[narrator] Previously on Below Deck...

[bleep] Jiminy Cricket.

-Kate and I kissed.
-[Ashton] Yes, boy, finally.

Locked it in.

Nicole Orsini and Zak Eagle.

-Nice to meet you.
-Hi, Molly, nice to meet you.

[Lee] Molly is a model from Charleston.

-Work it, Molly, work it. [laughs]
-thr*aten me with a good time.

-Hi. I'm a chef, so I'm watching you.
-Okay.

Seriously? [bleep] tosser.

Am I a [bleep] second stew, whatever...

I'm not sure that
you're a great second stew.

I was told I'd have, like, an actual room.

[Kate] You'll be here.

-She doesn't even have a bed?
-I don't even have a bed, or a bathroom.

Strip my room completely.

If me giving up my room
causes dip [bleep]

to rethink her selfish attitude,
it's worth it.

[Ashton] So we got into a bit of trouble
this morning with the park rangers.

We weren't allowed to fish
where we were fishing.

When I've got professionals on board,

I'd like them to do a bit
more research into their trip.

[Kate] Ashton is making
Rhylee look bad

to make himself look better,
and it's not cool.

[Justine] Chef to chef,

um, you should probably go
a little more upscale tonight.

[horn blares]

[opening theme music playing]

[Justine] I wanna have like, a little bit
of an uncomfortable conversation.

Like, chef to chef,

we should probably go a little bit
more upscale tonight.

I mean, people are like,
talking about your cooking

-behind your back.
-[Kevin] Really?

[Justine]
Like, Nicole was super happy,

but we're having pizza
and matzo ball soup.

[Kevin] I'm cooking for those two,

-Zak and Nicole.
-[Justine] Yeah, I know.

As long as it's fine with them,
that's the way it is.

I'm just trying to look out
for you, that's all.

Yeah, no, but I don't need
to be looked out for.

-Okay.
-[Kevin] Like, I'm employed by the boat,

-you know what I mean? I'm here for...
-Okay, yeah. All right. Yeah. I'm...

-Okay? Cool.
-Okay, cool. All right.

[Kevin] Oh, Jesus.

I don't know
who the [bleep] Justine thinks she is.

Like, what are your credentials, Justine?

I'm pretty sure you just flip burgers
and take photos of them.

Chef-to-chef,
Justine can go [bleep] herself.

[Justine] I'm feel like I just got,
like, a little bit of attitude.

He said, "It's not about you,
it's about the primaries."

And he said that he's
been getting rave reviews.

I was like, "I'm not saying this for me,
I'm looking out for you."

He's like, "I don't need
to be looked out for."

[Nicole] Maybe you do,
because we're all complaining.

Yeah, I literally was
like, "chef-to-chef."

Like, if I was working on this boat,

I wouldn't want people talking about me
and not liking my food.

All I was saying is "I think you
should go more upscale tonight."

[Lee] We have two and a half miles

-before we hit our spot.
-[Kate] Okay, thanks.

[Simone] I've got one stole...

-Sprite crunch.
-Perfect.

-Thank you.
-Thank you.

[Ashton] So, you should be
dropping the hook by 11:00.

So, it's gonna be the tender, the skis,

the trampoline, and the slide.

And we are going to aim
for a 2:00 beach picnic.

[Tanner] Let's do it, kick this day's ass.

[Kevin] The chef just came in and told
me I need to step up my game.

Just one chef to another chef.
[bleep]

[Courtney] You're really spiraling.

[Kevin] I work extremely hard
for these meals that I put out,

and what I'm putting out on the plate
is a bit of me, you know?

And for someone to come in and be like,

"You need to step it up,"
I take that extremely personal.

We didn't mean to upset
the food god named, "Kevin."

This overprivileged kid,
you know, she doesn't know

where I've kind of came from,

and how hard I've worked
to get to this position.

So, she can just [bleep] off. Ta-ta.

[Kevin] Do you reckon these guys
like cream cheese in their sushi?

Well, we have people
that don't like dairy.

[bleep bleep bleep]
...these people.

[Ashton] Hey, Cap, I'm standing
by on port anchor for you.

[Lee] On my mark, three sh*ts, and drop.

[Ashton] All right, Captain,
that's three sh*ts at the water line.

-[Lee] Lock it in.
-Copy that.

-Sunblock 50. Fifty.
-Okay.

-I know, the only one I will use.
-Good.

-Everybody else good with waters?
-[Nicole] Yes, Simone.

-Okay, perfect.
-[Nicole] Thank you.

She's incredible.

[Ashton] Let's get the tender in.

-[Kate] Hey, guys.
-[Nicole] Hey!

We're gonna do a beach
picnic lunch around 2:00.

-Yay!
-Yay!

[Kate] Can I get you guys a drink?

-[Nicole] She just gave us, actually.
-Okay, good.

-[Lee] When you do your scout...
-[Ashton] Yeah.

...you're gonna come up here
and do this and that one

-over there.
-[Ashton] Copy.

[Kate] How'd your fishing morning go?

-It's illegal to fish around here?
-Apparently.

[Kate] Well, while we were
in the wheelhouse,

Ashton informed the captain that

we ran into waters
where it's illegal to fish.

He goes,
"I just feel like Rhylee was in charge,

and she should've researched more."

And I was so annoyed

because actually, Ashton,

you're the head of the department.

It all falls on you.

No surprise there,
Ashton throwing me under the bus.

I'm just the easy scapegoat here.

I was leading, technically,
the expedition.

[Ashton] I'll listen to you on this trip.

-You're the pro.
-[Rhylee] Yeah.

So, there's a bit of a shelf here.

-You wanna be at the back end?
-Yeah, I wanna be on this back end of it.

But to put the blame solely on me,
is infuriating.

That's [bleep] hilarious.

[Lee] I'll probably stay
in the Sky Lounge. I gave up my room.

[Courtney]
I find it weird that she accepted.

[Lee] I don't blame her. I mean,

-she's sleeping on a [bleep] sofa.
-Yeah.

-And she paid money to do that.
-Right, yeah.

It's her vacation, for Chrissake.

How are you not gonna
make her stay enjoyable?

The attitude of that spoiled
little brat, Jamie.

"I'm absolutely not sharing a room."

If I was the primary, she'd have taken

what she got or she'd have got
the [bleep] off the boat.

What a [bleep] Tuesday.

Kate, Kate, Ashton.

-I'm waiting for you in the tender.
-[Kate] Copy, I'll be right down.

[Ashton] When I get back,
I want the pool out,

I want the slide out, everything out,
all right?

And I'm gonna be back
in 20 minutes, all right? [laughs]

[Brian] Yeah, first the pool,
then we'll do the slide.

-What else?
-[Ashton] All right, hold on.

[Nicole] Terrible weather
we're having, huh?

There's literally one cloud
in the sky, right there.

-[Justine] Yep, it's...
-And it's the teeniest little cloud.

[Jamie] Look at that cloud.

[Jamie] All right, am I allowed
to jump in the water?

I'm getting very overheated.

Hello!

Untie it.

I'm just waiting to know
where you want it positioned.

Same as always, just spread it out.

I'm not up here when you set it up, so.

[bleep] sakes.

When it comes to Rhylee, I've tried,

but she's so stubborn,
and she's got such a bad attitude.

Be very careful there,
you'll get caught in the net.

Thanks, Captain Obvious.

-All right, I can...
-[Ashton] Hold on, hold on, hold on.

-Calm down, bru.
-[Rhylee] I am [bleep] calm.

I just don't understand
why it's gotta be that way.

Tanner, when you get
a chance, please, bru,

we need your help up here.

[Rhylee] What can I do to help you?

-[machine whirring]
-[Brian] Lowering down.

-It's nice.
-[Ashton] Yeah, let's get a bit closer

and see if there's rocks
that we can't see.

I don't hate Ashton,

I just don't respect him.

I've never had a bosun try
to punch out the window

of a vehicle in a fit of anger and rage.

-Calm down, oi, oi, oi.
-Psycho.

[Kate] But if I didn't do a job
every time I had to work

with somebody I didn't like,
I would be unemployed.

-That is super steep.
-[Ashton] Yeah.

[Kate] But maybe we can do better.

-Mol, you're gonna jet-ski, right?
-[Molly] Yeah.

-[Lauren] Okay, I'll do that with you.
-Yeah, definitely.

-[Ashton] Thanks, Kate.
-[Kate] Thank you, Ashton.

Courtney, I'm just gonna go.

When I send Ashton back, let
you know if I forgot anything.

-[Courtney] Mm-hmm.
-Then send Simone with the stuff,

and you go on break while we're gone.

-[Courtney] Cool.
-[Kate] Thanks.

-[Ashton] We have tables, chairs, gazebo.
-[Kate] Listen, anything we don't have...

[Ashton] We can come back for.

-[Kate] Yeah.
-[Ashton] Tan, you and Rhylee on the boat.

One of you down here, one of you up there.

[Rhylee] You're already wet,
so I'll head up

and monitor the bow and the slide.

[Ashton] Brian, I'm gonna try and cruise
a little to save us time, okay?

Whew, we have arrived, people.

[Kate] The sand is so hot.

[Ashton] Set this one.

-[Kate] What time is it now?
-[Ashton] Ten to 2:00.

[Kate] Yep, you gotta go back.

[Ashton] See you with the guests
in a bit.

Thanks.

[Lauren] Ready? One, two, three!

-Where is Katie boo-boo?
-So who's going over?

She's over there. Simone's going over
with the food and anything else.

-Oh, am I?
-Yeah.

-Okay.
-So make sure you're ready.

[Simone] I don't think Kate is organized.

The communication is just so bad
on this boat.

-Did you not know?
-No.

But like, I'm happy to just be doing
something different. Like it's fine.

I thought I was going on break.

-[Zak] We ever get to ride in the dinghy?
-[Ashton] You're gonna ride in it now.

All right, make sure
these stay in the sun, yeah?

[Simone] Justine, would you like water?

-Thank you.
-You're welcome.

It's always good to have water.

-[Lauren] Captain.
-Enjoy.

-Thank you.
-We will.

[Lauren] Captain, are you joining us
for dinner tonight?

-Sure.
-[Lauren] Molly, I love your outfit.

Somebody can sit here as well.
if you want.

There you go, Molly.

I figured you'd jump on that opportunity.

Hint hint, nudge nudge.

You're so subtle, Ashton. So subtle.

-You got it.
-We're good?

I believe in you.

[Ashton] Working on a yacht,

there are always gonna be
beautiful people coming on board.

-Enjoy, guys, see you when you get back.
-Thank you.

Molly is an absolute cr*cker.

-You good, Molly?
-Yeah.

[Ashton] I'm not gonna cross the line,

but possibly just brush the line,
is that a thing?

I'm not sure.

-Hi, guys.
-This is so beautiful, thank you.

Oh, my goodness.

[Kate] Okay, so, we've got sushi
for lunch.

-Wow!
-[Zak] You're the best.

-[Lauren] We love sushi.
-[Kate] I've got some salads behind that.

Salmon, tuna, cooked tuna.

And vegetarian.

-Thank you.
-You're welcome.

Looks great.

I'm, like, really impressed.

I was like, I love sushi.

-[Justine] Thank you.
-You're welcome.

-[Molly] This salad is so good.
-[Lauren] I wonder where he studied.

-Do you know, Justine?
-No.

I had a very short conversation with him,
and I think I scared him away.

[Brian] Today I got upset, bru.

Never been upset like that
the whole season.

What was going on, though,
when you felt like that?

We were trying to do that pool.
She just doesn't listen.

I mean, it's always
her way or no way, bru.

I mean, I can't [bleep] work like that.
It just frustrates me.

[Ashton] There's just such a cool vibe
between you, me, and Tanner.

Why can't we all just be
in a happy mood, bru?

[Brian] Some people are not meant
for yachting, bro.

-[Rhylee] Today has kinda gotten to me.
-How so?

Like, fishing.
Apparently there's talk about

I should have known whether or not
fishing is legal or illegal here.

[Courtney]
The guests said that or who said that?

-My crew.
-[Courtney] Seriously?

[Brian] She does, like, little comments
here and there.

I'm just like, you're not the bosun.
You're not even the lead deckhand.

[Ashton] I can't fault Brian
for the way that he feels.

That's exhausting.
It's absolutely draining to have to try

and keep the peace as well
as do your actual work.

And now that my other crew members

are coming to me telling me
that they're being affected by it,

something has to change.

-Hey, everyone.
-Hi.

-Hey.
-How's your lunch been?

-Amazing.
-Good?

[Ashton] So we've got
some snorkel gear there,

if any of you would like

-to get into the water and snorkel.
-[Molly] I think I'm gonna hang back.

[Justine] I don't think anybody
wants to go snorkeling.

[Ashton] No one wants to go?
That's fine, we don't have to go.

-[Zak] We do a photo sh**t.
-[Justine] He wants to do a photo sh**t.

-[Zak] On the boat.
-[Ashton] Perfect.

Rhylee, Rhylee,
I'm gonna start rounding them up,

and we'll probably leave in
the next five or so minutes.

I'm just going to clear the table.

[Kate] Yeah.

[Ashton] That's it.

-[Kevin] Courtney?
-[Courtney] Yeah?

I've got some ice pops.
We can hand out these

-instead of champagne.
-[Courtney] Okay.

[Rhylee] Tender's making its way
to the boat now, Courtney.

Just FYI.

-Are you good with two parts?
-Of course.

Wow, Popsicles. Are those watermelon?

-They are.
-What!

You're welcome.

-Okay, thanks.
-Molly Long-Legs.

Thank you.

-You're welcome.
-Thank you so much.

-[Courtney] They're just watermelon.
-[Molly] It's delicious.

So refreshing. Perfect.

-[Kate] Beach party success.
-Yay! Bravo.

[Kate] Beach, we love you.

See you never.

Oh, I just missed you, you [bleep].

Gotcha.

-Hey, Simone? You can go on break.
-[Simone] Okay.

[sighs, bleep]

Hey, you're doing a great job.

[Kevin yawns]

-What's for dinner?
-I wanna do, like a ceviche

but, I don't know what Zak wants,
you know?

And then I've got old mate
saying, "Step it up."

I just don't get where she comes off.

I'm stressed out about these guests.

Some of them want veggie options,

no seafood for Zak,

some of them want cheese courses,

no cooking in Teflon pans.

There's so many preferences on here

I just don't know where to start.

Just let it go, Kev, just let it go.

[Courtney giggles]

[Lauren] Okay, ready?

He's, like, putting
clothes on Ashton, I guess.

Just see if this even fits.

-Are you cool with it?
-I don't even know what's happening.

-We're taking pictures of you. Yeah?
-Yeah, yeah, that's cool.

[Justine] You gotta be quick now, Ashton.
The sun's going down.

Oh, are we working against the light?

-[Justine] Yeah.
-Okay.

So far this season,
I've done striptease, lap dances,

and now I'm doing a sh**t
with professional models.

You're in the middle,

-and you two are on either side.
-Yep.

This Ashton sandwich

is gonna have some good flavor to it.

He's sweating.

Ashton, is this your first time? No.

What, in between two girls,
or doing a sh**t?

[Lauren] Oh, my goodness, Molly,
this is like the cover of romance novel.

Like, he's the Greek god.

[Zak] All right, Ashton, give some eyes.

-[Lauren] Oh, my goodness, Molly.
-[Molly] Ready.

[Lauren] You guys would make,
like, cherub babies.

These girls are just, like, fun.

[Zak] All right, make out.

[laughter]

I tried to...

You kind of expect models

and women like this
to be a little stuck up,

but they're completely not.

These are the types of girls
that I could mix with,

and could actually have something with.

[Lauren] He's got that blue steel
look down.

Eh, he's eating that up.

-[Lauren] Thank you for doing that.
-You're welcome.

[Lauren] I'm sure it was pure t*rture,
right?

-[Molly] Thanks, Sport.
-[Zak] Yeah, good job.

-Wait.
-[Brian] What's wrong?

Thank you.

-[Kate] Well, how's your day been?
-[Rhylee] I haven't, like, lashed out,

but I'm so frustrated, Kate.

[Kate]
Don't take everything so personal, Rhylee.

-Ugh, I'm taking that personally.
-[Kate laughs]

But it's not...

I'm literally treated like
a [bleep] nothing on deck.

[Ashton]
Slick. That wasn't too difficult, was it?

[Brian] No, it wasn't.

It's almost like they wanna have a girl
that sucks,

because Abbi was really bad at the job,

and they were so nice to her.

Yes, Rhylee has a temper,

but she works hard
and is very good at her job.

You're kind of better
at your job than they are.

Then why is it the minute I say something,

it's like heaven [bleep] forbid?

[Kate] If Ashton can't manage Rhylee,
I can certainly use her on the interior.

She's probably
a way better stew than Simone.

-[Rhylee] You know what, thank you, Kate.
-[Kate] Copy would have done.

Copy.

-[Simone] Have we pulled cutlery?
-No.

[Brian]
[bleep] I'm hungry.

Ooh, this is cherry.

[Lee] Okay.

Belt.

[sighs]

[Kate] How was your day, Tanner?

-[Tanner] It was good.
-[Kate] Good.

[Tanner] But you know what tomorrow is,
right?

-Flip the boat.
-[Tanner] Drop-off day.

[Kate] GVO.

[Tanner] Good vibes only.

[Lauren] Courtney!
Come into the lion's den.

Jamie's down there, and I don't know
if she knows when dinner is.

I just didn't wanna, like,

-not inform her.
-Isn't she in the room?

-Yeah.
-She's been napping.

Maybe just ask her,

or let her know,
and if she wants to come, come.

I just don't wanna, eat
and her be like,

-"Why didn't anybody wake me up."
-Okay.

-Should one of us just do it, then?
-And you're it.

I'm always it!

[all giggles]

Jamie?

I do love a bit of guest drama.

I mean, they all hate her.

What is pettier than not letting someone
share a room with you,

and making them sleep in
the communal guest space?

I love it.

I knocked and called her name,
and there was no answer...

-Okay.
-...or rustling.

-We've done our due diligence.
-We tried.

-You wanna talk somewhere quietly?
-Yeah.

I guess it'll work.

It's all I got.

Today was a really
[bleep] day for me.

Like me finding out Kate's words,

but basically, like, you
throwing me under the bus,

about like, having to know
fishing rules and regulations.

So Kate came and told you about something

that I discussed with Captain Lee

-[Rhylee] Mm-hmm. She did.
-in the wheel... Okay. Interesting.

At the end of the day, I still feel like

I'm pretty dismissed amongst the crew.

And if you can just take one second

and understand
how that might feel in my shoes.

This is now the second year
that I'm dealing with it,

and I've been calm,
I've been quiet about it,

-I've been...
-[Ashton] You don't think that, Rhylee,

that this is the second year
you're dealing with it,

that there might be some insecurity
from your side?

-Have you ever thought of that, maybe?
-I don't think it's so much insecurity.

The problem is I'm not getting

any kind of support from you,
even in this conversation,

-and it sucks, Ashton.
-Rhylee, Rhylee,

maybe your issues that you have,
you need to start self-reflecting

and see how much of it is insecurities

and how much of it is
the rest of the crew.

Because last year,
you had a problem with...

You're not even listening,
and that's a problem.

Rhylee, what do you wanna do
about your issues?

I would like for you as bosun
to figure out

a resolution for these issues.

You're... literally, you haven't looked
at me once in this conversation.

Since you've come on this boat
I've been tolerant towards you,

-I've been trying to help you.
-Tolerant towards me?

-[Ashton] Yes.
-What does that mean?

To attitude and to behaviors.

Your body language
and the way that you do things

gives off a negative vibe.

The whole day today, we can pick up
on your attitude and your vibe.

The other day as well.

The boys had the same conversation
with me that they've...

-[Rhylee] The way you're speaking to me.
-You're dismissive of things...

...it is not at all my insecurities.

It is 100 percent exactly the way
of the vibe on the [bleep] boat.

[Ashton] So it's everybody else
on the team.

-it's not you.
-[Rhylee] I just said,

-"the way of the vibe on the boat."
-Do not raise your voice at me.

[Rhylee] Don't [bleep] point
your finger at me.

The whole day today,

we can pick up
on your attitude and your vibe.

It is not at all my insecurities.

It is 100 percent exactly the way
of the vibe on the [bleep] boat.

[Ashton]
So it's everybody else on the team,

-it's not you.
-[Rhylee] I just said,

-"The way of the vibe on the boat."
-Don't raise your voice at me.

[Rhylee] Don't [bleep] point
your finger at me.

All right, this conversation's done.

-Perfect...
-You wanna swear at me

-and treat me like that...
-...what a great conversation.

You had a conversation...
Excuse me, I'm your superior,

-Rhylee.
-Did you not just dismiss me?

-Rhylee...
-What the [bleep] do you want, Ashton?

You got warned by Captain Lee

-that this will not be tolerated from you.
-Quit [bleep] pointing

-your [bleep] finger at me, and talking...
-Rhylee, you don't give

-a [bleep] about anybody.
-You're right, I don't give a [bleep]

-about the way you're speaking to me.
-That's fine, end of discussion.

Go to bed, please.
I don't want you around.

Yes, I will go down to my quarters,

-Bosun.
-Thank you, bye.

You are welcome.

For [bleep] sakes,
you [bleep] idiot.

Hey, you made it.

[Kate] If you guys are ready,
Kevin's ready to start dinner.

-Yes, let's go.
-Wonderful. Thank you.

The best steak in the world

Tonight's dinner is all about
looking pretty and plating for the grand.

[Molly] Bam.

We've got snapper crudo
with pickled vegetables,

baked scallop with pea puree.

And then I've got a dessert-tasting plate
which is gonna be beautiful.

[Lee] Thank you so much
for inviting me to dinner.

-Thank you for coming.
-But of course!

[Courtney] The guest is at the table.

-[Kevin] Okay, so I can start going.
-Yes.

[Kevin] This is Instagram, straight up.

It looks so dainty.

Justine will say something
about maggots being on the plate.

-[Kate] It's like decorating a table.
-[Kevin] Yeah.

Mm, now I'm gonna add some brown beads

and some glass beads and some flowers.

[Kevin] #ItLooksNice.

-I'll follow you girls.
-Okay.

[Kevin] Please don't muck it up for me,
yeah?

[Molly] Oh, wow.

[Kate] This is snapper crudo
with pickled vegetables and black garlic.

And you're having chicken.

[Justine] Very weird texture.

-Looks...
-[Lauren] It's actually really good.

Mm-hm.

-[Molly] He definitely stepped it up.
-[Justine] The plating is fantastic.

My favorite part
is the crispy fried garlic.

-[Kate] How is it?
-[Justine] Really good.

[Ashton] All right, nearly there.

-[Kate] They're loving it.
-[Kevin] Copy.

Oh, the smile, cutest smile.
I love him so much.

[Molly]
Do you ever go to Charleston?

-I do.
-Really?

Yeah, I love Charleston.

-One of my favorite places.
-Us, too.

-Come visit us.
-[Justine] Yeah.

-I'll cook for you, Captain.
-[Zak] We could host.

[Lee] Really? I'd look forward to that.

-[Zak] Yeah, let us know.
-[Justine] Yeah, any time.

[Kevin] So, just on this next one,
steak for Zak and Molly, okay?

Zak's is gonna be well-done there.

-Thank you.
-Perfect, thanks, guys.

[bleep] you all.

Oh, thank you.

[Kate] So, for your second course,
local scallop with lemon and herb,

and pea puree, and you are having beef.

-[Molly] Thank you.
-Mm-hm.

That's a great scallop.

-[Molly] The flavoring is great.
-Wow.

Very nice.

-Mm-hmm.
-All good.

-[Justine] This is really good too.
-Yay!

-[Kate] They're super happy, Kevin.
-Okay.

Are you super happy?

Yay!

So, I want you guys
to enjoy this before it melts.

You've got a Disarrono milk

and a cream Catalan,
which is like a crème brûlée.

And you've got
a deconstructed cheesecake.

[Justine] I'm gonna be annoying
and take a picture

of my beautiful little dessert.

-This is great.
-Salut, sir.

[Zak] It's good.
It's so good, oh, my God.

-[Justine] This is delicious.
-[Lauren] Like, it explodes in your mouth.

-Mm-hm.
-[Justine] He stepped it up tonight.

-[Molly] You put a fire under his butt.
-It's really good.

What do you think, I make the move
on Kate tomorrow?

[Brian] Yeah, go for it.

[Tanner] It'd be pretty legendary.
Roll the dice.

[laughter]

-How's everything?
-[Molly] Fantastic.

What a good end to the night.

-[Simone] Can I go to bed?
-[Kate] Yes. Please go to bed!

-[Simone] Okay, cool. See you tomorrow.
-[Kate] Thank you.

-Good night, all.
-You're breaking my heart, Captain.

I have some work I have to finish up.

-We get it.
-See you guys in the morning.

-[Tanner] Good night, Kate.
-[Kate] Good night.

-On that note, I'm gonna leave.
-[Courtney] Copy.

-Hi.
-[Rhylee] I was told to go to bed.

[Kate] Well, are you on lates or earlies?

Earlies, but I was told to go to bed
in a very demeaning way.

[Kate] What did he say
that was so demeaning?

He's "tolerated" me.

[Kate] Well, let me get clothes on.

He said I need to self-reflect,
because I'm insecure.

[Kate] This is wild.

I am who I am.

When I was seven,
my mother married my stepfather

and we moved from Alaska to Florida

for them to open a bed and breakfast.

But nobody goes on vacation

to stay at a relaxing B&B
and see or hear kids.

Like, we were always supposed
to stay in our room,

like children should
be seen and not heard.

And in our case, like, not even seen.

So, a lot of times, we would, like,

be forgotten, my sister and I.

So now, standing up for myself

is something that
I'm gonna do no matter what.

[Kate] Oh, my God, Rhylee.
You did have a bad day.

It was [bleep] from the minute I woke up.

[Lee] Deck crew, deck crew,

can someone shut off
all the lights on the bridge deck aft?

There's no way I can sleep with that thing
lit up like a football field.

Copy that, Cap.

All right, good night.

-[Lauren] Good night, guys.
-Good night, everyone.

Nighty-night.

-[Kevin] Good night, Courtsy.
-[Courtney] Good night.

-Night, Court.
-[Courtney giggle]

[Tanner screaming]
Oh! [bleep]

-[Brian] What?
-[bleep]

-[Brian] You okay?
-[Tanner] You're [bleep] k*lling him!

Are you okay?

Was that you?

What the [bleep].
Are you okay, bru?

[Tanner gasping]

[Tanner] I thought [bleep]

like, a [bleep] or something
was running underneath

[bleep] messing with the cover.

-Jesus.
-[Brian] Holy [bleep] hell.

You gave me a heart attack.

[Tanner] Oh, my God.

[Tanner]
[bleep]

Yo.

[Kevin] [bleep] it, I'm done.
I'm over these [bleep] guys.

After last night,
the situation with Ashton

is not gonna fix itself.

That's abundantly clear to me.

But whether I'm in charge
or whether I'm beneath somebody,

I'm gonna do my job the best that I can.

-Can I bring you anything?
-Yeah, a coffee would be nice, kiddo.

-Yeah, sounds good.
-All right? Thanks.

Brian was telling me
about your dream night.

[bleep] little person got me, bro.

He was hiding underneath
one of the covers.

[Brian laughs]

[Lee] Get into yachting, it'll be fun.
Travel the world,

homeless, living out of blue bags.

-[Tanner] You want me to do... you got it?
-Ugh...

[Tanner] If you wanna go do something else
I'll just do this real quick.

Oh, thanks, thanks.

-[Tanner] Let me use that rag.
-Because I know...

Okay. Here you go.

Yes, I have hooked up with Tanner,

yes, I've seen him naked.
But we're just trying to be, like,

mature about, like, things
not working out and stuff.

Ain't no man gonna distract me
from my work.

Hey guys, I'm just wiping down the table.

[Rhylee] You're doing scuppers,
that's the last thing I had left to do.

I'm gonna go finish a cup of coffee,
if you don't mind.

-Is that okay?
-Go ahead.

-Captain, Captain, Ash.
-[Lee] Go ahead, Ash.

[Ashton] I've got a bit of a chat I need
to have with you, if you don't mind.

[Lee] Copy that.

[Ashton] Morning, Cap.

[Lee] I feel like I've been rolled up
in a bedsheet

and beat with a baseball bat.

So, we've got issues.

-[Ashton] Yeah, we do.
-[Lee] What kind of issues?

The same issues everybody
had with Rhylee last year,

and I've really tried to address those.

Teaching her things,
letting her do all the big jobs.

Unfortunately, it's come
to the point where her attitude,

the way she addresses things,
has creeped into this team.

We all know Rhylee's a hard worker,

but working hard is only one aspect.

You need to be able
to fit within your crew,

and get along with your crew.

I would never speak to you
the way that she spoke to me last night.

I'd like to go
into the next two charters a man down.

Jesus Christ, we've only got
six [bleep] days to go.

I hate to make
any kind of a radical change

this late in the season.

[he clears throat]

We're talking about six days.

Let me get her up here.

I'm gonna just talk to her one-on-one.

Okay, thank you.

Having two people bumping heads
means I'm gonna have to get involved.

And nobody's gonna like it.

It's my responsibility to make sure
that things run smoothly.

If you're acting like a d*ck,
that's exactly what I'm gonna tell you.

[sighs, bleep]

[Simone]
Morning. Can I get you anything to drink?

-Coffee?
-[Zak] Gimme just a water.

[Simone] Okay.

-[Simone] We have a guest up.
-[Kevin] Okie dokie.

[Lee] Rhylee, Rhylee, Lee.

Go ahead for Rhylee.

-Can I see you in my new office?
-[Rhylee] Copy, on the way.

-Thank you.
-You're welcome.

[Lee] Have a seat.

So, I know you and Ashton
have had a bit of a issue.

Tell me what's the problem.

[Rhylee] Quite literally, he said
that he tolerates me on deck,

whether he wants me here or not.

And there's a totally
different dynamic as far as,

you know, the guys,

-with their banter and each other.
-[Lee] Yeah.

[Ashton] She's built up negative energy.

-I don't want to call her cancer, but...
-Yeah, cancer's a good one.

it's difficult for me sometimes

to offer an opinion, to try to help.

[Lee] You offering an opinion

-sometimes comes off as criticizing.
-Yeah.

[Lee] I do think that people
in general don't see

how they express themselves may be taken.

And I'm not saying
that's a one-way street.

That's where I think
our real issue lies here.

We confront problems
by dealing with them head-on,

-we don't run away from them.
-I agree.

I'm gonna get some other viewpoints.
I'll go from there.

-Okay. Thank you.
-Thank you.

It's definitely a scary situation.

If he's going to talk to everybody,
it's gonna be a biased opinion against me.

Like, 100 percent, this is a witch hunt.

Jesus, God [bleep] Christ.

[groans]

[Simone] What do you want me
to take next?

[Kevin] That can go out.

-[Simone] Okie dokie, I'll do that.
-[Kevin] Please.

Is there real maple syrup
that came from a tree?

I think it's Canadian syrup,
so I guess so...

[Zak] I don't care where it's from,
as long as it's not corn syrup.

-No, it's not corn syrup, it's maple.
-Okay.

-[Kevin] This is ready.
-Okay.

[Kevin] Come back for muffins.

Wow, thank you.

[Kevin] Apple and cinnamon
are the muffins.

-Apple and cinnamon muffins.
-Wow.

-[Zak] Chef is stepping up.
-Should.

[Kevin] They all good, bad?

-[Simone] Us? It's all good.
-Yeah.

-Yes. You're doing great.
-Yes, thank God.

[Lee] Brian, Brian, Lee.

Can I get you up in the
Sky Lounge, please?

[Lee] Tanner, Tanner, can I get you up
in the Sky Lounge, please?

[Tanner] Copy that.

[groans]

-Hey, Cap.
-[Lee] Come on in, buddy.

-I'm gonna ask you some questions.
-[Brian] Okay.

Not interested in bull [bleep],
I just want the truth.

Ashton and Rhylee are going at it

like a burlap bag full of bobcats
trying to get loose.

Ashton wants her gone.

What are your thoughts on the subject?

Cap.

So, give me the skinny
on what's going on on deck.

You know, Rhylee's been pretty tense.

She doesn't make it the easiest,
that's for sure.

I've tried to keep it professional,

but, you know,
she's really very difficult.

I don't feel like she's right
for the crew, at all.

She doesn't like to listen,
she has a huge temper,

and she's very disrespectful.

It seems like every day, there's an issue.

In the beginning you told us
that you want us

-to respect the chain of command.
-Mm-hm.

I don't feel like she's doing that.

She treats Ashton with disrespect,
she treats me with disrespect.

She doesn't respect any of us.

And it just continues
to build up, build up, build up

till there's an expl*si*n.

And you don't feel that's something
you could tolerate for another six days?

I'd rather do the next two charters

with one person down than actually deal

with the drama that she's causing
to the team, to be honest, Captain.

You know, that energy transfers.
It's a cancer on the boat.

[Lee] Okay.

-Thanks for your candor. I appreciate it.
-[Brian] Only a pleasure, Cap.

[Tanner] It's always a pleasure, Cap.

[Lee] I haven't decided what I'm
gonna do yet, but I gotta do something.

-[Kevin] What was that all about?
-[Brian] Asking us about Rhylee.

Had a big blowout
with her and Ashton last night

¡Dios mio!

Yeah, it's not good.

[Zak] Did anyone else have,
like, an unidentifiable funk

in their bedroom?

-No, I guess not.
-Ours smells, like, a little funky,

and it wasn't from the bathroom,

because it actually smelled better
in the bathroom.

[Kevin] I'd give them bacon,
whipped cream.

But because I don't like them, I'm sorry.

-You're taking it really personally.
-[Kevin] Oh, of course I am.

[Kevin] She came directly to me...

-...and told me my food was [bleep].
-And you're grumpy.

[Kevin] Yeah, well, I'm just, like,
in a mood.

-I'm not... You know what I mean?
-Yeah.

Hi.

I just want to apologize
for making you uncomfortable yesterday.

Dinner was so great. Thank you so much.

-[Kevin] No problem. Thank you.
-Everyone is so, so, so impressed,

and I just wanted to apologize.

[Kevin] Oh, no problem. Thank you so much.

Thank you so much. Honestly.

[Courtney] You didn't even look her
in the eye.

Just look her in the eye and say,
"I really appreciate your apology,"

because she meant it.

It's our job to be nice to the guests,
and he probably should.

But it's also just common courtesy,
and you're being [bleep] rude.

Do you want me to put blueberries on here?

[Kevin] No.

If I wanted you to put blueberries
on there, I would have put them on.

[Lee] Kate, Kate, Lee.

[Kate] Go ahead.

[Lee] Could I impose upon you
for a bowl of Cheerios?

[Kate] Copy that.

-Hey, Ashton.
-Morning, how are you?

-Good.
-Hi, how are you?

-Good, thank you.
-You're gonna miss us?

-Of course I'm gonna miss you guys.
-[Molly] We're taking you home with us.

I wonder how Captain Lee
slept on the couch?

[groans]

Would you like to come over
to your breakfast lounge?

What's happening?

Rhylee and the deck crew,
three of the four crew members

on one side of the fence,
and one crew member on the other.

Mm-hm.

She's just difficult to get along with.

I think she's lovely.

What did Rhylee have to say about it all?

She accepts none of the responsibility
for anything.

It's she's getting picked on.

I don't feel like
that's the bigger issue here, though.

Everybody's a little bit wrong here.

But I feel like the responsibility
falls more on Ashton.

Why have a bosun
if they're not gonna manage the team?

Oh, Ashton, you wanna play the game
where we talk bad about each other?

Let's play. You started it.

Being a department head is finding ways
to have your team work together.

Nobody is putting Ashton in check,
and I think it's time someone does.

Ashton has been a big time d*ck.

Ego trip, power, cocky d*ck.

[Ashton] Captain, Captain, Ash.

Go.

[Ashton] Just to confirm,

-[Lee] We'll probably do it at 10:30.
-Okay, copy.

Ash was super patient with her.

More patient than [bleep]
than I would've been. I'll tell you that.

Bru, I've said since day one
that she's gonna be a problem, and she is.

[Tanner] So, maybe it looks like
the next two charters are just us three.

Which is good.
I think she kinda knows she's leaving.

Well, she has a radio, you know?

She hears people being called up
one by one to the Sky Lounge.

You know, she's the hot topic.

[Tanner] Rhylee has got to go.

We're not gonna do our job well,

the charter's not gonna go well,
if we're all [bleep] miserable.

Gotta get rid of her.

You can't act like that
and get away with it.

[Brian] No, it's not fair.

-Hey, Cap, I'm standing by.
-Copy that, pull it up.

Copy, Cap.

All right, Cap, anchor's off the bottom.

Anchor's in the pocket.

Let's go ahead and cut it loose.

[Ashton] Okay, Cap, tender's loose.

Okay, we got tension,
we're all good here, Cap.

Copy that, thank you.

[Kate] How was your morning?

[Ashton] I think there's a lot
to be thought about.

[Kate] How is that?

[Ashton] I think the situation
was aggravated

by information
that she didn't need to have.

Uh, what information would that be?

About what I mentioned
about the fishing trip to Captain.

Yeah? What about it?

[Ashton grunting]

Do you think it's right of you

to get involved
in the management of my team?

Um, I think that
you don't say anything, like,

in the presence of another crew member
you wouldn't repeat.

I kind of expect a little bit of privacy

-and a bit of confidence amongst us three.
-[Kate] But you were wrong.

I'm in complete disbelief.

I would never, ever go and say
something to Courtney or Simone

and be like, "Listen, Kate's saying this
to Captain Lee about you."

That's absolutely stupid,

and anybody with a sane mind
would know that.

But the rules don't seem to apply to her.

[Kate] We should make this
our best lunch, our best dinner.

[Ben] We were planning on doing
a really bad service,

so thanks for reminding us.

[Kate] I was talking to my stewardesses.

I wasn't even talking to you.
I wasn't facing you.

I was [bleep] pissed off
during dinner at you.

Took my job without consulting me,

and made me and the girls
literally just the side b*tches.

When you're speaking to Kate,

there's one point, and it's her point,
and there's one way, and it's her way.

There's nothing else that goes
through her ears. Like, grow up.

You're not entitled to make
that decision, it's not your team.

The only reason I would bring it up

was because there was an issue
that needed to be addressed.

I understand
how to manage my team, and it's...

I don't think you do.

I understand how to manage
my team, and it's...

I don't think you do.

You're just trying to fire Rhylee.
That's not management, that's quitting.

I would like you to apologize

for getting involved
in the management of my team,

because I don't think
you were in a position

to tell my third deckhand something
that I discussed in confidence

with you, Captain Lee,
in the wheelhouse.

Well, you're feel free to bring up
anything that I say out loud,

because I have no secrets

when it comes to the operations
of this boat.

Yeah, you've got no tact
when it comes to other people either.

Okay.

[bleep] bitch.

-[Lee] All crew, into your whites.
-[Ashton] Copy.

-[Lauren] You think you over packed?
-Yeah.

[Lee] All right, everybody, ready?

Tow line's in, and everyone's clear
of the stern platform.

[Lee] Let's get after it.

Let me know when my stern
clears this jetty, please.

Cap, your stern is now
in line with the jetty.

[Lee] Moving outside.

[Ashton] Cap, your stern
is now clear of the jetty.

[Justine] My massive pillow collection.

Should I keep a bathing suit,
like, out or no?

That's great, that's a perfect line, Cap.

-[Lee] Lock it in.
-[Ashton] That's it.

Attention all crew,
on the aft deck in five.

Copy, Cap.

-I'm, like, terrible at goodbyes.
-He hates me.

-Thank you for coming, yep.
-Thank you so much.

Seth, see you in the future.

-Yeah.
-I'm sure we'll cross paths.

-Thank you for everything.
-Thanks so much.

-Thank you so much.
-Oh, it was great. So great.

That was definitely
my favorite charter so far.

No, I'm kidding.

Big thumbs up, Justine.
Hope to never see you again.

-Thanks for everything.
-Thank you, Zak.

Thank you all so much for everything.

We had a fabulous time,

and I can't thank the chef enough

for making my favorite foods.
It meant the world to me.

-Thanks so much. Of course.
-Thank you.

Thank you, guys. Thank you.

Look us up if you're ever in Charleston.

Let's go to work.

-Brian, Brian, Courtney.
-Yes?

-[giggling]
-[smooching]

-Ow, my head.
-Sorry.

[both laugh]

Boiling water

Boiling water

Hola, baby, how are you?

No, I'm not coming today, I'm sorry.

Coming in one week.

You better be good to Mom,
and then I can take you to Splash.

Oh, my word.
I can't wait to see my daughter.

Bye-bye, I love you.

I haven't really got to that stage

where I have introduced
anyone to my daughter.

The thought's obviously
going through my head

about what's gonna happen
with myself and Courtney

in a serious,
long-term commitment type of way.

It's coming to the end of the season,

and I don't what's gonna happen.

[Ashton] Do you wanna just cover
in the shade?

Yeah, we'll just stay in the shade.

I've got [bleep] Kate
trying to push my buttons, bru.

-Really?
-Yeah.

She feels like she needs
to give her two cents

about what happened with Rhylee.

That doesn't help anything, like, at all.

-How's it going?
-[Rhylee] So good.

He's such a [bleep].

Ashton? Good.

[Ashton] She's adding fuel to a fire.

-[Tanner] Yeah.
-That's gonna cause more problems.

When he said he wants to let you go.

-When he said what?
-He said he...

Ashton told the captain
he wants to fire you.

-And I was like, are you...
-For what?

Really? This is our leader?

Instead of bringing me up or helping me,

he would prefer me to be fired?

If I get fired over something like this,

I feel like my yachting career
would be in jeopardy.

So...

where do I go from here?

[Lee] Attention all crew,

I need everybody in the crew mess in five.

Charter seven, in the books.

I think it was a good charter.

Chef, I think you nailed it.
The girls did a great job.

The tip, they left us $17,700,

which comes out to $1,600 apiece.

-I think that was appropriate.
-I agree.

[Lee] I'm happy with it.

There are a lot of people
on the boat who I do not respect,

but let's face it,
I'm not a chief stew on yachts

because the job is really fulfilling.

The money's fantastic.

Guys on the exterior...

a lot of stuff going on.

So...

needless to say, I wasn't pleased.

I'm not sure yet how I'm gonna address it.

You can't kick [bleep] down the road
and think that it's gonna go away.

Because it don't.

And that, you can take to the bank.

That's it.

The deck crew's behaving
like little [bleep] kids.

Unfortunately for them,
I don't babysit.

I'm fed up with all
the whining and bitching.

I have to make a decision,

and it... closely resembles
a cluster [bleep].

God, what a [bleep] show.

[narrator] Next, on Below Deck...

I've talked with Ashton.

We do have a situation.

This ain't Alaska, it's a yacht...

and we behave differently.

It's okay.

-Oh, boy.
-Orange County housewife.

-Yay!
-Alexis is celebrating her recent divorce.

Ooh.

She is doing fine.

[playful shriek]

[Kate] Cheers.

-Hello!
-What's up?

Once the guests get off the boat,
it's fair game.

Here's to good ideas going bad.

Or bad ideas turning good.

Kate and I have sexual tension.

Now Justine comes in the mix,

it's like I'm just gonna get drunk
and see what happens.

[Kate] I don't wanna date him,
I just wanna [bleep] him.

Tanner, Tanner, Kate.

[Courtney] Brian texts me and was like,
"Well, we're just having fun, right?"

And I was like, "Yeah."

-He's sending it to you via text?
-Yeah.

Awkward.

I thought that you liked me.

[groans]

[Simone]
What are you doing on the floor?

[Kevin] You need to get me
some painkillers. [bleep] It hurts!

[Lee] That's all I need,
is for our [bleep] chef to go down.

Oh!
