- It's a beautiful day to volunteer

at the pet adoption fair.

Scrub a dub dub.

Brush, brush, brush.

♪ Sleep, little fishy, go to sleep ♪

- Wow, Vola, you're the most jawesome volunteer I have.

The pet adoption fair is lucky to have you.

- Thanks, Charlie.

It's hard work, but I love it.

- Say, I have to pick up a litter of sea pigs.

Do you think you could work by yourself for a while?

- [gasps] Really?

You trust me to work a solo shift?

- I sure do!

- I won't let you down, Charlie.

- Well, OK, but if you need help, you can always ask.

- Oh, I won't need any help.

I mean, I've got nine brains.

I can totally handle this on my own.

- Excellent.

I'll be back before you know it.

Oh, and Vola, keep an eye on the bunny slugs.

They are pretty crafty.

- Sure. I'll go check on them now.

[all giggling]

Gotcha!

And where do you think you're going?

[bell rings]

Oh, somefishy needs my help.

You cuties stay put.

[all giggling]

Oh, hey, Barb.

You here to pick up your new adorable pet?

- I sure am.

- This is Wiggles. [giggles]

What she lacks in bones, she makes up for in love.

- [squeals]

- Oh!

Is there a doctor in the house, because my heart just melted!

- Another satisfied customer.

Phew. I am so good at this.

[hinge squeaking] Huh?

[dramatic music]

[gasps] The bunny slugs are gone!

Oh, no, what should I do?

Think, Vola, think.

I guess I could call Charlie,

but I don't want her to think I can't handle this on my own.

No.

I said I can handle it on my own,

and that's exactly what I'm going to do.

I'm going to get them back.

But first, to secure the pets.

[button beeps]

[bars whirring]

Those toys should keep them busy.

[heroic Western music]

[whip cracks]

Now, it's time to round up some bunny slugs.

Yee-haw!

[chomping]

[slow dramatic music]

[wind whooshing]

Here, bunny slugs!

Nice bunny slugs!

Oh, I don't see them anywhere.

Better lasso me some binoculars.

♪ ♪

What's that?

Hmm. [gasps]

Bunny slug paw prints!

If I follow the prints, they'll lead me to the bunny slugs.

[whip cracks]

Giddy up!

[chomping]

[bright music]

- Grandpa, isn't it nice of grandma

to let us play in her garden?

It's so fun!

- Well, if it's so fun, why isn't she helping?

- I am helping.

I'm supervising. [chuckles]

- Is it just me, or does supervising

look a lot like relaxing?

[ground rumbles] Whoa!

- Um, Grandma, I'm no expert,

but I don't think sea carrots are supposed to do that.

[bunny slugs chittering]

- It's bunny slugs!

- Oh, no, they're ruining the garden!

[heroic Western music]

- Don't worry, Sharks, I'll round up these critters.

- Whoa!

Just when I thought Vola couldn't get any cooler.

- [grunting] Oh.

Yah!

[grunts, whimpers]

- Uh, Vola, do you need some help?

- [grunts] Nope.

I can do this by myself.

I have it all under control.

You're not giving me the slip!

- Sorry, fam, but looks like we won't be having

sea carrot pudding for dinner.

- Yes!

I mean, oh, darn.

[playful music]

- I got it.

I got it!

Oh, I won a--

[machine giggles]

A bunny slug?

[slugs giggling]

- [gasps]

[machine dinging]

- Whoa.

I can't believe bunny slugs

have taken over the party puddle.

- I can't believe they're beating my high score.

[game chiming]

[bell rings]

[dramatic music]

both: Vola!

[heroic Western music]

- Let's dance, bunny slugs.

- Uh-oh.

- Come here, ya varmint!

- Looks like you have your tentacles full, Vola.

- Do you need some help?

- No, thanks.

I can catch these pesky bunny slugs

with three tentacles tied behind my back.

Oh!

[grunts]

- Can you catch them with all of your tentacles

tied behind your back?

[slugs giggling]

[chomping]

[grand music]

- I'm here at Swimmy Hall, where Mayor Anchovy is set

to make an important announcement

that will no doubt end in hilarity.

- Good afternoon, Inkington.

- [whispers]

- I mean, good afternoon, Carnivore Cove.

Our top scientists have worked tirelessly

to answer the question that has stumped fishkind

for generations.

What came first,

the chickenfish, or the egg?

- Oh, my.

[all yelping] - Bunny slugs!

- Scatter!

- [beatboxing]

- [gasps] This is amazing.

- That bunny slug has a captivating stage presence.

- Don't worry, everyfishy.

I have the situation completely under control.

- Vola, do you need our assistance

in catching those bunny slugs?

- Oh, yeah, I can help.

I've never caught a bunny slug before,

but I catch feelings all the time.

- No thanks, Goldie and Hank.

I can handle this all by myself.

- [grunts] Ooh!

- [chirping]

- Splish Splash, my egg hatched.

Science is amazing!

[slugs giggling]

- You're not getting away that easy.

[dramatic music]

I got you now!

Huh?

[sighs] I can't catch those bunny slugs.

They're just too tricky.

I told Charlie I could handle this on my own,

but I was wrong.

[gasps] I need backup.

[chomping]

["Reveille" plays on bugle]

[wind whooshing] [rumbling]

[dramatic music]

- Vola, we got your Code Purple,

buddy slug bonanza!

- What's the sitch?

- Well, I wanted to round up the bunny slugs alone

to prove that I could take care of everything by myself,

but this job is too big to do solo.

Can you help me, please?

- Of course we will!

- I thought you'd never ask.

- Yeah.

We'll always be there when a friend needs our help.

- Thanks, fishies.

Why be a Lone Ranger when, together,

we're the Chumbelievable Six!

- Oh, goody.

Sounds like it's time for an outfit change.

[laughter]

- Oh, hiya, fishies.

Well, looks like everything ran smoothly while I was out.

Did the bunny slugs give you any trouble, Vola?

- Nothing I couldn't handle with a little help

from the rootin'est, tootin'est fishies around.

- That's wonderful.

I wish I'd asked for help earlier.

Transporting a litter of sea pigs

was harder than I thought.

[pigs squealing]

- Splish Splash! How do you steer this thing?

[screams]

- What do you say, fishies?

You up for another round up?

[all cheer]

The Chumbelievable Six ride again!

Yee-haw!

[bright music]

- All right, Teensy, let's show William

the new trick I taught you.

And shake!

Ha-ha-ha.

- [cooing]

- ♪ Hm-hm-hm ♪

♪ Da-da-da-da-da ♪

- Whoa-hoa-hoa!

That was chum-believable.

- Thanks. It was all Teensy's idea.

Isn't that right?

Oh, who's the cutest, smartest t*rd

in the whole wide ocean? - [happy coo]

- You are. You are.

- Ah, that is all sorts of wholesome right there.

I sure wish I had a pet.

Then I can have a bond just like you and Teensy.

- Well, maybe you can. Have you ever asked your mom?

- [gasp] I never thought of that.

Mom! Mom! Mom!

- Breaking news, I need to dust.

- Mom! Mom! Mom!

- What? What? What?

- Can I have a pet?

- Oh, I don't know, bubba.

- Please?

- [chuckles] Nice try, but it's going to take

more than guppy-dog eyes to convince me.

- Then what about a song?

♪ And I bet I'd let them get my best if I had a pet ♪

- Hm...

This just in.

We're getting a pet!

- Yes!

[chomping]

- Now, Philip, I don't want to tell you again.

You have to share your sea carrots with Princess Pookie.

- [squeaks]

- Oh, hey, William.

What brings you here today?

- My mom said I could adopt a pet.

- His song was very convincing.

- So what kind of pet are you looking for, little gup?

- Oh, I don't know.

[clams chirping]

Something adorable.

[laughs] Something silly.

Something...

[gasps]

- [snorting]

- Whoa.

Hi, little fella. My name's William.

- [snorting]

[squeals] - [gasps]

Hoppin' halibut, you like chum-yums just like me!

It's destiny.

Mom, Mom, can we adopt this cute little sea piggy?

- [snorting]

- Oh, sounds like a winner to me.

- Yes!

And since you love chum-yums, I'm going to name you Chumby.

- [snort] - Aw!

This is fantastic.

You and I are going to be just like Baby and Teensy.

- You know, Bubba, every fishy makes their own special bond

with their pet.

It doesn't need to be just like any other fishies.

- Right.

We're going to be just like Baby and Teensy.

- [sigh]

- Welcome to your new home, Chumby!

This is your kingdom now.

Do you love it?

- [snort]

[neigh]

Uh, I'll take that as a "yes?"

- [snorting]

- OK, let's go for a spin--

[screams]

Oh, one bite for me and--

[crunch]

One sandwich for you.

- [snort]

[neigh]

- Ah!

Drop it, Chumby!

Mighty Mackerel! Are you OK?

Speak to me.

- [snoring]

- I know you're technically a hog,

but this is not cool.

Whoa! [grunts]

Having a pet is way different than I imagined.

Me and Chumby are nothing like Baby and Teensy.

Huh?

[gasps] That's it.

Maybe I can train Chumby to be just like Teensy.

[chomping]

- Of course, William.

Teensy and I would be happy to help you train Chumby.

- Oh, thank you, thank you!

I know Chumby and I will be just like you two in no time.

Right, Chumby?

- [crunching]

[neighs]

- Drop it.

Chumby, drop it.

- [snorting]

- OK, Chumby, we're going to teach you some tricks.

Are you ready?

- [burp, squeal]

- All right, Teensy, let's show this little piggy

what we've got.

Sit.

Roll over. - [chittering]

- Solve a coral cube!

- Ta-da!

- And time!

Ha, that's a new record.

- [happy cooing]

- Now it's your turn, Chumby.

- Sit.

And sit.

OK, how about roll over?

Come on, roll over!

Maybe he's just warming up.

- [crunching, squeals]

- Uh, let's move on to something else.

[chomping]

The key to every amazing pet owner bond

is throwing fancy tea parties.

- That makes sense.

- Allow us to demonstrate.

Fancy a cuppa, my dear Teensy?

- [happy cooing]

[sips]

- Now you and Chumby give it a swirl.

- Say, my good Chumby, would you please pass the teapot?

- [snort]

- Ah! - Oh, dear.

- Eh, maybe we should try something a little less fancy.

[chomping]

[upbeat music]

- There's no better way to bond with your pet

than with a simple game of fetch.

Observe.

Shark strength!

- [chitters]

[panting]

- Oh! [giggles] Good girl, Teensy.

- All right, Chumby,

let's do it just like Baby and Teensy.

Fishy fierce!

- [squealing]

- See?

There's absotoothly no way to get fetch wrong.

- Splish Splash, I've been fetched!

- [sighs]

[chomping]

- [sighs] I really want me and Chumby to have a bond

just like Baby and Teensy.

But we're nothing like them.

What am I going to do?

- [chomping] - Huh?

- [squeals] - Ah! She-Shark, no!

Drop it!

Chumby, drop it!

- [squeals]

- My limited edition Golden She-Shark!

She's been Chumbied.

Chumby, you're-- you're a bad boy!

- [sad snorting]

- Maybe I was wrong.

Maybe I don't want a pet after all.

Oh, sorry, Chumby.

I just need to go get some fresh saltwater

to clear my head.

[somber music]

- [sad squeal]

[chomping]

- I can't believe Chumby chewed my favorite toy.

Oh, it's hopeless.

We'll never have the same bond as Baby and--oh!

[grunts]

Oh, why are these vines so tangly?

[gasp] It's a tulip tentacle trap!

I'm a fan of flowers, but not this one.

Help! [grunting]

Ah!

- [snort]

[heroic music]

- Oh, Chumby, you found me!

- [snorting]

- OK, I need you to go fetch some help.

Can you do that? Go fetch help?

- [snorting]

- No, Chumby, I said go fetch, not chew on the vines.

Wait, forget everything I just said.

Chumby, chew, chew like the wind!

[gasps] I'm free!

You saved me!

I was wrong, Chumby.

You're not a bad boy at all.

You're a good boy.

Yes, you are. You're a good boy.

My mom was right.

We don't need to have the same bond as any other fishy

because we have our own bond.

And it's super special.

[laughs]

And as a special treat for saving me,

who wants some chum-yums?

One chum-yum for me, and...

- [slurps]

[burps]

- One bag of chum-yums for you.

- [pants, squeals] - [laughs]
