But for even the most
hardened explorers,

there's a line.

Witnessing spooky activity
is one thing.

But when an unwanted force
takes over your body,

recently found out

when they toured
an abandoned asylum.

And the footage
they brought back...

and two friends,

Moe and Steve,

are investigating
Letchworth Village,

one of the most
notorious institutions

in the history
of the United States.

Whoa!

This place is

very, very freaking scary.

Hi, my name's
Angelo Bonaccorso,

and this my video.

Letchworth Village opened up
about 100 years ago, roughly.

It was basically an asylum,

obviously for disabled people.

And the biggest thing
about Letchworth

is that because it was
a state-run institution,

it was very under-funded,
for one.

They also did a lot
of experiments,

all sorts of crazy,
crazy things.

In a place like
Letchworth Village,

we are not trying to piece
together the past.

From these little bits
and pieces of evidence

that folklore,
that investigations,

that legend gives us,

we have records

that some
of the worst conditions

in which
a human being can live

were taking place
in this space.

What?

Oh, yeah.

I don't know
what it is.

Like, sometimes,
just walking through there,

you just have this weird
rush of anger.

And shortly
after the group starts out,

that palpable sense
of anger... manifests.

- Whoa, whoa, whoa!
- What was that?

What?

Something has
slammed the door shut

and is now

blocking it from opening.

They gain
access to the room.

But they're about
to regret it.

No, dude,
there's no one here.

Yo!

Open it!

Angelo and Steve
are trapped inside the room

by something.

What the
was that?

That was quite startling.

We didn't really know
if it's just, like,
jammed or something

or if there's some type
of force that's holding
this door shut.

I automatically think about
the patients there.

They themselves were
on the receiving end

of this kind of treatment,

locked away and neglected,
forgotten about.

So is this history
repeating itself?

Or perhaps,

this could be
a spirit saying,

"I want you to know
what I had to endure."

If that's the case,

then for the group,

getting trapped
in a dirty room

is only the beginning.

Because soon,

whatever is with them
inside the facility

goes from manipulating doors

to manipulating... them.

Moe is starting
to feel sick.

We have to do
that basement, man.

Yeah,
we have to.

Whoa!

Are you serious?

Moe is literally
gasping for air.

To the point where
he can't breathe.

And something
was choking him.

And I'm like, "What the hell
is going on?"

Moe!

Moe?

When that
starts to happen,

you know that
there's an energy

that's starting to enter

into your personal
energy space.

You'll start feeling like
you don't really have

the ability to hold up
your head or your arms

or even walk.

I, like, collapsed
outta nowhere.

And so,
it's very typical

for people who are going
through a full-body possession

to kind of collapse.

But whatever's
possessing Moe

isn't interested
in just subduing him.

Only minutes later...

- Moe!
- What the hell, dude?

...Moe screams,
startling his friends.

No, he's not.

- Oh, my God!
Run, run!
-My God!

Run!

Watch again

as Moe throws a piece of wood
at Angelo and Steve.

Oh, my God!

- Run, run, run!
- My God! Run!

Sending them
running for cover.

We ended up running
in the opposite direction,

because, obviously,
it was like a reaction.

I mean, your friend
just threw something at you.

We have no idea
what's happening right now.

- Moe?
- Are you okay?

You just threw
something at us.

I don't remember that.
I was in the dark.

I just remember waking up
in the dark.

And then, he doesn't
even remember it.

That's really, I think,

the key moment
here is we see

how much
of a psychological toll

this investigation is taking
on these guys.

All of these guys.

- I think so.
- Are you serious?

I think Steve was
a little bit, like, shocked.

"What the hell is going on
here, right?"

'Cause Steve is more used
to filming just like

any locations
in the middle of the day

when the sun's up,
doesn't really do, you know,

the spooky stuff,
the haunted stuff.

It's finally enough
to get the group to leave

for good.

This is just not
a normal haunting.

It's obvious
that there's something

extremely evil there.

So, for me, it's definitely
one of the most haunted

and interesting places,

if not maybe number one.

spots a legendary cryptid

in New Mexico.

We've all heard
the tales of buried treasure.

Explorers following
a dotted path

to an 'X' on the map.

Searching for overflowing
chests of jewels.

All for a chance to be rich
beyond belief.

But be warned.

Most of these pursuits leave
the seekers empty-handed.

Or pursued themselves

by others hoping
for the same riches.

And for two men
in New Mexico,

who set out to find
a bag of gold coins,

the search led them
to something truly terrifying.

A stunning encounter

with a legendary beast.

Nineteen-ninety-five.

In Eastern New Mexico.

Explorer Robert Kryder

receives information that
a bag of gold coins,

possibly left behind
from a robbery,

is buried somewhere
in the desert.

So he and a friend

set out to find it
for themselves.

But when they get close
to where the treasure

is supposedly buried,

they see something
in the distance

that stops them
in their tracks.

It's a large,
dark figure

standing still,
up on a nearby hill.

My name is Robert Kryder,
and this is my video.

We had a map
from a satellite group

and it indicated
a possible treasure.

It was quite the ingress,

uh, through some Mesa lands

and real heavy
deserted country.

And, um, we had
a very short window

to get in there
and get out of there.

We're basically jogging

half the time through
a lot of mesquite trees

that were just
over head high.

And, um, and that's when John,

my buddy, yelled out,
"Bigfoot!"

And whatever
this is,

Bigfoot or otherwise,

it appears to be
staring directly

at Robert and his cohort.

You can clearly see
something... enormous

that has a head
and shoulders,

just standing there,
motionless,

and it looks to be
dark in color.

You can see the difference
between the rocks,

that this is something that

has the shape
and the silhouette

of what would be described
as a Bigfoot.

If this is, in fact,
a Sasquatch,

it's doing what
Bigfoot usually does,

and that's, um,
keeping its distance

and remaining still

while all the time,

observing the people
observing it.

It was just
so immense

that your brain
just takes a double shot.

I mean, I almost wanted
to believe it was a tree.

'Cause here we are,
running in there,
we're losing light.

We already know we're
gonna come out after dark.

You don't wanna know these
things are really there

when you gotta
do something.

Freaked out,

both men leave the area
immediately,

and head home.

But days later,

their curiosity
gets the better of them

and they head to the exact
spot on the mountain

where the figure
was standing.

There isn't a tree,

but there is something else.

Well, when we got up there,

we did find
sign of tracks

and they were, you know,
in excess of about 20 inches.

And standing where he was,

um, we guessed it around
11 or 12 foot.

If I eventually made my way
up to that cliff,

and started kind of
examining the area,

and I found two absurdly large
set of footprints,

in that exact same spot,

I would think that could
very well have been Bigfoot.

But what really
cemented the sighting
for Robert

was when he showed
his footage

to the people
that owned the land.

They were
really surprised.

These guys had actually lost

up to 10 head
of cattle per year

and always thought
it was rustlers.

Even their own relatives

aren't allowed to walk
or hike on the land

because they want
to see tracks

because this has been on-going
for decades, basically.

And I think it all really
slapped 'em pretty hard

when they saw what was
out there on their land.

And I think that might be
another reason

for their missing cattle.

The cattle
would certainly be
a good food source

if it is Bigfoot.

And the surrounding terrain
also makes sense.

Most people don't think
of New Mexico

as a hotspot
for Bigfoot sightings,

but there's actually a lot
of mountainous areas
towards the north.

And a lot of people report
seeing this creature.

I was there investigating
a UFO sighting,

and just about everyone
I talked to

also believed that there was
a Bigfoot-type creature
in those mountains.

Whatever
this figure was,

over the years,

Robert has come to believe
that though startling
at the time,

perhaps his fear
of the creature

was unfounded.

He always seemed
to be a gentle giant.

So I think that was
a quality as well

that I took out of it,

that they're not
all just monsters.

Like, maybe, he's just
a big old daddy guy out here

checking things out,
doing what we do, you know.

what is terrorizing...

this party supply store
in Mexico?

For some,

a haunting
in a specific location

can sometimes become
so commonplace for its hosts

that it goes from frightening

to familiar.

But for those inclined
to study

their supernatural guests,

be careful.

Things can and will escalate.

Fast.

And without warning.

Making a situation that is
apparently under some control

one's worst nightmare.

That's what one shop owner
in Mexico is dealing with.

And it looks like

he's running out of time.

2021.

Guadalajara, Mexico.

When we last heard
Mario Lara in season four,

his party supply shop
was plagued

by a bizarre
supernatural activity.

Activity believed to be caused

by one particular pinata.

And at that point,

Mario was determined
to do everything he could...

to get to the bottom of it.

I would like to be able
to walk away

knowing that I didn't leave
any stone unturned.

And for Mario,

leaving no stone unturned

means bringing in
willing partners to help.

Mario's
friend Cantu

is going to spend a night
locked inside the shop.

Something Mario himself
has refused to do.

Cantu
may not be scared now

but later, when he tries
to take a nap

in the back of Mario's shop,

things get weird, quickly.

As a security camera records,

a nearby television
turns itself on.

And then...

moves toward Cantu
as he sleeps.

This looks like
an old-school

cathode-ray tube set,

which means it is
a heavy sucker.

And yet, it seems to be

almost walking towards
the sleeping

and vulnerable man.

Now, what's odd is,
I didn't see a plug

on this TV.

I didn't see any kind
of extension cord,

didn't seem that
it was plugged in the wall,

yet the power came on.

I was on the edge
of my seat

and looking to the screen
close up

to figure out what the heck
is going on.

I've never seen
anything like it,

and I was terrified
at that moment.

And when Cantu
jostles awake

only minutes later,

he is also terrified.

But the bizarre activity
at the shop isn't over yet.

Far from it.

Later in the night,

to distract himself,

Cantu plays a virtual reality
video game,

when, unbeknownst to him...

a figure.

child-like, and transparent,

staring directly at Cantu

as he plays
his video game.

Before finally

jetting off into nothingness.

This clip
is a prime example

of grade A, top-shelf,

creep-tastic footage.

It looks like a spooky,
little boy ghost

who is skittering around,
and also,

creeping on this guy.

We can see the clothes
he's wearing.

We can see his shoes
and his hair.

We see his glowing
little eyes.

He's obviously transparent.

He sort of moves
in this glitchy way

where the rest of the video
is not glitching at all.

And then he disappears.

I mean, that's some
pretty astounding footage.

The little boy
could be the culprit

for all this poltergeist
activity that's been happening

at this location.

It seems to fall in line

with being mischievous,
and kind of messing around
with things.

Maybe.
But only a couple of months

after Cantu's tumultuous
overnight experience,

a security camera in the same
part of the shop

captures something
not mischievous

but malicious,

as Mario's assistant
looks for something in a box.

Watch again

as she is suddenly dragged
by an unseen force

into an adjacent room.

And, incredibly, is left
with a gruesome mark

on her left ankle.

It's really not too much

of a stretch
of the imagination

to kind of see
a small handprint

there on her flesh.

I can't imagine
that it's the ghost boy

that's dragging her like that,

but it really does look like
a small handprint there.

But just because
it's hard to imagine

a child-like ghost
doing this,

doesn't mean
it couldn't happen.

For one
very terrifying reason.

Demons. They will often
kind of take the shape
and form

of a child, so to speak,

to lull people into a false
sense of security.

To communicate with them,

to think, "Okay,
there is something here.

But it's really not that bad."

And then little by little,

you realize
that's a huge mistake.

This is something
non-human in nature.

This is either something
that has escalated
in the area.

Maybe something that
was manifested

before this was
a candy shop,

'cause I don't understand

why a candy/party store

which incites
happiness and joy

in people and families,
you know,

would be such a malevolent
location for a haunt.

Whatever
the reason,

here's hoping Mario
gets a handle on it soon,

before whatever it is

gets a handle
on someone else.

According
to some research,

most reports of UFO sightings

come between 4:00 p.m.
and midnight...

- Oh!
- ...peaking
- between 9:00 and 10:00 p.m.

What the
is that?

The obvious
reason, of course,

is because that's usually
when it's darkest out,

making a craft's lights
much easier to see.

They just
keep coming.

But make
no mistake.

Just because they are most
often spotted in darker skies

doesn't mean they aren't there
during the day.

Just ask two co-workers
in Georgia

who spotted not one

but multiple UFOs
in broad daylight.

February 24, 2022.

In Calhoun, Georgia.

It's 8:30 a.m.,

and warehouse employees
Nate Holt and Jake Ramirez

are hard at work

when they look out the window,

and catch sight of something
peculiar in the sky.

-I'm Jake.
-And I'm Nate.

And this is our video.

It looked like
three objects at first.

And we know they must be
pretty big because

you could see 'em going
in and out of the clouds,

so that kind of tells us,
hey, it's pretty far away.

Must have some size to 'em.

At first, we thought,
maybe it's balloons
or something.

I think this video
is a really great UFO capture.

For one thing,
it is in broad daylight,

so we can immediately
look at it

and rule out a lot
of flying objects

that it might be.

But it's still very hard
to say

what it actually is.

I think we can
confidently say that
this is not a plane.

Planes don't hover
in place like this,

especially
for several minutes.

Even in the parent motion,

it would like
it's gotta be circling.

It's just
hanging out there.

Suddenly,
the two smaller UFOs vanish.

And that's when
Nate and Jake notice

something even more remarkable

about the remaining
larger craft.

Oh, look.
What's it doing now?

It's got lights on it.

Now it's got lights
on it, dude.

It's blinking,
I can see it.

I honestly wasn't taking it
very seriously, at first.

But once I seen it light up,

that's when
I start to realize,

"Hey, this is
something unique."

And there was a light
coming from the bottom
of it, too.

It kind of lifts.

Seriously, that's weird.

It seemed like flame

was coming out from
the bottom of it.

Almost as if it was
a method of propulsion.

A thruster, even.

I've watched
a lot of UFO videos.

I've watched drones...
just stuff like that,

and it doesn't look like
any drone I've ever seen.

I've never seen videos

in the daytime,

where something
lights up like that.

This just went
into a different level

of an Unidentified
Flying Object

because this isn't something
that you would
traditionally see

during the daylight,
so often times,

when people are seeing
lights on the craft,

it's for the person
that's looking at it,

to let them know that
they are being seen

by whoever or whatever
is in that craft.

So, could
the lights be a signal
to Nate and Jake?

Or maybe someone else?

A lady here named Brandi,
at work, her husband,

who's working
downtown Calhoun,

which is several miles
from here,

he's seen it too.

And he didn't mention it
until she mentioned it to him

after I showed her the video,
and he goes,

"Wow, I seen that.

It was on the same day
and everything."

It most certainly
adds validity to this sighting

when we have
another eyewitness

who describes seeing
the same thing in the sky,

at the same time,

and yet,
from a different perspective.

It was going left.
Now it's going right.

Usually,
when that happens,

a lot of UFO theorists believe

they're trying to acclimate
human beings

to their presence,

as to not trigger

a violent defense protocol,

and getting them used to
or softening the blow

of their main arrival.

If that was,
in fact, the intention

of whatever was controlling
the UFO that day,

the consider Jake and Nate...

...acclimated.

It changed
my perspective

of a lot of things,
especially on the paranormal
and UFO side.

I am a lot more open
to things now than I was.

This kind of affirms
that weird stuff is out there.

It's got lights on it.

mysteries

lie within the unexplored
caves of the world.

Dark, dank domains
of their own.

That have claimed
many thousands of lives

throughout history.

And one man in Aruba

may just hold the latest
piece of evidence

that what's down there

is positively bewildering.

Rogelio Montero
is part of a
film crew

that is inside
of an old mining cave.

Where a man is on day 70

of a 100-day quest
to break the world record

for most consecutive days
spent in a cave.

My name is Rogelio Montero.

And I record this video.

Mines have
kind of been married
to tragic accidents

just because of the nature
of the job.

And I've been told

about a lot
of mines specifically

that are haunted

or carry some sort of energy

where people
have experienced things.

The people who die
in these tunnels and caverns

often die very violent,
tragic deaths.

Certainly the kind
of end to a life

that might resonate beyond
into the afterlife.

But while the cave
might have a strange vibe,

it's just another day
on the job

for Rogelio.

Until he gets home

and reviews the footage
he shot at the cave,

and spots something
truly bizarre.

Watch closely.

Did you catch it?

Watch again

as a strange, unidentifiable
green figure

ducks behind a nearby wall

right when Rogelio
pans his camera.

You see something
clearly green.

Does not look human.

It looks like we're seeing
the skin of some type
of creature

that's on two legs,

aware that something else
is in this cave with it.

It seemed to look more like
sort of an amorphous blob

and I began to think

like real science fiction
level stuff,

like sentient gaseous anomaly.

or some sort
of plasmic nebula.

It seems to be
rather tall,

slightly translucent,
and totally trying to remain

out of the shot
and not be seen

by the individuals
in the cave.

When some animals
have evolved

in a place
of absolute darkness,

they do avoid the light,

which makes me think,

is this some sort of creature

that likewise has evolved

with an aversion to light?

And perhaps
the location of its sighting

gives us a clue as to what
exactly this thing could be.

There's
a lot of stories
of places like this,

these mines, where the miners
were encountering
strange beings.

A lot of these mines
have death

and a lot of disasters
and accidents that happen.

There is one legend
that seems to kind of fit
the profile here,

and that's the Tommy knocker.

Now, they're described as
small, kind
of impish,

gnome-like creatures,

almost like leprechauns.

Usually about two feet high

and people report them
being green in color.

One of the most famous beings

known to live underground

are reptilian creatures.

They look like
human-sized reptiles

known to be greenish-gray
in nature.

And highly, highly evolved

intelligent beings.

There's a theory
that human beings

are some sort of
scientific experiment

that the reptilians
are holding,

and the reptilians observe us

and how we are
on this planet

from the comfort of their
cave systems underground.

And so, could this be
that this is some sort

of reptilian creature

that's lurking around
underground?

Given
how little we know

about the world below,

it's not as farfetched
as you might think.

Humans
only inhabit a small portion
of the actual Earth.

There's a lot of places

where we couldn't survive,

and those are the places
that tend to have
the most lore because

we might hear noises,

we might see things
and we go inside

and never know exactly
what it is that we'd see.

I think the more that
we explore these regions,

whether it be the deepest
depths of the ocean,

or the deepest caverns,

I think we're gonna
continue to find

species and things that we've
never actually come across.

Rogelio, for one,
is up for the challenge.

The man
who attempted
to break the world record

in the cave, however...

could this unexplained shadow

be a guardian angel?

Of all
the paranormal entities

perhaps most terrifying

is the shadow figure.

They're known
to be human-shaped

but feature-less.

To lurk
in dark corners.

Holy! Oh, my!

And strike fear
in all those who come
across them.

But some recent
shadow-like captures

are breaking that mold.

And may shed light

on a different kind
of entity altogether.

in Zacatecas, Mexico.

A man working from home

notices what looks like
a person's shadow

pacing back and forth
behind his curtains.

And
if you're wondering
why he's freaking out,

just wait.

This could not
have been scripted

better than it was.

Because it totally had me.

I was the cynic disbeliever

watching this happen,
going like,

obviously there's someone
walking around outside.

I mean, look at it.
It's obvious.

And then the curtain opens

and they're two stories up,

and I was like,

out loud, "What!"

Not only is there
not a person there,

there isn't even
a place to walk.

If this were being cast
by a person,

they would literally

have to be levitating
or flying outside the window.

I've heard of people
seeing a shadow figure,

but I haven't heard
of a situation where a shadow

has been created
in the sunlight,

kind of revealing itself,
and then,

once that curtain's revealed,
it's no longer there.

But if it's not
a typical shadow figure,

what else could it be?

A similar sighting
in Liverpool, England

may provide some answers.

Tracy Lenahan is telling
stories to her daughter,
Natalie,

about her late father Terence,

when suddenly,

a dark figure appears
behind her curtains.

And just like the sighting
in Mexico,

as they get closer
to investigate...

They move the blinds.
It was like, "Oh!"

I just got chills.
I just got the chills.

'Cause it didn't even move
when she walked up to it.

That was a wild,
unexplainable shadow.

Even more bizarre
is what else is captured

when they open the blinds.

Watch the reflection
in the window closely.

And what appears to be
another hand

holding Natalie's.

Seeing that hand
in the reflection of a glass,

I mean, that just takes it
to a whole another level.

That was kind of that moment

when you realized,

"Hey, they really caught
something incredible here."

Incredible indeed.

And Tracy
believes she knows

whom the hand belongs to.

Her father, Terence.

Whom she was just
talking about.

The timing of all of this

is what makes this
really interesting because

these women
had been talking about

their loved one
who had passed on.

And there are
paranormal theories

that sometimes
the departed

can come back
to pay a visit.

To offer solace,

or some sort of protection,

or just let someone know

that they are there,

and that they are okay.

It's an incredibly
common experience

that people report
after the loss of a loved one,

especially a parental figure.

To feel that that person
is watching over them.

Sometimes, they're believed
to be guardian angels,

spirit guides, and sometimes
we recognize them

to be the spirits of those
that we know and love.

So, it's very interesting.

And if Tracy's
theory is correct,

her footage brings hope

that we all might have
guardian angels

looking out for us as well.

I've met
a lot of people over the years

that when they've
lost a loved one,

they believe that they've had
messages from them.

And if there is anything to us
after this world,

I would like to think
we can come back

and just, sort of, give
our loved ones a little...

a little nudge, a little
acknowledgment
from time to time.

It's a nice moment to have.
