If we choose to ignore such a breach
of international humanitarian law -
- because of a tough situation,
we'll wind up where we don't want to be.
Claus Michael Pedersen should
be found guilty -
- because there is no reasonable doubt -
- that he deliberately disregarded
the elementary rules of engagement.
The maximum sentence according
to section 36.2 is life imprisonment.
