and this is Straight Hair Sal.

And we're gonna make both of them.

We can use this cardboard tube
for the body.

-I painted mine pink and blue.

to make long, curly hair?

The pipe cleaners!

Lookin' curly.

And now we need some short,
straight hair for Straight Hair Sal.

I'm on it.

We can use this yarn.

Now let's give these sisters some faces.

Curly Hair Sue has big eyes,

so let's use the biggest googly eyes.

Boop. Boop.

Now we need the opposite eyes
for Straight Hair Sal.

What's the opposite of big?

Small!

Do you see the smallest googly eyes?

Right here.

I've got a mouth for Straight Hair Sal.

Boop.

And I've got a mouth for Curly Hair Sue.

Boop.

Add some arms.

Boop. Boop.

Boop and boop.

And for the finishing touch,
let's add their dresses.

I used blue and pink polka-dot fabric
for Curly Hair Sue,

and yellow and pink stripe fabric
for Straight Hair Sal.

Once you've got your fabric
glued together,

just wrap it around the middle
and glue it shut.

For the first time ever,
they finally agreed on something.
