Harvest Day is a holiday in Bubbletucky

where everyone shares a feast.

A feast is a really big meal.

And on Harvest Day, our feast has all five food groups!

Fruits, vegetables,

dairy, grains, and protein!

I love fruits and vegetables!

I like turkey!

Gobble, gobble.

Turkey is a protein.

It makes your muscles big and strong!

Cheese is my favorite!

My favorite is grilled cheese!

Oh yeah, that's a good one.

I like broccoli.

Those all sound tasty!

What's your favorite food?

Oh, that one's yummy!

Let's think some more about the five food groups.

Proteins are foods that make your muscles strong,

like chicken, steak, and...

Eggs!

Right!

And beans and tofu are protein, too.

Grains are foods that give you energy, like...

Bread!

Uh-huh, yup!

And foods that come from milk are called dairy.

Like yogurt, ice cream and...

Cheese!

Dairy nice!

What's a riddle?

A riddle is a tricky question.

And remember, you can't get your Golden Tomato

unless you answer all three!
