so let's welcome them.

MARGARITA: We always see the
models in their model outfit--

the jeans and the black tees--
but this time it's so cool

to see each one

in their own individual style.

Like, "Oh, she's punk,
rocker, whatever."

So, if you've not
figured it out already,

your models are your clients
for this challenge.

[laughter]

BRANDON: The models got
a lot of personality,

and I'll take any of 'em.

Models are highly visible
individuals.

Even when they have a day off,
they are very aware

of how important it is
to promote themselves

by using social media.

And for this challenge,

you will each work
with your client

to develop a street-style look

that she can wear on a day off

and that she can post
on social media pages.

Your models will work with
a professional photographer.

The photographs will be shown
to the judges on a monitor

during the runway,
with the hashtag...

Since the models
are your clients,

your models will choose
the designer

with whom she wants to work.

Tables have turned.
We don't get to pick the models.

The models pick us.

SAMANTHA: I am super excited
to be working with you.

always see how your style is,

that you can do right by me,

about what you like.

-JANINE: I love sporty.

I love pieces that have
that feminine flair.

Like, a little...
just a little bit of pop.

I was actually very inspired

by what you're wearing
right now,

and I was thinking
about doing a top

kind of similar
to what you have.

I kind of want, like,
a smaller silhouette.

How do you feel about rompers,

jumpsuits,
anything that's a one-piece?

I'm very practical,
so I'm just thinking

about going to the bathroom.

Usually I wear...

I like something simple,
clean, sexy.

our model-clients
to create a fashionable

streetwear look that they love.

The idea is that

they will post these images

to their social media accounts.

MARGARITA: I'm so glad
Christina picked me.

And I think we're very similar.

You're seeing my new outfit
that I'm

I think this look

is a wonderful blend

The pants are so luxe-looking.

I like to add a piece
that kind of

makes it seem
a little bit more casual.

-Kind of like a halter dress.

It's all gonna be
out of this chiffon

Uh, this, actually.

TIM: They look like stickers
you've just applied.

-I don't think you want that.

What I'm working on
is kind of an urban tuxedo.

She was, like, really
into something classic.

I kind of feel like that's,
like, really what I do.

I was thinking
about running a zipper

down the one shoulder.

a little more refinement
on the bottom.

When I'm not modeling,

I like to be
as comfortable as I can,

so I'm really, really happy
with what she has so far.

We decided to do
some African print.

-These are beautiful.
-I got four different prints.

So, what she wanted was a flare,
off-the-shoulder top

with a pencil skirt.

I want to show some
of her stomach.

I worked really hard on this.

-And it shows.
-Big abs.

We're hoping
that you would probably

have advice as to which
color option works best.

Wow. Has a very different
impact.

-Mm-hmm. -Mm-hmm.
-TIM: But the cutouts

and what happens
with the reversal of the textile

makes much more sense
on the other side.

-I agree.
-Yeah.

So I told her that I wanted

to have the harness
or suspenders.

Like, the grunge
with the glam hipster thing.

-You have the right designer.
-SAMANTHA: My biggest concern

with this challenge is,
if I go full-force

into my Lolita fashion,
the judges won't get it

because it's not on me.

The only thing that would
make me a little bit nervous,

if she goes too grunge with it,

because I don't want
to come off, like, Gothic.

I can't wait to see
this collaboration.

-[laughing] -I think....
-I'm really excited.

She likes sophisticated,
clean and simple, and so...

I wanted to create a vest
and then some pants.

Everything's going to be
in this green.

is really accentuating

Everything's fitting

and it looks like something

and your model as a client.

I had the pleasure
of working with Sian.

We generally tend
to be more dressed down.

So, while I used
a rather oversized sweatshirt,

I wanted to pair it
with a more tailored short.

And then, on the side,
I added a pinstripe,

as well as on the shoulder,

to just add a little
something extra.

NINA:
I like the idea of sportswear,

but I do think that we missed
a pop of color here.

When I'm scrolling
that Instagram feed,

that I could be like,
"Oh, that pops up."

And when I see it
on the photo here,

sadly, it's just a blob
of black.

When you wear black,
it's about silhouette,

-so the silhouette
has to be so good. -Mm-hmm.

And from the side,
she has no waist.

And I don't believe your client

ever wants to look pregnant
if she's not.

I love the top a lot.

I would wear that sweatshirt
every day.

But I feel like
I'd like it better,

-like, as two separate pieces.
-Sure.

But I do like it.
And I love the blue.

-So my beautiful model, Janine,

loves feminine elegance,

refinement, mixed with
a little bit of urban flair.

I think this outfit can easily
go from day to night,

and that's really important
for a model off duty,

because they go
on castings all day,

and then your agent calls you,
and you have to go to a party.

And she's ready.

HEIDI:
I think it's fantastic.

And look how it photographs.

And here we have another look

-on a model that
is quite dark, right? -Mm-hmm.

But you see a lot of skin.

Now this photo
becomes interesting.

It looks really chic
and very expensive.

I think it's my favorite look
you've done so far.

Kenya, tell us about your look
and your client.

She spoke about wanting
a nice trouser.

She loved the emerald green
color.

And so this is what, um,
came about.

ZAC: You know,
it's like kind of Debbie Harry

meets Peter Pan
meets 101 Dalmatians.

And I like that.

-This pops.

You just look
so, like, tall and...

Yeah, you look stunning.
It looks amazing.

She has that chic
je ne sais quoi.

It's so quirky and oddball
that I'm interested.

how do you like your look?

I think it's a wonderful melding
between Kentaro and myself.

She speaks Japanese,
so we kind of started

to talk about Japanese culture.

And also she told me
she likes kimono,

so I kind of wanted to combine
kimono, hakama-style pants

and the casual style.

Your model today was the coolest
by far on the runway.

Probably people would think
it's weird to put shorts

over another pair of pants,
but it works so well.

GEORGINA: And I see a nod
to samurai in this

'cause it has a dangerous edge
and it has a masculine edge,

yet she's so feminine right now,

which is such a wonderful
juxtaposition and balance.

Can you turn?
I mean, it's crisp, it's easy.

-Oh, the top.
-ZAC: The draping in the back,

the folds... yeah, it's great.

-Thank you.
-HEIDI: Samantha.

SAMANTHA:
Jazzmine chose me

because she's actually been

paying attention
to my own personal style,

and it turns out we have
a lot in common.

And she's like, "I want to be
this grunge, glam girl.

I want this fitted bodice
and this fluffy, short skirt."

And I incorporated these
kind of, like, badass elements.

GEORGINA: There's something
that just feels

a little verging
on costume for me.

It's not speaking to me in
an exciting, fresh, modern way.

ZAC: And if you had to do
a checklist of, like...

Lolita: the ruffles
on the bottom,

cupcake shape,
little corset vest.

-I got it.
-I've seen it.

And I-I actually really like it
a lot better

without the vest,
'cause then you can see

the cute little collar
and the cute little, like,

sides that they had in.
Yeah.

I love that detail so much.
I like it better like that.

I like it... I have to say
I like it better without, too.

-And the work you put into this

is insane.

if she wants to.

She looks really cheesy to me.

To me, this does not look
fashion-forward or modern.

I do love the b*mber jacket.

-But it is so Miami.

I mean, it is Miami. I'm sorry.

like street-style,
