How was it?

- I went to see
my psychiatrist.

I'm on an antidepressant,
which has been lovely.

has been balanced more,

opposed to, like,
ups and downs.

That's already changed.
- I've noticed that, too.

- I'm a lot nicer.

- A lot has happened
in these last few months.

Amelia started
to miss her classes.

panic attacks...
I don't know if she can do it.

my anxiety next week.

It's just, like, pretty bad,
and I don't know.

I want to get evaluated.

- She was in a very bad place.

But Amelia
has been very serious

about getting her mental health
on the right track.

marks the year

of me 100% recovered.

My therapist
told me that today.

- You know, it's been
interesting because...

- She has brought up
a couple things

about whether
my posting on Instagram

with your eating disorder.

"I don't know.

in a bathing suit
or underwear...

don't think that that

is what caused
Amelia's anorexia.

a really small person.

I talked about this
with my therapist today.

Like, there's shaming
no matter what size you are.

- It's so true.

cannot be perfect
in this world.

- I get shamed all the time.

- I mean, even myself,

when I was going
through all my therapy

and my eating disorder
treatments and things,

I remember
for a period of time

I blamed you
because you were so thin,

but at the same time,
it's like, that's not fair,

because the part to me
that people don't understand

is, like, I did everything
on my own.

Like, I was sitting in my room
one night, crying to myself,

looking up diets myself,

without you knowing about it,
without you being a part of it.

Like, you're really not a part
of any of my stuff.

People look for somebody
to blame 'cause it's easier

and they don't have
to deal with it.

- It's so much easier.

My dancing somehow pushed
a button in Garcelle,

not so much my daughter,

but Garcelle...
it pushed a button.

You're so much smarter
than anybody I know.
