got all kinds of Danielle.
You got serious Danielle.
You got classy, sassy Danielle.
You got tomboy Danielle.
And you got comical Danielle.
Because I like to make people laugh.
When you got a good plate of barbecue and the music
is going, you dance with your plate.
Right?
This is good, girl, this is a good barbecue.
Your plate, you're like, hey!
She's hilarious. She's a riot.
And about everything, you know, it might be
about her kids or her husband.
So a lot of men in America, I'm
sure, when they walk in on they wife and they're naked
or whatever, they're like, what's wrong with her,
because she goes, oh, hi.
And they hold still.
And he walks out and they go, whew, and they let
their stomach relax, you know?
And they don't care.
And then he comes in, he's like, whew, you always pop.
Pop?
Pop.
It started off one morning when
she just started talking about Tina Turner in the bathroom.
I had my lip this big, you know,
I had to get out of there.
But I like rock and roll.
She can imitate every single move Tina does.
Check it out, yeah, and she always backs up when she sings.
Why?
She imitates herself, her mother,
Bill Cosby, Halle Berry.
[inaudible] she wants to.
When you win an Oscar, that's your time.
Halle Berry, ah!
Oh, god.
Ah-ha!
Everybody in this house knows right now
and as this game plays out that humor is going
to be important because that brings a lot of life
to this house.
You know what, your butt looks much smaller in that dress.
Oh, thank you.
You really think so?
Everyone in the house has their own way
of making me laugh.
But she definitely, her impressions are hysterical.
I like imitating Lori, you know, you know,
we just can't do it, OK.
[laughing] And you're like, oh, calm down girl, calm down.
And Eric, I'm big stud man, love me because I
have rippling muscles.
And oh, Danielle, I can give women three to four orgasms.
I'm like, whatever, whoopie doopie on a poopy, who cares.
I mean, Tonya is like boobs, boobs, boobs, and boobs,
you know?
Pamela Anderson, eat your heart out.
And Marcellas, OK, because if it ain't Prada or Gucci,
I don't wanna have nothing to do with it.
And then Gerry, Gerry's like, Danielle, I really, you know,
I think you're a real strong woman and Josh, Josh,
you know, I'm all for the Jews.
And, uh, yeah, yeah, Roddy, you know, you're intelligent,
I'm intelligent, too.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, OK, OK, OK, OK, OK, OK.
What the heck is that?
Amy, I like cheese and more cheese.
Josh is the most unsexiest man I ever met in my life.
Come on, people, did you not see the shorts with the shamrock
underwear and the pickaninny, cribs-looking
bandanna on his head?
And then he was like, unshaven and just hair.
And he was eating a sandwich and he was
chewing with his mouth open.
And he had like a crumb there, I'm like,
oh, man, you are so sexy.
Yuck.
So when we're with the guys--
I know that Danielle makes me laugh.
Danielle is my medicine.
Marcellas, he's had sex with a woman.
- Has he had sex with a woman? - Uh-huh.
Really?
Has he told you about it?
He was engaged.
What?
Go get Marcellas.
All of us were very shocked to find out that Marcellas
was engaged to a woman.
To a girl?
To a girl.
Marcellas is g*y so, of course,
you want to hear more about this.
So I come in and I tell them the story about my ex-fiance,
which is a very personal story.
It was kind of funny how we met, too, because I was
manager of a clothing store.
You know that, we-met-cute thing?
We met really cute.
Women are suckers for helpless romantic stories like that.
Because I adored every single thing about her.
It was like my mother, but better.
You really did love her.
I was in love.
I was head over heels cuckoo crazy.
I was like, I'm going to ask her to marry me.
When he said I really loved her, I was like, oh my god,
that is so beautiful.
I got her a ring.
You know, if you're going to buy a ring, go to Tiffany
and get it on.
Every woman deserves the blue box with the black writing
and the-- - White ribbon.
--white ribbon.
And it gave such hope to, nice guys out there, that there
are nice guys out there.
I go to her building and now I'm like sweating b*ll*ts.
She opens the door.
I was like, you have to marry me, I love you so much.
Oh, yeah.
And she snatched the ring.
Before she even opened the box, she was like, absolutely.
Oh my god.
That's beautiful.
It brought tears.
I had a little lump in my throat.
Marcellas was trying not to cry.
It was so beautiful.
It still brings tears to my eyes.
We need a hug moment.
I'm just happy I told all that and I didn't-- and I
didn't pull a bunkie.
This boy.
Get in there, Chiara.
That moment right there, people had the chance
to get to know Marcellas.
I learned a whole different side of him.
Even though I was having a real moment,
I was still conscious that there was
some strategy or some strategizing
that I can do within that moment.
Hey!
Hello.
People who don't wash they nasty
hands when they come out the bathroom,
I have a problem with that.
And Gerry comes out the bathroom and he walks by.
And Chiara looked at me, I looked at her,
and she knows, too.
And we like, oh my god, he didn't wash his hands.
Oh my God, he been cooking.
So we moved to the living room to discuss this.
Last piece of wardrobe--
So, you missed the bathroom thing again, didn't you?
No, it happened again?
Voice down.
No washing his hands again?
Nope.
I told you he didn't wash them the other day
when he came in and made the salad, the Caesar salad.
And I keep thinking about, how much salad did I eat?
Because he just touching things and, just, it's nasty.
It's gonna have to be like the very
next time we notice it, it has to be said immediately,
right then.
Because that's gross.
I don't want to catch anything.
And I don't want to be eating somebody's urine.
I don't even wanna go there. - Oh, come on.
OK? I don't even wanna go there.
Last night, I entered the living room
and there were too many houseguests
discussing this matter of Gerry washing his hands.
I mean, how embarrassing for him.
It was so juvenile to me.
And I lost it, I completely lost it.
You guys, we're running our fingers through our hair.
We are so glamorous in this house.
And then Lori goes, oh, come on, you guys, what's the big deal?
Oh, my god, I feel glamorous, can I help you with the meat?
Do you know I'm saying?
I mean, I don't discuss the things
I see, the little idiosyncrasies I see in the individuals
in this house.
So call him in here and yell at him.
Yeah, do it right now.
I think you guys should.
Do it right now.
I mean, I need entertainment right now.
Yeah, that's what I want you to do.
That's what I want to see.
Oh, yeah, you want us to spice things up.
Come on, I dare you.
That girl lost her ever-loving mind.
Come on, right now.
Who's the spokesperson?
Who started it?
Who's the first person that brought this up?
It was you, right?
And that's when I erupt.
I got ghetto fabulous.
He came out the--
OK, who voiced it?
--freaking bathroom and he did not wash his nasty hands.
- Who voiced it? - And it's disgusting.
I said it. I said it.
- Call him in here. - I sure did.
Go ahead and get him, right now.
I was so angry.
And I opened up the door and I said, Gerry, they got something
they want to talk to you about.
Oh, all right, what's going on?
You coming back?
Wait, wait, how did this get so fired up and out of control?
How did it get so two-faced?
It's not two-faced.
It's black and white.
You do it or you don't do it.
It's nothing about being two-faced.
I felt bad because I shouldn't let Lori get the best of me.
Bring it on.
Do it.
Gerry, sit down.
We have an issue.
You have an issue?
Issue.
Now, we discussed this and we didn't know how to say it.
And we've been talking amongst ourselves.
But we appreciate that if you use the bathroom,
wash your hands.
That's all.
I appreciated the candor.
If there's something I do that bothers you, just tell me.
That's it.
Happy? - Very.
Good.
I'm very happy.
And now it's done.
Lori is just digging a hole.
And she will be voted out the house if she keeps this up.
Oh my god, you know, [laughing] he's all, excuse me.
Gloves.
I can take a hint.
You're supposed to do the elbow thing.
Yeah, yeah, the elbow thing like this.
I fit into the house somewhat.
I think I just have like an air of superiority
about certain issues and certain personality types
that I just really don't like.
[interposing voices]
Amy's speechless.
I typically don't watch what everyone else is doing
and then do that.
You know, I just do what I want to regardless.
Amy.
Do you wanna get-- they're talking.
- Amy, do you want to get in? - Do you want to get in with us?
Oh, no, I'm fine. I'm going to play cards.
You sure?
Yeah, you all have fun.
Let's not say I didn't try to include her on something.
As long as I'm happy, I'm not worried about making
other people happy.
As I'm walking around the hall, Chiara's like,
let's not say I didn't try to include her,
don't say I didn't try to make a connection.
It's like, I'm sorry, I don't make connections like that.
- Right. - She said that?
Yeah.
I mean, I don't care what other people do, you know?
It doesn't bother me.
Wow, this is stupid.
Like, those kinds of things are just fun.
So, whatever, not a big deal.
Don't say I didn't try to make a connection.
Like, I'm sorry, I don't want to connect on your level.
You know?
Split it up, mess it up.
Shake it up, baby, shake it.
You know, I mean, I don't care what people do,
but don't try and push your [muted] on me, you know?
You know what?
I feel really good.
I feel really good.
You should.
You know why?
If nothing else, beyond the fact that I like you,
I have a brother-in-law who is black.
I have two beautiful, beautiful nephews who are black.
I fell victim to strategizing on that first night
with people who misunderstood who Marcellas is.
I have too many g*y friends to not recognize who Marcellas was
and what his whole attitude was.
And I forget how much I enjoy the company of my g*y friends
who are like that.
I swear to God for who I am praising
to the highest at this moment, because my whole--
just in everything, God, why am I here?
Not just why am I here in Big Brother house,
but why am I here in the world.
Because I came in here with a whole set of assumptions.
But I have to be true to myself and to my integrity.
Hallelujah.
Halle-- [muted] --lujah.
I've learned what I'm supposed to, that half
a million dollars be damned.
I do not want Gerry to veto me because I'm the black, g*y guy.
I want Gerry to veto me because, strategically, I
should not be the person to go.
Yeah, I think he was being picked on because he's g*y
and he's black.
They will deny it 'til their dying day but it is h*m*
and it is r*cist. - OK.
And I'll state it flat out.
All right.
And if I'm a man of my word and integrity,
I ain't gonna let that happen.
OK.
Gerry is starting to rub me the wrong way.
You need to find out if Lisa's gonna pick me.
Because if Lisa picks me and you put Marcellas, and then, oh.
Oh, I know.
But see, and I'll talk to her about that, I'll say,
you can't do that.
I mean, and I swear to god, I'll play the race card for you.
I swear to God, I will.
See, because now you gotta think about, when you take him
out and you put me in, of the two,
who do you prefer here, him or me?
For him to tell me that they're voting Marcellas out
because he's black and he's g*y and I tell you
I won't stand for it.
I don't think that has nothing to do with the tea in China,
frankly.
Hi.
- Sit on down. - What's up?
What's wrong? - You see that look on my face?
- Yeah. - Yeah.
Gerry might change it.
What did he say to you?
He's all, I think it's a black thing, g*y thing.
I'm like, what?
He said he's gonna change it.
If he does that, he's just causing trouble for himself.
I'm playing the game, people.
You know what I mean?
Gerry thinks I'm on his side, let Gerry think that.
Chiara and Lisa think I'm on their side,
let them think that.
I just have to ask you a question.
What's that?
Are you gonna put me up?
No.
Thank you, I appreciate that.
OK, then, what I just told you, just keep amongst us girls.
I know.
If Gerry does decide to save one of the nominees
instead of keeping the vote how it is,
it's going to be a mark against him.
Lisa, dear, how you doing?
I was worried about you being so tense in the game.
Under the circumstances, Gerry, I don't know how this
whole [muted] thing came about.
I'm sorry, excuse my language, but I don't, you know?
We didn't even know Marcellas.
I know, but you know what?
I have a decision to make.
Yes, and I understand that.
And it is yours.
And you know what, and all the stuff I tell you,
whatever decision I make, and if the decisions
is to make nothing, then I have to be a man and stand by it.
You know, if I [muted] up, then I gotta say I [muted] up.
Right.
I still don't think Gerry will use power of veto
because I don't think the man is dumb enough to use the power.
Never.
He just likes the fact that he's got some power for this week.
Yeah, but I just have to be prepared.
Keeping people guessing. Yeah, no, definitely.
I just can't see him doing that.
I'm sorry, Lisa.
I am playing him because I am hoping
Lisa is smart enough to know that Josh
is the one who has to go.
I think the only way to get out of it,
to keep the alliance somewhat there,
obviously, Gerry would screw himself pretty bad,
would be to put one of us up against Marcellas.
Yeah, OK.
But without it being too obvious, who would that be?
You know what I'm saying?
If Gerry were to go against what everybody in the alliance
says, he would be in big trouble and I
think he's well aware of that.
We are going into the veto meeting
where I can veto the nomination of one of the two people
up for eviction.
But as the veto holder, I can't be replaced as a nominee.
This is the veto meeting.
So we all know Marcellas and Lori have been nominated
for eviction from the house.
However, due to twists of fate, I have been given the power
to veto one of the nominations.
At this time, I'd like to give Marcellas
and Lori a chance to explain to me why
I should veto your nomination.
We'll let ladies go first.
You should veto my nomination because I went out on a limb
to save Marcellas due to what I felt was an alliance based
on first impressions.
Marcellas, your turn.
Before I knew about the alliance, I turned to you
and I said, I'm so absolutely honored to have
been nominated with you.
I saw you trying so hard to save me when
I didn't want to save myself.
Do I want to stay?
If anything I've done has made you think for one single second
that I don't want to stay and I don't want to play the game,
I'm sorry.
Because that was not my intent at all.
I'm down.
It just took me awhile to get down.
Well said, Marcellas.
Word.
I agreed with everything that Marcellas had to say.
Everything he said made sense.
It made me feel better.
I'm not at all impressed with what Marcellas had to say.
And I've always said, if he survives his first round,
you better watch out.
I have made a decision that I am going
to veto someone's nomination.
And then I'm going tell you why.
Marcellas, I'm going to veto your nomination.
When Gerry gave me my life back,
when Gerry saved my soul, when Gerry threw himself
on the knife, it was amazing.
Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.
And I have to cast a stone at myself.
I have to look deep into my soul and realize that I allowed
myself to pick on Marcellas because he was black
and because he was g*y.
And I have two beautiful black nephews
and a lot of g*y friends and I should have known better.
But that is the racism we must confront.
That is the demon we must face every day.
I allowed those factors to color my judgement
and that is sinful.
And my soul is not for sale.
And I thank God that I was given a chance to make
amends and lay it straight.
If I could right now, I would sacrifice myself
for both of you, Lori, I'm sorry I
can't take it off you, either.
Now unfortunately, Lisa, I have to throw it back to you.
When Gerry decided to use his power of veto, I, once again,
had to be the bad person.
And I had to come up with somebody that I would want
nominated out of the house.
And at this point in the game, there isn't anybody.
I'm not too happy about this because I don't have a reason--
this is turning into a cry-fest--
I don't have a reason why I want anybody in this house to go.
So based on how I made this decision the first time, Amy,
I'm going to have to put you up.
Yes!
That was easy.
All right, thank you, girl.
I have participated in many competitions.
And so, you know, you can't win every time
and you can't break down when you lose.
So, yeah, I know how to keep myself composed.
It is because I--
the same reason as the other two.
You're just the one person left in the house
that I haven't had a chance to really,
really communicate with.
Amy handled it like a freaking pro.
And that's how the game is supposed to be.
Amy might be cut up inside.
Amy might be upset.
The fact that she's handling it the way she's handling it
is, I think it's part of the game.
That's it, folks.
Everyone said, you're safe, don't worry about it.
I feel really confident about being nominated.
It might sound stupid on my part,
but right now I'm feeling pretty gosh darn safe.
I've won.
I'm a winner all day today.
All I ask, if someone becomes head of household, please
watch my back.
Go, Marcel.
He's needed in this house for laughter.
He sure makes me laugh.
I think maybe everybody thought this was going to be
easy or easier than it is.
Well, I mean, not for nothing, Marcellas,
but I really thought that you did make it easy
the first two days.
I think Josh is the anti-Christ.
My strategy was protect my a*s for a week.
- Exactly. - And that's pure and simple.
And that's what you did.
Some people in the house keep talking
about the house as an organism.
There's a cancer within the organism.
I have nothing to say to you, Gerry.
All right.
If Gerry had this thought in his head that this was about
racism and prejudice, he's talking directly to me
ad he can go [muted] himself.
Did I accuse anyone else?
That's what I'm-- I'm just saying--
That's what I'm saying, too.
But you certainly put it out there, that's what it was.
That's what I'm saying.
You certainly put that out there.
All Gerry did was write himself a ticket home.
Oh, he's chilling out there with somebody.
Yeah, because he feels Ret*rded.
Because he's trying to find a friend now.
I'd be the last person out there talking to him.
Well, no, he wants to be true to his students.
Gerry is on the chopping block next unless, somehow,
he can win the head of household and save him for one more week.
Because he's not going to last more than that.
What Gerry did today, I think, in the big picture
in his life, big picture, he's going to get points for it.
As far as in this game, I think it's going to hurt him.
Clearly, Gerry is a marked man at this point.
Who will be the first evicted from the Big
Brother house, Lori or Amy?
Find out live, tomorrow night at :, : central.
