Sun is rising high up over Terry taking

off and friends cut chance down

that's where you'll find that one

of-a-kind JJ

jay-j the jet plane never been enough

the magic light

jay-j the jet played a sunrise at

Tarrytown national park was always

something special but this was the first

day of a camping trip Big Jake had

promised oh so long ago big jerk JJ

Tracey Snuffy and Brenda blue all spent

the night under the open skies now they

were up bright and early eager to go

flying in the clear crisp morning breeze

alright everyone are we all ready to go

yes it seemed like it was going to be a

great day everybody was happy and

excited everybody that is except JJ Big

Jake what is it JJ oh nothing okay then

let's go

Oh does this real great

he's heading back to the campsite let's

go see what's wrong with him

what's happening Gigi why did you land

so soon are you alright

I I don't really feel like flying this

morning me what but but you always feel

like flying well just not today

well are you sick daddy no I'm sick it's

just that um I can't tell them why I

don't want to go so what will I say hey

right now I'll make something up um I

just want to say her and and smell all

the wonderful smells here at the park

hmm boy now this is what I call real fun

well that's us yes maybe we should just

stay here with you we should yes it

wouldn't be right to leave

JJ behind Snuffy oh no no I'm not all

please everybody go flying well I don't

want to be the reason no one else is

having any fun and as soon as I'm done

sniffing wait

I'll catch right up with you oh okay you

can stay here at the campsite with

Brenda blue oh did somebody say my name

Oh Brenda uh JJ is going to stay behind

with you while we go on our morning

flight good I could use the company

where I gather some more firewood okay

JJ we'll see you later

it sure seems strange that JJ didn't

want to fly with us this morning

that's good Snuffy say does anyone know

how JJ was feeling earlier this morning

yeah he was married to fly then it seems

odd that he wanted to stay behind but

you know now that I think of it he was

acting kind of strange by asking to help

me this morning tell me what happened

Tracey well I was on my way to the lake

to get some water

when I saw JJ and asked him to join me

and at first he said he couldn't well

when I asked him why he said there was

nothing important and so he came with me

after all

when was this um earlier morning just

after sunrise sunrise huh

hey JJ seen any fire one yet uh not yet

burn uh I'll let you know when I do okay

boy that was a close call I almost had

to tell everybody my big secret well

it's a good thing I didn't ruin their

good time okay

Brenda's busy getting firewood now I'm

finally alone and I can do this secret

thing that I don't want to tell anybody

about me I can do this my morning wing

wiggling exercises

winged wigs and winged wigglin anybody

saw me they'd start giggling wing wiggle

and that's my secret way starting out

the day and I'm sure the best cure for

tie your plane's wing wiggle in I look

so silly that's what my friends are

gonna say 1 & 2 & 1 & 2 you are a

strange shape there are things that you

can do 3 and OH

try to make sure no one's watching you

while you're going through a wiggle and

we wig keeps me strong no loose parts

where are we going a wiggle wiggle

that felt wonderful now I feel good

enough to fly hey Brenda I'll see you

later I'm gonna catch up with everyone

for the morning flight okay JJ the next

morning was another beautiful day to go

flying and this time

JJ sneaked off nice and early so that he

could get his wing wiggling exercises

done while everyone else was still fast

asleep then he'd be ready to fly when

they woke up it was a great idea however

are you sure we should follow them

Tracey of course I am

come on one and two one and two a one

and A two

JJ hey Jake is this why you didn't feel

like flying with us yesterday morning

because of your exercising ah yes you

see I have to do these goofy looking

wing wiggling exercises every morning or

else I can't fly right but why didn't

you just do your wing wiggling exercises

and then come flying with everybody

because Tracy asked me to go with her to

the lake but why didn't you do them

after that by then everyone was awake Oh

big Jake my wing wiggling exercises look

so silly I didn't want anyone to see me

I guess I thought somebody might laugh

at me you shouldn't feel like that JJ

God wants us all to take care of our

wonderful frames but I understand why

you wanted to do your exercises alone

you do well sure I do

I have to exercise before I go flying -

my wings will feel like they're going to

fold right up underneath me I don't

loosen them before a flight open like

this one and the two and three and four

you see you're not the only one who has

to get warmed up before a flight Wow you

have to exercise your wings just like me

I sure do and I never miss a day because

I know I have a very special frame that

I need to take care of but but Jake what

if Tracey and Snuffy laugh at me why

should we huh we're your friends JJ yeah

we would make fun of you we heard what

you were saying about your wing wigglin

exercises and we've got something to

show you

it turns out we all do morning exercises

to help

let's fly our best really uh-huh

I do these spins in the morning help me

fly right during the day what and when I

wake up and my skywriting smoke is

jammed I have to add a bit like this you

see JJ everyone has their own special

thing that they need to do to feel

healthy be Jake I'll never be ashamed of

what I do to take care of myself ever

again that's good you know I think I

need to loosen my wings up a little more

let's all do it right now

ready all right everybody let's go fly

so JJ how do you feel I'm you great big

Jake you know because I've done my

exercises well then why don't you take

the lead

and so from that moment on JJ was never

ashamed of doing his exercises again he

wanted to please God by taking care of

his very special frame and it was the

best camping trip he ever had

way down in Tarrytown there's a special

way to get around it's the only way I've

ever found to play above the ground

along the treetops but sippin way up in

the sky
