but he's recently been training in OC.

A lot of athletes that I have met
have faced a lot of adversity

to get to where they are at.

And with me not being from OC,
this is something that I can relate to,

because although I'm not an athlete,
my journey is very similar.

I get the grind,
I have watched my husband with his grind,

and I'm really hoping
that this could be my niche.

Um, I've got a passion for it,

and I feel like I'm the agent
for these high-profile clients.

I mean, don't get me wrong,
the interior could use some updating.

So if you were to invest in this,

you could change the hardwood floors

and definitely remove
the old-fashioned textured glass.

-You could make this even more valuable.

I know you have your clothing line.

Like, I could see you putting
a totally modern spin on all of this.

that when I was your age,

I wasn't thinkin' about real estate.
I wasn't thinkin' about investing. And so...

Coming from communities how
we grew up, a lot of people don't know

to start learning
how to invest your money properly.

-Put those building blocks together...
-Early on.

A lot of athletes come into
a lot of money at a really young age,

and a lot of them don't have
the proper mentor or guidance

to teach them
how to properly invest their money.

So I would love to be that person.

I feel the peace of mind,
soon as I came up the steps.

if you walk down the street,

PCH is right there with
the Montage and all the restaurants.

You're gonna wanna go out and mingle,
and meet people.

You don't wanna feel like a recluse.
You have the privacy.

Five-minute walk, and you're in the mix.

when you give each other advice,

about my Bayside listing,

and he thinks...

I'm still trying
to wrap my head around this.

He thinks he is owed a piece of the pie
to my Bayside listing

because management called him
asking him for some stats and logistics

because he used to work with the agent

that had the Bayside listing before me.

-[Mary scoffs]
-I know.

I understand, like,
his knowledge is valuable...

-Yeah.
-...but that's part of the deal.

We're a team.

And if one of us has information
that would help out, we offer it.

-Yeah.
-And that's the way it works.

There were a couple agents

and Gio was not chosen.

Greg didn't want him on the team.
