03x08 - The Singing Meadow

Oh episodes the singing Mehta

one of the little planes favorite places

is smiling

a meadow that seems to smile when the

wind blows its flowers just the right

one a smiling meadow always made Tracy

feel good and on one particular day she

decided to go down for a closer look

[Applause]

when it come on oh thanks Tracy

we promised old Oscar we'd fly with him

up to frosty vines we'll see you later

[Applause]

[Music]

Tracy had decided to pick flowers to

give to Brenda blue so she went to find

some she looked far and wide in fact she

ended up in a whole new meadow filled

with even more flowers suddenly Tracy

heard something very unusual something

she'd never heard before

[Music]

Tracy looked everywhere for the source

of the wonderful singing but she

couldn't find it

and figure out who's singing but that

song is so

[Music]

honestly

[Music]

[Music]

[Music]

[Music]

your nose but sometimes mr. Chi just

goes

[Music]

yes as suddenly as it had begun the

mysterious singing had stopped so Tracy

decided to head back home and boy did

she have a tale to tell everyone

[Music]

[Music]

JJ Oh smiling smiling meadow because it

smiles

maybe this new meadow that you found

actually sings so you think maybe we

should call it singing better why not

Tracy can we go here city better sure I

would take your right to it and what are

we waiting for

[Music]

so they all headed right back to the

place they now call singing meadow

[Music]

so they did they waited and waited and

waited and then they waited some more

[Music]

but after a long long time nothing

happened Oh Tracy yeah but maybe it was

the wind whistling through the trees

[Music]

what do we do now hey hey I have an idea

why don't we all split up and see if we

can find out where the singing was

coming from you searched off to the east

and Tracy you head west

[Music]

oh how could you find something

[Music]

hmm I were singing many well my son

comes

[Music]

this must be what Tracy heard I found it

we're just gathering our favorite no we

have to keep

[Music]

we're supposed to go that way so once

again everybody continued looking for

the source of the mysterious singing

[Music]

hi guys what are you doing here Brenda

just picking some of these beautiful

flowers for my workshop what are you all

doing here we wanted to see who is

singing you here this morning no I just

got here

where did you learn it you must have

heard the mysterious song of this meadow

uh-huh I used to hear it wonder what it

was for weeks and weeks it was a mystery

to me but I kept on searching until one

day I finally found where it was coming

from

[Music]

now how about if I show you instead here

we are

this is where the singing is coming from

[Music]

yes the music Traci heard was caused by

swarms of hummingbirds gathering nectar

from the many pretty flowers right in

this very spot

the beautiful humming sound was being

made by their wings flapping quickly in

the wind

Missy Tracy his song I was singing is

one I wrote it's called the hummingbird

song would you like to sing it with me

so from now on the planes would call

this place singing meadow after the

pleasant sounds of the humming birds

that they always hear there and once

again Tracy and the other little planes

had learned that nature is indeed full

of surprises
