It's a mural I painted of a mountain I took a trip to!

I saw all kinds of different animals there.

Do you see any animals in my mural?

I see a mountain goat!

They're great at climbing mountains!

Yup! They have hooves that help them climb high,

hard-to-reach places!

Hooves are hard coverings over an animal's toes,

that help mountain goats balance.

Um, Mr. Grouper?

Is that a little bunny I see in there?

(Mr. Grouper): That's a mountain hare, Gil.

Its fur turns white so it can hide in the snow.

So his fur keeps him safe and warm?

(Mr. Grouper): It does indeed!

Ooh, look! Monkeys!

Those are called snow monkeys!

Because they live high in the mountains where it's very snowy!

It must be really cold up there!

Yup, it is!

So they swim in hot springs to stay warm.

That's so cool!

Er, I mean, warm?

(all laugh)

Let's think some more about mountains!

Mountains are very tall parts of land that

rise up into the sky.

Some of them even have...

Snow!

That's right. And the top of a mountain is called the peak.

And an animal with hooves that's good at climbing

up steep cliffs is called a mountain...

Goat!

Yep! A mountain goat.

And a furry animal that lives up in the mountains is a snow...

Monkey!

That's right!

Snow monkeys sit in hot springs to stay warm.

Mountains have such cool stuff!

We live at the bottom of a snowy mountain!

Once upon a time...

At the bottom of Mt. Danger,

there was a famous ninja school

where Ninjas Zooli and Oona were practicing their ninja skills.

Ninja Zooli was an expert jumper.

And Ninja Oona was an expert with a rope.

(giggles)

They couldn't wait to try out their special ninja skills,

whenever Master Grouper was ready

to give them their first mission.

Hello, Ninjas!

I have a very important mission for you.

Ooh! Our first mission! What is it?

Sneak into an un-sneakable fort?

Capture the abominable snowman?

Battle an army of fierce warriors?

Nope. I want you to take this...

It's a baby monkey!

Not just any baby monkey, he's a snow monkey.

His name is Moshi.

He got separated from his troop.

A troop is a group of monkeys.

Yup, his troop lives all the way

up on top of Mt. Danger.

And a big snowstorm is coming.

For your very first ninja mission,

I need you to get Moshi back to his troop.

Moshi!

That's it?

This is gonna be one easy mission!

It won't be easy, ninjas.

Climbing a mountain is hard.

There's lots of cliffs and slippery rocks.

And the snowstorm will make it icy, windy, and cold!

Moshi!

(grunting efforts)

Oh! And he thinks he's a ninja.

Moshi!

(giggles)

Moshi needs to stay in this basket to be safe.

Don't worry, Master Grouper!

We'll get him home!

It will be a test of your new skills.

(Deema): And so, Ninjas Zooli and Oona

headed up Mt. Danger to deliver Moshi to his troop.

(gasps)

Even with our ninja skills, it's too far to jump across.

And I'm Mountain Ninja Molly!

Hi! We're on a mission to take Moshi here

back home to his troop.

The only problem is they live way up there.
