So, where are we going anyway?

That's the best part.

We're road-tripping all the way to Yellowbone National Park.

My friend Aspen is the park ranger there.

SKYE: This is going to be so much fun.

I've always wanted to visit Yellowbone National Park.

Me, too.

There's this amazing thing that happens there

called Pup's Peak Surprise.

Ooh! I love surprises.

What is it?

Just before the sun goes down,

it shines through these sparkly crystals on the mountain

and makes a beautiful, colorful light show.

Oh, wow.

That sounds amazing.

And get this: it only happens one day a year,

and today's the day!

- Whoa. - No way!

And since we're making such great time,

we can stop and check out anything else

we want to see along the way.

So is the little bear cub.

Actually, the baby deer is called a fawn.

We get a lot of them around these parts.

I met so many animals since I left the city.

- I love it. - I get it.

I was a city girl, too, till I moved here to be a park ranger.

Oh. You're Aspen, Ryder's friend.

You know Ryder? He's the best!

[Gasping] You pups must be from the...

...from the PAW Patrol.

They got separated from their families.

Okay, but how can we do a rescue

when we don't have our vehicles?

SKYE: Easy.

We're going to use our new mini-rescue rides.

And an awesome mini-scooter.

SKYE: And a glider for me.

Now, we've got everything we need to rock this rescue.

Ranger Aspen, you know your way

around Yellowbone Park better than anyone.

It looks like they're headed toward

some weird-looking rock pile.

Those are the old lava cliffs.

They were made by a volcano that erupted along time ago.

It's the baby deer.

[Bleating]

ASPEN: I bet he's trying to get a good view of the forest

so he can find his papa.

- Oh. - But it's not safe up there.

[Bleating]

Oh. Careful, little guy.

Team, we've got to make sure that column of rocks

doesn't fall over.

in the forest back there.
