[Daphne] Boy we sure goofed when we planned this beach party.

I'll say. First we took the wrong turn off

and ended up on this spooky beach.

And then all of this creepy fog rolls in.

Well, I guess we'll just have to make the best of it.

[roars]

Hey Shaggy, how's our dinner coming?

One seafood special coming up.

Like careful. I don't wanna lose you.

Do you give up?

Zoinks.

I give up. I give up.

[laughs]

He got away.

Oh boy, I got a big one.

Like double wow, Scooby. You hooked a whole fish fry.

[Shaggy] Yow!

Like hang on, Scoob.

I will, I will.

[roars] It's a sea monster.

A sea monster?

Quick send up a distress flare.

That wasn't a flare. It's the raft inflator.

[air hissing]

[Shaggy] Help!

What is that?

A sea monster is after Shaggy and Scooby.

Think like a rudder Scoob, and get us out of here.

[roars]

Here they come.

Hit the beach.

Zoinks. He's after us.

[roars]

Shaggy, Scooby.

Let's get out of here, that thing is coming ashore.

[Daphne] We're cut off.

Run for that house on the cliff.

It's our only chance.

What a weird old place. Looks almost haunted.

Hello, anybody home?

Aye. What can I do for ya mateys.

Cause of that creepy heap from the deep.

The monster? You saw the monster?

What do you know about the monster, sir?

I seen it. Oh, not tonight.

But that creature's a living legend in these waters.

Like, too living if you ask me.

The legend says that a hundred years ago

an evil sailor had a terrible curse put on him

by his shipmates.

And they threw him overboard.

And now he's come back, changed into this awful, unspeakable

supernatural creature.

Super...

natural...

Aye, lookie this old picture. That be your creature.

Uh huh.

If it lives on the ocean bottom,

what's it doing up on the beach?

Ah, probably searching for victims.

Victims?

Aye, to steal their spirits.

Being supernatural it needs human spirits to stay alive.

Wow. like my spirit is unwilling.

Let's get out of here.

For once you're right, Shaggy.

He is?

The first thing we're gonna do

is get to the mystery machine and notify the sheriff.

[Shaggy] And the second thing?

Solve the mystery of the Creepy Heap From the Deep.

[Shaggy and Scooby whimper]

[monster roars]

[Velma] Jinkies, look.

The creature tried to destroy the mystery machine.

Maybe we should try to find his footprints and follow them.

[whistling]

Nice try Scoob.

Those prints lead back towards the captain's house.

Come on. We've got to warn him.

[roars]

Jinkies, we're too late.

Look it's Captain Clements.

Zoinks, the monster's got him.

[gulps]

Look he tried to leave a message.

Creature spirit.

The creature stole his spirit.

Oh.

Now we have to track down that monster.

Not only to get Captain Clements' spirit back,

but to get the monster before he gets us.

Somebody better stay here to look after the Captain.

Ooh, ooh, ooh. How about us?

OK. You and Shaggy stay here.

[sigh]

Good goin, Scoob. At least he ain't gonna give us any trouble, huh?

[thunder and lightning]

Like what's keepin our guys?

It's getting creepy babysitting that creep.

Oh no.

Zoinks. What are you doing out of your chair?

Now the creature owns my spirit.

[whining]

The creature owns his spirit.

He commands me to bring him more victims.

If you mean us, we just went that a way.

[Shaggy] Oh.

Through that door, Scoob.

Oh, hi.

You have come for the Madame Shaggy's beauty treatment, no?

[laughs]

But yes, you naughty little captain.

You look so pale. You need the rouge.

Ha ha ha. And the hair. It is nowhere.

[coughing]

Magnifique, and now for the final touch, that means so much.

[Scooby laughs]

And here's the bow dee-o-doe.

You want to see the new you?

[angry noises]

You're right. You're uglier than ever.

Quick get in there Scoob.

And lock the door and throw the key away.

We're safe now, Scoob.

[ghost] Now your spirits will be mine.

He's got us Scoob, we're gonners.

Your spirit. I must have your spirits.

Oh, what will we do.

Turn on the lights. Let's see if we can find a way out of here.

Ooh, feels like we're going down.

Look.

This is an elevator,

and we're dropping fast.

We've stopped. Let's get out of here.

Wait. Hey, we're back on the beach.

Huh?

And the elevator came right down

through the cliff.

I guess we're saved.

[monster roar]

Zoinks. It's the Creepy Heap.

Look. The monster.

And he's chasing something across the sand.

[monster roars]

That's strange.

Now he's heading for that blinking light in the ocean.

That's not all that's strange.

Look up there.

The Captain's light is blinking too.

Help. Like the monster is after us.

Relax, Shag. He's crawling back into the ocean.

That's good.

And we're going after it.

That's bad.

The monster disappeared in that fog bank.

Wouldn't you know it? Stay close.

[Scooby] Uh oh.

[imitates fog horn]

You see anything Scooby?

Keep an eye out for Fred and the girls

Fred. Daphne. Velma?

We're lost. And I'm not gonna go another inch

until the fog clears.

Let's drop anchor Scoob.

OK.

Wow, where'd you get this anchor?

Like it weighs a ton.

Nice going Scoob. Out of the fog and into the soup.

Put on your face mask

and let's see if we can find our way to shore.

[Scooby] OK.

And watch out for that sea monster.

[Scooby screams]

[Scooby] It's got me. It's got me.

It's only an oyster.

[Scooby laughs]

Like, that's an oyster.

Zoinks.

[Shaggy] Full speed ahead.

Shaggy.

Scooby.

Look they're down there.

And the monster's right on their tail.

Come on, let's get down there.

Is the monster still chasing us?

[Scooby] I don't know.

Wow, do you see what I see? An old submarine Scoob.

Let's hide inside.

Good work Scoob.

[monster roars]

Look, Shaggy and Scooby hid inside that old sub.

And the monster's after them.

Come on.

[Scooby] Yow. It's the monster.

[Shaggy] It's inside the sub.

There's no sign of Shaggy and Scooby.

Oh no? Did you ever see a medicine cabinet with a tail?

Hey Shaggy?

[laughs]

We thought you were the monster.

We know.

If you don't mind we'll stay in here.

If you don't mind. Out, out, out.

You and Scooby go in that direction,

and we'll take this hatch.

Come on Scoob, It was nice knowing you pal.

I wonder where this goes?

Like it's stuck.

Gimme a hand.

He caught me.

Zoinks. Get going or we're gonners.

Quick Scoob, we'll go out the back way.

Yow.

Did you hear something?

Uh huh. It sounded like...

...water.

[yelling]

Get the door quick.

We're safe.

And why is the water level rising?

Huh?

Look the monster's locking us in.

Oh, great. We're under 50 feet of ocean,

trapped inside a submarine water rising.

and a monster outside.

We're doomed.

We're trapped. We're trapped I tell ya.

Done for. Done for.

Not quite Shag.

Fortunately for us, this is the submarine's airlock.

Right, which means we could open that hatch up there

and leave the sub the same way we came in.

Like what are we waiting for, chickens and dogs first.

[Scooby clucking like a chicken]

Maybe we can find out more about the sea monster

if we check along the beach.

Good idea Velma.

Daphne and I will go this way.

And you and Shag go that way with Scooby.

Right, let's do you sea chickens.

Look, an old shack.

It looks deserted. I hope...

Let's check it out.

Like besides termites.

Let's check inside.

What a weird collection of junk.

Zoinks. This must be the monster's beach house.

[laughing]

Ah, visitors. Welcome.

Quick, hide yourself, the monster's out there.

[imitating roar]

Sit down, make yourself comfortable while I feed Walter.

Zoinks, Walter's a shark.

And a hungry one, too.

[fish laughs]

Look at this Fred. More tracks,

Let's see where they go.

Hold it. What's this?

Looks like some kind of key.

Except that it's so flimsy. Look how it bends.

That's funny. Who'd want a key like that?

We'll figure that out later. Let's stay with the tracks.

[monster roars]

Fred, the monster.

Head for the mystery machine.

This whole thing still doesn't make any sense.

Let's add up our clues.

A scary old sea monster.

That's one.

A creepy sunken sub.

[Fred] A weird old sea captain.

[Daphne] That blinking light in his house.

And a funny kind of key.

What's it all add up to?

Five.

In this case Scooby, zero,

Zero?

One, two, three, four, five...

Like look. There's that light at sea again.

Great, the fog's lifting.

Now let's see what's really out there.

Like what kind of monster is it this time?

Jinkies, it's a ship.

Come on, let's sneak aboard.

The coast is clear.

Shh. Something is happening over there.

Wow. They're hauling that sea monster aboard.

This means we're closer than I thought to solving this mystery.

If you're thinking what I think you're thinking Fred,

we'll find some answers in the chart room.

Exactly.

Let's go.

Just as I thought.

The submarine is directly under this ship.

So, what's that mean?

To find that out, we'll all have to go back down to the sub.

Go back? Oh no. Oh no.

Unh uh.

Not even for a whole box of Scooby snacks?

A whole box of snacks.

Then go get them.

[splash]

What are we looking for?

Like if it's eight feet tall, covered with seaweed,

and has one eye,

I hope you find it first.

[sniffing]

Wow, get a load of this set up.

Red hair dye. Brown hair dye.

Peroxide.

Why it's an underwater beauty parlor.

And their customers sure need one.

Look.

[Daphne] Wanted for burglary, robbery,

and numerous other crimes.

[Velma] That's a bad customer, all right.

Except he looks a lot better here.

He's here? Let me out.

Me too.

Relax you two.

It's only another picture.

And it's him OK.

Even with the blonde hair and mustache disguise.

It's all starting to make sense.

And we've uncovered something really big.

Let's get out of here.

- [monster roars] - Creepers.

It's Captain Clements and the creature.

You will never leave.

Like, we're sure gonna try.

Yeah.

[monster roars]

Quick. In here.

We're safe for a while.

Or are we?

It says, "Danger torpedo room."

- Danger? - Torpedoes.

Right. Like the one you're sitting on.

Huh?

It's OK. These are just remote control dummies.

A dummy.

Scooby, you set off the torpedo.

Yikes.

g*ng way.

Like. Ole. Ole.

Ole.

Shaggy, over here.

Ole. And go away.

You've got it.

And I just got the idea for a trap

that will solve this mystery.

Listen.

Are you sure this is gonna work, Fred?

Sure I'm sure.

When the monster chases you three in here,

you dive into this net and we'll pull you up to safety.

The captain and the monster will hit that hammock,

bounce up to the life raft, and over to that fold down bunk.

- [Shaggy] Oh yeah? - [Fred] Which will bounce up

toward the ventilator, and that will blow 'em

onto the torpedo cart.

[Fred] They'll slide inside the launch tube,

and we'll launch them onto the beach. You got it?

Got it. Come on you two.

Nah na na. Bet you can't catch me.

[roars]

Like do you know a good seafood restaurant?

[laughs]

Fire one.

Fire two.

Fire three.

Fire three?

Zoinks. You launched Scooby Doo, too.

Let's get to the periscope quick.

Wow, there they go for a sandy landing.

Scooby doobee doo.

[Scooby laughs]

Well we rounded up everybody aboard the freighter.

You say Captain Clements here was the mastermind. Huh?

Exactly. He was the one who discovered the wreckedsubmarine.

And realized it could be used as a secret laboratory to help

to help criminals escape from the country.

[Fred] The criminal would put on the monster suit

in the captain's house to scare off any curious onlookers on the beach.

[Daphne] They also knew the police would never suspect

a legendary monster of being the escaped criminal.

[Velma] Then he'd signal the ship to be ready,

and swim out to the sub, using the powerful jet motor

built into the creature's suit.

[Daphne] Captain Clements would be waiting in the submarine

to change the criminal's appearance

and give him phony papers.

[Fred] Then the ship's crane would pluck him out of the water.

And he'd be taken safely out of the country.

Now let's see what their latest customer looks like.

Hey, there's been an all points bulletin on this one.

He's a notorious bank robber who just broke out of jail.

Which explains the homemade cell block key I found.

Ha. Now this is what I call a fine catch.

Only, how come the monster didn't scare you kids away

like everyone else?

Are you kidding?

It takes a lot more than a big monster like that

to scare us away, huh Scoob?

Yow. A crab.

Big monsters are no problem for Shaggy and Scooby, Sherriff.

But little monsters, that's a different story.

[Shaggy] We're being attacked.

Call the police. Help!
